RESUMO Estando inserida na área da Linguística Aplicada, tenho como objetivo refletir sobre a formação linguística ampliada do professor para atuar no contexto escolar multilíngue e multicultural de fronteira. Como a maioria dos cidadãos passa um tempo considerável de suas vidas na escola, considero que o professor tem um papel importante na educação do entorno, no sentido de contribuir para a construção de sociabilidades para uma vida mais humana, mais delicada com o Outro e baseada no afeto. Os aportes teóricos e metodológicos se ancoram na etnografia da língua(gem), que preconiza o entendimento dos dados etnográficos como resultantes dos interconhecimentos construídos nos diálogos com os interlocutores. Os resultados destas reflexões evidenciaram a importância de um posicionamento político do professor para a compreensão das práticas translíngues dos alunos e dos seus significados culturais. Assim, torna-se possível entender as diferenças não como ameaças, mas como criatividade e riqueza, na busca pela sustentação da capacitação, da resistência e da emancipação dos sujeitos, principalmente daqueles que fazem parte de grupos minoritarizados, em contexto de fronteira.

ABSTRACT Located in the area of Applied Linguistics, I aim to reflect on the expanded linguistic formation of the teacher to work in the multilingual and multicultural frontier school context. As most citizens spend a considerable time of their lives at school, I consider that the teacher has an important role in the education of the surroundings, in the sense of contributing to the construction of sociability for a more human life, more delicate with the Other and based on affection. The theoretical and methodological contributions are anchored in the ethnography of language, which advocates the understanding of ethnographic data as a result of inter-knowledge built in dialogues with the interlocutors. The results of these reflections highlighted the importance of a political position on the part of the teacher for the understanding of students’ translingual practices and their cultural meanings. Thus, it becomes possible to understand differences not as threats, but as creativity and wealth, in the search for sustaining the empowerment, resistance and emancipation of subjects, especially those who are part of minority groups, in a border context.

Resumo A ampliação das Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação (TDIC) no contexto escolar abre espaço para que a centralidade do ensino - que, quase sempre, recai sobre a figura do professor e/ou do aluno - se estabeleça na ‘aprendência’ enquanto processo (ASSMANN, 2001). Desse modo, situadas na área da Linguística Aplicada (KLEIMAN; CAVALCANTI, 2007) e à luz da pesquisa qualitativa/interpretativista e etnográfica (DENZIN; LINCOLN, 2006), objetivamos discutir como práticas pedagógicas ancoradas nos transletramentos podem contribuir, reciprocamente, para a formação crítica ampliada do professor e dos alunos, nas aulas de Língua Portuguesa da 3ª série do Ensino Médio de um Colégio Estadual. As discussões se fundamentaram basicamente nos conceitos de transletramentos (THOMAS et al., 2007), cultura (CANCLINI, 2009), texto multimodal (RIBEIRO, 2018), saberes locais (BASÍLIO, 2006) e multiletramentos (ROJO, 2013). A partir da análise, entendemos que uma abordagem ancorada nos transletramentos, mediada pelas TDIC e em sua relação com os saberes locais, possibilita a valorização dos conhecimentos próprios de cada grupo social, tornando a produção do conhecimento um processo mais significativo para o aluno, que deixa de ser mero receptor de conteúdos e passa a exercer um papel ativo, dividindo com o professor a responsabilidade pelo próprio aprendizado.

Abstract The arrival of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (ICDT) in the school context opens space for the centrality of teaching - which almost always falls on the figure of the teacher and / or the student - to be established in ’learning’ as a process (ASSMANN, 2001). Thus, located in the area of Applied Linguistics (KLEIMAN; CAVALCANTI, 2007) and in the light of qualitative / interpretive and ethnographic research (DENZIN; LINCOLN, 2006), we aim to discuss how pedagogical practices anchored in the translocations can contribute, reciprocally, to the training expanded criticism from the teacher and students, in Portuguese language classes in the 3rd grade of high school at a state school. The discussions were basically based on the concepts of transliteracies (THOMAS et al., 2007), culture (CANCLINI, 2009), multimodal text (RIBEIRO, 2018), local knowledge (BASÍLIO, 2006) and multi-obstacles (ROJO, 2013). From the analysis, we understand that an approach anchored in the transliteracies, mediated by TDIC and in its relationship with local knowledge, allows the valorization of the knowledge specific to each social group, making the production of knowledge a more meaningful process for the student, who ceases to be a mere recipient of content and starts to play an active role, sharing the responsibility for learning with the teacher.

Temos como objetivo discutir a construção de conhecimento em Linguística Aplicada focalizando o letramento e considerando as tensões entre o conhecimento local, o campo acadêmico e os programas governamentais como o Observatório da Educação. Descrevemos um processo de formação de professores no âmbito desse programa voltado para a Educação Básica e realizado em um colégio público da Tríplice Fronteira (Brasil/Paraguai/Argentina). Em termos teóricos e metodológicos, os resultados de nossas reflexões sobre práticas de letramento, sustentadas em inserção etnográfica, evidenciaram as possibilidades de reverter as dissonâncias daí advindas em condições epistemológicas para a construção de conhecimento coletivo, reflexivo e crítico. A língua(gem) como prática social, portanto, expressiva das lutas e diferenças entre grupos sociais, constitui um dos grandes desafios para a construção de saberes compartilhados em Linguística Aplicada.

Our aim was to discuss the construction of knowledge in Applied Linguistics by focusing on literacy and considering the tensions between local knowledge, the academic field, and governmental programs such as the Observatório da Educação (Education Observatory). We describe a teacher training process within the scope of this program that is geared toward Basic Education and which is conducted in a public school on the Triple Frontier (Brazil/Paraguay/Argentina). In theoretical and methodological terms, the results of our reflections about literacy practices, which are sustained by ethnographic studies, show the possibilities of reversing dissonances arising from epistemological conditions for constructing collective, reflexive, and critical knowledge. Language as a social practice, which is expressive of the struggles and differences between social groups, represents one of the great challenges for constructing shared knowledge in Applied Linguistics.

Considerando as questões políticas, sociais e históricas que recobrem a denominação "brasiguaio" e o decorrente apagamento de sua construção simbólica e ideológica, o artigo problematiza, na diáspora brasileira contemporânea, a construção de identidades locais e globais, identidades essas marcadas por conflito gerado pelo colapso de velhas certezas e pela produção de novas formas de posicionamentos sociais. Focalizam-se nesse contexto complexo, especificamente, alunos "brasiguaios" neste caso, filhos de pais brasileiros retornados do Paraguai. Essas crianças, na tradição escolar homogeneizadora, podem, facilmente, invisibilizar essa identidade "brasiguaia" (que lhes é imposta e que elas rejeitam) até o momento em que suas leituras em voz alta ou seus textos escritos emergem e elas passam a ser apontadas como problema por seus professores. Na escola, a hibridação dessa escrita e dessa leitura coloca esses alunos sob um holofote avaliador e os rotula como "brasiguaios".

Taking into account political, social and historical issues which encompass the term "brasiguaio" and the resulting erasure of its symbolic and ideological construction, this paper discusses the construction of local and global identities in the contemporary Brazilian diaspora. These identities are characterized by conflict generated by the collapse of old truths and by the production of new forms of social positionings. In this complex context, the focus is on "brasiguayan" students, in this case these are children of Brazilian parents who have come back from Paraguay. These children, in the homogeneizing tradition of Brazilian schools, can, very easily, make this essentialized brasiguayan identity invisible until the moment their reading aloud or their written texts emerge and they are pointed out as problems by their teachers. At school the hibridation of their writing and of their reading places them under an evaluating spotlight and labels them as "brasiguaios".
