RESUMO Objetivo: Analisar o excesso de óbitos no município do Rio de Janeiro (MRJ), RJ, durante a pandemia de COVID-19 (março de 2020 a janeiro de 2022). Métodos: Foi realizado um estudo ecológico com dados secundários do Sistema de Informação sobre Mortalidade cuja unidade de análise foi o MRJ. O excesso de mortalidade foi calculado pela diferença entre a média de óbitos esperados e a média dos óbitos observados levando-se em conta o período de 2015 a 2019. Foi ajustado um método de regressão quantílica. Calculou-se o valor total dos casos acima do esperado pela série histórica. Foram selecionados os óbitos por causa básica COVID-19 e Influenza. Também foi calculada a razão entre o excesso de óbitos e os óbitos atribuídos à COVID-19. Resultados: Foi identificado excesso de 31.920 óbitos pela média (26,8% de incremento). Pela regressão quantílica, encontrou-se excesso de 31.363 óbitos. Ocorreram 33.401 óbitos por COVID-19 e 176 por Influenza. A razão entre o excesso de óbitos encontrado e os óbitos atribuídos à COVID-19 foi de 0,96 pela média e 0,95 pela regressão quantílica. Conclusão: O estudo apontou grande excesso de óbitos durante a pandemia de COVID-19 no MRJ, distribuído em ondas, incluindo-se o período do surto de Influenza.

ABSTRACT The actions of time-motion in combat sports have been the subject of scientific investigations, aiming to develop analysis protocols. This study aimed to develop and validate a specific time-movement protocol for English Boxing using the Frami® software. This protocol was developed based on English boxing techniques. Groups of actions and patterns were defined from the beginning to the end of each action. Twelve combats carried out in the Rio de Janeiro Olympics were analyzed for validation. Test and retest comparisons were made using the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC), both considering a significance level of p≤ 0.05. The main results indicated that there was reproducibility classified as excellent for all variables (Displacement: CCI= 0.99 and 0.97; Attack: CCI= 0.98 and 0.96; Defense: CCI= 0.97 and 0.94; Clinch: CCI= 0.99 and 0.96; pause: CCI= 0.98 and 0.96; CCI= 1.0 and 0.99, for the 1st and 2nd evaluators respectively and; Total time ICC= 1.0 for both evaluators). There was excellent objectivity (ICC≥ 0.98) in all groups of actions. It can be concluded that the developed protocol proved to be valid and reproducible for analyzing boxing matches.

RESUMO As ações de tempo e movimento nos esportes de combate tem sido objeto de investigações cientificas, com fins de desenvolvimento de protocolos de análise. Este estudo teve por objetivo desenvolver e validar um protocolo tempo-movimento especifico para o Boxe Inglês, utilizando o software Frami®. O presente protocolo foi desenvolvido sobre técnicas do boxe inglês, foram definidos grupos de ações e padrões de início o final de cada ação. Para validação foram analisados 12 combates realizados nas Olimpíadas do Rio de Janeiro. As comparações de teste e reteste foram feitas usando o Coeficiente de Correlação Intraclasse (CCI), ambos considerando um nível de significância de p≤ 0,05. Os principais resultados indicaram que houve reprodutibilidade classificada como excelente para todas as variáveis (Descolamento: CCI= 0.99 e 0.97; Ataque: CCI= 0.98 e 0.96; Defesa: CCI= 0.97 e 0.94; Clinch: CCI= 0.99 e 0.96; pausa: CCI= 1 e 0.99, para o 1º e 2º avaliador respectivamente; Tempo total CCI= 1 para ambos os avaliadores). Houve objetividade excelente (CCI≥ 0.98) em todas os conjuntos de ações. Pode-se concluir que o protocolo desenvolvido se mostrou válido e reprodutível para analisar de combates de boxe.

RESUMO Na segunda década do século XXI, o setor sucroenergético no Brasil conhece um período de crise que leva a uma onda de pedidos de recuperação judicial, falências e o fechamento (temporário ou definitivo) de diversas Unidades Agroindustriais Sucroenergéticas (UASs). Essas decisões afetam a economia dos municípios envolvidos na produção e processamento da cana-de-açúcar, provocando crises locais. Face a esse cenário, o objetivo do presente artigo é avaliar os diferentes graus de vulnerabilidade territorial dos municípios canavieiros com UASs instaladas. A metodologia está baseada na proposta de um índice de vulnerabilidade territorial (IVT) elaborado pela combinação de indicadores relacionados ao grau de especialização, a densidade econômica e populacional e as distintas características produtivas das UASs. Os resultados apresentam um mapeamento das diferentes situações de vulnerabilidade, sendo maior em municípios com menor patamar demográfico e cujas economias são altamente especializadas e dependentes da produção e processamento da cana-de-açúcar.

ABSTRACT In the second decade of the XXI century, the Brazilian sugar-energy sector faced a moment of crisis. Many sugarcane processing plants started a judicial recovery plan or declared bankruptcy and closed their units. These decisions impact the economy of municipalities that are associated with sugarcane production and processing, resulting in local crisis. Considering this scenario, this paper aims to evaluate the different degrees of the territorial vulnerability of municipalities with sugar-energy units. The methodology is based on a proposal of a territorial vulnerability index (IVT) created from the combination of indicators related to the specialization degree, the economic and populational density, and the distinct productive characters of the sugar-energy companies. A map of these results is presented showing the different forms of vulnerability. The most significant cases are municipalities with low demography level, which economies deeply depends on sugarcane production and processing.

RESUMO O presente artigo parte de debate ocorrido na segunda metade do século XIX na historiografia brasileira a respeito de qual deveria ser o ponto de partida de uma narrativa da história do Brasil: a Europa (por meio do contexto da expansão europeia e das Grandes Navegações) ou a América (descrevendo-se, primeiramente, o território e as populações indígenas). Este debate envolvia a questão de definir os “antecedentes” da história do Brasil, assumindo para a história uma lógica narrativa dotada de implicações. O processo histórico assim escolhido definia um “centro” para a história do Brasil, que poderia ser “interno” (território e populações indígenas) ou “externo” (Europa, ou processo de expansão do capitalismo comercial). Aqui, buscamos analisar as implicações dessa tríade teórica antecedentes-processo-centro na historiografia de formação brasileira à luz, por fim, de reavaliações possíveis do lugar e papel das populações indígenas e da natureza na história.

ABSTRACT This paper follows a late nineteenth-century debate in Brazilian historiography about the proper starting point for narratives of Brazilian history: Europe (European expansion and the great voyages of early modern period) or America (with descriptions of the territory and native peoples). This debate centered on defining the “antecedents” of Brazilian history, which would fit a narrative logic with particular implications. The chosen historical process would, in its turn, would help identify a “center” for Brazilian history, which could either be “internal” (territory and its earlier occupants) or “external” (Europe and the expansion of commercial capitalism). This article analyzes the theoretical trio of “antecedents-process-center” during a formative moment in Brazil’s historiography with attention to possible re-evaluations of the place and role of indigenous peoples and nature in history.

RESUMEN El presente artículo parte del debate ocurrido en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX en la historiografía brasileña sobre cuál debería ser el punto de partida de una narrativa de la historia del Brasil: Europa (por medio del contexto de expansión europea y de las Grandes Navegaciones) o América (describiéndose, principalmente, el territorio y las poblaciones indígenas). Este debate envolvía la cuestión de definir los “antecedentes” de la historia de Brasil, asumiendo para la historia una lógica narrativa dotada de implicaciones. El proceso histórico así escogido definía un “centro” para la historia de Brasil, que podría ser “interno” (territorio y poblaciones indígenas) o “externo” (Europa, o proceso de expansión del capitalismo comercial). Aquí buscamos analizar las implicaciones de esa trilogía teórica antecedentes-proceso-centro en la historiografía brasileña a la luz, por fin, de las revaluaciones posibles del lugar y el papel de las poblaciones indígenas y de la naturaleza en la historia.

SUMMARY: Previous evidence indicates that body fat can distinguish Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) athletes according to the competitive level. However, propositions of cut-off points for establishing classifications of body fat percentage for combat sports athletes and, specifically, for BJJ athletes are still incipient in the literature. In this sense, the main aim of the present study was to establish a normative table for the classification of body fat percentage in BJJ athletes. As a secondary aim, athletes were compared according to competitive level. Ninety male BJJ athletes (aged: 29.0 ± 8.2 years; practice time: 6.0 ± 2.1 years; body mass: 82.1 ± 12.7 kg; height: 175.9 ± 6.5 cm; fat mass: 16.0 ± 8.9 kg; bone mineral content: 3.7 ± 0.6 kg; muscle mass: 37.9 ± 5.4 kg; body fat percentage: 17.3 ± 6.8 %; basal metabolic rate: 1811.4 ± 193.4 kcal) from different competitive levels: state (n= 42), national (n= 26) and international (n= 22) took part in this study. All athletes had their body composition measured via tetrapolar bioelectrical impedance. Percentiles p10, p25, p50, p75, and p90 were used to establish the classification. As a result, the following classification was obtained: <7.7 % (very low); ≥7.7-11.5 % (low); 11.6-17.0 % (medium); 17.1-24.0 % (high) and ≥24.1 % (very high). State-level athletes had a higher fat percentage than national and international-level athletes (p<0.05). The proposed cut-off points can help professionals responsible for sports training and nutritional prescription in monitoring the body fat of BJJ athletes.

RESUMEN: La grasa corporal puede distinguir a los atletas de jiu-jitsu brasileño (BJJ) según el nivel competitivo. Sin embargo, las propuestas de puntos de corte para establecer clasificaciones de porcentaje de grasa corporal para deportistas de deportes de combate y, específicamente, para deportistas de BJJ son aún incipientes en la literatura. En este sentido, el objetivo principal del presente estudio fue establecer una tabla normativa para la clasificación del porcentaje de grasa corporal en atletas de BJJ. Secundariamente, comparar a los deportistas según el nivel competitivo. Participaron noventa atletas masculinos de BJJ (edad: 29,0 ± 8,2 años; tiempo de práctica: 6,0 ± 2,1 años; masa corporal: 82,1 ± 12,7 kg; estatura: 175,9 ± 6,5 cm; masa adiposa: 16,0 ± 8,9 kg; contenido mineral óseo: 3,7 ± 0,6 kg; masa muscular: 37,9 ± 5,4 kg; porcentaje de grasa corporal: 17,3 ± 6,8 %; tasa metabólica basal: 1811,4 ± 193,4 kcal) de diferentes niveles competitivos: estatal (n= 42), nacional (n= 26) e internacional (n= 22). Se evaluó la composición corporal a través de bioimpedancia tetrapolar. Para establecer la clasificación se utilizaron los percentiles p10, p25, p50, p75 y p90. Como resultado se obtuvo la siguiente clasificación: <7,7 % (muy bajo); ≥7,7-11,5 % (bajo); 11,6-17,0 % (medio); 17,1-24,0 % (alto) y ≥24,1 % (muy alto). Los atletas de nivel estatal tenían un porcentaje de grasa corporal más alto respecto a los atletas de nivel nacional e internacional (p <0.05). Los puntos de corte propuestos pueden ser útiles para monitorizar la grasa corporal de los atletas de BJJ.

ABSTRACT. This study investigated the effects of adding different adsorbent substances to broilers feed naturally contaminated by mycotoxins. Two hundred and eighty male 1-day-old chicks, Cobb Slow® lineage, were distributed in a randomized block design with 4 treatments, 5 repetitions with 14 birds each. The treatments consisted of: T1- basal feed naturally contaminated with mycotoxins. T2- basal feed + Bentonite, Thistle Extract, Yeast Extract, Vitamin E and Choline. T3- basal feed + Bentonite, Thistle Extract, yeast cell wall and Silymarin. T4- basal feed + Bentonite and Algae extract. Performance (weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion) at 7, 14, 21, 28 days were evaluated. At 28 days, a portion of the jejunum was collected in two birds by replicate to study the intestinal morphology. The relative weight of the gizzard, proventricle and total intestine was evaluated. The data obtained were analyzed using the statistical program SAS (9.3). With the use of any adsorbents studied, the performance and liver weight were improved in all evaluated periods. Thus, the inclusion of adsorbents improves the performance of the broiler chickens when the feed is contaminated by mycotoxins.

Abstract Recently renamed, Psalidodon scabripinnis populations of Serra da Mantiqueira, previously known as Astyanax scabripinnis have been deeply studied in the last years. These populations are small and isolated and occur very close to the watershed between Paraíba do Sul River basin and Upper Paraná River basin, in Serra da Mantiqueira region in the Atlantic Rainforest. These conditions arouse the interest in knowing theor genetic conservation status and how they responded to the separation between the two rivers basins. Therefore, we accessed the genetic diversity of five P. scabripinnis populations of this region with microsatellites and mitochondrial data. The results showed a complex structure pattern that doesn’t match the simple basin separation and a reasonably conservation status when compared with other populations of the same family or with similar natural history.

Resumo Objetivo: Avaliar taxas de sucesso e de complicações de biópsias renais guiadas por ultrassonografia em um hospital terciário. Materiais e Métodos: Análise retrospectiva de 97 biópsias renais realizadas entre 1º de março de 2017 e 31 de outubro de 2019, guiadas por ultrassonografia e executadas por um único médico radiologista. Resultados: Oitenta e sete biópsias apresentaram diagnóstico anatomopatológico definitivo. Cinco biópsias foram inconclusivas (5,4%) e precisaram de um segundo procedimento. Houve complicações em sete procedimentos (7,6%), todas devidamente solucionadas. Conclusão: A biópsia renal guiada por ultrassonografia demonstrou ser um método efetivo e seguro para o diagnóstico de nefropatias, com elevada taxa de sucesso em sua execução.

Abstract Objective: To evaluate the success and complication rates of ultrasound-guided renal biopsy at a tertiary care hospital. Materials and Methods: This was a retrospective analysis of 97 ultrasound-guided renal biopsies, all performed by the same radiologist, between 1 March, 2017 and 31 October, 2019. Results: Of the 97 biopsies evaluated, 87 had a definitive pathological diagnosis. In five cases (5.4%), the biopsy results were inconclusive and a second procedure was required. In seven procedures (7.6%), there were complications, all of which were properly resolved. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided renal biopsy has proven to be a safe, effective method for the diagnosis of nephropathies, with high success rates.

Abstract Background Resistant hypertension (RH) is manifested by the presence of blood pressure values resistant to antihypertensive therapy. RH is highly prevalent among black individuals, increasing cardiovascular risk in this population and requiring effective control of this comorbidity. Objectives To investigate the medication profile and therapeutic adherence in black people with apparent RH. Methods This is a cross-sectional study, with a convenience sample of individuals with apparent RH. Data were obtained from medical records. Therapeutic adherence was assessed using the Morisky Therapeutic Adherence Scale of 8 items (MMAS-8) and statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS, version 23. Significance was set at p <0.05. Results Of the 120 individuals, 90 (75%) were women and 72 (60%) were black. Mean SBP was 153.09 (SD 25.59) mm Hg and mean DBP, 90.82 (SD 16.91) mm Hg, with a statistical difference in relation to the target pressure for SBP. Regarding the medication profile, 79.2% of the individuals used the recommended regimen for RH (ACEI / ARB + Diuretic + CCB), with the fourth most used drug being beta-blockers. The average score in MMAS-8 was 6.62 (SD 1.38) points, with 19.2%, 50.0%, and 30.8% showing low, medium, and high adherence, respectively. Conclusions It was evidenced that two-thirds of the individuals did not have high therapeutic adherence and not all used the ideal regimen for the management of RH, nor full doses. Thus, most individuals were probably affected by pseudoresistance, which was initially diagnosed as apparent RH. (Int J Cardiovasc Sci. 2021; [online].ahead print, PP.0-0)

Resumo Objetivo: Verificar a similaridade entre as segmentações manual e semiautomática de sarcomas de tecidos moles na ressonância magnética (RM) e a similaridade interobservador e intraobservador entre as segmentações manuais. Materiais e Métodos: Estudo retrospectivo que incluiu 15 exames de RM de pacientes com diagnóstico de sarcoma de tecidos moles realizados antes de intervenções terapêuticas. As segmentações manual e semiautomática foram realizadas por três radiologistas utilizando o software 3D Slicer. O coeficiente de similaridade Dice (CSD) e a distância de Hausdorff foram utilizados para avaliar a similaridade das segmentações. Análise estatística descritiva e coeficiente de correlação intraclasse (CCI) foram realizados para comparar volumes tumorais. Resultados: A comparação dos métodos manual e semiautomático obteve valores de CSD entre 0,871 e 0,973. A comparação dos volumes segmentados pelos dois métodos de segmentação mostrou CCI entre 0,9927 e 0,9990. As análises intraobservador e interobservador obtiveram valores de CSD, respectivamente, de 0,849 a 0,979 e de 0,741 a 0,972. Não houve diferença significativa entre os tempos de segmentação dos métodos semiautomático e manual (p > 0,05). Conclusão: Houve alta similaridade entre as segmentações de sarcomas de tecidos moles obtidas pelos métodos manual e semiautomático, sem diferença significativa para o tempo despendido para as segmentações.

Abstract Objective: To evaluate the degree of similarity between manual and semiautomatic segmentation of soft-tissue sarcomas on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Materials and Methods: This was a retrospective study of 15 MRI examinations of patients with histopathologically confirmed soft-tissue sarcomas acquired before therapeutic intervention. Manual and semiautomatic segmentations were performed by three radiologists, working independently, using the software 3D Slicer. The Dice similarity coefficient (DSC) and the Hausdorff distance were calculated in order to evaluate the similarity between manual and semiautomatic segmentation. To compare the two modalities in terms of the tumor volumes obtained, we also calculated descriptive statistics and intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs). Results: In the comparison between manual and semiautomatic segmentation, the DSC values ranged from 0.871 to 0.973. The comparison of the volumes segmented by the two modalities resulted in ICCs between 0.9927 and 0.9990. The DSC values ranged from 0.849 to 0.979 for intraobserver variability and from 0.741 to 0.972 for interobserver variability. There was no significant difference between the semiautomatic and manual modalities in terms of the segmentation times (p > 0.05). Conclusion: There appears to be a high degree of similarity between manual and semiautomatic segmentation, with no significant difference between the two modalities in terms of the time required for segmentation.

ABSTRACT Given that many descriptions of Coleoptera were made with only external and superficial characters, an update to the original characterization of species is deemed necessary. This study focuses on updating the know morphological data for the adults of Omophoita octoguttata (Fabricius,1775) (Galerucinae, Alticini), a flea beetle native of southern Brazil. We also give insights on the morphology of its immature stages. The adult can be easily recognized by the pale macula at vertex, six large pale maculae, and two smaller in the humeral region at the elytra. The immatures are similar to other know Oedionychina. Eggs oval and orange. Mature larvae present setae bearing scoli, a reddened body, pygopod present, and lacking stemmata, but with curved hook-like tarsal claws. The pupae present slender black setae through its yellowed body, with the elytral and hind wing thecae curved around the body. The eggs are laid in small clutches in the soil and when the larvae eclode they stay in the aerial parts of plants. The mature larvae form a cocoon of soil matter around themselves for their pupal phase. Morphological remarks for larva and pupa of this species when compared to other members of the genus remain limited, demanding further studies with other species.

RESUMO Objetivo avaliar e comparar satisfação, autoconfiança e conhecimento entre estudantes de enfermagem na utilização de paciente simulado e simulador de alta fidelidade. Método estudo quase experimental, com 150 estudantes de uma universidade privada, em 2017. Os participantes responderam pré-teste para avaliação de conhecimento, participaram de aula expositiva e treino de habilidades. Após a simulação, os estudantes responderam a Escala de Satisfação com as Experiências Clínicas Simuladas, Escala de Satisfação e Autoconfiança no aprendizado e conhecimento. Os dados foram analisados a partir de testes não paramétricos. Resultados estudantes demonstraram altos índices de satisfação (93,5 e 92,5) e autoconfiança (4,3 e 4,4) e ganho de conhecimento (6,2 e 6,4). Não houve diferenças significativas na comparação do grupo paciente simulado e do grupo simulador de alta fidelidade quanto à satisfação, autoconfiança e conhecimento. Conclusão os achados demonstraram que cenários bem-preparados podem ser obtidos com menores custos, com impacto no aprendizado dos estudantes.

ABSTRACT Objective to assess and compare satisfaction, self-confidence and knowledge among Nursing students in the use of simulated patients and high-fidelity simulators. Method a quasi-experimental study conducted in 2017 with 150 students from a private university The participants answered a pre-test to assess knowledge and participated in a lecture and in skills training. After the simulation, the students answered the Satisfaction with Simulated Clinical Experiences scale and the Satisfaction and Self-confidence in Learning and Knowledge scale. The data were analyzed based on non-parametric tests. Results the students showed high rates of satisfaction (93.5 and 92.5), self-confidence (4.3 and 4.4) and knowledge gain (6.2 and 6.4). There were no significant differences in the comparison between the simulated patient group and the high-fidelity simulator group regarding satisfaction, self-confidence and knowledge. Conclusion the findings showed that well-prepared settings can be obtained with lower costs, and with an effective impact on the students’ learning.

RESUMEN Objetivo evaluar y comparar la satisfacción, la seguridad en sí mismos y el conocimiento entre estudiantes de Enfermería en la utilización de pacientes simulados y simuladores de alta fidelidad. Método estudio cuasi experimental, realizado en el año 2017 con 150 estudiantes de una universidad privada. Los participantes respondieron una prueba previa para evaluar el conocimiento, participaron de una clase de exposición y de entrenamiento de habilidades. Después de la simulación, los estudiantes respondieron la Escala de Satisfacción con las Experiencias Clínicas Simuladas, y la Escala de Satisfacción y Seguridad en sí mismos en relación con el aprendizaje y el conocimiento. Los datos se analizaron a partir de pruebas no paramétricas. Resultados los estudiantes demostraron altos índices de satisfacción (93,5 y 92,5), seguridad en sí mismos (4,3 y 4,4) y aumento del conocimiento (6,2 y 6,4). No hubo diferencias significativas en la comparación entre el grupo del paciente simulado y el del simulador de alta fidelidad en términos de satisfacción, seguridad en sí mismos y conocimiento. Conclusión las conclusiones obtenidas demuestran que pueden lograrse escenarios ficticios bien preparados con menores costos, con efecto sobre el aprendizaje de los estudiantes.

RESUMO Esse estudo teve como objetivo comparar a postura corporal e o equilíbrio entre idosos praticantes e não praticantes de exercícios físicos. Trata-se de um estudo transversal e analítico, com uma amostra por conveniência de 245 idosos, distribuída em grupo de praticantes de exercício físico (GP) (n=169) e grupo de não praticantes de exercícios físicos (GNP) (n=76). O equilíbrio foi avaliado pela escala de Berg, a postura corporal ortostática por meio do software SAPO e a postura sentada pelo protocolo Rocha e Souza. Foi encontrado que os idosos do GP possuem melhor postura sentada (p = 0,046), alinhamento vertical do tronco direito (p = 0,039), alinhamento vertical do corpo direito (p = 0,027) e esquerdo (p = 0,004), ângulo do tornozelo esquerdo (p = 0,023), assimetria do plano frontal (p = 0,008) e equilíbrio (0.001), comparados aos idosos do GNP. Conclui-se que os idosos que praticam exercícios físicos apresentam melhor postura e equilíbrio, em comparação aos não praticantes. Essas informações podem ser úteis para aumentar e incentivar programas de práticas corporais e exercícios físicos para idosos no Brasil.

ABSTRACT This study aimed to compare body posture and equilibrium between the elderly who practice and who do not practice physical activities. This is a cross-sectional and analytical study, with a convenience sample of 245 elderly people, divided into practicing group of physical activity (PG) (n=169) and non-practicing group of physical activity (NPG) (n=76). The balance was evaluated using the Berg scale and the orthostatic body posture through SAPO software and the seated posture by the Rocha and Souza protocol. It was found that the elderly of the PG had better-seated posture (p=0.046), vertical alignment of the right trunk (p=0.039), vertical alignment of the right (p=0.027) and left (p=0.004) left ankle angle (p=0.023), asymmetry of the frontal plane (p=0.008) and balance (p=0.001), compared to the elderly of NPG. It is concluded that the elderly who practice physical activities have better posture and equilibrium, compared to non-practicing ones. This information can be useful to increase and encourage physical practices and physical activities for the elderly programs in Brazil.

Abstract The third instar larva and pupa of Macraspis morio Burmeister, 1844 (Rutelinae: Rutelini: Anticheirina), collected in Paraná, Brazil, is described and illustrations and comments are given. The larva differs from other Macraspis larvae by the head with 6 posterofrontal setae and mandibles with a blunt second left incisor tooth. The pupa is similar to that of M. festiva Burmeister, 1844.
