Resumen Los cultivos en el estado de Campeche se están intensificando, esto ocasiona transformaciones en las propiedades fisicoquímicas y biológicas del suelo. El objetivo fue determinar el efecto de los agroecosistemas sobre la macrofauna edáfica y las propiedades del suelo. Se tomaron 10 puntos de muestreo por agroecosistema, con tres repeticiones cada. Los sitios se escogieron de acuerdo con el uso agropecuarios (pastizal, monte, agrícola intensivo y tradicional) y tiempo de uso (≥8 años). Se tomó 1 kg de cada muestra a 20 cm de profundidad, colocadas posteriormente en bolsas de polietileno. Se determinó pH, conductividad eléctrica, materia orgánica, fósforo disponible, nitrógeno total y macrofauna edáfica. Con los datos de cada variable se realizó un análisis de varianza y para determinar las diferencias entre usos de suelo y sitios, se efectuó una prueba de medias según el estadístico de Tukey (p≤ 0.05), mediante el software Statistica versión 7.1. El agroecosistema Pastizal de Palizada presentó las mejores características en los suelos, con pH de 7.29, P, MO, N de 1.31 mg kg-1, 5.05% y 0.31%, respectivamente y fauna edáfica con 66 individuos. El agroecosistema con menor calidad en el suelo fue cultivos intensivos de Hopelchén, con pH moderadamente ácidos (6.44), mayor cantidad de P (33.42 mg kg-1), menor MO (2.59%) y contenidos elevados de N (0.23%) y sin macrofauna edáfica. El manejo del suelo en los agroecosistemas agrícolas no favorece la presencia de macrofauna edáfica ni mantiene los nutrientes necesarios para el buen funcionamiento y calidad de suelo.

Abstract Crops in the state of Campeche are intensifying, this causes transformations in the physicochemical and biological properties of the soil. The objective was to determine the effect of agroecosystems on soil macrofauna and soil properties. Ten sampling points per agroecosystem were taken, with three repetitions each. The sites were chosen according to the agricultural use (grassland, forest, intensive and traditional agricultural) and time of use (≥8 years). One kilogram from each sample was taken at a depth of 20 cm, then placed in polyethylene bags. The pH, electrical conductivity, organic matter, available phosphorus, total nitrogen and soil macrofauna were determined. With the data of each variable, an analysis of variance was performed and to determine the differences between land uses and sites, a mean test was carried out according to the Tukey statistic (p≤ 0.05), using the software Statistica version 7.1. The grassland agroecosystem of Palizada presented the best characteristics in the soils, with pH of 7.29, P, OM, N of 1.31 mg kg-1, 5.05% and 0.31%, respectively and soil fauna with 66 individuals. The agroecosystem with the lowest soil quality was intensive crops of Hopelchén, with moderately acidic pHs (6.44), higher amount of P (33.42 mg kg-1), lower OM (2.59%) and high N contents (0.23%) and without soil macrofauna. Soil management in agricultural agroecosystems does not favor the presence of soil macrofauna nor does it maintain the nutrients necessary for the proper functioning and quality of the soil.

Abstract In this article we present an experience of intercultural education with Mayan children from Yucatan, Mexico. We implement the intercultural intervention founded upon the theory of education and popular theater. We present the complex political and cultural context in which this experience happened, showing the differences between educators and learners as a starting point for the concrete experience of intercultural education. On this basis, we reflect on the difficulties of implementing the ideas of Paulo Freire and Augusto Boal in an environment that, beforehand, presents obstacles for democratic intercultural relations. To do this, we narrate some significant experiences that took place in a popular theater workshop from a self-critical and critical perspective. Finally, we suggest ideas for future interventions and theoretical and methodological reflections on education and popular theater in intercultural processes with indigenous children.

Resumen Presentamos una experiencia de educación intercultural con niñas y niños mayas de Yucatán, México. Implementamos la intervención desde la teoría de la educación y el teatro popular. Presentamos el complejo contexto político y cultural donde ocurrió esta investigación, y mostramos las diferencias entre educadores y educandos como punto de partida de una práctica concreta de educación intercultural. Sobre esa base, reflexionamos sobre las dificultades de implementación de las ideas de Paulo Freire y Augusto Boal en un medio que, de antemano, presenta dificultades para establecer relaciones interculturales democráticas. Para ello, narramos algunas experiencias significativas que tuvieron cabida dentro de un taller de teatro popular, desde una perspectiva autocrítica y crítica. Finalmente, hacemos sugerencias para futuras intervenciones y reflexiones teóricas y metodológicas sobre educación y teatro popular en procesos interculturales con niñas y niños indígenas.

Trata las características de la posverdad desde tiempos bíblicos, algunos aspectos de su manifestación actual y sus posibles implicaciones futuras en el metaverso.

Abstract This essay deals with post-truth. Although its name is relatively recent, post-truth is an elaborate form of lying, which has an ancient tradition. It deals with the characteristics of post-truth since biblical times, some aspects of its current manifestation and its possible future implications in the metaverse.

Resumen Los sistemas de información sobre el VIH/SIDA son una herramienta fundamental para realizar el seguimiento de la pandemia del VIH en cualquier país, con miras a la eliminación del SIDA hasta el 2030 y al logro de las metas 95-95-95 establecidas para el 2025. En este artículo se describe el proceso de gestión de datos del Registro Nacional de VIH/SIDA de Colombia, sus resultados epidemiológicos, sus aportes a la investigación y a la gestión del riesgo en salud. Este registro es una base de datos longitudinal. Las variables y la periodicidad son definidas por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social. Los reportes son realizados por las aseguradoras de salud y sus prestadores de servicios de salud sobre bases anuales. La información se carga a través de una plataforma web gestionada por el Fondo de Enfermedades de Alto Costo, encargado del proceso de validación, auditoría, consolidación, análisis y publicación de los datos. El Fondo de Enfermedades de Alto Coste también se encarga de la seguridad y la confidencialidad de la información. Los principales resultados son el seguimiento epidemiológico de la epidemia, la evaluación periódica de 25 indicadores de gestión del riesgo, la publicación de estudios de investigación y el cálculo de un incentivo económico para que las aseguradoras mejoren la gestión del riesgo sanitario. El registro ha demostrado ser útil no sólo para la gestión de la información clínica, sino también para fines administrativos.

Abstract HIV/AIDS information systems are a critical tool for keeping track of the HIV pandemic in any country, leading to the AIDS elimination to 2030 and achievement of the 95-95-95 goals set by 2025. In this article, we describe the data management process of the Colombian National HIV/AIDS registry, its epidemiological results and contributions to research and health risk management. This registry is a longitudinal database. Variables and periodicity are defined by The Ministry of Health and Social Protection. Reporting is done by health insurers and their healthcare providers on annual bases. The information is uploaded through a web platform run by the High-Cost Diseases Fund, in charge of the validation, auditing process, consolidation, analysis and publication of the data. Security and confidentiality of the information is also taken care of by the High-Cost Disease Fund. Main results include epidemiological follow up of the epidemic, periodic evaluation of 25 risk management indicators, publication of research studies and the calculation of an economic incentive for insurers to improve health risk management. The registry has shown to be useful not only for the management of clinical information but also for administrative purposes.

ABSTRACT Introduction: Congenital hypothyroidism can affect the emotional state, social relationships and the level of independence of adolescents. These aspects can influence the perception of their health-related quality of life. Objective: To evaluate the health-related quality of life of adolescents with permanent congenital hypothyroidism and to identify possible relationship with some sociodemographic and clinical characteristics. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive observational study was carried out in 40 adolescents, male and female, between 10 and 19 years old, who were registered by the Cuban Program for Early Diagnosis, using the generic PedsQL TM ® questionnaire, version 4.0 for pediatric use, as an instrument. Results: The highest scores corresponded to adolescents between 10-14 years old, male, primary educational level, without harmful substance use and who showed satisfaction with family life and good control of the disease. Conclusions: Most adolescents have good perception of their health-related quality of life. The dimension and function that contributed the most were physical and social, respectively.

RESUMEN Introducción: El hipotiroidismo congénito puede afectar el estado emocional, las relaciones sociales y el nivel de independencia del adolescente. Estos aspectos pueden influir en la percepción de su calidad de vida relacionada con la salud. Objetivo: Evaluar la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud en adolescentes con hipotiroidismo congénito permanente e identificar su posible relación con algunas características sociodemográficas y clínicas. Método: Se realizó un estudio observacional descriptivo de corte transversal en 40 adolescentes, varones y mujeres entre 10 y 19 años, registrados por el Programa Cubano de Diagnóstico Precoz de Hipotiroidismo Congénito, con el cuestionario genérico PedsQL TM ®, versión 4.0 para uso pediátrico. Resultados: Los mayores puntajes correspondieron a los adolescentes entre 10-14 años, del sexo masculino, nivel educacional primario, sin consumo de sustancias nocivas y que mostraron satisfacción con la vida familiar y un buen control de la enfermedad. Conclusiones: La mayoría de los adolescentes tienen una buena percepción de su calidad de vida relacionada con la salud. La dimensión y la función que más aportaron fueron la física y la social, respectivamente.

Resumen Se determinó producción, calidad nutritiva y preferencia de T. diversifolia por ovinos Pelibuey a diferentes edades, en tres épocas del año. Se midió la producción de materia seca (MS) y calidad nutritiva de forraje cada 14 días, desde el corte hasta 84 días de edad. Se tomaron muestras de hoja y tallo para determinar proteína cruda (PC), fibra detergente neutro (FDN) y fibra detergente ácida (FDA). Se utilizaron ocho ovinos Pelibuey adultos para determinar su preferencia por el follaje de T. diversifolia a los 42, 56 y 70 días de rebrote. La producción de MS total fue similar en otoño e invierno y ambas mayores que primavera. En otoño a los 56 días y en invierno a los 70 días después del corte, la producción de MS fue 9 t ha-1, mientras que en primavera a los 84 días fue cercana a las 3 t ha-1. El incremento o decremento de los componentes morfológicos de la biomasa a través del tiempo fue distinto entre las épocas evaluadas y mostró un comportamiento curvilíneo en el tiempo, dentro de cada época. La PC aumentó en forma lineal con la edad de corte. En otoño e invierno hubo mayor porcentaje de FDN y FDA. Las plantas de 42 días tuvieron menor porcentaje de FDA. El rendimiento de MS y la calidad nutritiva de T. diversifolia difiere según la época del año y la edad de rebrote. La edad de corte de la planta afectó su preferencia por los ovinos Pelibuey (P=0.0091), fue mayor por el follaje de 42 días, seguido por 56 y 70 días.

Abstract Production, nutritional quality and preference of T. diversifolia by Pelibuey sheep was determined, at different ages, in three seasons of the year. Dry matter (DM) production and nutritional quality of forage were measured every 14 d, from the cut to 84 d of age. Leaf and stem samples were taken to determine crude protein (CP), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), and acid detergent fiber (ADF). Eight adult Pelibuey sheep were used to determine their preference for T. diversifolia foliage at 42, 56 and 70 d of regrowth. Total DM production was similar in autumn and winter and both greater than spring. In autumn at 56 d and in winter at 70 d after the cut, the production of DM was 9 t ha-1, while in S at 84 d, it was close to 3 t ha-1. The increase or decrease of the morphological components of the biomass over time was different between the seasons evaluated and showed a curvilinear behavior over time, within each season. CP increased linearly with the cutting age. In autumn and winter, there was a higher percentage of NDF and ADF. The 42-d plants had a lower percentage of ADF. The yield of DM and the nutritional quality of T. diversifolia differs depending on the season of year and the age of regrowth. The cutting age of the plant affected its preference by Pelibuey sheep (P=0.0091), it was higher for the foliage of 42 d, followed by 56 and 70 d.

Abstract This work discusses the importance of organic matter, specifically Aquatic Humic Substances (SHA) within the speciation and distribution of metals within an aquatic system, in this case Xochimilco Lake, a site with great ecological importance. This lake is the natural habitat of the endemic species “axolotl” (ajolote). In this research, complexation reactions between SHA and metals (Cu, Mn, Pb and Zn) were carried out under different reaction conditions, the source of AHS was water samples taken in Xochimilco Lake in presence and absence of pH buffer dissolution and varying the concentration of metals. The results show that there is a direct competition between the major elements and trace elements to react with the AHS. Under the pH conditions of Xochimilco Lake complexes formation is possible.

Resumen En este trabajo se presenta la importancia de la materia orgánica, específicamente Substancias Húmicas Acuáticas (SHA) dentro de la especiación y distribución de metales y nutrientes dentro de un sistema acuático, en este caso el Lago de Xochimilco, sitio con gran importancia ecológica, el cual, es hábitat natural de la especie endémica axolotl (ajolote). En esta investigación se realizaron reacciones de complejación entre las SHA y metales (Cu, Mn, Pb y Zn) bajo diferentes condiciones de pH, la fuente de las SHA corresponde con la muestra de agua tomada en el Lago de Xochimilco, en presencia o ausencia de disolución amortiguadora de pH, además de variar la concentración de los metales. Los resultados muestran que existe una competencia directa entre los elementos mayores y oligoelementos por reaccionar con las SHA; además, que bajo las condiciones de pH del Lago de Xochimilco es muy posible que se formen los compuestos complejos.

Abstract Objectives To evaluate the relationship between age at onset of cannabis use and cannabis abuse in a sample of Portuguese cannabis users, testing the mediating role of the number of friends using cannabis and comparing these relationships between male and female subsets. Method A sample of 529 Portuguese cannabis users comprising 276 males and 244 females aged from 14 to 21 years completed a sociodemographic questionnaire, the Cannabis Abuse Screening Test (CAST), and answered four questions related to cannabis use. Data were analyzed using the PROCESS macro in SPSS version 26.0. Results Age at onset of cannabis use was negatively related to the number of friends using cannabis, while the number of friends using cannabis had a positive relationship with cannabis abuse. As predicted, the number of friends using cannabis seems to have a mediating role in the relationship between cannabis onset age use and cannabis abuse, since the indirect effect was found to be significant. The pattern of the relationships among the variables observed was found to be similar for both male and female subsets of the sample. However, males reported higher cannabis abuse than females. Conclusion The results highlight the mediating role of friends’ use of cannabis in the relationship between age at onset of cannabis use and users’ abuse. These results highlight the importance of early intervention in cannabis use. In particular, the pattern of the relationships observed among the studied variables emphasizes the need to monitor and conduct peer training interventions or interventions to promote of social skills.

Abstract In our country there doesn’t exist enough information about psychosocial factors that affect teacher’s mental health, which it’s an obstacle for the policies implementation that fight against this issue. Psychosocial factors of labor risk in teaching work are barely studied and is required to link personal factors of life satisfaction and those of labor risk to realize about the way personal perceptions can cushion the impacts of labor risks. The objective of this investigation was to study with elementary school teachers, the comparison between life satisfaction, effort-reward perception and demand- control with the following factors: sex, age, antiquity in teaching, time in the workplace and attention to students with special educational needs. A retrospective design with a descriptive and comparative scope was used. The studied population consisted of 185 elementary school teachers of Cajeme, Sonora. In order to collect the information, the Diener Life Satisfaction Scale, the Labor Stress Questionnaire (Effort-Reward Imbalance) in its Venezuelan version, validated by Díaz and Feldman, and the General Health Questionnaire of Goldberg were applied. Deciles were obtained for every one of the variables. The demand-control variable obtained the value of 3.00 in the first decile, which places 22 people (11.9%) below this value, this means they are at risk of a mental health problem. On the other hand, on the perception of effhort-reward variable 21 individuals (11.4%) presented levels below the first decil with a 2.68 value and, so, unbalanced. By last, the firs decil value was 3.40 for 22 people (11.9%) which represent the lowest levels on the satisfaction with life scale. The comparisons showed that the number of students with special educational needs attended influenced the variables of satisfaction with life, perception of effort-reward and demand-control, since as the number of attended students increased, the average in the three variables decreased. On the other hand, time is a significant factor in the effort-reward variable since with increasing age, years of service and antiquity in the workplace the average in this variable decreased. There is a relation between the variables of satisfaction with life, effort-reward and demand-control with temporality factors (age, years of service and antiquity in the workplace), however, it is considered necessary to inquire into that aspect. It is important to highlight that progress in the study of psychosocial factors that can affect job satisfaction and health in teachers is essential for decision making around policies for education improvement in Mexico. It is necessary to expand this type of research including teachers of different levels and contexts, from public and private schools, in order to obtain more accurate information.

Resumo Em nosso país, não há informações suficientes sobre os fatores psicossociais que afetam a saúde mental dos professores, o que dificulta a implementação de políticas que abordem essa problemática. Os fatores de risco psicossocial no trabalho docente são pouco estudados e é necessário relacionar os fatores pessoais de satisfação com a vida e os de risco ocupacional para explicar a forma como as percepções pessoais podem amortecer os impactos dos riscos ocupacionais. Portanto, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi estudar com professores do ensino fundamental a comparação entre as variáveis satisfação com a vida, percepção de esforço-recompensa e demanda-controle com os fatores sexo, idade, tempo de docência, tempo de internação. centro de trabalho e atendimento a alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais. Foi utilizado um desenho retrospectivo com escopo descritivo e comparativo. A amostra do estudo foi composta por 185 professores do ensino fundamental do município de Cajeme, Sonora. Para a coleta de dados, foram aplicados a escala Diener de satisfação com a vida, o questionário de estresse no trabalho (desequilíbrio esforço-recompensa) em sua versão venezuelana, validado por Díaz e Feldman, e o questionário geral de saúde de Goldberg. Decis foram obtidos para cada uma das variáveis. A variável demanda-controle obteve no primeiro decil o valor de 3,00, o que coloca 22 pessoas (11,9%) abaixo desse valor, o que significa que estão em risco de desenvolver um problema de saúde mental. Por outro lado, na variável percepção esforço-recompensa, 21 indivíduos (11,4%) apresentaram níveis abaixo do primeiro decil com valor de 2,68 e, portanto, desequilibrados. Por fim, o valor do primeiro decil foi de 3,40 para 22 pessoas (11,9%), o que representa os níveis mais baixos na escala de satisfação com a vida. As comparações mostraram que o número de alunos atendidos com necessidades educacionais especiais influencia as variáveis satisfação com a vida, percepção esforço-recompensa e demanda-controle, pois à medida que o número de alunos atendidos aumenta, a média nas três variáveis diminui. Por outro lado, o tempo é um fator significativo na variável esforço-recompensa, visto que com o aumento da idade, anos de serviço e tempo de serviço no local de trabalho, a média dessa variável diminuiu. Existe relação entre as variáveis satisfação com a vida e esforço-recompensa com os fatores temporais (idade, anos de experiência na docência e anos de experiência na escola), embora seja necessário indagar sobre este aspecto. É importante destacar que o avanço no estudo dos fatores psicossociais que podem afetar a satisfação e a saúde ocupacional dos professores é essencial para a tomada de decisões políticas para a melhoria da educação no México. É necessário expandir esse tipo de pesquisa incluindo professores de diferentes níveis e contextos, de escolas públicas e privadas, a fim de obter informações mais precisas.

Abstract Background: Soil and aerial seed banks directly affect recruitment in plant populations. Soil banks result as the balance between seed inputs and outputs. Seed bank dynamics vary by species and environmental conditions. Few records on cacti seed banks are available. Questions: What types of seed banks do two cacti genera form in a lava-field reserve? Does seasonality influence the seed bank dynamics? Are inputs and outputs associated to the microenvironment? Studied species: Opuntia tomentosa, O. lassiacantha, Mammillaria haageana subsp. san-angelensis, M. magnimamma. Study site and dates: Xerophytic shrubland in the “Reserva Ecológica del Pedregal de San Ángel” in Mexico City. 2016 to 2018. Methods: We collected soil samples from four microenvironments during the rainy and the dry seasons, searched for seeds and tested their viability. We compared the number of inputs, outputs and viable seed by microenvironment and season. For M. magnimamma, each month we registered fruit maturation and searched for seeds remaining between tubercles. Results: Opuntia seed bank inputs occurred in all microenvironments and in both seasons. Rain favored inputs in hollows by secondary seed dispersal. We registered a large number of outputs caused by germination, granivory and loss of viability. Opuntia seed bank was developed in headland, plain and slope. No Mammillaria seed inputs were found, neither an aerial bank in M. magnimamma. Conclusion: Opuntia seed banks were restricted to microenvironments that provided “safe sites” which stored viable seeds. Mammillaria seed dynamics may hinders recruitment for their populations.

Resumen Antecedentes: Los bancos de semillas afectan el reclutamiento. El banco del suelo resulta del balance entre entradas y salidas de semillas, su dinámica varía según las especies y las condiciones ambientales. Existen pocos registros sobre bancos de cactáceas. Preguntas: ¿Qué tipo de banco de semillas forman dos géneros de cactus en una reserva de lava? ¿Cómo influye la estacionalidad? ¿Las entradas y salidas se asocian con los microambientes? Especies de estudio: Opuntia tomentosa, O. lassiacantha, Mammillaria haageana subsp. san-angelensis, M. magnimamma. Sitio y años de estudio: Matorral xerófito en la Reserva Ecológica del Pedregal de San Ángel, México. 2016 a 2018. Métodos: Se tomaron muestras de suelo por microambientes y temporada, se buscaron semillas mediante un método de búsqueda directa y se probó su viabilidad. Se compararon las entradas, salidas y semillas viables entre microambiente y temporada. Para M. magnimamma se registró mensualmente la maduración de sus frutos y semillas remanentes entre los tubérculos. Resultados: Las entradas de Opuntia estuvieron en todos los microambientes y en ambas temporadas. La lluvia propicia la dispersión secundaria hacia las hondonadas. Las salidas son provocadas por germinación, granivoría y pérdida de viabilidad. El banco de semillas se formó en pendientes, planos y promontorios. No se registraron entradas de Mammillaria al suelo ni la formación de un banco aéreo en M. magnimamma. Conclusiones: El banco de Opuntia estuvo restringido a microambientes que permiten la acumulación de semillas viables ("sitios seguros"). La falta de un banco puede relacionarse con el bajo reclutamiento de Mammillaria.

Resumen Objetivo: Evaluar la situación epidemiológica de las personas que viven con el VIH y el SIDA (PVVS) en los municipios y regiones de Colombia en 2018. Materiales y métodos: Se realizó un estudio transversal con datos secundarios del Fondo Colombiano de Enfermedades de Alto Costo entre febrero 1 de 2018 al 31 de enero de 2019. Incluimos variables sociodemográficas, clínicas y relacionadas con la ubicación geográfica. Calculamos la incidencia, prevalencia y mortalidad según la región geográfica colombiana, el departamento de residencia y el municipio. Se estimaron tasas crudas y estandarizadas por edad. Resultados: Para el 2018, 10.930 nuevos casos de PVVS fueron reportados, siendo más frecuentes en hombres, en edades entre 25 a 49 años. 39.32% fueron reportados con SIDA y 35.27% tuvieron una carga viral de VIH indetectable. 109,056 PVVS en Colombia. Las incidencia y prevalencia ajustadas por edad más altas se informaron en Florencia (Cauca) (354.28 por 100,000 y 3.32 por 100 personas, respectivamente). La tasa de incidencia estandarizada por edad fue de 22.12 por 100,000 habitantes (IC 95% 21.71-22.54). La prevalencia y mortalidad ajustadas por edad fueron 0.23 por 100 habitantes (IC 95% 0.22-0.23) y 3.78 por 100.000 habitantes (IC 95% 3.61-3.96), respectivamente. Se deben implementar diferentes estrategias para mejorar la identificación de los factores de riesgo en la población, especialmente en algunas regiones geográficas de Colombia y prevenir la transmisión.

Abstract Aim: To assess the epidemiological situation of people living with HIV and AIDS (PLWHA) in the municipalities and regions of Colombia in 2018. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with secondary data from the High-Cost Diseases Fund from February 1st, 2018 to January 31st, 2019. We included sociodemographic, clinical variables, and related to geographic location. We calculated incidence, prevalence, and mortality according to the Colombian geographical regions, department and municipality of residence. Crude and age-standardized rates were estimated. Results: By 2018, 10,930 new cases of PLWHA were reported, being more frequent in males, aged between 25 to 49 years. 39.32% were reported with AIDS and 35.27% had undetectable HIV viral load. During 2018, there are 109,056 PLWHA in Colombia. The highest age-standardized incidence and prevalence were reported in Florencia (Cauca) (354.28 per 100,000 and 3.32 per 100people, respectively). The age-standardized incidence rate was 22.12 per 100,000 population (95% CI 21.71-22.54). Age-standardized prevalence and mortality were 0.23 per 100 population (95% CI 0.22-0.23) and 3.78 per 100,000 population (95% CI 3.61-3.96), respectively. Conclusion: Different strategies should be implemented to improve the identification of risk factors in the population, especially in some regions of Colombia and prevent transmission.

ABSTRACT Rheumatic diseases are a group of conditions that generate a wide variety of clinical manifestations and complications secondary to the clinical activity of the disease. Among the factors that are described can help in the control of clinical activity, drug adherence, nutritional status and the practice of physical activities stand out. The objective of this research was to present the advantages offered by nutritional counseling and the systematic practice of physical activities in patients with rheumatic diseases, as well as the appropriate way to provide advice in both spheres. The report provides the methodological and pedagogical elements that must be met in the nutritional and physical activity orientation of patients. It is concluded that nutritional guidance and the practice of physical activities is an indispensable part of the therapeutic schemes of patients with rheumatic diseases. It is a fundamental element to achieve control of the clinical activity of RD, as well as joint improvement. The general recommendations and the methodological elements that must be followed to provide nutritional advice and advice on physical activities aimed at their incorporation in the daily medical work are exposed.

RESUMEN Las enfermedades reumáticas son un grupo de afecciones que generan una gran variedad de manifestaciones clínicas y complicaciones secundarias a la actividad clínica de la enfermedad. Entre los factores que pueden ayudar en el control de la actividad clínica destacan la adherencia farmacológica, el estado nutricional y la práctica de actividades físicas. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo dar a conocer las ventajas que ofrecen la orientación nutricional y la práctica sistemática de actividades físicas en pacientes con enfermedades reumáticas, así como la forma adecuada de brindar consejo en ambas esferas. El reporte aporta los elementos metodológicos y pedagógicos que se deben cumplir en la orientación nutricional y de actividades físicas a los pacientes. Se concluye que la orientación nutricional y la práctica de actividades físicas es parte indispensable de los esquemas terapéuticos de los pacientes con enfermedades reumáticas. Constituye un elemento fundamental para lograr el control de la actividad clínica de estas, así como del mejoramiento articular. Se exponen las recomendaciones generales y los elementos metodológicos que se debe seguir para brindar consejo nutricional y asesoría en actividades físicas encaminadas a su incorporación en el quehacer médico diario.

Abstract The combination of red and blue light emitting diodes (LEDs) is an effective light source for plant growth and development. Several species of the genus Lilium are valued as cut flowers, but the information on the effect of the quality of light on their growth is still very scarce and it is necessary to determine the optimal light spectrum that allows obtaining desirable characteristics. The objective of this paper was to evaluate the growth of Lilium spp. ‘Corvara’ with LED lighting. The proportion of red and blue LED lights in each treatment was: 20:80 (R4B); 40:60 (2R3B); 60:40 (3R2B); 80:20 (4RB) and the control (W) with 100% white light. All treatments had a photosynthetically active radiation of 90 ±10 μmol m-2 s-1 during a photoperiod of 14 h. The work was conducted in Chapingo, Mexico in 2019 and 2020. The results showed that, the lowest number of days to harvest maturity (91 days) and the plants of lower height (83 cm) occurred with the illumination of treatment 2R3B. Regarding the control, increases were achieved in the following variables: with treatment R4B, leaf area 26% and tepal color 13% in the variable Chroma; with 3R2B, vase life 6%, with 4RB, plant height 21%, flower diameter 5% and the number of days to maturity was 16. It is concluded that the proportion of red and blue light modifies the growth and development of Lilium spp. ‘Corvara’ plants.

Resumen La combinación de diodos emisores de luz (LEDs) rojos y azules es una fuente de luz efectiva para el crecimiento y desarrollo de las plantas. Diversas especies del género Lilium son valoradas como flores de corte, pero la información que se tiene del efecto de la calidad de la luz sobre su crecimiento es aún muy escasa y es necesario determinar el espectro de luz óptimo que permita obtener características deseables. El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar el crecimiento de Lilium spp. ‘Corvara’, con iluminación LED. La proporción de luces LED roja y azul en cada tratamiento fue: 20:80 (R4B); 40:60 (2R3B); 60:40 (3R2B); 80:20 (4RB) y el testigo (W) con 100% de luz blanca. Todos los tratamientos tuvieron una radiación fotosintéticamente activa de 90 ±10 µmol m-2 s-1 durante un fotoperiodo de 14 h. El trabajo se realizó en Chapingo, México en 2019 y 2020. Los resultados mostraron que con la iluminación del tratamiento 2R3B se registró la menor cantidad de días a madurez de cosecha (91 días) y las plantas de menor altura (83 cm). Respecto al testigo se lograron incrementos en las siguientes variables: con el tratamiento R4B, área foliar 26% y color de tépalos 13% en la variable Croma; con 3R2B la vida en florero 6%, con 4RB, altura de plantas 21%, diámetro de flor 5% y el número de días a madurez fue 16. Se concluye que la proporción de la luz roja y azul modifica el crecimiento y desarrollo de las plantas de Lilium spp. ‘Corvara’.

ABSTRACT This work of theoretical reflection aims to discuss the origin of the crisis of unsustainability in Modernity and its relationship with agroecology, critical pedagogy and ways of doing research to find connections with more global processes and make readings that allow overcoming the conjuctural and the immediate. A historical review is made about the emergence of agriculture as a radical change in human culture and its evolution to Modernity and how from this, society has been adopting technological changes that have become the current crisis of unsustainability that the world is going through. The article proposes to promote from agroecology and critical pedagogy other ways of knowing, generating knowledge and training people who radically transform the ways of doing research.

RESUMEN Este trabajo de reflexión teórica pretende discutir sobre el origen de la crisis de insostenibilidad en la Modernidad y su relación con la agroecología, la pedagogía crítica y las formas de hacer investigación para encontrar conexiones con procesos más globales y hacer lecturas que permitan superar lo coyuntural y lo inmediato. Se hace un repaso histórico desde el surgimiento de la agricultura como cambio radical en la cultura humana y su evolución hasta la Modernidad y de cómo a partir de ésta la sociedad ha ido adoptando cambios tecnológicos que han devenido en la actual crisis de insostenibilidad que atraviesa el planeta. Se plantea desde la agroecología y la pedagogía crítica impulsar otras formas de conocer, de generar conocimiento y de formar personas que transformen radicalmente las maneras de investigar.
