RESUMEN La seguridad de las construcciones de carreteras de mina está controlada por desastres geológicos, como fallas, obstrucciones, etc. La predicción avanzada se ha convertido en un tema de demanda, y el método de detección avanzada de la onda reflejada es una tecnología crucial para la predicción avanzada de anomalías geológicas. Sin embargo, debido a la influencia del complejo campo de ondas sísmicas de fuente cercana en la carretera de la mina de carbón, el resultado de la separación de los campos de onda y la imagen de migración no es preciso, lo que lleva al hecho de que es difícil obtener imágenes finas de anomalías geológicas. En este trabajo se realiza un análisis comparativo del método de cinemática y dinámica de separación de campos de onda para resolver este problema. Un factor de la dirección de polarización principal se introduce según "la diferencia ortogonal entre la dirección de propagación de la onda P y la onda S y la dirección de vibración de la partícula" a partir del análisis de polarización en tiempo real desde señales sísmicas de tres componentes. Por el factor, una función modificada se construye e integra en la migración de difracción de pila previa, lo que presenta el método de migración de polarización que incorpora la separación del campo de onda con la imagen de migración. Los resultados de la simulación física y el estudio de campo en la mina de carbón Xiangyuan en el oeste de China son los siguientes: La imagen fina mediante el uso de detección avanzada de las ondas reflejadas en una mina de carbón subterránea se puede lograr mediante el uso de la migración de polarización en un sistema de observación lineal y la migración de polarización tiene el efecto de mejorar la resolución espacial.

ABSTRACT Safety of the mine roadway constructions is controlled by geological disasters such as faults, goaves and so on. The advanced prediction has become an in-demand topic, and advanced detection method of the reflected wave is a crucial technology for advanced prediction of geological anomalies. However, due to the influence of the complex near-source seismic wavefield in the coal mine roadway, the result of wavefield separation and migration imaging is not accurate, which lead to the fact that the fine imaging of geological anomaly is difficult. A comparative analysis of wavefield separation method of kinematics and dynamics is carried out in this paper to solve this problem. A factor of principal polarization direction is introduced according to “the orthogonal difference between the propagation direction of P-wave and S-wave and the vibration direction of particle” starting from the real-time polarization analysis from three-component seismic signals. By the factor, a modified function is constructed and integrated into pre-stack diffraction migration, which put forward the polarization migration method that incorporates wavefield separation with migration imaging. The results of physical simulation and field survey in Xiangyuan coal mine in western China are as follows: The fine imaging by using advanced detection of the reflected waves in underground coal mine can be achieved by using polarization migration in linear observation system and the polarization migration has the effect of enhancing the spatial resolution.

To study the effect of small interfering RNA targeting metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript1 (si-MALAT1) combining with curcumin on the invasion and migration abilities of human colon cancer SW480 cells, and to explore the involved molecular mechanism. The recombinant lentiviral vector expressing si-MALAT1 was constructed, and its titer was determined by gradient dilution method. The colon cancer SW480 cells with stable expression of si-MALAT1 was established, followed by treatment with curcumin at different concentrations. The effect of curcumin or si-MALAT1 alone and the combination of the two on the cell activity was detected by MTT assay. The cell invasion and migration abilities were detected by transwell and scratch-wound assay. The relative expression level of MALAT1 was detected by RT-qPCR. The protein expression was determined by Western blot analysis. The IC50 of curcumin alone was 77.69 mmol/L, which was 51.17 mol/L when combined with curcumin and random sequence. The IC50 of curcumin was 30.02 mmol/L when combined with si-MALAT1. The increased susceptibility multiples was 2.58. The wound healing rates were 30.9% and 67.5% after treatment with si-MALAT1 combined with curcumin for 24 hrs and 48 hrs, respectively. The numbers of invasion cells were 200±12, 162±13, 66±8, 53±4 and 16±3 after treatment with si-MALAT1 combined with curcumin for 48 hrs. The relative expression level of lncRNA-MALAT1 in the curcumin group was 68%, and the relative expression level of lncRNA-MALAT1 in si-MALAT1group was 56%, and that for the combination treatment group was about 21%. The protein expression levels of β- catenin, c-myc and cyclinD1 were significantly down-regulated upon treatment with certain concentration of si-MALAT1 alone or combined with curcumin.si-MALAT1 could significantly inhibit the invasion and migration of SW480 cells by enhancing the sensitivity of SW480 cells to curcumin. The mechanism involved mignt be related to the down-regulation of β-catenin, c-myc and cyclinD1 proteins.

The microwave-assisted extraction conditions of flavonoids in Physalis alkekengi. var. franchetii stems were optimized using a L3³ Box-Behnken Design. The optimized extraction conditions were determined as follows: 60% for the ethanol concentration, 12.4 for the liquid-to-solid ratio, and 531.4 W for the microwave power, respectively. The yield of the extract obtained under the optimized conditions was 3.85 mg g-1 which was close to the predicted value. In addition, the extract exhibited potent acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity, with the IC50 value of 11.61 μg mL-1 and a maximal inhibition ratio 89.81%. Both the yield and activity were better than reflux extraction.

En esta investigación se optimizaron las condiciones de extracción de flavonoides a partir de Physalis alkekengi var. Franchetii, asistida por microondas, usando un diseño L3³ Box-Behenke. Las condiciones determinadas fueron etanol 60%, la relación líquido:sólido fue de 12.4 y se usaron 531.4 W para el microondas. El rendimiento obtenido fue de 3.85 mg g-1, el cual es cercano al valor predicho. El extracto obtenido inhibe de forma importante la actividad de la acetilcoliestearasa, con una IC50 de 11.61 µg mL-1 y una inhibición máxima de 89.91%. Estos resultados son mejores que los obtenidos con el compuesto obtenido mediante extracción por reflujo.

The kinetics of oxidation of pentaerythritol by ditelluratoargentate (III) (DTA) in alkaline liquids has been studied spectrophotometrically in the temperature range of 293.2 K-313.2 K. The reaction rate showed first-order dependence in DTA and fractional order with respect to pentaerythritol. It was found that the pseudo-first-order rate constant k obs increased with an increase in concentration of OH- and a decrease in concentration of H4TeO6²־. There was a negative salt effect and no free radicals were detected. A plausible mechanism involving a two-electron transfer is proposed and the rate equations derived from the mechanism can explain all the experimental results. The rate equations derived from mechanism can explain all experimental observations. The activation parameters along with the rate constants of the rate-determining step were calculated.

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were incorporated into a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) matrix through using screw extrusion and injection technique. The effect of different weight percent loadings of MWNTs on the morphology, mechanical, and thermal of LLDPE/MWNTs nanocomposite had been investigated. It was found that, at low concentration of MWNTs, it could uniformly disperse into a linear low-density polyethylene matrix and provide LLDPE/MWNTs nanocomposites much improved mechanical properties. Thermal analysis showed that a clear improvement of thermal stability for LLDPE/MWNTs nanocomposites increased with increasing MWNTs content.

The aim of this work was to study the cloning and characterization of HMW-GS 1Dx2 promoter from Triticum aestivum. A 1050 bp partial promoter fragment including a putative TATA box and 5' encoding sequence of the gene was cloned by amplifying the upstream sequences using the nest-PCR with appropriate primers. The analysis of the promoter sequence against the PLACE (Plant cis-acting Regulatory DNA Elements) database showed the presence of certain putative endosperm-specific regulatory cis-elements in the sequence along with the TATA and CAAT boxes. The histochemical method detected the transient expressions of GUS in the seeds of wheat. The results showed that HMW-GS 1Dx2 promoter had the endosperm-specific transcription activity in the wheat seeds.

Sox (SRY-related HMG-box) genes encode a family of transcriptional regulators, which are characterized by a conserved 79-amino acid domain known as HMG-box. They play essential roles in a diverse range of processes including sex determination and the development of the central nervous system (CNS), neural crest and endoderm. In this paper, the HMG domain of ten distinct Sox gene family members (os-Sox2, os-Sox3a, os-Sox3b, os-Sox4, os-Sox11a, os-Sox11b, os-Sox14a, os-Sox14b, os-Sox21a, os-Sox21b) were isolated from both male and female Odorrana schmackeri (Boettger, 1892) using PCR, and no sexual differences were found. Molecular phylogenetic analysis of the HMG domain suggested that these ten Sox genes are members of the SoxB and SoxC groups. In addition, sequence analysis suggested that four Sox genes (os-Sox3, os-Sox11, os-Sox14, os-Sox21) were duplicated. The duplication-degeneration-complementation model should be implied to explain the evolution and diversity of the Sox gene family in O. schmackeri.

Apple pomace is a wasted resource produced in large quantities and its deposit has caused serious environmental problems, so it is significance to make the full utilization of the residues. The objectives of this work were to produce multienzyme bio-feed, biodegrade the anti-nutritional factors such as pectin and tannins in apple pomace, and obtain the nutritional enrichment of the fermented substrate. The mixture of apple pomace and cottonseed powder (1:1, w/w), supplemented with 1% (w/w) (NH4)2SO4 and 0.1% (w/w) KH2PO4, was proved to be the optimum medium for the mixed strains of Aspergillus niger M2 and M3 (2:1, w/w). The activities of pectinase, proteinase and cellulase achieved 21168 u/g, 3585 u/g and 1208u/g, and the biodegradation rates of pectin and tannins reached 99.0% and 66.1%, respectively, when 0.4%(w/w) of the test fungiwere inoculated and incubated at 30ºC for 48 hrs in solid state fermentation. The utilization of apple pomace in the paper can be served as a model for the similar waste recycling.
