ABSTRACT The original two-order separating sieve has a good potato-soil separating ability, but it causes significant damage to potatoes while ensuring a high potato detection rate, which in turn affects the working effectiveness of the potato digger. Thus, it is necessary to improve the design of the original swing separation sieve with a two-order sieve surface to one with a three-order sieve surface to solve the contradiction between the potato detection and potato damage. On this basis, the movement characteristics of potatoes and the separation performance of the new sieve were experimentally investigated. The experiment was conducted in a test field in Wuchuan County using a completely randomized design in a single-factor scheme with three factors and five levels, with five crank speeds (140, 150, 180, 210 and 225 rpm), five machine forward speeds (1.41, 1.51, 1.70, 1.89 and 2.21 km h-1) and five boom-connecting rod length combinations (250-350-1,030, 250-370-1,040, 270-370-1,050, 290-370-1,060 and 310-370-1,070 mm). Each experiment was repeated three times at each level, and the average value was taken as the final result. The experimental results demonstrate that the new three-order separation sieve can ensure a high potato detection rate while maintaining a low potato skin breakage rate.

RESUMO A peneira de separação de duas ordens original tem uma boa capacidade de separação batata-solo, mas causa danos significativos às batatas ao mesmo tempo em que garante uma alta taxa de evidência de batatas, o que, por sua vez, afeta a eficácia do trabalho da escavadeira de batatas. Assim, o estudo teve como objetivo aprimorar a peneira de separação de balanço original com uma superfície de peneira de duas ordens para uma nova peneira de separação com uma superfície de peneira de três ordens para resolver a contradição entre a taxa obvia de batatas e os danos às batatas na operação da peneira original. Com base nisso, as características de movimentação das batatas e o desempenho de separação da nova peneira foram investigados experimentalmente no campo. O experimento foi conduzido em um campo de teste no Condado de Wuchuan, utilizando um delineamento completamente aleatório em um esquema de fator único com três fatores e cinco níveis, com cinco velocidades de manivela (140, 150, 180, 210 e 225 rpm), cinco velocidades de avanço da máquina (1,41, 1,51, 1,70, 1,89 e 2,21 km h-1) e cinco combinações de comprimento da haste de ligação do braço (250-350-1.030, 250-370-1.040, 270-370-1.050, 290-370-1.060 e 310-370-1.070 mm). Cada experimento foi repetido três vezes em cada nível, e o valor médio foi considerado como o resultado final. Os resultados experimentais demonstram que a nova peneira de separação de três ordens pode garantir uma alta taxa de detecção de batatas enquanto mantém uma baixa taxa de danos à casca das batatas.

Abstract A chitosan-based edible coating was prepared by incorporating γ-polyglutamic acid and curcumin. The physical, mechanical and antimicrobial properties of the chitosan/γ-polyglutamic acid/curcumin edible coating were characterized. Furthermore, the effect of chitosan/γ-polyglutamic acid/curcumin edible coating on the shelf-life of fresh beef was investigated. The γ-polyglutamic acid and curcumin incorporation greatly improved the performance of chitosan coating, including coating formation and antimicrobial activity. After the application of coating, the chitosan/γ-polyglutamic acid/curcumin edible coating had a good protection effect on the color of beef and was conducive to prolonging the shelf life of beef with good quality compared to pure curcumin edible coating. These results revealed that application of chitosan/γ-polyglutamic acid/ curcumin edible coating will be a good way to preserve freshness of fresh beef.

ABSTRACT Introduction: A series of reforms in table tennis involving the development trend of table tennis technology and the needs of athletes to improve competitive ability and prevent injuries have presented new requirements for the abdominal center strength of athletes. Objective: Study the impacts of implementing abdominal center strength training on the training of table tennis players. Methods: A broad literature search and experimental comparison were performed. Twenty professional athletes aged 14 to 20 from the men's table tennis team were selected as volunteers for the research, divided into two groups according to the mean, standard deviation, and results of special technical tests. An independent sample t-test was performed on both groups. Results: Significant differences were found for abdominal control, for legs and arms crossed on both ends, for supine posture, and for leg raising (P<0.05). Conclusion: Abdominal center strength training can effectively improve the special ability level of young table tennis players, improve the body control ability in players, and the stability of the shot action. RESUMEN Introducción: Una serie de reformas en el tenis de mesa relacionadas con la tendencia de desarrollo de la tecnología del tenis de mesa y las necesidades de los atletas para mejorar la capacidad competitiva y prevenir las lesiones han presentado nuevos requisitos para la fuerza del núcleo abdominal de los atletas. Objetivo: Estudiar los impactos de la implementación del entrenamiento de la fuerza del núcleo abdominal en el entrenamiento de los jugadores de tenis de mesa. Métodos: Se realizó una amplia investigación bibliográfica y una comparación experimental. Se seleccionaron como voluntarios para la investigación 20 atletas profesionales con edades comprendidas entre los 14 y los 20 años del equipo masculino de tenis de mesa, divididos en dos grupos según la media, la desviación estándar y los resultados de las pruebas técnicas especiales. Se realizó una prueba T de muestras independientes en los dos grupos. Resultados: Se encontraron diferencias significativas para el control abdominal, para las piernas y los brazos cruzados de ambas extremidades, para la postura supina y para la elevación de las piernas (P<0,05). Conclusión: El entrenamiento de la fuerza del núcleo abdominal puede mejorar eficazmente el nivel de habilidad especial de los jóvenes jugadores de tenis de mesa, mejorar la capacidad de control del cuerpo en los jugadores y la estabilidad de la acción de tiro. RESUMO Introdução: Uma série de reformas no tênis de mesa que envolvem a tendência de desenvolvimento da tecnologia do tênis de mesa e as necessidades dos atletas para melhorar a capacidade competitiva e prevenir lesões tem apresentado novos requisitos para a força do centro abdominal dos esportistas. Objetivo: Estudar os impactos da implementação do treinamento de força no centro abdominal no treinamento dos jogadores de tênis de mesa. Métodos: Efetuou-se vasta pesquisa bibliográfica e comparação experimental. Foram selecionados 20 atletas profissionais com idade entre 14 e 20 anos da equipe masculina de tênis de mesa como voluntários para pesquisa, divididos em dois grupos de acordo com a média, desvio padrão e resultados de testes técnicos especiais. Realizou-se um teste T de amostra independente nos dois grupos. Resultados: Foram encontradas diferenças significativas para controle abdominal, para pernas e braços cruzados de ambas as extremidades, para postura supina e para levantamento de pernas (P<0.05). Conclusão: O treinamento da força do centro abdominal pode efetivamente melhorar o nível de habilidade especial dos jovens jogadores de tênis de mesa, melhorar a capacidade de controle corporal nos jogadores e a estabilidade da ação dos tiros. ABSTRACT Introduction Basketball is a sport with strong rivalry, being, therefore, a modality with great facility to cause sports injuries along its practice. Objective Investigate the status of sports injuries in college basketball for amateur students. Methods 480 college students who were not basketball experts were selected as research volunteers. The current status of sports injuries in the 12-week optional basketball course was investigated, and the main risk factors were analyzed. Results Among amateur male college students, the average playing age of third-grade male college students is higher than that of second-grade male college students, and the weekly playing frequency is lower than that of second-grade male college students. The incidence of basketball sports injuries among male college students who do not specialize in basketball from childhood to adulthood is up to 90.7%, and 85.5% during their college years. Conclusion In basketball sports, the most vulnerable parts of amateur male college students are the wrist joint, ankle joint, knee joint, leg, head and face, shoulder, waist, and back, respectively. RESUMEN Introducción El baloncesto es un deporte de fuerte rivalidad, siendo por tanto una modalidad con gran facilidad para provocar lesiones deportivas a lo largo de su práctica. Objetivo Investigar la situación de las lesiones deportivas en el baloncesto universitario para estudiantes aficionados. Métodos Se seleccionaron 480 estudiantes universitarios no especializados en baloncesto como voluntarios para la investigación, y se investigó la situación actual de las lesiones deportivas en el curso optativo de baloncesto de 12 semanas, donde se analizaron los principales factores de riesgo. Resultados Entre los estudiantes universitarios aficionados de sexo masculino, la edad media de juego de los estudiantes universitarios de tercer grado es superior a la de los estudiantes universitarios de segundo grado, y la frecuencia semanal de juego es inferior a la de los estudiantes universitarios de segundo grado. La incidencia de las lesiones deportivas de baloncesto entre los estudiantes universitarios de sexo masculino no especializados en baloncesto desde la infancia hasta la edad adulta es de hasta el 90,7%, y del 85,5% durante sus años universitarios. Conclusión En el proceso de los deportes de baloncesto, las partes más vulnerables de los estudiantes universitarios aficionados varones son la articulación de la muñeca, la articulación del tobillo, la articulación de la rodilla, la pierna, la cabeza y la cara, el hombro, la cintura y la espalda, respectivamente. RESUMO Introdução O basquetebol é um esporte com forte rivalidade, sendo por isso uma modalidade com muita facilidade de causar lesões esportivas ao longo de sua prática. Objetivo Investigar a situação das lesões esportivas no basquetebol universitário para estudantes amadores. Métodos 480 estudantes universitários que não eram especializados em basquetebol foram selecionados como voluntários de pesquisa, e a situação atual das lesões esportivas no curso opcional de basquetebol de 12 semanas foi investigada, onde os principais fatores de risco foram analisados. Resultados Entre os estudantes universitários masculinos amadores, a idade média de jogo dos estudantes universitários masculinos da terceira série é maior do que a da segunda série, e a frequência semanal de jogo é menor do que a dos estudantes universitários masculinos da segunda série. A incidência de lesões esportivas de basquetebol entre os estudantes universitários masculinos que não são especializados em basquetebol desde a infância até a idade adulta é de até 90,7%, e 85,5% durante seus anos universitários. Conclusão No processo dos esportes de basquetebol, as partes mais vulneráveis dos estudantes universitários masculinos amadores são a articulação do pulso, articulação do tornozelo, articulação do joelho, perna, cabeça e rosto, ombro, cintura e costas, respectivamente. Abstract This study aimed to investigate the molecular mechanism of Picrasma quassioides Benn against inflammation by means of network pharmacology. The paper will provide a reference for multi-target and multi-channel treatment of inflammation with traditional Chinese medicine. Through screening and analysis, 11 active ingredients and 109 anti-inflammation prediction targets were obtained and constructed a compound-target network. The targets such as VEGFA, TLR4 and STAT3 may play a crucial role. Network enrichment analysis showed that the 109 potential targets constitute a number of pathways or inflammatory reactions closely related to inflammation, including NF-κB signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway. The docking results indicated that the binding energy of Picrasidine Y and the inflammatory factors VEGFA is the highest. This study predicted the role of multiple active compounds in the alkaloids of Picrasma in the inflammatory response, and provided a theoretical basis for the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Picrasma.

Abstract Objective: The objective of the study was to systematically evaluate the effect of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) or CABG combined with mitral valve surgery (cMVS) on post-operative survival in patients with moderate ischemic mitral valve regurgitation. Materials and methods: Databases including PubMed, Web of Science, COCHRANE LIBRARY, WanFang Data, and CNKI Data were searched from inception to January 2020. According to the inclusion criterion, relevant articles were screened. After that we extracted data, assessed quality, and performed meta-analysis using RevMan 5.2. Results: A total of 4 randomized controlled trial and 14 retrospective study involving 4476 patients were included in the study. The CABG group was 2278 and the cMVS group was 1698. The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with CABG group, there were no statistically significant differences in the recent mortality (odds ratio [OR] = 0.88, p = 0.62), 1-year survival (OR = 1.03, p = 0.82), 1-year survival (OR = 1.07, p = 0.62), and long-term survival (OR = 0.95, p = 0.61) of the cMVS group. Conclusion: Current evidence indicates that patients in the cMVS group did not benefit from CABG group in survival after surgery.

Evaluar sistemáticamente el efecto del injerto de derivación de la arteria coronaria (CABG) o el injerto de derivación de la arteria coronaria combinados con la cirugía de la válvula mitral (cMVS) sobre la supervivencia posoperatoria en pacientes con insuficiencia valvular mitral isquémica moderada. Material y métodos: . Se realizaron búsquedas en bases de datos que incluyen Pubmed, Web of Science, COCHRANE LIBRARY, WanFang Data y CNKI Data desde el inicio hasta enero de 2020. De acuerdo con el criterio de inclusión, se seleccionaron los artículos relevantes. Después de eso, extrajimos los datos, evaluamos la calidad y realizamos el metanálisis con RevMan 5.2. Resultados: . Se incluyó un total de 4 ensayos controlados aleatorios (ECA) y 14 estudios retrospectivos con 4476 pacientes. El grupo CABG fue 2278, el grupo cMVS fue 1698. Los resultados del metanálisis mostraron que, en comparación con el grupo CABG, no hubo diferencias estadísticamente significativas en la mortalidad reciente (OR = 0.88, p = 0.62), supervivencia a 1 año (OR = 1.03, p = 0.82), supervivencia a 1 año (OR = 1.07, p = 0.62) y supervivencia a largo plazo (OR = 0.95, p = 0.61) del grupo cMVS. Conclusión: . La evidencia actual indica que los pacientes del grupo cMVS no se beneficiaron del grupo CABG en la supervivencia después de la cirugía.

A novel recognition method was put forward to identify the producing areas of the flue-cured tobacco leaves rapidly and non-destructively by using a near-infrared (NIR) spectrometer and a multi-layer-extreme learning machine (ML-ELM) algorithm. In contrast to traditional linear discriminant analysis (LDA) and extreme learning machine (ELM) algorithms, the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity were the highest for the proposed ML-ELM algorithm. The ML-ELM models for different producing areas of Yunnan tobacco leaves had the best generalization ability and prediction results. Besides, the above three algorithms were also identified by using the chemical index data. The experimental results indicated that the NIR spectroscopy technology together with ML-ELM algorithm achieved the best prediction performance both using the NIR spectral data and chemical index data. It indicates that the combination of NIR and ML-ELM can recognize different producing areas of Yunnan tobacco leaves rapidly, accurately, and non-destructively.

SUMMARY OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between the Trial of Org 10172 in acute stroke treatment classification and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of acute cerebral infarction as well as acute cerebral infarction's risk factors. METHODS: The clinical data of 3,996 patients with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in Hebei Renqiu Kangjixintu Hospital from January 2014 to November 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. According to Trial of Org 10172 in acute stroke treatment, they were divided into five groups: arteriosclerosis, cardio cerebral embolism, arterial occlusion, other causes, and unknown causes. Through questionnaire design, routine physical examination, and physical and chemical analysis of fasting venous blood samples, the risk factors were evaluated, and the correlation between Trial of Org 10172 in acute stroke treatment classification and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale classification was analyzed using multivariate logistic regression. In addition, the relationship between National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score and risk factors in different groups was compared, and the correlation between Trial of Org 10172 in acute stroke treatment classification and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score was analyzed. RESULTS: Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes, atrial fibrillation or stroke history, age, and education level were related to Trial of Org 10172 in acute stroke treatment classification. In the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale comparison, the scores of the cardio cerebral embolism group were significantly higher than those of the other four groups, and patients with diabetes, atrial fibrillation, or stroke history had a high share, especially atrial fibrillation (33.06%). CONCLUSIONS: The nerve function defect is more serious after acute cerebral infarction with cardiogenic cerebral embolism, indicating a poor prognosis.

ABSTRACT The drainage performance of a mesh filter determines the water consumption degree of the filter and the efficiency of the next work cycle. Through analysis, we found that the influent flow rate and the sediment content of the influent were important influencing factors. This experiment focused on the drainage time, pressure difference, and cleanliness to investigate the drainage performance of a new type of flap filter. The results showed that with increasing inlet flow rates, the time to discharge the effluent decreased, and the time required for the difference between the primary and secondary sewage pressures to reach a constant level was shorter. The cleanliness and drainage effects were improved. To verify this, we established mathematical models of sewage discharge time, sewage pressure difference, and sewage cleanliness based on the mass conservation law. The results showed that the relative error between the fitting calculation results and the experimental results was small, and the formula fit was over 95%. In the actual work, to achieve efficient sewage discharge under the condition of low sewage discharge and low water consumption, the discharge flow rate was set to 180 m³ h-1, and the sewage discharge time was set to 50 s. Under this condition, the sewage cleanliness reached above 97%.

OBJECTIVES: This study investigated whether tissue Doppler imaging parameters, especially the peak systolic velocity of the left ventricular lead-implanted segment (Ss), affect cardiac resynchronization therapy response. METHODS: In this case-control study, 110 enrolled patients were divided into cases (responder group, n=65) and controls (nonresponder group, n=45) based on whether their left ventricular end-systolic volume was reduced by ≥15% at 6 months after surgery. Preoperative clinical and echocardiographic data were collected. Multivariate logistic regression models were used to analyze the factors affecting the response to cardiac resynchronization therapy, and receiver operating characteristic curves were plotted to evaluate their diagnostic values. RESULTS: The proportion of patients with left bundle branch block in the case group was higher than that in the control group. The control group showed a higher left atrial volume index, E/A ratio and E/Em ratio but lower Ss than that of the case group. A multivariate regression analysis showed that left bundle branch block, Ss, and an E/Em ratio>14 were independent risk factors affecting the response to cardiac resynchronization therapy. Ss=4.1 cm/s was the best diagnostic threshold according to the receiver operating characteristic curve. CONCLUSIONS: Ss is an important factor affecting the response to cardiac resynchronization therapy. Patients with heart failure associated with Ss<4.1 cm/s have a higher risk of nonresponse.

Abstract Background: The present study aimed to investigate the underlying role of interferon-regulatory factor 2 (IRF2)-inositol polyphosphate-4-phosphatase, type-II (INPP4B) axis in the regulation of autophagy in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. Methods: Quantitative real time PCR (QRT-PCR) and western blot were performed to determine the expression levels of IRF2, INPP4B and autophagy-related markers in AML cell lines. Autophagy was assessed by elevated Beclin-1 expression, the conversion of light chain 3 (LC3)-I to LC3-II, downregulated p62 expression and green fluorescent protein (GFP)-LC3 puncta formation. The colony formation and apoptosis assays were performed to determine the effects of IRF2 and INPP4B on the growth of AML cells. Results: IRF2 and INPP4B were highly expressed in AML cell lines, and were positively correlated with autophagy-related proteins. Overexpression of IRF2 or INPP4B stimulated autophagy of AML cells, whereas inhibition of IRF2 or INPP4B resulted in the attenuation of autophagy. More importantly, IRF2 or INPP4B overexpression reversed autophagy inhibitor, 3-methyladenine (3-MA)-induced proliferation-inhibitory and pro-apoptotic effects, while IRF2 or INPP4B silencing overturned the proliferation-promoting and anti-apoptotic effects of autophagy activator rapamycin. Conclusion: IRF2-INPP4B signaling axis attenuated apoptosis through induction of autophagy in AML cells.

Abstract A novel two-step process of Cr-Mn pack cementation and thermal oxidation was applied to fabricate a MnCr2O4 spinel coating on HP 40 alloy. The Cr-Mn diffusion layer formed after the Cr-Mn pack cementation process is lacking in Fe and Ni. A dense and uniform coating formed on the alloy following thermal oxidation. The coating is mainly composed of MnCr2O4 spinel phase, while the outer surface of the coating is completely MnCr2O4 spinel. The coating exhibits a favorable thickness of about 7 µm according to SEM and EDS maps of its cross-section. The MnCr2O4 spinel coating significantly affects the coking mechanism and coke property according to coking experiments. Raman spectroscopy shows that the coated sample inhibits catalytic coke formation as more disordered carbon and amorphous carbon layers are present. Moreover, the coating is stable in coking and decoking environments.

Abstract The amylose content (AC) of rice is a key determinant of the grain cooking and eating quality. The Waxy (Wx) gene, which encodes granule-bound starch synthase I (GBSSI), is the major gene controlling AC in rice. The A - C substitution in exon 6 (Ex6A/C) alters the amino acid codon from serine to tyrosine and is associated with intermediate-AC rice (Wx-in). In this paper, we reported a perfect functional marker for the SNP Ex6A/C of Wx-in based on polymerase chain reaction with confronting two-pair primers (PCR-CTPP) in a single-tube PCR assay. Specificity and applicability of the PCR assay were verified in a Chinese mini core collection (MCC) of Oryza sativa L. and a breeding population. Were commend the use of the simple, inexpensive assay for routine genotyping for intermediate AC in the breeding population or discrimination of Wx-in genotypes in rice germplasm.

Abstract Background Arsenic trioxide (As2O3), a drug that has been used in China for approximately two thousand years, induces cell death in a variety of cancer cell types, including neuroblastoma (NB). The tyrosine kinase receptor (Trk) family comprises three members, namely TrkA, TrkB and TrkC. Various studies have confirmed that TrkA and TrkC expression is associated with a good prognosis in NB, while TrkB overexpression can lead to tumor cell growth and invasive metastasis. Previous studies have shown that As2O3 can inhibit the growth and proliferation of a human NB cell line and can also affect the N-Myc mRNA expression. It remains unclear whether As2O3 regulates Trks for the purposes of treating NB. Methods The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of As2O3 on Trk expression in NB cell lines and its potential therapeutic efficacy. SK-N-SH cells were grown with increasing doses of As2O3 at different time points. We cultured SK-N-SH cells, which were treated with increasing doses of As2O3 at different time points. Trk expression in the NB samples was quantified by immunohistochemistry, and the cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry. TrkA, TrkB and TrkC mRNA expression was evaluated by real-time PCR analysis. Results Immunohistochemical and real-time PCR analyses indicated that TrkA and TrkC were over-expressed in NB, and specifically during stages 1, 2 and 4S of the disease progression. TrkB expression was increased in stage 3 and 4 NB. As2O3significantly arrested SK-N-SH cells in the G2/M phase. In addition, TrkA, TrkB and TrkC expression levels were significantly upregulated by higher concentrations of As2O3 treatment, notably in the 48-h treatment period. Our findings suggested that to achieve the maximum effect and appropriate regulation of Trk expression in NB stages 1, 2 and 4S, As2O3 treatment should be at relatively higher concentrations for longer delivery times;however, for NB stages 3 and 4, an appropriate concentration and infusion time for As2O3 must be carefully determined. Conclusion The present findings suggested that As2O3 induced Trk expression in SK-N-SH cells to varying degrees and may be a promising adjuvant to current treatments for NB due to its apoptotic effects.

Abstract The Loose sandy soil can manifest static liquefaction phenomenon under undrained condition, in which the onset of instability is within the failure line, and there is no obvious shear band. This type of failure mode, very different from localized instability that occurs in dense sand, is called the diffuse instability. In this paper, a series of proportional strain tests and fully drained tests under different initial void ratio were simulated using the discrete element method. The influence of strain increment ratio and the initial void ratio affecting the instability of sandy soil were discussed in detail. The development mechanism of pore water pressure in proportional strain tests was analyzed by comparing with the volumetric curve of fully drained test. Finally, a unified mechanism of diffuse instability of sandy soil in proportional strain tests was explained. Numerical results indicate that the strain increment ratio and the initial void ratio work together affecting the instability of specimen. The occurrence of diffuse instability is the result of effective stress reduction due to the development of pore water pressure, which depends on the difference of volumetric strain between fully drained tests and proportional strain tests. The increment of pore water pressure is determined by the difference of strain increment ratio, which can be used as an index to reflect the liquefaction potential of sandy soil.
