Resumo O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar o pensamento de Nietzsche como “humanista”. Para tanto, estudamos o significado do termo “humanismo” para os comentadores de Nietzsche, para ele mesmo e para alguns dos autores que ele pôde ler. Mostraremos que o seu humanismo é isento de moralidade, mas isso é visto através do amor pelo homem expresso sobretudo em Also sprach Zarathustra. Consideraremos então a noção de super-homem e, mais ainda, como ela depende da repulsa por um tipo malogrado de homem.

Abstract The purpose of this article is to present Nietzsche’s thought as “humanist”. To this end, we study the meaning of the term “humanism” for Nietzsche’s commentators, for himself and for some of the authors he was able to read. It is shown that his humanism is free from morality, but it is seen through the love for man expressed above all in Also sprach Zarathustra. The notion of superman is then considered and, even more, it is considered how it depends on the disgust for a failed type of man.

Resumo Este trabalho analisa a relação entre Nietzsche e Álvaro de Campos, um dos heterónimos mais representativos de Fernando Pessoa, a partir da representação do esquecimento nos seus poemas. Em primeiro lugar, encontramos uma evolução do olvido de Campos do esquecimento do ópio, ao esquecimento futurista positivo, e, por fim, a um auto-esquecimento. Neste processo, o objeto do seu esquecimento desloca-se dos valores cristãos e racionais para o Si-mesmo do sujeito. Ao mesmo tempo, o esquecimento degenera também de uma resistência às doenças decadentes para uma fonte dos sintomas niilistas. Neste sentido, concluímos que a poética de Campos tenta alcançar o esquecimento nietzschiano, mas acaba por não o conseguir realizar.

Abstract This study analyses the relationship between Nietzsche and Álvaro de Campos, one of the most representative heteronyms of Fernando Pessoa, based on the representation of forgetting in his poems. Firstly, we encounter an evolution of Campos’ oblivion from the forgetting in opium, to the positive futurist forgetting, and finally to self-forgetting. In this process, the object of his oblivion shifts from Christian and rational values to the Self. Simultaneously, this forgetting also degenerated from a resistance to decadent diseases into a cause of nihilistic symptoms. In this regard, we conclude that poetics of Álvaro de Campos tried to attain the Nietzschean oblivion, but ultimately fails to realize it.

Resumo Pretende-se, neste artigo, analisar o conceito de responsabilidade na obra de Friedrich Nietzsche, como parte de sua crítica à moralidade ocidental e, como desdobramento, da tarefa filosófica por ele assumida, de levar tal moral à autossuperação. Para tanto, trata-se de demonstrar a centralidade que o conceito de responsabilidade ocupa, segundo o filósofo, na história dos sentimentos morais, principalmente quando associadas à ideia de culpa, punição e liberdade. A argumentação será fundamentada no conceito de grande responsabilidade [großen Verantwortlichkeit], cuja expressão resume a tarefa de superação em vista de uma teoria da inocência do devir.

Abstract This article aims to analyze the concept of responsibility in the work of Friedrich Nietzsche as part of his critique of Western morality and, as a consequence, his philosophical task of pushing such morality towards self-suppression. To accomplish this, the article seeks to demonstrate the centrality that the concept of responsibility holds, according to the philosopher, in the history of moral sentiments, particularly when linked to the ideas of guilt, punishment, and freedom. The argument will be grounded in the concept of "great responsibility" [großen Verantwortlichkeit], whose expression encapsulates the task of suppression in pursuit of a theory of the innocence of becoming.

Resumo Este trabalho analisa a contestação das ideias de Dühring feita por Nietzsche no parágrafo 11 da segunda dissertação da Genealogia da moral, relacionando os argumentos do filósofo à teoria do positivismo jurídico da época. Por meio do exame das noções e dos argumentos articulados no raciocínio nietzschiano, procura-se mostrar que as posições sustentadas por Nietzsche não apenas acolhem importantes premissas do positivismo jurídico como também são compatíveis com alguns desdobramentos da teoria jurídica positivista do século XIX.

Abstract This paper analyzes the contestation of Dühring’s ideas made by Nietzsche in paragraph 11 of the second part of the book On the Genealogy of Morals, in order to relate the philosopher's arguments to the legal positivist theory of the time. Through the examination of the views and arguments articulated in the Nietzschean reasoning, it is sought to show that Nietzsche's positions not only welcome important premises of legal positivism but are also compatible with some developments of positivist legal theory of the 19th century.

Resumo O propósito do presente texto é comentar a tese de doutorado A recepção do pensamento de Nietzsche na obra literária de Dalcídio Jurandir - defendida por Oclécio das Chagas Lacerda, em 2022, na Escola de Filosofia, Letras e Ciências Humanas da Universidade Federal de São Paulo (Unifesp) - à luz de dois temas centrais por ela desenvolvidos: a interpretação “antropofágica” da crítica nietzschiana ao niilismo cristão e o sentido amazônico de “transvaloração” dela decorrente.

Abstract The present text aims at commenting the doctoral thesis A recepção do pensamento de Nietzsche na obra literária de Dalcídio Jurandir - submitted by Oclécio das Chagas Lacerda at the School of Philosophy, Arts and Human Sciences of the Federal University of São Paulo (Unifesp) in 2022 - in light of two main themes developed by it: the “anthropophagic” interpretation of Nietzsche’s critique on Christian nihilism and the Amazon meaning derived from it.

Resumo Este artigo apresenta ao leitor a primeira edição completa e tradução das poesias de Nietzsche. As edições publicadas até então são, na verdade, meras antologias. Muitas de suas obras poéticas, especialmente sua Juvenília, não estão incluídas nessas coleções, e, no entanto, elas testemunham um estrato primário de sua imaginação e, consequentemente, ajudam-nos a explorar seu uso de metáforas em seu pensamento. Esta edição dos poemas, que tenta ser fiel à sua forma original, tem como objetivo lançar uma nova luz sobre o corpo de trabalho de Nietzsche, dando à sua poesia uma posição central dentro de seus escritos filosóficos.

Abstract This article introduces the reader to the very first complete edition and translation of Nietzsche’s poems. The hitherto published editions are in fact mere anthologies. Many of his poetical works, especially his Juvenilia, are not included in these collections, and yet they bear testimony to a primary stratum of his imagination and consequently help us to explore his use of metaphor in his thinking. This edition of the poems, which tries to be faithful to their original form, aims at shedding new light on Nietzsche’s body of work by giving his poetry a central position within his philosophical writings.

Resumo Neste artigo, o editor e diretor científico do Nietzsche Source, Professor Paolo D’Iorio, descreve as duas edições da obra de Nietzsche atualmente publicadas nesse Web site científico Em primeiro lugar, a edição crítica, a Digitale Kritische Gesamtausgabe Werke und Briefe (eKGWB), que fornece uma versão eletrônica da edição alemã das obras completas do filósofo alemão, com base no texto crítico estabelecido por Giorgio Colli e Mazzino Montinari. Em segundo lugar, a edição fac-símile, a Digitale Faksimile-Gesamtausgabe (DFGA), que publica todos os documentos relativos à vida e à obra de Nietzsche. Ambas as edições podem ser consultadas gratuitamente através da Internet e são regularmente utilizadas por especialistas em Nietzsche de todo o mundo.

Abstract In this article, the editor and scientific director of Nietzsche Source, Professor Paolo D'Iorio, aims at describing the two editions of Nietzsche’s work currently published on this scientific Web site Firstly, the critical edition, the Digitale Kritische Gesamtausgabe Werke und Briefe (eKGWB), which provides an electronic version of the German edition of Nietzsche's complete works, based on the critical text established by Giorgio Colli and Mazzino Montinari. Secondly, the facsimile edition, the Digitale Faksimile-Gesamtausgabe (DFGA), which reproduces all the documents relating to Nietzsche's life and work. Both editions can be consulted free of charge through the Internet and are regularly used by the German philosopher specialists around the world.

Resumo Neste artigo lançamos mão de breves hipóteses, a fim de abrir alguns caminhos para possíveis interpretações sobre a noção mais geral de genealogia. Primeiro, tentamos explicar que há uma diferença entre a noção filosófica de genealogia e a Genealogia da moral. Segundo, apresentamos a noção de vontade de poder como fundamental para que Nietzsche conseguisse elaborar sua obra polêmica. E terceiro, consideramos a genealogia como destruição daquilo que critica. Contudo, as disposições psicológicas são mencionadas a fim de elucidar um modo de escrita, mas não um método. Assim, assumimos alguns pontos gerais para a noção de genealogia.

Abstract In this article, we used of brief hypotheses in order to open some paths for possible interpretations of the more general notion of genealogy. First, we try to explain that there is a difference between the philosophical notion of genealogy and the Genealogy of morals. Second, we present the notion of will to power as fundamental for Nietzsche to be able to elaborate his polemical work. And third, we consider genealogy as destruction of what it criticizes. However, psychological dispositions are mentioned in order to elucidate a mode of writing, not a method. Thus, we assume some general points for the notion of genealogy.

Abstract: Based on the Nietzschean conception of language as rhetoric, the aim is to show how the notion of constitutive artifice denies the naturalness of language and, at the same time, it is linked to the affirmation of an unconscious dimension operating in its functioning.

Resumo: Tomando por base a concepção nietzschiana da linguagem como retórica, pretende-se mostrar como a noção de artifício constitutivo nega a naturalidade da linguagem e, ao mesmo tempo, vincula-se à afirmação de uma dimensão inconsciente operando em seu funcionamento.

Abstract: This article seeks to show that the work The Birth of Tragedy was received in Rio de Janeiro (the “Mecca of Northerners”, in José Veríssimo’s expression) from the end of the 19th century, in particular among some members of the Brazilian Academy of Letters and by the reputed music criticism Rodrigues Barbosa (in the dozens of articles about “Tolstoy and Nietzsche”, published in Jornal do Commercio ). In the same way, we intend to reconstruct with historiographic precision the sources and the profile of the authors who read and published the respective work in our country in the first thirty years of its publication.

Resumo: O presente artigo busca mostrar que a obra O nascimento da tragédia foi recepcionada no Rio de Janeiro (a “Meca dos Nortistas”, na expressão de José Veríssimo) a partir do final do século XIX, em particular entre alguns membros da Academia Brasileira de Letras e pelo renomado crítico musical Rodrigues Barbosa (nas dezenas de artigos sobre “Tolstói e Nietzsche”, publicadas no Jornal do Commercio ). Do mesmo modo, visa-se reconstruir com precisão historiográfica o trato com as fontes e o perfil dos autores que leram e divulgaram a respectiva obra em nosso país nos trinta primeiros anos de sua edição.
