A estratégia de Planificação da Atenção à Saúde configura-se como um potente dispositivo de reorganização dos processos de trabalho nas redes de atenção à saúde e vem sendo implementada pelo conselho nacional de secretários de saúde desde 2013, em 25 regiões de saúde de 11 estados brasileiros, ofertando um conjunto de ações educacionais aos profissionais do sistema único de saúde. Este estudo objetiva descrever o processo de construção participativa e consenso da modelização das ações educacionais, para subsidiar a avaliação da efetividade da estratégia. A construção da modelização foi realizada por meio da consulta a 18 informantes-chave, selecionados intencionalmente pela sua proximidade com o planejamento e a execução das ações educacionais. Os informantes analisaram individualmente a modelização inicialmente proposta, declarando seu grau de concordância acerca do conteúdo e fornecendo sugestões e comentários, os quais foram analisados pelos pesquisadores. O percentual mínimo de concordância total previamente estabelecido de 75% foi obtido ao final de três rodadas de consulta. Importantes sugestões foram realizadas ao longo das rodadas, evidenciando os elementos prioritários para subsidiar a avaliação da efetividade da estratégia. Os percentuais finais de concordância total da modelização variaram entre 76,5% e 100%, de acordo com o componente, demonstrando que a modelização construída participativamente pode ser considerada satisfatória. Essa construção pode estimular pesquisas a respeito de estratégias que busquem qualificar a resposta do sistema de saúde, por meio do desenvolvimento de competências, habilidades e atitudes de seus profissionais.

The Healthcare Planning strategy is a powerful device for reorganization of work processes in healthcare networks and has been implemented by the Brazilian National Council of State Health Secretaries since 2013 in 25 health regions in 11 states, offering a set of educational activities for healthcare workers in the Brazilian Unified National Health System. This study aims to describe the process of participatory and consensual modeling of educational activities to back the assessment of the strategy’s effectiveness. Development of the modeling used consultation with 18 key informants, selected intentionally according to their proximity to the educational activities’ planning and execution. The key informants analyzed the initially proposed modeling, stating their degree of agreement with the content and providing suggestions and commentary, analyzed by the researchers. Minimum total agreement, predetermined at 75%, was obtained after three rounds of consultation. Important suggestions were provided throughout the rounds, evidencing priority elements for backing assessment of the strategy’s effectiveness. Final total agreement in the modeling varied from 76.5% to 100%, according to the component, demonstrating that participatorily modeling can be considered satisfactory. This construction can encourage studies on strategies that seek to improve the health system’s effectiveness through development of health workers’ competencies, skills, and attitudes.

Resumo O objetivo deste estudo foi determinar as características do sêmen de Astyanax lacustris após indução hormonal e avaliar a sensibilidade dos espermatozoides da espécie a soluções crioprotetoras baseadas nos crioprotetores dimetilsulfóxido e metilglicol. Volume, cor, concentração espermática, motilidade total e aspectos do movimento espermático foram analisados usando o “Sistema Integrado de Análise de Sêmen (ISAS®CASA)”. Três extensores diferentes foram testados: A) glicose 5%+gema de ovo 10%, B) BTS® 5% e C) glicose 5% e dois crioprotetores permeáveis: dimetilsulfóxido (Me2SO) e metilglicol (MTG). O sêmen fresco de A. lacustris apresentou motilidade total 76,6±11,2%, duração da motilidade 33,0±2,2s, concentração de espermatozoides 7,22±3,2×109sptz/mL e osmolalidade seminal 219±0,03mOsm/kg-1. O teste de toxicidade apresentou maiores valores de motilidade total nas diluições MTG15%+A, Me2SO15%+B e Me2SO10%+C, e as diluições Me2SO10%+C e Me2SO15%+C apresentaram maiores valores de velocidade curvilínea, velocidade linear e velocidade média. O protocolo testado não foi eficaz em manter a viabilidade do sêmen de A. lacustris pós-congelamento, pois não foi observada motilidade em nenhuma das diluições. No entanto, o Ensaio Cometa demonstrou que as soluções crioprotetoras eram eficazes na proteção do material genético das células, pois os níveis de dano ao DNA eram baixos, sem diferença entre controle e Me2SO10%+A, MTG10%+C, Me2SO10%+B e Me2SO15%+B.

Abstract This study aimed to determine the semen characteristics of Astyanax lacustris after hormonal induction and to evaluate the sensitivity of the species sperm to cryoprotective solutions based on the cryoprotectants dimethyl sulfoxide and methyl glycol. Volume, color, sperm concentration, total motility and aspects of sperm movement were analyzed using “Integrated Semen Analysis System”. Three different extenders were tested: A) glucose 5%+egg yolk 10%, B) BTS®5% and C) glucose 5% and two permeable cryoprotectants: dimethyl sulfoxide (Me2SO) and methyl glycol (MTG). Fresh A. lacustris semen presented total motility of 76.6±11.2%, motility duration of 33.0±2.2s, sperm concentration of 7.22±3.2×109sptz/mL and seminal osmolality of 219±0.03mOsm/kg-1. The toxicity test showed the highest total motility values at the MTG15%+A, Me2SO15%+B and Me2SO10%+C dilutions, and the Me2SO10%+C and Me2SO15%+C dilutions presented the highest values for curvilinear velocity, linear velocity and average velocity. The tested protocol was not effective at maintaining the viability of A. lacustris semen after freezing because no motility was observed in any of the dilutions. However, the Comet Assay demonstrated that cryoprotectant solutions were effective in protecting the genetic material of cells, as DNA damage levels were low, with no difference between control and Me2SO10% + A, dilutions MTG10%+C, Me2SO10%+B and Me2SO15%+B.

ABSTRACT: Background: Hyaluronic acid is a treatment option for this deficiency gingival papilla, since it aims to increase tissue volume in the region of loss of interdental papilla, minimally invasive. Aim this study was to describe the application of Hyaluronic acid in a deficient gingival papilla. Case report: Patient presented absence of interdental papilla in the maxillary arch around upper anterior teeth. A comprehensive exam was performed, plus 2D photographs taken with a professional camera coupled to a device for image standardization, and an intraoral scanning with the OMNICAM scanner. Three applications of Hyaluronic acid were performed to fill the black spaces, at an interval of four weeks. The patient was followed-up for three months, and the recovery of papilla was observed. Conclusion: The Hyaluronic acid as gingival filling material can be considered as a treatment option for augmenting interdental papilla in aesthetic area.

ABSTRACT The spatial variability in meteorological conditions was evaluated in two small ruminant house with different constructive aspects, based on the variables of dry bulb temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and temperature humidity index (THI), through the generation of maps using the Kriging interpolation method. The experiment was conducted in two seasons, winter and summer, and the small ruminant house were denominated as: FNRG (facility at ground level with no ridge vent) and FWRG (facility at ground level and with ridge vent). The studied parameters were recorded by portable digital sensors, thermo-anemometers and thermo-hygrometers, with data collections at 9 am and 3 pm. With the analysis of the spatial variability of the data, it was observed that the pens positioned in the central region of the two facilities had the least stressful places to animals in two seasons and two times, where the FWRG presented larger areas with lower temperatures, within the comfort zone, compared to the FNRG due to the presence of the ridge vents, were the least stressful places for the animals in the two seasons and at the two data collection times. At 9 am, in the winter and summer, both facilities presented comfortable conditions for the rearing of goats and sheep in the morning that were not observed at 3 pm.

ABSTRACT Maternal Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii) infection can lead to spontaneous abortion, fetal malformation, and numerous sequelae in the newborn, including visual and hearing impairment. T. gondii serology was determined in pregnant women and their newborns who were referred to Climério de Oliveira Maternity, Federal University of Bahia, and the possible associations with the risk factors for maternal infection were investigated. This cross-sectional study was conducted from January to December 2014 and included 712 pregnant women, aged 15 to 49 years, and 235 newborns. Seroprevalence was determined by the detection of T. gondii-specific immunoglobulin (Ig) M (IgM) and IgG antibodies using enzyme-linked immunoassay. In addition, mothers completed a questionnaire that focused on socioeconomic aspects, and survey data were tabulated using the SPSS statistical software program (version 21.0 for Windows). The seroprevalence rate for specific IgG antibodies was 51% (362) among mothers and 93% (219) among neonates. All the mothers and their newborns were negative for specific-IgM antibodies. Higher age group and lower maternal education were the only risk factors statistically associated with the presence of specific IgG. In summary, high levels of specific IgG antibodies were observed in pregnant women. The knowledge of risk factors for toxoplasmosis can help in the orientation of newly pregnant women.

Introduction Muscle activity in the aquatic environment was investigated using electromyographic analyses. The physical properties of water and the resistance used may influence the response of the muscle during exercise. The objective of this study was to evaluate the electrical activity in water and on the floor during flexion and knee extension exercises with and without load and aimed at understanding the muscular response while performing resistance exercises in water. Methods The sample consisted of 14 volunteers between 18 and 35 years old who were subjected to active exercises involving knee flexion and extension with and without load on the floor and in water. Electromyography was performed during the movement. Results A significant increase was found in the electrical activity of the rectus femoris muscle during exercises on the floor. The biceps femoris muscle showed increased electromyographic activity when resistance was used. A significant increase was found in the electrical activity of the rectus femoris muscle compared with exercises with and without load and the moment of rest in immersion. The electrical activity of the rectus and biceps femoris muscles was reduced in exercises with load and without load in a therapy pool compared with on the floor. Conclusion There was a reduction of the electromyographic activity in the aquatic environment compared with that on the ground, which could be attributed to the effects from hot water. Therefore, it is believed that resistance exercises can be performed early in a therapy pool, which will facilitate the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.

Dentre os vários aspectos relacionados à infância, elegemos o direito da criança brincar, atividade esta considerada importante para o seu desenvolvimento, segundo várias perspectivas teóricas em Psicologia, dentre as quais destacamos a sociohistórica. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar como as crianças em situação de trabalho, a partir do seu discurso e de suas práticas, vivenciam o brincar em seu cotidiano. Participaram da pesquisa quatro crianças que desenvolvem atividades no processo de beneficiamento da castanha de cajú. Como procedimentos recorremos à entrevistas semiestruturadas, observação participante e fotografias. A perspectiva de análise fundamenta-se nos estudos sociohistóricos e discursivos. Diante da análise do corpus, percebemos que os sujeitos participantes da pesquisa conseguem viver, mesmo que seja de forma parcial, a sua ludicidade. Assim, o trabalho restringe a construção da cultura lúdica dessas crianças, uma vez que o tempo de que dispõem está comprometido, em grande extensão, com as atividades do beneficiamento da castanha de cajú.

Among several aspects related to childhood we have chosen the rights of the children to play, which is considered an important activity for their development according to several theoretical perspectives in Psychology, among which we highlight the social-historic approach. In that context, the aim of this work was to investigate from their speech and their practices how children in working situation play in their everyday lives. Four children participated in the research, developing activities in the process of cashew nuts advantaging. We recurred to interviews, participating observations, and photographs. The perspective of analysis for this work is based on social-historic and discursive studies. Due to the analysis of the corpus, we realize that the subjects in the research can live, even in a partial way, its truth. Thus, the work restrains the construction of those children's culture, because the time they get is damaged largely due to their work on the cashew nuts.
