Abstract A study of the macrolichens diversity from Chaco National Park was conducted. Thirty-six species were identified, three of which are recorded for the first time from Argentina (Dirinaria melanocapa, Pyxine petricola var. convexula, and P. pungens). Moreover, the distribution of 27 species in the country is extended, including new records for Chaco province and, additionally, for other provinces of the region. An identification key for species is here provided and the geographic distribution of each one in Argentina was revised.

Resumen Se realizó un estudio sobre la diversidad de macrolíquenes presentes en el Parque Nacional Chaco. Fueron identificadas 36 especies, de las cuales tres se registran por primera vez para Argentina (Dirinaria melanocarpa, Pyxine petricola var. convexula y P. pungens). Por otra parte, se amplía la distribución de 27 especies en el país, incluyendo nuevos registros para la provincia de Chaco y, adicionalmente, para otras provincias de la región. Se proporciona una clave para la identificación de especies y se actualizó la distribución geográfica actual en Argentina de cada una de ellas.

The genus Heterodermia (Physciaceae, Lecanorales) in the Yaboty Biosphere Reserve (Misiones, Argentina). In this work, a study of the Heterodermia species of the Yaboty Biosphere Reserve is presented. Six species were identifed, of which Heterodermia galactophylla (Tuck.) W.L. Culb. is recorded for the frst time from Argentina, and the distribution range within the country is extended for other four species: Heterodermia japonica (M. Satô) Swinscow & Krog, Heterodermia aff. speciosa (Wulfen) Trevis., Heterodermia squamulosa (Degel.) W.L. Culb., and Heterodermia vulgaris (Vain.) Follmann & Redón. A dichotomous key for the species of the area and a brief description, observations and illustration of each of them are presented.

En este trabajo se presenta un estudio de las especies de Heterodermia presentes en la Reserva de Biosfera Yaboty (Misiones, Argentina). Se identificaron seis especies, de las cuales se cita por primera vez para Argentina Heterodermia galactophylla (Tuck.) W.L. Culb., y se amplía el rango de distribución en el país de otras cuatro especies: Heterodermia japonica (M. Satô) Swinscow & Krog, Heterodermia aff. speciosa (Wulfen) Trevis., Heterodermia squamulosa (Degel.) W.L. Culb. y Heterodermia vulgaris (Vain.) Follmann & Redón. Se presenta una clave dicotómica para las especies en el área y una breve descripción, observaciones e ilustración de cada una de ellas.

A study of the genera Canoparmelia and Crespoa in northeastern Argentina is presented. Seven species were studied, including Canoparmelia caroliniana and C. cryptochlorophaea as the first reports for Argentina, and C. austroamericana for the region. The known geographic distribution of C. texana and Crespoa crozalsiana is also extended. Descriptions, illustrations, and a key for the identification to differentiate the treated species are included.

Se presenta un estudio de los géneros Canoparmelia y Crespoa en el Nordeste de Argentina. Siete especies fueron estudiadas, incluyendo Canoparmelia caroliniana y C. cryptochlorophaea como primeros registros para Argentina y C. austroamericana para la región. Se extiende además el área de distribución geográfica conocida de C. texana y Crespoa crozalsiana. Se incluyen descripciones detalladas, ilustraciones y una clave para diferenciar las especies tratadas.

Parmotrema dilatatum and Parmotrema gardneri are recorded for the first time for Argentina and Paraguay. Both species are described and illustrated, and a map with their distribution in South America is included. A key to differentiate sorediate and sorediate-pustulate species of Parmotrema with protocetraric acid is also presented.

Parmotrema dilatatum y Parmotrema gardneri se registran por primera vez para Argentina y Paraguay. Se describen e ilustran ambas especies y se incluye un mapa de su distribución en Sudamérica. Se presenta una clave para diferenciar las especies sorediadas y sorediado-pustuladas de Parmotrema con ácido protocetrárico.

Macrolichen diversity in Mburucuyá National Park (Corrientes, Argentina). A study of the macrolichens from Mburucuyá National Park (Corrientes, Argentina) is presented. Forty nine species belonging to fifteen genera were identified. Physcia krogiae Moberg, Bulbothrix regnelliana Jungbluth, Marcelli & Elix, and Bulbothrix viatica Spielmann & Marcelli are recorded for the first time in Argentina and the distribution area of ten species is extended. The geographic distribution in the country is actualized and a key for the identification of the genera and species is included.

Se presenta un estudio de los macrolíquenes presentes en el Parque Nacional Mburucuyá (Corrientes, Argentina). Se identificaron cuarenta y nueve especies pertenecientes a quince géneros. Se registran por primera vez para la Argentina Physcia krogiae Moberg, Bulbothrix regnelliana Jungbluth, Marcelli & Elix y Bulbothrix viatica Spielmann & Marcelli, y se amplía el área de distribución de diez especies. Se actualiza la distribución geográfica dentro del país de las especies estudiadas y se incluyen claves para la identificación de los géneros y especies.

Comments about the following taxa are included: Coniocarpon cinnabarinum (Arthoniaceae); Schistophoron tenue (Graphidaceae); Reimnitzia santensis (Thelotremataceae); Phyllopeltula steppae (Peltulaceae); Dichosporidium nigrocinctum, Enterographa pallidella y Syncesia effusa (Roccellaceae) y Tylophoron crassiusculum (Caliciales, incertae sedis).

Se presentan nuevos registros de microlíquenes para el norte de Argentina.
