Resumen Objetivo: Identificar los factores impulsores e inhibidores y encontrar un prototipo de participación comunitaria en la vacuna contra la COVID-19. Método: Fuentes de datos de las bases de datos PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science y ProQuest. Los datos totales se basan en búsquedas con la palabra clave COVID-19 (n=11.599), centrándose en la aceptación de la comunidad (n=813), la participación de la comunidad (n=86) y los tipos de artículos de investigación (n=46). Los artículos que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión fueron siete. Los datos se analizaron con elsoftware ATLAS Ti.9. Resultados: El compromiso y los factores impulsores tienen la correlación más alta (0,38). La participación de la comunidad está determinada por tres factores: impulsores, percepciones de vulnerabilidad e inhibidores. La percepción de vulnerabilidad puede ser un factor de apoyo o de inhibición que se ve influido por el refuerzo de la información. Conclusiones: Fortalecer la información positiva puede cambiar la percepción de vulnerabilidad de la comunidad para que se convierta en un factor motivador para que esta se involucre en la vacuna contra la COVID-19. Este hallazgo es una estrategia adecuada para ampliar el alcance y resolver las dudas del público sobre la aceptación de la vacuna contra la COVID-19.

The data were obtained based on searches using the keyword COVID-19 (n=11,.599), focusing on community acceptance (n=813), community involvement (n=86), and types of articles (n=46). Articles that meet the inclusion criteria are seven, and the data were analyzed with ATLAS Ti.9 software. Results: Engagement and driving factors have the highest correlation (0.38). The drivers, perceptions of vulnerability, and inhibiting factors determine community involvement. The perception of exposure can be a supporting or inhibiting factor influenced by information reinforcement. Conclusions: Strengthening positive information can alter the sense of community vulnerability, making it a driving force for participation in the COVID-19 vaccine campaign. This finding is an appropriate strategy to expand the reach and resolve public doubts about accepting the vaccine.

Abstract: The study is focused on the decreasing of oriented strand boards air permeability using paints. The oriented strand boards /3 (classification according to EN 300:2006) of 12 mm thickness was chosen for the measurement. Nine different paints were applied in one layer on one side of boards. The difference in air permeability of unpainted and painted boards was defined as paint impact in %. Paint impact ranged from 1,9 % to 78,6 %. Furthermore, the air permeability of 15 and 22 mm thick oriented strand boards /3 boards from another producer exhibiting better properties has been measured to compare. The best results of paint impact were obtained for latex paint (paint impact 78,6 %) and penetration 1 (paint impact 66,4 %). Decreasing of the air permeability of oriented strand boards applied in low-cost constructions by using inexpensive paints could significantly improve the insulating properties of the wall structure and thus contribute to the development of the concept of low-cost passive building.

Resumo A partir do estudo de caso da recepção do filme Vazante no contexto nacional, o artigo indica hipóteses sobre novas direções da crítica cinematográfica, dentre as quais se destacam: a ênfase em dimensões de pertencimento identitário; a valorização de participação presencial e direta nos debates; e a indicação de conhecimento proveniente da crítica. Argumenta-se que tais direções expressam demandas relevantes por conferir visibilidade a reivindicações de justiça e ao sentido histórico de desigualdades, em particular a seus efeitos no campo cinematográfico. Notamos também possíveis impasses indicados pela crítica, sobretudo referentes a aspectos que fundamentaram parâmetros críticos convencionais.

Abstract Based on the analysis of the reception of the film Vazante in the Brazilian context, the article proposes hypotheses about new tendencies of film criticism, among which stand out: the emphasis on identity and belonging dimensions; the value of physical presence and direct participation in the debates; and the possibility of public awareness originating from the criticism field. It is argued that such directions express relevant demands for giving visibility to claims of justice and the historical inequalities, in particular to their effects on the field of cinematography. Possible dilemmas are also pointed out, especially related to aspects that based conventional criticism.

Por meio de críticas aos filmes Rio fantasia (1957), de Watson Macedo, e Rio, 40 graus (1955), de Nelson Pereira dos Santos, pretende-se entender como a então Capital Federal foi descrita e legitimada por agentes que formam julgamentos, quiçá, para a posteridade.

This article seeks to investigate how Brazilian film critics imagined Rio de Janeiro, “the capital city”. Through criticism of the movies Rio fantasia [Fantasy Rio] (1957), by Watson Macedo, and Rio, 40 graus [Rio Forty Degrees], by Nelson Pereira dos Santos, the article intends to understand how certain agents described and legitimized Rio, the federal capital at that time, while judging it – perhaps for posterity.

Nous nous proposons de vérifier, dans cet article, comment Rio de Janeiro, “ville-capitale” a été imaginée par les critiques cinématographiques brésiliens. Sur la base des critiques concernant les films Rio fantasie (1957), de Watson Macedo et Rio, 40 degrés (1955), de Nelson Pereira dos Santos, nous essayons de comprendre comment la capitale fédérale de l'époque a été décrite et légitimée par les agents qui ont émis des jugements, destinés peutêtre à la postérité.

As a result of contemporary ecological and sustainable movements, a number of constructions from wood, as the only renewable building material, is still increasing. In accordance with these trends, wood elements are often left untreated. The presented study is aimed to characterize and compare a surface degradation of untreated wood caused by weathering. Weathering characteristics of softwoods and hardwoods (spruce, pine, Douglas fir, larch, oak, black locust, maple, poplar and alder) during twelve months of exposure in the climatic conditions of Central Europe were determined. All the wood species were characterized by colour and gloss changes and increasing roughness. The lowest discoloration was observed for oak and the highest one for spruce wood, respectively. The lowest changes of roughness were observed for alder, the highest for spruce wood. The depth of colour changes was relatively similar among the softwoods. Regarding hardwoods, it varied more. The values of total colour changes had a significant correlation with the depth values of these colour changes. Maple, alder and poplar samples were characterized by the presence of mould and blue-stain fungi. Douglas fir wood was found to be the most liable for the formation of cracks.

Resumo No contexto dos estudos da recepção, o artigo traz resultados de uma pesquisa sobre crítica cinematográfica na América Latina por intermédio de pressupostos sociológicos. Formação, campo e um suposto ocaso da função da crítica são elementos-chave para a discussão dos personagens em questão. Assim, com base em entrevistas com críticos da Argentina, de Cuba e do México, são discutidas questões do tipo: qual o papel específico da crítica nesses países? E qual o seu estado nos dias de hoje em comparação a sua institucionalização nos anos de 1950/1960? Apesar da dificuldade de se chegar a uma definição estrita sobre a instituição "crítica", busca-se 1) valorizar o debate sobre recepção de bens culturais, e 2) compreender certo circuito latino-americano nele inscrito.

Abstract In the context of reception studies, this paper presents the results of a survey of film criticism in Latin America based on sociological assumptions. Formation, field and a supposed decline of the function of criticism are key elements for the discussion of the critics in question. Thus, based on interviews with critics of Argentina, Cuba and Mexico, this article addresses questions such as: what is the specific role of criticism in these countries? And what is their status today compared to its institutionalization in the years 1950/1960? Despite the difficulty of reaching a strict definition of the "critic" institution, we seek to 1) enhance the debate on reception of cultural goods, and 2) understand a Latin-American circuit inscribed on it.

Interseções entre arte e documentário são discutidas no artigo por intermédio de quatro filmes brasileiros contemporâneos, subdivididos em duas formas semânticas: documentário de (ou feito por) artista e documentário sobre (cujo tema é um) artista. Com base em Folia no morro (2008), de Arthur Omar, Andarilho (2007), de Cao Guimarães, Cildo (2008), de Gustavo Rosa de Moura, e A obra de arte (2009), de Marcos Ribeiro, serão tratados os conceitos de anamorfose e ontologia, que compreendem formas "desenquadradas" e "enquadradas" de se fazer arte do documentário (ou documentário-arte) e arte no documentário (ou documentário sobre arte).

Intersections between art and documentary are discussed in the article through four contemporary Brazilian films subdivided into two semantic forms: documentary made by artists and documentary about artists. Based on Arthur Omar's Folia no morro (2008), Cao Guimarães' Andarilho (2007), Gustavo Rosa de Moura's Cildo (2008) and Marcos Ribeiro's A obra de arte (2009), we will treat the concepts of anamorphosis and onthology, which include "unframed" and "framed" forms of making art of documentary (or docu-art) and art in documentary (or documentary about art).

Com base em proposições da teoria da recepção, no campo da sociologia da cultura, o artigo discute o papel da crítica cinematográfica a partir de duas posições: a que defende o "cinema de autor" e a que se enquadra em um suposto "fim" da função crítica. O persistente debate a opor cinema (requintado) de arte ou de autor ao (fácil) industrial e massivo parece tão antigo quanto o próprio cinema e acaba por reduzi-lo à mera oposição "arte versus indústria". Essa, por sua vez, parece ainda hoje um argumento medular no campo da crítica. A complexificação do pensar cinematográfico e artístico implica um deslocamento de sua recepção e, por conseguinte, de sua sociologia. Nesse sentido, pretende-se debater as possíveis relocalizações de conceitos, como os que circunscrevem o cinema em termos de "alto" versus "baixo" e "educado" versus "vulgar".

Based in propositions of the theory of reception, in the field of sociology of the culture, this paper discusses the role of the cinematographic review starting from two positions: the one that defends 'author's movies' and the one that assumes a supposed end of the critical function. The persistent debate opposing art or author's movies ('refined') to ('easy') industrial and massive ones seems as old as movies themselves and reduces movies to the mere opposition of 'art versus industry'. That seems still today as an fulcral argument in the field of criticism. The complexification of cinematographic and artistic thought implies in a displacement of its reception and, consequently, of its sociology. In that sense, one intends to debate the possible relocalizations of concepts, such as the ones that reduce movies to high' versus 'low' and 'educated' versus 'vulgar'.

Sur base de propositions de la théorie de la réception, dans le champ de la sociologie de la culture, l'article discute le rôle de la critique cinématographique à partir de deux positions: celle qui défend le "cinéma d'auteur" et celle qui croit en la "fin" de la fonction critique. La dispute persistante qui oppose le cinéma (sophistiqué) de l'art ou de l'auteur à un industriel (facile) semble si ancien tant que le cinéma lui-même est réduit à la pure opposition "l'art contre l'industrie". Celui-ci semble encore aujourd'hui un argument définitive dans le domaine de la critique. La complexité de la penseé cinématographique et artistique implique elle-même une dislocation de sa réception et, par conséquent, de sa sociologie. L'article se prétend, donc, a élargir le débat, en re-localisant des concepts comme ces qui entourent la culture sur la distinction "culture populaire" versus "culture de l'élite".

Candida tropicalis pode utilizar fenol como única fonte de carbono e de energia. O fermentador foi operado em um sistema ''batelada-alimentada'' e controle oxidativo. Em condições limitantes de nutrientes e excesso de oxigênio a atividade respiratória das células foi suprimida e o calor do metabolismo pode ser formado. Uma acumulação desses produtos inibiu o crescimento das células em condições aeróbicas. Outro impacto foi um decréscimo da atividade fenol hidroxilase como enzima chave da degradação do fenol no final da atividade respirométrica. Essa redução está relacionada com os fatos acima mencionados. A morte da célula estudada por sonda de fluorescência ocorreu lentamente após a perda da atividade respiratória. O ''stress'' celular induziu um aumento na taxa de respiração endógena devido à oxidação fenólica.

Candida tropicalis can use phenol as the sole carbon and energy source. Experiments regarding phenol degradations from the water phase were carried out. The fermentor was operated as a fed-batch system with oxistat control. Under conditions of nutrient limitation and an excess of oxygen the respiration activity of cells was suppressed and some color metabolites (black-brown) started to be formed. An accumulation of these products inhibited the cell growth under aerobic conditions. Another impact was a decrease of the phenol hydroxylase activity as the key enzyme of the phenol degradation pathway at the end of the cell respiration activity. This decrease is linked with the above mentioned product inhibition. The cell death studied by fluorescent probe proceeded very slowly after the loss of the respiration activity. The starvation stress induced an increase of the endogenous respiration rate at the expense of phenol oxidation.
