Resumo Este artigo objetiva identificar a compreensão das práticas corporais dos alunos do curso de Medicina da Escola Multicampi de Ciências Médicas do Rio Grande do Norte e discutir sua realização no âmbito da Atenção Básica à Saúde. Por meio uma pesquisa documental de abordagem qualitativa, analisamos os 47 relatórios finais da disciplina Práticas Corporais na promoção de saúde e qualidade de vida, que ocorreu nos períodos 2017-1, 2017-2 e 2018-1. Com a análise dos documentos, foi possível identificar de que forma os alunos compreendiam o corpo e a saúde, ao mesmo tempo em que foram promovidas vivências que auxiliaram os alunos a superar preconceitos a respeito das práticas, ressaltando sua importância no âmbito da saúde, principalmente no que condiz a uma formação médica ampliada, à atuação na Atenção Básica, de forma a serem capazes de experienciar o próprio corpo e o do outro.

RESUMO O objetivo do estudo foi analisar o significado do álcool, das drogas ilícitas e das práticas corporais para os usuários de substâncias psicoativas que estão em processo de reabilitação nos CAPS ad. 76 usuários que estiveram em reabilitação nos CAPS ad do Recife/PE foram entrevistados. Foi encontrada multiplicidade no significado do álcool e das drogas, predominando fatores negativos, mesmo considerando que o álcool inicialmente é reconhecido como elemento de integração social. As práticas corporais apresentaram significados positivos relacionados, principalmente, ao movimento corporal e ocupação da mente.

ABSTRACT The objective of the study was to analyze the significance of alcohol, illicit drugs and corporal practices for users of psychoactive substances who are in the process of rehabilitation at CAPS ad. 76 users who were in rehabilitation at CAPS ad Recife/PE were interviewed. Multiplicity was found in the meaning of alcohol and drugs, with negative factors predominating, even considering that alcohol is initially recognized as an element of social integration. RESUMO O objetivo deste estudo foi explorar os significados do uso de suplementos entre aqueles que praticam atividade física em academias de ginástica. Um estudo qualitativo foi realizado com base em 67 questionários respondidos na internet por praticantes de atividade física. Houve também uma observação dos grupos na Facebook, a dinâmica e outros aspectos como discussões, mensagens, perfis e imagens. Foi detectado que os praticantes de atividade física se importam mais com a quantidade de substâncias ingeridas do que com qualquer outro fator que possa levá-los a sofrer certos riscos à saúde. Eles acreditam que os chamados "excessos" podem causar doenças aos órgãos internos. Embora os participantes acreditem que seu próprio consumo de suplementos não compromete a saúde, a autoridade biomédica é crucial para que eles reconheçam se estão ou não em risco. O consumo de suplementos pode variar dependendo do que se entende ser excessivo e quais os riscos que podem comprometer o corpo. Existem muitas motivações para gerenciar essas substâncias. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to explore the meanings of supplement use among those who engage in physical activity in fitness centers. A qualitative study was carried out based on 67 questionnaires answered on the internet by practitioners of physical training. There was also an observation of the groups in the Facebook, the dynamic and other aspects such as discussions, messages, profiles and images. It was detected that physical activity practitioners care more about the quantity of substances ingested than any other factor that may lead them to suffer certain health risks. They believe that so-called "excesses" may cause diseases to the internal organs. Although the participants believe that their own consumption of supplements does not compromise their health, a biomedical authority is crucial for them to recognize whether or not they are at risk. The consumption of supplements can vary depending on what is understood to be excessive and which risks may compromise the body. There are many motivations for managing these substances. Health risks should not be analyzed solely from a biomedical perspective, but also addressed by the socio-cultural logic of the perceptions and meanings attributed by the subjects to the body and the management thereof.

Abstract This article looks into the construction of the body by bodybuilding. It is a field study interviewing bodybuilders in North-eastern Brazil. Semi-structured Interviews were conducted with a sample of eight men and two women and underwent content analysis. The results allowed identifying various uses of bodybuilding regarding subjects’ past experiences with their bodies, modes commitment to the practice, and sex. If the suffering evoked to explain their commitment is individual, adherence to new standards of construction of the body takes place through a collective of people who lead to normalization of consumption of pharmacological substances.

Resumen El objetivo de este artículo es entender la construcción del cuerpo por el culturismo. Se trata de un estudio de campo que permitió entrevistar a culturistas del Nordeste de Brasil. Las entrevistas de tipo semiestructurado se realizaron con una muestra de ocho hombres y dos mujeres. Realizamos un análisis de contenido de las entrevistas. Los resultados han permitido identificar usos diferenciados del culturismo según las experiencias pasadas del cuerpo, los modos de compromiso y el sexo. Si el sufrimiento planteado para explicar su compromiso con la práctica es individual, la adhesión a nuevas normas de construcción del cuerpo se hace por un colectivo de personas que llevan a normalizar el consumo de sustancias farmacológicas.

Résumé Cet article a comme objectif comprendre la construction du corps par le bodybuilding. Il s’agit d’une étude de terrain qui a permis d’interviewer des bodybuilders du nord-est du Brésil. Des entretiens de type semi-structuré ont été réalisés avec un échantillon de huit hommes et deux femmes. Nous avons procédé à une analyse de contenu des entretiens. Les résultats ont permis d’identifier des usages différenciés du bodybuilding en lien avec les expériences passées du corps, les modes d’engagement et le sexe. Si la souffrance évoquée pour expliquer son engagement dans la pratique est individuelle, l’adhésion à de nouvelles normes de construction du corps se fait par un collectif de personnes qui conduisent à normaliser la consommation de substances pharmacologiques.

Abstract Aim: The promulgation of the 1996 Education Guidelines and Bases Law promotes debate on the construction of National Curricular Parameters (NCPs) for Basic Education, emerging traditional disciplines and transversal themes. Considering the relevance of NCPs today, the objective of this research was to analyze NCPs related to health and to identify relationships between health and physical education in NCPs for Physical Education in Elementary and High School. Method: This is a documentary study that analyzed the respective documents. Paul Ricœur's hermeneutic approach was used for the interpretation of these documents. Discussion: In this section, it was identified that these documents recognize health as a right; present a dynamic conception of health and emphasize the importance of citizen education. However, the documents contradict each other by emphasizing a reduction of Physical Education to physical exercise, remodeling of habits, emphasized valorization of biological mechanisms, and contradictory facts to understand health dynamics. Conclusion: Finally, the conclusions emphasize the main points in each document, showing that there are advances but there are also divergences between them related to health issues and even setbacks. In addition, new investigations related to this theme are suggested.

Abstract Aim: We aim to develop this study with the main objective to discuss perceptions about body and aging from the context of the ‘Our Healthier City’ project. Method: We use the phenomenological method to develop the research. Through a strategy of the situated phenomenon, we visit the place where it is experienced. We observed the lived world of the people there and interviewed 10 project participants. Results: In this way, we perceive that the aging body is ruled by taboos and prejudices, but develops every day, weaving meanings from movement, work, family, experiences, pleasures, and displeasures, caring for oneself by the understanding that life continues after old age and that death is an irreversible phenomenon. We also understand that it is a part of the body that ages fall, wrinkles, declines as a natural process but that cannot be considered just this, meaning that the body that grows older also develops in a polysemic cultural context with different meanings since old age is understood and lived in different ways by each one. Conclusion: We identify that the area of Physical Education has an academic production in the area of aging and old age that still need to be discussed in order to broaden the eyes for these bodies, so that they can not only be understood in their physiological and their effective responses to exercise, adaptation to physical activity and the types of training programs but also as beings that produce meanings from their experiences.

Resumo Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo mapear a produção científica do Grupo de Trabalho Temático (GTT) Atividade Física e Saúde publicada nos Anais dos Congressos Brasileiros de Ciências do Esporte (Conbrace) de 1997 a 2011, com vistas a refletir sobre indicadores epistemológicos. A partir da análise de conteúdo feita destaca-se a pluralidade de estudos sobre saúde em diferentes abordagens científicas, de acordo com cada biênio, tendo um acréscimo dos estudos relacionados às humanidades, principalmente a partir de 2007. Aponta-se a necessidade de uma política científica e de produção do conhecimento em educação física que valorize pesquisas sobre o SUS, tanto por meio do CBCE quanto pelas instituições de ensino superior.

Abstract This research aims to map the scientific production of the Thematic Working Group (GTT) Physical Activity and Health published in the Annals of the Brazilian Sports Sciences (CONBRACE) from 1997 to 2011, in order to reflect on epistemological indicators. From the content analysis performed highlights the plurality of health studies in different scientific approaches, according to every two years, with an increase of studies related to the humanities, especially from 2007. Points up the need for a policy and scientific knowledge production in Physical Education that values research on the SUS, both through CBCE, as by higher education institutions.

Resumen Esta investigación tiene como objetivo organizar la producción científica del Grupo de Trabajo Temático (GTT) Actividad Física y Salud publicado en los Anales de Ciencias del Deporte de Brasil (CONBRACE) de 1997-2011 con el fin de reflexionar sobre el indicador epistemológico. A partir del análisis de contenido realizado se pone de manifiesto la pluralidad de los estudios de salud en los diferentes enfoques científicos, cada dos años, con un incremento de estudios relacionados con las humanidades, especialmente a partir de 2007. Señala la necesidad de una política y la producción de conocimiento científico en educación física que valoren la investigación en el SUS, tanto a través del CBCE como de las instituciones de educación superior.

Resumo Esta pesquisa objetiva analisar a compreensão de corpo e a maneira pela qual essa compreensão é transformada no campo da educação física, na França e no Brasil, de 1980 a 1990. Foram analisados 76 artigos da Revue Éducation Physique et Sportive e 74 da Revista Brasileira de Ciências do Esporte, com a técnica da análise de conteúdo. Interessou-nos tecer aproximações e divergências entre os dois países nesse período. A análise de conteúdo de ambas as revistas propicia horizontes de compreensão e de investigação sobre o conhecimento do corpo, a cientificidade e delineamentos de pesquisa na educação física. No período analisado, em ambos os periódicos, predomina a abordagem das ciências biomédicas associadas ao esporte de alto rendimento, embora encontremos elementos de crítica a essa visão.

Abstract This research aims to analyze the understanding of the body and the way that understanding is transformed in the field of Physical Education in France and Brazil, in the period of 1980 - 1990. We analyzed 76 articles of the Revue Education Physique et Sportive and 74 articles of the Revista Brasileira de Ciências do Esporte, using the technique of content analysis. Interested in weaving approaches and divergences between the two countries during this period. The content analysis of both Journals provides horizons of understanding and the research about the knowledge of the body, the scientific and research designs in Physical Education. In the period examined in both journals, the predominant approach of biomedical sciences associated with high performance sport, although we find the critical elements of this vision.

Resumen Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la comprensión del cuerpo y la forma en que la comprensión se transforma en el campo de la educación física, en Francia y en Brasil entre 1980 y 1990. Se analizaron 76 artículos de la Revue d'Education Physique et Sportive y 74 artículos de la Revista Brasileira de Ciências do Esporte mediante la técnica de análisis del contenido. Nos interesó encontrar aproximaciones y divergencias entre los dos países durante este período. Un análisis del contenido de las revistas ofreció horizontes de la comprensión y de investigación sobre el conocimiento del cuerpo, la ciencia y la investigación en educación física. En el período examinado de las revistas predomina el enfoque de las ciencias biomédicas relacionadas con el deporte de alto rendimiento a pesar de encontrarnos con los elementos de crítica a esta visión.

A presente investigação se direcionou para o Brazil-Medico no período de 1887-1923, com o objetivo de identificar as compreensões de corpo e saúde, buscando-se contribuições para as bases científicas da educação física brasileira.

Ao se discutir a construção teórica da relação entre os conceitos de estes conceitos, busca-se apontar possíveis contribuições para a educação. Ao conceber que estes conceitos se interpenetram através de uma lógica recursiva, que o corpo é uma construção biocultural, um corpo vivo, e ao compreender que os opostos, em vez de se isolarem, se complementam, se poderá reconhecer tanto a autonomia do corpo quanto a sua dependência com o meio, a cultura e a sociedade em que vive. Desse modo, a educação, ao perceber que não é possível ir em busca de um corpo isento de história, e ao reconhecer a responsabilidade que possui ao colaborar com a reescrita dessa história, tem o desafio de permitir desabrochar as subjetividades, abrindo espaços que possibilitem aflorar um ser que, ao modificar-se constantemente, provoca mudanças no ambiente, na sociedade, na cultura.

In discussing the theoretical construction of the relation between the concepts of body, nature and culture, this article seeks to point to possible contributions for education. By conceiving that body, nature and culture are interwoven by a recursive logic, that the body is a biocultural construction, a living body, and by understanding that the opposites, instead of isolating themselves, complement each other, it should be possible to recognise both the autonomy of the body and its dependence on the environment, culture and the society in which it resides. In this way, by perceiving that it is not possible to look for a body exempt from history, and by recognising the responsibility which it has in collaborating with a rewriting of that history, education faces the challenge of permitting subjectivities to blossom, opening spaces which will allow a being to bloom who, by constant modification, provokes changes in the environment, society and culture
