Resumo Este ensaio tem como base os trabalhos de Ecléa Bosi, com foco especial em suas contribuições metodológicas para a concepção e condução de pesquisas envolvendo entrevistas de memória social. Trata-se de leitura com objetivo de melhor compreender suas contribuições. Percorro seus textos e procuro fazer alguns apontamentos, tentando compartilhar com o leitor aquilo que aprendi sob sua orientação. Procurei sistematizar modestamente essas lições, entendendo que são contribuições atuais e preciosas não só para a Psicologia, mas para as demais ciências humanas e sociais. Por fim, procuro ressaltar a dimensão política e a atualidade de suas contribuições, estabelecendo interlocução entre seu ponto de vista, debates contemporâneos sobre a experiência do tempo, e formas de resistências sociais ancoradas na memória e nas tradições dos oprimidos.

Abstract Based on Ecléa Bosi’s oeuvre, this essay focuses on her methodological contributions for designing and carrying out research involving social memory interviews. By examining and commenting on her texts, the paper shares with the reader the lessons learned under her guidance. This systematization effort stems from the understanding that such lessons are current and significant contributions not only to Psychology, but also to other human and social sciences. Finally, the article highlights the political dimension and the timeliness of Ecléa’s contributions, establishing dialogues between her point of view, contemporary debates on the experience of time, and forms of social resistance anchored in the memory and traditions of the oppressed.

Resumen Este ensayo se basa en el trabajo de Ecléa Bosi, con un enfoque especial en sus contribuciones metodológicas al diseño y realización de estudios que utilizan entrevistas de memoria social. Se trata de leer con el objetivo de mejor comprender sus aportes. Reviso sus textos y trato de tomar algunas notas para compartir con el lector lo que aprendí bajo su orientación. Traté de sistematizar estas lecciones, entendiendo que son contribuciones actuales e importantes no solo a la Psicología, sino a las demás Ciencias Humanas y Sociales. Finalmente, trato de enfatizar la dimensión política y la actualidad de sus aportes, estableciendo un diálogo entre su punto de vista, debates contemporáneos sobre la vivencia del tiempo y formas de resistencia social ancladas en la memoria y tradiciones de los oprimidos.

Résumé A partir de l’oeuvre d’Ecléa Bosi, cet essai se concentre sur ses apports méthodologiques pour la conception et la réalisations de recherches impliquant des entretiens de mémoire sociale. En examinant et commentant ses textes, l’article partage avec le lecteur les leçons apprises sous sa direction. Cet effort de systématisation découle de la compréhension du fait que ces leçons constituent des contributions actuelles et significatives non seulement à la psychologie, mais aussi à d’autres sciences humaines et sociales. Enfin, l’article souligne la dimension politique et l’actualité ses contributions, établissant des dialogues entre son point de vue, les débats contemporains sur l’expérience du temps et les formes de résistance sociale ancrées dans la mémoire et les traditions des opprimés.

Resumo Este relato descreve a assessoria sindical em Psicologia Social do Trabalho e em Saúde do Trabalhador junto a funcionários/as da Unidade de Manutenção de uma universidade pública brasileira. Após uma greve por melhorias nas condições de trabalho e por medidas de combate ao assédio moral, foi formado um grupo de trabalhadores e pesquisadores (estudantes de graduação, de pós-graduação, pesquisadores de pós-doutoramento e docentes) que desenvolveu um projeto nos moldes de uma pesquisa-intervenção participativa. Ao longo de mais de dois anos, foram desenvolvidas as seguintes atividades: participação dos pesquisadores nas reuniões organizadas pelos trabalhadores; visitas aos locais de trabalho; fomento das discussões sobre assédio moral, condições e organização do trabalho; realização de entrevistas individuais e em grupo; atendimentos clínicos. Essas atividades permitiram intervir na formação, no acolhimento ao sofrimento relacionado às situações de violência, no resgate do valor do trabalho e dos saberes dos trabalhadores. Foi possível reconhecer que as instabilidades e as precariedades do trabalho têm sido fonte de sofrimento e de conflitos. Constatamos que os trabalhadores são portadores de rico saber sobre a universidade, sobre o seu próprio trabalho e sobre as mudanças em curso, bem como sobre as consequências do acelerado avanço da terceirização e do desmonte de diversos setores da universidade.

Abstract This report aims at describing the union assistance, based on social psychology of work and worker’s health, provided for the maintenance workers of a Brazilian public university. After a strike for improvements in working conditions and measures to combat moral harassment, a group of workers and researchers (undergraduate, graduate, post-doctoral researchers and professors) was formed and a project based on participatory intervention research was built up. Throughout two years, the following activities were developed: researchers participation in the meetings organized by workers; workplaces visits; discussions on moral harassment, work conditions and organization; individual and group interviews; clinical care. These activities allowed to intervene in the workers’ training and in the assistance provided to minimize the suffering caused by violence at work, as well as to rescue both the value of work and workers’ knowledge. It was possible to recognize that the work instabilities and precariousness have been source of suffering and conflicts. We found that workers have a valuable knowledge about the university, their own work and the changes in course, as well as about the consequences of the accelerated advancement of outsourcing and the dismantling of various university sectors.

A partir de memórias e experiências de militantes estudantis atuantes em diferentes épocas, este artigo reflete sobre a transformação do jovem em estudante e sobre o sentido político dessa passagem. Para o tema proposto, foi necessário fazer alguns apontamentos críticos sobre pesquisas atuais acerca da juventude, em especial naquilo que concerne às suas interpretações sobre a participação política dos jovens e às comparações que fazem entre diferentes épocas e contextos da política estudantil. Retomando obra clássica sobre o movimento estudantil, o texto aponta ainda a pertinência e atualidade do pensamento marxista para trazer à tona, em sua integridade, o sentido político da efervescência estudantil dos anos 1960. Para a discussão proposta, foi preciso também pontuar, ainda que de forma breve, transformações no ensino superior brasileiro, metamorfoses que sofreu e sofre no esteio das diferentes imposições do capital.

This article comes into being from the memories and experiences of student activists who played key roles at different points in time. It aims to reflect about the transformation of young adults into full-grown students, as well as the political meaning of this passage. In order to approach this theme, it was necessary to make some critical points in regards to current research on youth. These observations specifically focused on the interpretations made by these studies regarding the political involvement of young people as well as comparisons theses studies made between different time frames and contexts of student politics (student activism). By resourcing to a classic masterpiece on student movement, the present discussion points out how pertinent and timely Marxist thought still is. In doing so, it brings into light the political meaning of the student movement effervescence of the 1960's. Furthermore, it was also necessary to succinctly highlight the transformations that took place in Brazil's tertiary education (higher education) along with the metamorphosis it underwent - and still undergoes, as it comes across the impositions brought forth by capitalism.

Este artigo é fruto de investigações iniciadas durante pesquisa de mestrado orientada metodologicamente pelos trabalhos de Ecléa Bosi e José Moura Gonçalves Filho, enfocando memórias de militantes estudantis. Um dos temas lembrados com maior destaque foi a relação entre Psicologia e ideologia. Durante a graduação, espaços e interesses da militância universitária por vezes estabeleceram radical antagonismo frente às aulas e mesmo a colegas e professores; outras vezes, militância e Psicologia foram combinadas na experiência e prática políticas. Através da memória de militantes estudantis, da análise de suas trajetórias desde o ingresso na universidade até os primeiros anos depois de formados, pretendemos melhor compreender as angústias daqueles que procuram integrar práticas profissionais e compromisso social. Pretendemos contribuir, assim, para a reflexão acerca da formação do psicólogo, atinando para o que nela representa convite ao pensamento crítico e à ação transformadora ou que, pelo contrário, induz à legitimação das desigualdades sociais.

This article is the result of investigations that started during the Master´s degree research and that were methodologically oriented by the work of Ecléa Bosi and José Moura Gonçalves Filho, whose focus is the memories of militant students. One of the themes most emphatically remembered was the relation between Psychology and ideology. During under graduation, spaces and university militancy interests were sometimes radically antagonistic to the course, the classes and even lassmates and professors; at other times, militancy and Psychology were joined in experience and political practice. Through the memories of militant students, analyzing their history since the beginning of university until the first years after under graduation, we intend to understand better the anxieties of those who try to integrate professional practice to social commitment. This way we intend to contribute for the reflection on the psychologist professional preparation, considering that this preparation may lead to a critical thought and a transformational action, or, on the contrary, may lead to a confirmation of social inequality.
