Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the corneal epitheliotoxic effects of preservative-free ketorolac tromethamine 0.5% and diclofenac sodium 0.1% eye drops in rabbits. Seventeen New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: the 0.5% ketorolac tromethamine group, the 0.1% diclofenac sodium group, and the control group (0.9% NaCl). For each rabbit, both eyes were treated three times daily according to their treatment group. The corneal epithelia were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy to observe the number of light, grey, and dark cells; the number of epithelial holes; and the loss of hexagonal shape. Both of the formulations administered caused changes in the healthy corneal epithelia of rabbits. Except for number of epithelial holes (p < 0.05), all the parameters showed a statistically significant difference between the groups. The number of dark cells was highest in the ketorolac tromethamine group (p<0.05). The number of grey cells was higher in the diclofenac sodium group than in the control group (p =0.003). A higher number of dark cells was associated with a smaller number of light cells (r =-0.577, p < 0.001). Loss of shape showed a direct correlation with the number of dark cells (r=0.524, p=0.002). Based on the results presented, it was possible to conclude that ketorolac tromethamine 0.5% was more toxic to rabbit corneal epithelium than diclofenac sodium 0.1%.

Resumo Objetivou-se avaliar os efeitos do cetorolaco de trometamina a 0,5% e do diclofenaco de sódico a 0,1% sem conservantes na córnea de coelhos. Dezessete coelhos da raça Nova Zelândia foram aleatoriamente divididos em três grupos: o grupo de 0,5% de cetorolaco de trometamina, o grupo de 0,1% de diclofenaco sódico e o grupo controle (0,9% de NaCl). Para cada coelho, os dois olhos foram tratados três vezes ao dia durante 90 dias de acordo com o grupo de tratamento. Os epitélios da córnea foram analisados usando microscopia eletrônica de varredura para observar o número de células claras, cinzas e escuras, o número de criptas e a perda do formato celular hexagonal. Ambas as formulações administradas causaram alterações no epitélio da córnea de coelhos. Com exceção da contagem de criptas (p <0,05), todos os parâmetros apresentaram diferença estatisticamente significante entre os grupos. O número de células escuras foi maior no grupo cetorolaco de trometamina (p <0,05). O número de células cinzentas foi maior no grupo diclofenaco de sódio do que no grupo controle (p=0,003). O maior número de células escuras observado foi associado ao menor número de células claras (r=-0,577, p<0,001). A perda do formato celular mostrou uma correlação direta com o número de células escuras (r=0,524, p=0,002). O cetorolaco de trometamina 0,5% foi mais tóxico para o epitélio da córnea de coelhos do que o diclofenaco de sódio a 0,1%.

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic led to the reorganization of health care in several countries, including Brazil. Inborn Errors of Metabolism (IEM) are a group of rare and difficult to diagnose genetic diseases caused by pathogenic variants in genes that code for enzymes, cofactors, or structural proteins affecting different metabolic pathways. The aim of this study was to evaluate how COVID-19 affected the diagnosis of patients with IEM during the first year of the pandemic in Brazil comparing two distinct periods: from March 1st, 2019 to February 29th, 2020 (TIME A) and from March 1st, 2020 to February 28th, 2021 (TIME B), by the analysis of the number of tests and diagnoses performed in a Reference Center in South of Brazil. In the comparison TIME A with TIME B, we observe a reduction in the total number of tests performed (46%) and in the number of diagnoses (34%). In both periods analyzed, mucopolysaccharidoses (all subtypes combined) was the most frequent LD suspected and/or confirmed. Our data indicates a large reduction in the number of tests requested for the investigation of IEM and consequently a large reduction in the number of diagnoses caused by the COVID-19 pandemic leading to a significant underdiagnosis of IEM.

Resumo O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar os efeitos dos óxidos de zinco (ZnO) e titânio (TiO2), adicionados à emulsão de cera de carnaúba, sobre a incidência de mancha preta dos citros (MPC) causada por Phyllosticta citricarpa e, consequentemente, sobre a qualidade de tangerinas. Emulsões de cera com adição de ZnO ou TiO2 foram aplicadas a concentrações de até 8% em cultivares tardias de tangerinas. Foram realizados três experimentos, em delineamento de quatro blocos completos ao acaso, com dois tratamentos controle – um com a aplicação apenas da emulsão de cera de carnaúba e outro sem a aplicação da emulsão. As pulverizações com ZnO e TiO2 reduziram a incidência da doença em frutos colhidos; no entanto, os aumentos nas concentrações dos óxidos não melhoraram o controle da doença. Duas aplicações consecutivas dos óxidos inibiram a atividade fotossintética das plantas, tendo afetado negativamente a sua produção, e causaram danos na casca das frutas. Tangerinas infectadas artificialmente com a suspensão de 105 conídios mL-1 de P. citricarpa, antes ou depois da pulverização dos filmes, apresentaram menor incidência de MPC. Tratamentos com a aplicação apenas da emulsão de carnaúba não diferem dos com filmes preparados com ZnO e TiO2 quanto ao controle da MPC. A adição de óxidos inorgânicos aos filmes de carnaúba limita a atividade fotossintética e reduz a produtividade das plantas, além de prejudicar a qualidade visual das tangerinas.

Abstract The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of zinc (ZnO) and titanium (TiO2) oxides, added to carnauba wax emulsions, on the incidence of citrus black spot (CBS) caused by Phyllosticta citricarpa and, consequently, on tangerine quality. Wax emulsions blended with ZnO or TiO2 were sprayed up to concentrations of 8% on late-season tangerine cultivars. Three experiments were carried out in a randomized complete four-block design, with two control treatments – one with the application of only the carnauba wax emulsion and the other without the application of the emulsion. The spraying of ZnO and TiO2 reduced the incidence of the disease on the harvested fruit; however, the increase in the concentrations of the oxides did not improve CBS control. Two consecutive applications of the oxides reduced the photosynthetic activity of the plants, negatively affecting yield, and caused damage to fruit peel. Tangerines infected artificially with 105 conidia mL-1 of P. citricarpa, before or after the sprayings of the photoprotective films, showed a reduced CBS incidence. The treatments with the application of only carnauba wax do not differ from those with films combined with ZnO and TiO2 regarding the control of CBS incidence. The addition of inorganic oxides to the carnauba films limits the photosynthetic activity and reduces the yield of the plants, besides damaging the visual quality of the tangerines.

Abstract The mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS) are a group of lysosomal storage disorders caused by 11 enzyme deficiencies, classified into seven types. Data on the birth prevalence of each MPS type are available for only a few countries, and the totality of cases may be underestimated. To determine the epidemiological profile of MPS in each Brazilian region, we analyzed data collected between 1982 and 2019 by a national reference laboratory and identified 1,652 patients. Using data between 1994 and 2018, the birth prevalence (by 100,000 live births) for MPS was 1.57. MPS II was the most common type of MPS in Brazil, and its birth prevalence was 0.48 (0.94 considering only male births). Regarding the number of cases per region, MPS II was the most frequent in the North and Center-West (followed by MPS VI), and also in the Southeast (followed by MPS I); MPS I and MPS II were the most common types in the South; and MPS VI was the most common in the Northeast (followed by MPS II). The differences observed in the relative frequencies of MPS types across Brazilian regions are likely linked to founder effect, endogamy, and consanguinity, but other factors may be present and need further investigation.

Abstract Twin birth is a complex condition observed in most livestock animals, when the female gives birth to two or more offspring, generally out of the same mating. In cattle, it is a rare condition (3 to 5%) and depends on the genetic background and environmental factors. Twin birth is a result of multiple ovulations, being more common in dairy rather than in beef cattle. Calves could be monozygous or dizygous, with the same or of different sexes. When twins are born with different sexes, a sexual condition called Freemartinism occurs in between 90 to 97% of pregnancies, causing infertility in the female calf. Knowing that the twin rate is rare in commercial beef cattle, here we present an even rarer case of twin birth from two different sires after natural mating, also called heteropaternal superfecundation.

Resumo O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar as características físico-químicas, microbiológicas, sensoriais e de qualidade de carne de filés de grumatã após diferentes períodos de depuração (0, 48, 72 e 96 h) e congelamento (0, 2, 4 e 6 meses). Os peixes coletados em barragem foram distribuídos em tanques em uma densidade de 3,8 Kg m3 -1. Após os períodos de depuração todos os peixes foram filetados e as amostras de filé foram estocadas (-18°C) até serem analisadas. Menor conteúdo de gordura foi encontrado nos peixes submetidos a depuração por 48 e 96 h comparado aqueles não depurados e depurados por 72 h. Proteína muscular foi preservada nos tratamentos 48 e 96 h. Staphylococcus coagulase-positiva, coliformes a 45ºC e Salmonella spp. não foram observados nos filés, mas microorganismos mesófilos aeróbios e coliformes a 35ºC foram encontrados. A análise sensorial não demonstrou diferenças significativas nos atributos aparência, cor, textura, sabor e aceitação global. Durante o congelamento, os valores de pH, Bases Nitrogenadas Voláteis Totais (BVNT), peróxidos e Substâncias Reativas ao Ácido Tiobarbitúrico (TBARS) foram avaliados em amostras de filé a cada dois meses. Os valores de pH aumentaram após quatro meses de estocagem. Os valores de BVNT variaram nos filés dos peixes depurados por 48 e 96 h. Os valores de peróxidos aumentaram a partir do quarto mês de congelamento e no sexto mês os valores mais altos foram observados. Para TBARS, valores altos foram encontrados em filés de peixes não depurados e menores valores nos tratamentos depurados. Assim, a depuração mostrou ser mais eficiente para manter a qualidade de filés de grumatã armazenados congelados.

Abstract The aim of this study was to evaluate the physicochemical, microbiological, sensory and meat quality characteristics of grumatã fillets after different depuration (0, 48, 72 and 96 h) periods and frozen storage (0, 2, 4 and 6 months). The fish collected in a dam were distributed in tanks at a density of 3.8 kg m3 -1. After depuration periods, all fish were filleted and the fillet samples stored (−18 °C) until analyses. Lower fat content was found in fish submitted to depuration for 48 and 96 h compared to the non-depurated and those depurated for 72 h. Muscle protein was preserved in 48 and 96 h treatments. Coagulase-positive Staphylococcus, coliforms at 45 °C and Salmonella spp. were not observed in the fillets, but aerobic mesophilic microorganisms and coliforms at 35 ºC were detected. Sensory analysis showed no significant differences in appearance, colour, texture, flavour attributes and overall acceptance. During frozen storage, pH, total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N), peroxide and thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS) values were evaluated in fillet samples every two months. The pH values increased up to four months of storage. The TVB-N values ranged in fillets from fish depurated for 48 and 96 h. Peroxide values increased from the fourth month of storage, with the highest values observed in the sixth month. For TBARS values, increased values were found in fillets from non-depurated fish and lower values in other depuration periods. Thus, depuration is more efficient in maintaining the quality of grumatã fillets in frozen storage.

RESUMO: A metodologia de superfície resposta foi utilizada para determinar condições ideais para a extração de proteína da farinha de semente de abóbora. Foi utilizado um delineamento composto central rotacional (DCCR), incluindo vários níveis independentes, tais como pH e trimetafosfato de sódio (TMPS). O rendimento máximo foi obtido em um ponto central de DCCR, com conteúdo de TMPS e pH de 4% e 4,5, respectivamente. Essas condições resultaram em rendimento proteico de 50,04 g de proteína solúvel no extrato/100 g de semente de abóbora. A otimização de pH e conteúdo de TMS permitiu a obtenção de um produto com alta concentração de proteína (62,56 g 100 g-1), digestibilidade proteica (62,03 g 100 g-1) e concentração de aminoácidos essenciais (27,26 g 100 g-1). Em relação à concentração de polifenois, o concentrado proteico fosforilado de semente de abóbora e a farinha de semente de abóbora apresentaram 13,11 g 100 g-1 e 23,19 g 100 g-1, respectivamente. A adequação do modelo foi confirmada pela extração da proteína sobvalores ótimos. Estes resultados auxiliam na concepção do processo de extração ótimo da proteína de semente de abóbora.

ABSTRACT: Response surface methodology was used to determine optimum conditions for extraction of protein from pumpkin seed meal. A central composite rotational design (CCRD) including independent variables such, pH and sodium trimetaphosphate (STMP) content was used. Maximum yield was obtained at a central point of CCRD, with STMP content and pH of 4% and 4.5, respectively. These conditions resulted in protein yield of 50.04 g of soluble protein from extract/100 g pumpkin seed. The optimization of pH and STMP content allowed obtaining a product with a high protein concentration (62.56 g 100 g-1), digestibility (62.03 g 100 g-1) and concentration of essential amino acids (27.26 g 100 g-1). Regarding the polyphenols concentration, phosphorylated protein concentrate from pumpkin seed and the pumpkin seed meal presented 13.11 g 100 g-1 and 23.19 g 100 g-1, respectively. The adequacy of the model was confirmed by extracting the protein under optimum values. These results help in designing the process of optimal protein extraction from pumpkin seeds.

Abstract In the present study, we evaluated the effects of the hydrolysis of phytate of defatted rice bran (DRB) by a pretreatment with non-commercial phytase produced by Saccharomyces cerevisiae (DRB-PS) compared to the application of Natuphos® (commercial phytase produced by the BASF Company) (DRB-PN) in diets for grass carp, Ctenopharyngodon idella. Fish (57.55 ± 0.4 g) fed one of the experimental diets in triplicates for 35 days. Effects of the phytase used on blood parameters, intestinal proteases and hepatic glucose were not observed (p > 0.05). Similarly, no differences were found for serum phosphorus (P). However, were found higher levels of calcium (9 and 5.25%) in the control treatment in relation to DRB-PS and DRB-PN respectively, besides higher calcium-phosphorus ratio was found in this treatment. For the fish carcass composition was not statistically different (p > 0.05) except total lipids, which showed its highest content in fish fed on the DRB-PN diet (p < 0.05). The obtained results suggested that the use of the phytase, irrespective to its source may eliminate the use of traditional P sources in fish diets.

Abstract Lysosomal storage disorders (LSDs) are a group of genetic disorders characterized by deficiency of specific lysosomal enzymes. In general, patients are clinically normal at birth, and progressively develop severe signs and symptoms. Diagnosis is usually made several years after onset of manifestations, preventing patients to have the benefits of the early treatment. Newborn screening programs are being considered for LSDs to allow early diagnosis and treatment. The present study evaluated the feasibility of a customized screening approach based on modified fluorometric assays with reduced amounts of reagents, substrates and samples for: mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS) type I (MPS I), MPS VI, Fabry, Gaucher, and Pompe diseases. We also evaluated the advantages of including blood chitotriosidase and urinary glycosaminoglycans in the protocol. By the measurement of the specific disease-associated enzymes (plus blood chitotriosidase and urinary glycosaminoglycans) we analyzed 834 de-identified DBS of unselected newborns. No positive case was detected, and the false-positive rates were low. Taking into consideration the limitations of this methodology, we believe that, after defining proper cutoffs, it could be a viable alternative to provide NBS for LSDs by laboratories that may not be able to afford the commercial methods available.

Abstract Rare genetic disorders are currently in the spotlight due to the elevated number of different conditions and significant total number of affected patients. The study of these disorders is extremely helpful for the elucidation of physiological processes related with complex disorders. Isolated populations are instrumental for the study of genetic disorders, considering their homogeneity and high proportion of affected patients in a small geographic area. These favorable conditions lead to the creation of a new discipline, known as “population medical genetics”, which integrates medical genetics, population genetics, epidemiological genetics and community genetics. In order to develop practical activities in this new discipline, the National Institute of Population Medical Genetics (INaGeMP) was created in 2008 in Brazil. INaGeMP has developed several tools and funded numerous research activities. In this review, we highlight three successful projects developed in the first 10 years of INaGeMP activities (2008-2018): a newborn screening pilot study for MPS VI in Northeast Brazil, the study of Machado-Joseph disease in Brazilian families with Azorian ancestry, and the high twinning rate in a small town in southern Brazil. The results of these projects in terms of scientific output and contributions to the affected communities highlight the success and importance of INaGeMP.

RESUMO: A fibra alimentar desempenha importante papel fisiológico, o qual está diretamente ligado às suas propriedades físico-químicas de capacidade de retenção de água, ligação ao óleo e a cátions. Estas propriedades podem ser alteradas empregando-se métodos enzimáticos, químicos e físicos. Métodos enzimáticos e químicos requerem solventes e condições específicas que inviabilizam sua utilização. Assim, o emprego dos métodos físicos, tais como micronização e extrusão, tornam-se alternativas promissoras para alterar as propriedades físico-químicas da fibra alimentar. Desta forma, este trabalho visa abordar informações relevantes sobre o uso dos processos físicos, especificamente micronização e extrusão para essa finalidade. Além disso, aspectos conceituais como definição, classificação e propriedades da fibra alimentar e as principais características dos processos de micronização e extrusão são relatados. Micronização e extrusão baseiam-se na diminuição do tamanho de partícula para microescala e na combinação de alta temperatura, pressão e força de cisalhamento, respectivamente. Aplicando-se estes métodos, modificações na matriz alimentícia ocorrem pelo aumento da área superficial e rompimento das ligações glicosídicas da matriz alimentar. Consequentemente, são observadas alterações nas propriedades físico-químicas da fibra alimentar, as quais predizem o efeito fisiológico associado ao seu consumo, como diminuição dos níveis de colesterol e glicose sanguíneos e a melhora do trânsito intestinal. Ademais, essas alterações aumentam a bioacessibilidade dos compostos bioativos presentes na matéria-prima alimentícia e melhoram a capacidade antioxidante dos produtos obtidos.

ABSTRACT: Dietary fiber plays an important physiological role, which is directly linked to its physicochemical properties, water-holding, oil-binding, and cation-exchange capacities. These properties can be altered by employing enzymatic, mechanical, and physical processes. Enzymatic and chemical processes require solvents and special conditions that make it unfeasible to use. Thus, the use of physical methods, such as micronization and extrusion, make promising options to change the physicochemical properties of dietary fiber. In this way, this review aimed to approach relevant information about the use of physical processes, specifically micronization and extrusion, for this purpose. Furthermore, conceptual aspects, such as definition, classification, and properties of dietary fiber and mainly characteristics about the micronization and extrusion processes, are reported. Micronization and extrusion are based on the decrease of the particle size to a micro scale and on the combination of high temperature, mechanical shearing and pressure, respectively. Applying these methods, modifications on the food matrix occurred by increasing the surface area and disruption of the glycosidic bonds. Consequently, there is a change in physicochemical properties of dietary fiber, which predict the physiological effect associated with dietary fiber consumption, such as decrease in blood cholesterol and glucose levels and improvement of intestinal transit. Moreover, these changes increase the bio accessibility of bioactive compounds present in the food matrix and improve the antioxidant capacity of products.

Abstract The objective of this study was to evaluate growth and metabolic parameters of silver catfish fed with protein concentrates of sunflower meal (SMPC) and crambe meal (CrMPC). The study evaluated two levels of substitution, where 25 or 50% of animal protein was replaced with plant-based protein. A total of 300 silver catfish (14 ± 0.26 g) were used in five treatments and three replications, in fifteen 280-liter experimental units. The results were submitted to analysis of variance and the means of the control diet was compared to the remaining treatments by Dunnett’s test at 5% significance level. At the end of the trial, no differences were observed for the variables final weight and daily weight gain. However, minor feed conversion was observed in the groups Control and SMPC-25%. Metabolic parameters were analyzed in the plasma and liver, where no significant differences were found for any of the blood parameters analyzed. In the analyzed liver parameters (ammonia, protein, amino acids and ALAT), the liver protein content was lower in fish consuming SMPC-50%, CrMPC-50% and 25% CrMPC diets. The amino acids content was higher in fish receiving the SMPC-25% diet. It can be concluded that sunflower meal protein concentrate is better utilized by fish and more efficient metabolically than crambe meal. This study demonstrated that a newly developed protein concentrate SMPC and CrMPC can effectively replace 25% and 50% the animal protein in a diet free of FM.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to develop and improve protein concentration techniques for two industrial by-products with the potential for use in fish feed. In particular, we chemically characterized crambe meal and sunflower meal and their protein concentrates. Three different protein concentration methods were tested: isoelectric pH (pHi), acid pH and alkaline pH. For crambe and sunflower meals extraction using the pHi method was most efficient in terms of protein yield and crude protein content in the concentrates; this method also increased lysine and methionine content in the concentrates. The water holding capacity of the sunflower protein concentrate was greater than that of the crambe protein concentrate. The crambe protein concentrate had a foam-formation capacity of 15%, which stabilized at 6% after 90 minutes. The protein concentration method also reduced total phenolic content by approximately 50% in the concentrates compared with the meals. Therefore, we conclude that protein concentration using the pHi method is the most efficient technique for crambe and sunflower meals, and the use of this technique can decrease total phenolic compounds while improving meal quality for fish feeding.

La enfermedad de Gaucher es un trastorno de herencia autosómica recesiva y la enfermedad de depósito lisosomal más frecuente causada por deficiencia de la actividad enzimática de la β-Glucosidasa. Objetivo: establecer valores de referencia de actividad enzimática lisosomal de β-glucosidasa y quitotriosidasa en lactantes en población Venezolana. Método: Se realizó un estudio prospectivo y transversal en 98 lactantes sanos con edades comprendidas entre 1 mes y 24 meses, de ambos sexos (48 femeninos y 50 masculinos). La actividad enzimática de β-glucosidasa y quitotriosidasa fue determinada en gotas de sangre seca (siglas en inglés, DBS) siguiendo el protocolo propuesto por Chamoles y col. El análisis estadístico de los datos se realizó con el programa estadístico SPSS Statistics 17.0 para Windows. Resultados: El rango de actividad enzimática para la β-Glucosidasa obtenido en esta investigación fue 2,3 - 12 nmol/ml/h, con una media de 6,7 ± 2,5 y para la Quitotriosidasa 0 - 44,2 nmol/ml/h con una media de 18,4 ± 10,4 nmol/ml/h, utilizando discos de papel de filtro de 3mm de diámetro con sangre seca (aproximadamente 3,6 μl de sangre). Conclusión: Los valores de referencia de actividad enzimática lisosomal en DBS para β-glucosidasa y quitotriosidasa son establecidos por vez primera en lactantes sanos venezolanos; no obstante, estos resultados difieren con los reportados en estudios internacionales, recomendándose la determinación de valores de referencias autóctonos en diferentes grupos etarios.

Gaucher´s Disease is an autosomal recessive disorder and the most common lysosomal storage disease caused by deficiency of β-glucosidase enzyme activity. Objetive: to establish reference values for lysosomal enzyme activity of β-glucosidase and chitotriosidase in Venezuelan infants. Methods:A prospective cross-sectional study was conducted in 98 healthy infants with ages ranging from 1 month to 24 months (48 females and 50 males). Enzymatic activity of β-glucosidase and chitotriosidase were determined in dried blood spots (DBS) following the protocol by Chamoles et al. Statistical analysis of data was performed with software SPSS 17.0 for Windows Statistics. Results: The range of enzymatic activity for β-glucosidase was 2.3 to 12 nmol/ml/h, with an average of 6.7 ± 2.5. Chitotriosidase activity was from 0 to 44.2 nmol/ml/h with an average of 18.4 ± 10.4 using 3mm diameter discs of filter paper with dried blood (approximately 3.6 μl of blood). Conclusions: The reference values of lysosomal enzyme activity in DBS for β-Glucosidase and quitotriosidase were established for the first time in healthy Venezuelan infants; however, these results differ from those reported in international studies, for which reason autochthonous reference values should be determined in different age groups.

ABSTRACT Vegetable oils present important pharmacological properties, which gained ground in the pharmaceutical field. Its encapsulation in nanoemulsions is considered a promising strategy to facilitate the applicability of these natural compounds and to potentiate the actions. These formulations offer several advantages for topical and systemic delivery of cosmetic and pharmaceutical agents including controlled droplet size, protection of the vegetable oil to photo, thermal and volatilization instability and ability to dissolve and stabilize lipophilic drugs. For these reasons, the aim of this review is to report on some characteristics, preparation methods, applications and especially analyze recent research available in the literature concerning the use of vegetable oils with therapeutic characteristics as lipid core in nanoemulsions, specially from Brazilian flora, such as babassu (Orbignya oleifera), aroeira (Schinus molle L.), andiroba (Carapa guaianiensis), casca-de-anta (Drimys brasiliensis Miers), sucupira (Pterodon emarginatus Vogel) and carqueja doce (Stenachaenium megapotamicum) oils.
