ABSTRACT The application of intelligent materials in drilling fluids has greatly reduced the investment of human resources and effectively made up for the shortcomings of traditional drilling fluids, such as insufficient directivity, poor adaptive ability and difficult monitoring. Therefore, the research of intelligent drilling fluids is a valuable direction for the future oil and gas industry. In this study, the temperature-sensitive modified bentonite NIPAM-B developed by Pan Yi et al. was used as the drilling fluid base slurry, and the drilling fluid additives were optimized to complete the modulation of the intelligent drilling fluid inspection system. In addition, the rheology, filtration, shale wellbore stability and stability of the intelligent drilling fluid inspection system will be evaluated. The results show that the intelligent drilling fluid has good temperature-sensitive thickening performance, and the rheology is not affected by temperature changes, which can realize intelligent heating and thickening. In addition, compared with the original bentonite drilling fluid system, the intelligent drilling fluid has good fluid loss reduction ability and shale borehole wall protection ability, and the shale rolling recovery rate reaches more than 95 %.

ABSTRACT The selection of key additive materials for a new type of oil-based drilling fluid was studied in this paper. The oil-based drilling fluid can strengthen well walls and ensure safety. It is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure wells, deep wells and ultra-deep wells. A new type of high-temperature white oil-based drilling fluid was prepared by using 5# white oil as continuous phase, HIS as thickening agent, SDBS as emulsifier, and asphalt powder oxidized at 180°C as filtration agent. The results showed that the saturation concentration of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) was 4%, the saturation concentration of asphalt powder oxidized at 180°C was 4%, the saturation concentration of Tween-80 was 10%. The final resistance of high temperature and high pressure oil based drilling fluid formulation material is: No. 5 white oil + 4% SDBS + 5% modified bentonite + 4% asphalt powder oxidized at 180°C + 10% Tween-80 + 1.5% Barite + CaO. The performance evaluation of the new oil-based drilling fluid shows that shale expansion is 0.21mm, anti-temperature up to 220°C, and anti-pollution ability is good. The rheological properties, resistance of high-temperature high- pressure have been greatly improved. Therefore, the new white oil-based drilling fluid can resistance of high- temperature and also has low toxicity, which can meet the exploration and development of more complex wells.

Abstract: Not only the indigenous aristocratic families but also northern immigrant families living in east Zhejiang were involved in the debates on monetary theory and policy thought in the Eastern Jin and Southern Dynasties. The debates were often focused on the commodity prices and forced labor in east Zhejiang. This special historical phenomenon reflects two questions. On the one hand, the chaos caused by the war in the north and scholar families migrating southward greatly promoted the development of southern China, which made the five counties in east Zhejiang the most important and active areas of economy. On the other hand, it reflects the relationship changes between immigrants and indigenous gentries. Namely, the indigenous aristocratic families and northern immigrant families cooperated in economy so as to enhance the prosperity and development of the east Zhejiang region. Later, with the rise of “common people (寒人)”, the scholars’ economic status was increasingly impacted, which resulted in the gentries’ anxiety and crisis consciousness.

Resumo: Não apenas as famílias aristocráticas indígenas, mas também as famílias de imigrantes do norte que viviam no Leste de Zhejiang, estavam envolvidas nos debates sobre teoria monetária e pensamento político, na Dinastia Jin Oriental e Dinastias do Sul. Os debates geralmente se concentravam nos preços das commodities e no trabalho forçado no Leste de Zhejiang. Esse fenômeno histórico especial reflete duas questões. Por um lado, o caos causado pela guerra no Norte e as famílias de estudiosos, migrando para o Sul, promoveram muito o desenvolvimento do Sul da China, o que tornou os cinco condados do leste de Zhejiang as áreas mais importantes e ativas da economia. Por outro lado, reflete as mudanças de relacionamento entre imigrantes e nobres indígenas. Ou seja, as famílias aristocráticas indígenas e as famílias imigrantes do Norte cooperaram na economia para aumentar a prosperidade e o desenvolvimento do Leste de Zhejiang. Mais tarde, com o surgimento de “povo comum (寒人)”, o status econômico dos estudiosos foi cada vez mais impactado, o que resultou em ansiedade e consciência de crise dos nobres.

Abstract Introduction: This study investigated the correlation between the levels of long noncoding ribonucleic acids (lncRNAs) AF131217.1 and coronary slow flow (CSF). Methods: A total of 22 patients in the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) group diagnosed with CSF from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study. Coronary flow velocity was determined using the thrombolysis in myocardial infarction frame count (TFC) method. Results: LncRNA AF131217.1 expression in the CSF model was activated. Mean TFC was positively correlated with lncRNA AF131217.1 levels and hsCRP levels. LncRNA AF131217.1 induced inflammation factor levels in the in vitro model. Micro ribonucleic acid (miR)-128-3p is a target spot of lncRNA AF131217.1 on the inflammation in vitro model via Kruppel-like factor (KLF) 4. MiR-128-3p reduced inflammation factor levels (tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin [IL]-6, IL-1β, and IL-18). Conclusion: Thus, lncRNA AF131217.1 promoted inflammation in the regulated CSF via KLF4 by miR-128-3p.

RESUMO Introdução: Uma das tarefas básicas da educação física em escolas e universidades é orientar os alunos para que façam exercícios e fortaleçam sua aptidão física. Portanto, precisamos estudar o status da função física de estudantes universitários e a lei da mudança no processo de aprendizado. Objetivo: Conduzir treinamentos físicos para alunos universitários e estudar o impacto da atividade na função física. Métodos: Universitárias (sexo feminino) foram aleatoriamente separadas em três grupos, com diferentes programas de treinamento. O ciclo de treinamento durou 12 semanas. Resultados: Houve diferenças estatísticas na função e qualidade físicas dos três grupos de estudantes depois de programas de treinamento diferentes. Treinos aeróbicos e de força tem efeitos evidentes na melhoria da habilidade das estudantes. Conclusão: O exercício aeróbico combinado com treino de força melhora a função física de estudantes do sexo feminino. ABSTRACT Introduction: One of the basic tasks of physical education in colleges and universities is to guide students to exercise and strengthen their physical fitness. Therefore, we need to study the physical function status of college students and the law of change in the learning process. Objective: To conduct physical training for college students and study the impact of exercise on physical function. Methods: Female college students are randomly divided into three groups with different training programs. The training cycle lasts 12 weeks. Results: There were statistical differences in the physical functions and qualities of the three groups of students after different training programs. Aerobic and strength training has obvious effects on improving students’ skills. Conclusion: The combination of aerobic exercise and strength training enhances the physical function of female students. RESUMEN Introducción: Una de las tareas básicas de la educación física en escuelas y universidades es orientar a los alumnos para que hagan ejercicios y fortalezcan su aptitud física. Por lo tanto, necesitamos estudiar el status de la función física de estudiantes universitarios y la ley del cambio en el proceso de aprendizaje. Objetivo: Conducir entrenamientos físicos para alumnos universitarios y estudiar el impacto de la actividad en la función física. Métodos: Universitarias (sexo femenino) fueron aleatoriamente separadas en tres grupos, con diferentes programas de entrenamiento. El ciclo de entrenamiento duró 12 semanas. Resultados: Hubo diferencias estadísticas en la función y calidad físicas de los tres grupos de estudiantes después de programas de entrenamiento diferentes. Entrenamientos aeróbicos y de fuerza tienen efectos evidentes en la mejoría de la habilidad de las estudiantes. Conclusión: El ejercicio aeróbico combinado con entrenamiento de fuerza mejora la función física de estudiantes del sexo femenino. Abstract Proanthocyanidins were extracted and purified from grape seeds, and the protective effect and mechanism of proanthocyanidins on spinal cord injury were explored. After extraction optimization and purification, the proanthocyanidins with purity of 92.53% were obtained. The rats were divided into control, model and treatment groups. The spinal cord injury model was established in model and treatment groups. Then, the treatment group was treated with 40 mg/kg proanthocyanidins. On the 1st, 3rd and 7th day after modeling, compared with model group, in model group the Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan scores were significantly decreased (p < 0.05). On the 7th day after modeling, compared with model group, in treatment group the spinal cord tissue superoxide dismutaseand glutathione peroxidase levels were significantly increased (p < 0.05), the malondialdehyde level was significantly decreased (p < 0.05), the necrosis factor α and interleukin 1βlevels were significantly decreased (p < 0.05), and the interleukin 10 level was significantly increased (p < 0.05). In conclusion, proanthocyanidins have protective effect on spinal cord injury in rats. The mechanisms may be related to its reducing oxidative stress and inflammation in spinal cord tissue.

Abstract The process from high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection to cervical cancer is a continuous and long-term process, but the pathogenesis of the whole process is not completely clear. Here, 59 Chinese women were engaged in this study, and divided into five groups: normal healthy group, HR-HPV infections group, low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (LSIL) group, high-SIL(HSIL) group, and cervical cancer group. With the occurrence of HR-HPV infection and the development of cervical lesions, the diversity of vaginal microbiota species was increased, and the relative abundance of Lactobacillus (L.), the dominant bacteria in maintaining vaginal microecological balance, was decreased gradually. In contrast, the abundance of Actinobacteria in the four disease groups was significantly higher than that in normal group. Furthermore L. iners may be related to the serious progression of cervical cancer. After analyzing the whole process, we found that Gardnerella(G.), Atopobium(A.) and Dialister(D.) have important effects on both persistent HR-HPV infection and the pathogenesis of cervical cancer. In addition, PICRUSt2 and KEGG results showed that the KEGG pathways enriched by the predicted genes of vaginal microbiota in cancer group included metabolic diseases, endocrine system and immune systems when compared with that in normal group. These findings may provide insights into the pathogenesis of cervical cancer, and help to improve the early detection and prevention of cervical precancerous lesions.

In this study, Pinot noir wines were bottle aged for 12 and 18 months after micro-oxygenation (MOX) applied before or after malolactic fermentation (MLF) at two doses (10.8 and 52.4 mg/L/month). After ageing, a greater decrease in the total SO2 concentration was found in wines with the higher MOX dosage, demonstrating a long-term impact of higher oxygen exposure on wines' SO2 requirement. Meanwhile, a negative impact of MOX on wine colour development occurred over time, resulting in a large loss of colour measures (i.e., 420 nm for brown hues, 520 nm for red colour, SO2 resistant pigments, and colour intensity), which was greater with the early oxygen exposure. This was linked to a significantly lower content of large polymeric pigments in MOX treatments. Tannin concentration was, in the end, not affected by the MOX treatments. However, regarding tannin composition, considerably higher (-)-epicatechin extension units but much lower (-)-epicatechin terminal units were found with MOX treatments. In addition, a significant reduction of tannin trihydroxylation (%Tri-OH) but a higher galloylation (%Galloyl) and mean degree of tannin polymerisation (mDP) remained in wines with MOX, indicating a long-term negative influence on astringency intensity.

Abstract Glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) are proteins synthesized in plants and responsible for their tolerance to environmental stresses. However, little information is available on the GST gene family of sweet potato, a globally important crop. The genetic evolution of GSTs in sweet potato remains unclear. The present study investigated the GST gene family in sweet potato by transcriptomic and comparative genomic analyses. A total of 51 GSTs were identified. Gene expression analysis showed differential expression patterns of the GSTs between two investigated varieties. Some GST expression levels were either up- or downregulated under oxidative, salinity and drought stresses. The results of the investigation provided new insights on the GST gene family in sweet potato, which may further the understanding of the roles of these genes in regulating abiotic stresses.

Abstract Sangdu oral liquid (MFEC), a kind of traditional Chinese medicine, is used as a new immune enhancer for veterinary drugs or vaccines. In current study, we aimed to evaluate the effect and mechanism of MFEC on improving the immune response of B87 vaccine. Eighty SPF chickens were divided into blank control group (BC group), infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) group (IBDV group), vaccine group (B87+IBDV group) and vaccine and Sangdu oral liquid combination group (MFEC+B87+IBDV group). In addition to the BC group, all other groups were infected with IBDV to establish immunosuppressive model. Chickens in both B87+IBDV and MFEC+B87+IBDV groups were immunized with B87 vaccine. Chickens in MFEC+B87+IBDV group were given MFEC for 7 days. Compared with B87+IBDV group, there were significantly lower morbidity and mortality, higher level of antibody, less tissue damage, lower expression of Bax and higher expression of Bcl-2 of MFEC+B87+IBDV group (P < 0.05). In MFEC+B87+IBDV group, the expression of IBDV-VP2, IL-6 and IFN-γ mRNA in bursal tissue was significantly lower than that in B87+IBDV group (P < 0.05). MFEC can effectively improve the immune response to B87 vaccine, and resist the invasion and replication of IBDV to avoid the tissue damage and apoptosis caused by IBDV infection.

Abstract We sought to explore the relationship between renal lesion features and genetic mutations in tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) patients. TSC patients with renal lesions were subjected to TSC1/2 gene next-generation sequencing (NGS). TSC1/2 mutation types and imaging examinations were screened for combined analysis of genetic and clinical features. Seventy-three probands among TSC patients with renal lesions were included. Twenty affected relatives were also included. In total, 93 patients were included. Eighty patients (86.0%) had bilateral renal angiomyolipomas (AMLs), and one had epithelioid AML. Two patients had polycystic kidney disease, one had renal cell carcinoma, and one had Wilms tumor. Among the 73 probands, four had TSC1 mutations, 53 had TSC2 mutations, and 16 had no mutations identified (NMI). There was no statistically significant difference between TSC1 mutation, TSC2 mutation and NMI group (P= 0.309), or between familial and sporadic groups (P= 0.775) when considering AML size. There was no statistically significant difference between pathogenic/likely pathogenic and benign/likely benign/NMI groups (P= 0.363) or among patients with different mutation types of TSC2 (P= 0.906). The relationship between the conditions of TSC gene mutations and the severity of renal lesions still needs more analysis. Patients with NMI, particularly those with familial disease, need more attention because the pathogenesis remains unknown.

Abstract In the present research investigation, various concentrations of hydro-alcoholic extract of Saraca asoca (Roxb.) De Wilde (family: Caesalpinaceae) dried bark and carbopol polymer at different temperature ranges were optimized for the preparation of gel formulation. Natural penetration enhancers, v.i.z., eucalyptus oil and peppermint oil were incorporated separately in the extract based gel formulations to study the rate of drug permeation across egg membrane, using franz diffusion cell. In vitro anti-arthritis potential of the formulations was also studied using inhibition of albumin denaturation, antiproteinase activity and membrane stabilization method. As per the results of current study, it is established that S. asoca dried bark hydroalcoholic extract based gel prepared using peppermint oil as penetration enhancer exhibited good permeation rate of 8.48% at the end of 3 h. The percentage inhibition of proteins by antiproteinase method at concentration of 50 µg/ml was 50.01±1.00% which was close to 53.92±0.99% as shown by the standard drug, Diclofenac. Also, the percent protein inhibition determined using membrane stabilization method was found to be 49.70±1.00%, however, it was 63.32±0.94% for the standard drug, Diclofenac. Hence, it is concluded that peppermint oil may act as a good candidate for the preparation of potent anti-rheumatic gel preparations.

The single-layered paint-spraying paper based microfluidic devices (sp-μPADs) have been for the first time integrated with the colorimetric assay. The polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) board was applied as the mask instead of the iron mask, reducing the power requirement of the cutting machine. The paint was sprayed into the paper, which blocked the pores of the paper and constructed the hydrophobic barrier on the paper. The paint barrier was highly resistant to the various kind of chemicals and the minimum channel dimensions was 1.4 mm. By using the PMMA masks with different designs, the sp-μPADs with different designs have been fabricated and successfully applied to the single analyte assay of iron or bovine serum albumin (BSA) and the simultaneous assay of copper and nickel. Moreover, the feasibility of the multiplexed assay of eight analytes was also demonstrated. The analytical performances indicated that the fabricated sp-μPADs offered a promising platform in the colorimetric assays of either single or multiple analytes.

Abstract Metal-incorporated SAPO-34 catalysts were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method. Effects of various parameters including the types of metal ions, Cu2+ sources, structure directing agents (SDAs), hydrothermal temperature and time on catalyst activity of the metal-incorporated SAPO-34 catalysts were investigated. Three types of metal-incorporated SAPO-34 catalysts (Cu/SAPO-34, Fe/SAPO-34 and Mn/SAPO-34) were successfully obtained. Compared with Fe/SAPO-34 and Mn/SAPO-34 catalysts, Cu/SAPO-34 catalyst revealed complete cubic-like microstructure, wide active temperature window and high conversion rate in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of nitric oxide. After defined Cu2+ was the favorable active site of SAPO-34 catalyst, the effects of four Cu2+ sources on SCR performance were further investigated, and found Cu2+ sources did not produce significant influence on nitric oxide conversion rates. SDAs determined the formation of Cu/SAPO-34 catalyst, and the Cu/SAPO-34 catalyst adopting tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA) as SDA could maintain higher crystal integrity and active sites, which were in favor of the SCR reaction. Moreover, hydrothermal temperature and time had great influences on the formation of Cu/SAPO-34 catalyst. When the hydrothermal temperature was higher than 150 oC and the hydrothermal time was longer than 3 days, the Cu/SAPO-34 catalyst with a cubic-like structure and high catalyst activity could be obtained.
