ABSTRACT: Few studies have investigated the biometric attributes of citrus orchards under formation that use RGB sensors on board unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and the challenges are great. This study aimed to develop and validate a method of using aerial UAV images by automated routines to evaluate the biometric attributes of a crop of ‘Tahiti’ acid lime under formation. We used a multirotor UAV, programmed to capture images at three different map scales, with a frontal and side overlap of 80 %. Geoprocessing was carried out both with and without ground control points on each scale. An automated routine was developed in an open-source environment, consisting of three processing phases: i) Estimation of the plant biometric attributes, ii) Statistical analysis, and iii) Statistical Report Map (SRM). The use of the developed routine allowed to delimit and estimate the crown projection area with an accuracy of more than 95 % as well as identify and quantify the plants with an accuracy of over 97 %. The use of ground control points during the processing stage does not increase accuracy in estimating the biometric attributes under evaluation. On the other hand, map scale is strongly correlated with the quality of the estimates, especially plant height. The results allowed to define a method for the acquisition and analysis of aerophotogrammetric data using a UAV, which can be used to measure the plant biometric attributes under analysis and the method can be easily adapted to perennial crops.

SUMMARY OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to analyze the compliance with the assistance protocol and factors associated with the judicialization of coagulation factors in severe hemophilia patients. METHODS: A retrospective, cross-sectional study was conducted from June 2015 to May 2016 in adults with severe hemophilia in the Federal District, Brazil using data from their medical records and the Hemovida Web Coagulopathies System. RESULTS: One-hundred and three patients from Federal District, the capital of Brazil, were included in the study. The mean age of the patients was 34.6±10.1. Ninety-three received prophylactic treatment (90.3%) and 53 received recombinant coagulation factors (51.7%). Judicialization occurred in 21 cases (20.4%), 13 of whom disagreed with the assistance protocol (12.6%). In the univariate analysis, an association was observed between reduced judicialization and treatment (4.8 vs. 47.6%; p<0.001) in the hemophilia treatment center and an increase that was associated with use of the recombinant coagulation factor in disagreement with the protocol (38.1 vs. 6.1%; p<0.001). In the multivariate analysis, the odds ratio for judicialization was 0.081 (95% confidence interval [CI] 0.010–0.055) for treatment at the hemophilia treatment center and 5.067 (95%CI 1.392–18.446) for the use of recombinant coagulation factor not in compliance with the protocol. More inhibitor development in judicialized patients (33.3 vs. 4.9%; p<0.001) was found. CONCLUSIONS: The effectiveness of judicialization should be questioned, especially regarding coagulation factor prescriptions that are not in compliance with the protocol. The expense resulting from judicialization has not shown any benefit, and an even greater development of inhibitors during treatment in judicialized patients was found.

Resumo Os modelos de estimativa de área foliar descritos na literatura são inapropriados para folhas tipo lanceoladas, na fase de crescimento vegetativo dependente do broto de sucessão, até os 90 dias de idade. Desta forma, objetivou-se ajustar equações para estimativa de área foliar em bananeiras ‘Prata-Anã’ e ‘BRS Platina’ em plantas com folhas lanceoladas. Foram coletadas 212 folhas do tipo lanceoladas com até 10 cm de comprimento de limbo, de bananeiras ‘Prata-Anã’, e 164 de ‘BRS Platina’, com idade de até 90 dias. Foram mensuradas largura (L), comprimento (C), relação largura-comprimento (RLC) e área foliar (AFescâner), determinada em escâner. Através do procedimento backward no SAEG, ajustaram-se equações de regressão linear múltipla, em função das variáveis L, C e RLC e AFescâner. Para avaliar a qualidade da predição da área foliar calculada através das equações (AFpredita), ajustou-se uma correlação linear de Pearson entre a área AFpredita e AFescâner. Após os ajustes das equações de regressão linear múltipla, obtiveram-se modelos que demonstraram alto coeficiente de correlação com AFescâner, a 1% de significância. Os modelos ajustados para a determinação da área foliar de bananeiras jovens, com folhas lanceoladas, são: AFFL(Prata-Anã) = -,0133624 + 0,000489859**C - 0,00183182 **L e AFFL(Platina) 0,00237026 + 0,004781**L - 0,096802** RLC.

Abstract Models for estimating leaf area of bananas found in the literature are not suitable for lanceolate type leaves occurring at the vegetative stage of ratoon suckers dependent of mother plant. The objective was to determine equations for estimating the leaf area of ‘Prata-Anã’ and ‘BRS Platina’ banana plants with lanceolate type leaves. 212 and 164 lanceolate type leaves having 10 cm-wide lamina or less were collected from ‘Prata-Anã’ and ‘BRS Platina’ banana plants of 90 days of age or less, respectively. Width (W), length (L), width/length ratio (WLR), and scanner-measured leaf area (LAscanner) were determined. Using the backward elimination procedure, simple and multiple linear regression equations were fitted to the relationship between leaf dimensions (W, L and WLR) and LAscanner. To evaluate how precise the equations are in predicting leaf area (LApredicted), Pearson correlation coefficients were calculated between LA and LApredictedscanner. The models highly correlated with LAscanner at 1% of significance level. The models are and LALL() = Prata-Anã = - 0,0133624 + 0,000489859**L - 0,00183182 **W and LALL(Platina) 0,00237026 + 0,004781**W - 0,096802** WLR.

ABSTRACT. Crambe is an oilseed plant producing oil that can be used for various industrial purposes, including the production of biofuel. It is a short-cycle, non-food plant that can be grown as a second crop following soybean or corn crops and using the same agricultural machinery. This work aimed to estimate genetic parameters and correlations between traits of genotypes grown for two years in seven locations in two Brazilian states. The cultivar FMS Brilhante and the lines CR 1101, CR 1102, CR 1105, CR 1202, CR 1303, and CR 1304 were used. The traits evaluated were grain yield (YD), plant height (PH), stem diameter (SD), first fruiting branch height (BH), 1,000-seed weight (SW), and number of branches (NB). The correlations between traits were identified from the phenotypic covariance matrix through path analysis. Based on the joint analysis, the interaction of genotypes x years x locations was observed. Expressive genetic variability was verified for all evaluated traits, which allows gains to be made with the selection of genotypes. High broad-sense heritabilities based on plot means were verified for YD, BH, and SW (82, 84 and 77%, respectively), which indicates the possibility of directly selecting them. SW and SD showed the greatest direct effects and strongest correlations with YD.

Resumen Introducción La violencia contra la mujer es un fenómeno grave que afecta a los más diversos grupos. El Norte de Brasil es el líder nacional en casos de violencia contra la mujer y el estado de Rondônia ostenta la séptima mayor tasa de feminicidios en Brasil. Objetivos investigar el perfil de la víctima y las características de la violencia contra la mujer en el estado de Rondônia en el período de 2007 a 2015. Materiales y Métodos Se trata de un estudio ecológico, descriptivo, de enfoque cuantitativo. La información utilizada fue procesada en la base de datos del Sistema de Información de Notificación de Agravios. Resultados De 2007 a 2015 se notificaron 1696 casos de violencia contra la mujer en el estado de Rondônia, con los mayores índices de prevalencia en la región de salud Madeira-Mamoré y Cono Sur. El rango de edades fue el de adultos jóvenes, de 19 a 39 años, negras/pardas, solteras y que tenían educación básica. Las agresiones se produjeron en zona urbana, en la misma residencia de la usuaria, y fueron perpetradas por su compañero íntimo. La violencia física fue vista en 1147 (47,36%) casos notificados, sin embargo, cabe destacar el número de actos de violencia sexual – violación en 491 (85,99%) mujeres, tras las cuales, las principales conductas asistenciales fueron la toma de muestras de sangre (26,03%) y la profilaxis contra ETS (21,75%) y VIH (21,75%). Discusión y Conclusiones Este estudio demostró un elevado número de notificaciones de violencia contra la mujer, por lo que se hace necesario ampliar los puntos de atención y fortalecer los ya existentes, así como capacitar a los profesionales de las diversas áreas de atención a la mujer en situación de violencia.

Abstract Introduction Violence against women is a serious phenomenon that affects the most diverse groups. The north of Brazil is the national leader in cases of violence against women and the state of Rondônia occupies the seventh highest rate for femicide in Brazil. Objectives To draw up the profile of the victim and the characteristics of violence against women in the State of Rondônia between 2007 and 2015. Materials and Methods This is an ecological, descriptive, and qualitative study. The data used were processed in the database of the Grievance Notification Information System. Results From 2007 to 2015, 1696 cases of violence against women were reported in the state of Rondônia, with the highest prevalence rates in the Madeira-Mamore and Southern Cone health regions. The age range was black/brown, single young adults between 19 and 39 years old who had basic education. Assaults took place in urban areas at the user’s home and were committed by her intimate partner. Physical violence was observed in 1147 (47.36%) of the reported cases. However, it is worth noting the number of sexual assaults – rapes were of 491 (85.99%) women, after which the main healthcare practice was to take blood samples (26.03%) and a prophylaxis against STDs (21.75%) and HIV (21.75%). Discussion and Conclusions This study showed a high number of reports of violence against women. For this reason, it is necessary to expand and strengthen the existing points of care, as well as provide training to professionals in the various areas of care for women in a situation of violence.

Resumo Introdução A violência contra a mulher é um fenômeno grave que atinge os mais variados grupos. O Norte do Brasil é líder nacional em casos de violência contra a mulher, e o estado de Rondônia, é detentor da sétima maior taxa de feminicídio no Brasil. Objetivos investigar o perfil da vítima e as características da violência contra a mulher no estado de Rondônia no período de 2007 a 2015. Materiais e Métodos Trata-se de um estudo ecológico, descritivo, de abordagem quantitativa. As informações utilizadas foram processadas na base de dados do Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação. Resultados De 2007 a 2015 foram notificados 1696 casos de violência contra a mulher no estado de Rondônia, com os maiores índices de prevalência na região de saúde Madeira-Mamoré e Cone Sul. A faixa etária foi a de jovens adultas, dos 19 aos 39 anos, negras/pardas, solteiras e que possuíam o ensino fundamental. As agressões ocorreram em zona urbana, na própria residência da usuária, sendo perpetrada pelo seu parceiro íntimo. A violência física foi vista em 1147 (47,36%) casos notificados, porém, destacou-se também a violência sexual – estupro em 491 (85,99%) mulheres. Sendo que as principais condutas assistenciais tomadas foram a coleta de sangue (26,03%) e as profilaxias contra IST (21,75%) e HIV (21,75%). Discussão e Conclusões Este estudo demonstrou um elevado número de notificações de violência contra a mulher, tornando-se necessário ampliar os pontos de atenção e fortalecer os já existentes, bem como qualificar os profissionais das diversas áreas de atendimento à mulher em situação de violência.

RESUMO: Descreve-se um surto de intoxicação aguda em bovinos causado pela ingestão de Portulaca elatior na região nordeste do Brasil. O surto resultou da ingestão a partir da administração da planta no cocho pelo criador para os bovinos. Quatro de cinco bovinos foram intoxicados e dois morreram. Os sinais clínicos incluíram dor abdominal, tremores musculares, intensa salivação, timpanismo moderado e desidratação. O curso clínico da doença variou de 10 a 18 horas. Os achados macroscópicos incluíram desidratação, avermelhamento das mucosas dos pré-estômagos, abomaso e intestinos, além de ulceração da mucosa ruminal. Nos dois casos foi notada a presença de fragmentos de Portulaca no interior do rúmen. Os achados histológicos foram de degeneração e necrose das camadas superficiais do epitélio dos pré-estômagos, necrose e inflamação da mucosa intestinal e necrose linfoide. As atividades de AST e GGT estavam dentro dos valores de normalidade. O diagnóstico de intoxicação associado à ingestão de P. elatior foi baseado na epidemiologia, sinais clínicos e lesões. A ausência de informação sobre a toxicidade de P. elatior foi a principal causa para a ocorrência da intoxicação acidental.

ABSTRACT: An outbreak of acute poisoning in cattle caused by the ingestion of Portulaca elatior occurred in the northeastern Brazil. The outbreak resulted from ingestion of the plant provided by the farmer. Four out of five cattle were poisoned and two died. Clinical signs included abdominal pain, muscle trembling, intense salivation, mild bloat and dehydration. The course of the disease ranged from 10 to 18 hours. Gross findings included dehydration, reddening of the mucosa of forestomachs, abomasum, and intestine, with ulcerations of the ruminal mucosa. The presence of Portulaca leaves in the rumen was noted in both cases. The main histologic lesions were superficial to full thickness degeneration and necrosis of the stratified epithelium lining the forestomachs, necrosis and inflammation of the intestinal mucosa, and lymphoid necrosis. The serum activities of AST and GGT and serum were within normal ranges. The diagnosis of poisoning associated with ingestion of P. elatior was based on the epidemiology, clinical signs and lesions. The lack of information about the toxicity of P. elatior was the main cause for the accident of poisoning.

ABSTRACT Objective to analyze the dimensions of Burnout Syndrome in nurses of an emergency service. Methods a descriptive cross-sectional survey was performed with 37 nurses of an emergency service in Rio de Janeiro city in 2014. The sample was characterized using a structured form, and Burnout Syndrome was investigated against the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). The project was approved by the research ethics committee (CAAE: 26913114.0.0000). Results the sample was primarily female, single, in more than one employment relationship, and working shifts. Suspected burnout was identified by high scores on the emotional exhaustion subscale (19; 51.3%) on the depersonalization subscale (24; 64.9%). On the professional achievement subscale the predominant scores were moderate to high. Conclusion it is important to evaluate the dimensions of Burnout Syndrome, because its appearance means illness, and declining productivity and quality of care provided.

RESUMEN Objetivo analizar las dimensiones involucradas en el Síndrome de Burnout en enfermeros de un servicio de urgencias. Método investigación descriptiva, transversal, realizada junto a 37 enfermeros de un servicio de urgencias situado en el municipio de Río de Janeiro, en 2014. Se utilizó un cuestionario para la caracterización de los participantes y el Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI - Human Services Survey) para investigar el Síndrome de Burnout. Proyecto aprobado por comité de ética (CAAE: 26913114.0.0000). Resultados la muestra estaba compuesta, en su mayoría, por el sexo femenino, solteras, con más de un vínculo laboral y trabajando en régimen de turnos. Se identificó la sospecha de burnout en la muestra, considerando puntajes altos para las subescalas: agotamiento emocional (19; 51,3%) y despersonalización (24; 64,9%). Para la subescala realización profesional predominaron puntajes de moderado a alto. Conclusión es relevante evaluar las dimensiones del Síndrome de Burnout, pues su desarrollo implica en enfermedad, baja de la productividad y calidad del cuidado prestado.

RESUMO Objetivo analisar as dimensões envolvidas na Síndrome de Burnout em enfermeiros de um serviço de emergência. Método pesquisa descritiva, transversal, realizada com 37 enfermeiros de um serviço de emergência situado no município do Rio de Janeiro, em 2014. Utilizou-se um formulário para a caracterização dos participantes e o Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI - Human Services Survey) para investigar a Síndrome de Burnout. Projeto aprovado em comitê de ética, com CAAE: 26913114.0.0000. Resultados a amostra foi composta, em sua maioria, pelo sexo feminino, solteiros, com mais de um vínculo empregatício e trabalhando em regime de turnos. Identificou-se a suspeição de burnout considerando escores altos para as subescalas exaustão emocional (19; 51,3%) e despersonalização (24; 64,9%). Para a subescala realização profissional predominaram escores de médio a alto Conclusão é relevante avaliar as dimensões da Síndrome de Burnout, pois o seu desenvolvimento implica em adoecimento, queda da produtividade e qualidade do cuidado prestado.

INTRODUÇÃO: Enfermeiros e policiais militares são profissionais que trabalham em turnos e têm empregos que exigem atenção e responsabilidade. Eles trabalham sob condições que podem causar estresse, ansiedade e mudanças nos padrões de sono. OBJETIVO: Este estudo visa identificar sintomas de ansiedade e depressão, cronotipo e a presença de ideação suicida em enfermeiros e policiais militares de Arapiraca/Alagoas, Brasil. MÉTODO: Este é um estudo descritivo e quantitativo. As entrevistas foram realizadas usando registros de Identificação e Dados Gerais, o Inventário de Ansiedade de Beck, a Escala de Depressão do Centro de Estudos Epidemiológicos e o questionário cronotipo de Horne-Ostberg. RESULTADOS: Cinquenta e três enfermeiras e 111 policiais militares participaram do estudo. Militares e enfermeiras apresentaram cronotipo matutino indiferente e moderado. A maioria das enfermeiras e militares relatou níveis mínimos e leve de ansiedade. As enfermeiras e os policiais militares apresentaram um risco elevado para depressão. Cinco enfermeiras e seis policiais militares pensaram em tantar suicídio até o momento da pesquisa. Não houve diferenças significativas (p > 0,05) entre os grupos de estudo com relação aos sintomas de ansiedade e depressão, cronotipo e ideação suicida. CONCLUSÃO: As enfermeiras e policiais militares estudados apresentaram um alto risco de sintomas de ansiedade e depressão. Um número considerável de enfermeiras e policiais militares tiveram ideação suicida ao longo da vida. A implementação de medidas de prevenção é necessária para o diagnóstico precoce de ansiedade e transtornos depressivos para evitar complicações, dentre estas, o suicídio.

BACKGROUND: Nurses and police officers are professionals that work in shifts and have jobs that require attention and responsibility. They work under conditions that can cause stress, anxiety and changes in sleep patterns. OBJECTIVE: This study aims to identify symptoms of anxiety and depression, chronotype and the presence of suicidal ideations in nurses and police officers in the city of Arapiraca/Alagoas, Brazil. METHODS: This is a descriptive and quantitative study. The interviews were conducted using (i) identification records and general data, (ii) the Beck Anxiety Inventory, (iii) the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale and (iv) the Horne-Östberg Questionnaire. RESULTS: Fifty-three nurses and 111 police officers participated in the research. Nurses and police officers exhibited indifferent to moderate matutinal chronotypes. Most of the nurses and police officers reported minimal to light levels of anxiety. Nurses and police officers presented elevated risk for depression. Five nurses and six police officers had considered attempting suicide at the time of the research. There were no significant differences between the study groups with respect to anxiety and depression symptoms, chronotype and suicidal ideations. CONCLUSION: The nurses and police officers examined presented high risk for symptoms of anxiety and depression; a considerable number of nurses and officers had lifetime suicidal ideations. Implementation of preventive measures is necessary for the early diagnosis of anxiety and depressive disorders in order to prevent complications, including possible suicide.

OBJECTIVE: Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage puts patients at high risk for the development of pituitary insufficiency. We evaluated the incidence of pituitary dysfunction in these patients and its correlation with clinical outcome. METHODS: Pituitary function was tested in 66 consecutive patients in the first 15 days after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. The following were measured in all patients: thyroid-stimulating hormone, free thyroxine, triiodothyronine, luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, total testosterone (in males), estradiol (in females), prolactin, serum cortisol, plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone, growth hormone and insulin growth factor. RESULTS: The endocrine assessment was made at a mean of 7.4 days (standard deviation ±6.6) after subarachnoid hemorrhage. Forty-four (66.7%) female and 22 (33.3%) male patients were evaluated. Thirty-nine patients (59.1%) had some type of pituitary dysfunction. Follicle-stimulating hormone/luteinizing hormone deficiency was the most frequent disorder (34.8%), followed by growth hormone/insulin growth factor (28.7%), adrenocorticotropic hormone (18.1%) and thyroid-stimulating hormone (9%). Seventeen (25.7%) patients showed deficiencies in more than one axis. A greater incidence of hormone deficiency was observed in patients with a Glasgow Coma Scale score ≤13 (t test, p = 0.008), Hunt-Hess grade ≥4 (t test, p<0.001), or Fisher grade 4 (t test, p = 0.039). Hormone deficiency was not significantly associated (p>0.05) with increased hospitalization or clinical outcome. CONCLUSION: Pituitary dysfunction was identified in a substantial portion of patients with previous aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, but no association was found between this dysfunction and poor clinical outcome.

Aracaju foi uma cidade planejada com simplicidade e rigor geométrico. Desde a sua fundação, ela vem passando por constantes alterações, havendo cada vez menos áreas verdes no ambiente urbano. A arborização urbana bem planejada é muito importante, pois as árvores trazem benefícios à cidade nos processos de ordens ecológica (clima e poluição), biológica (saúde física do homem) e psicológica (saúde mental do homem). Porém, a falta de planejamento dessa arborização e o uso inadequado de algumas espécies são empecilhos para se atingirem esses benefícios. Dessa forma, este trabalho foi realizado com o objetivo de avaliar a composição florística de 22 praças de Aracaju, SE, como forma de conhecer a atual situação de sua arborização e possibilitar intervenções para melhorar a adequação técnica do espaço verde urbano. O levantamento florístico foi realizado através de censo, no período de setembro de 2006 a julho de 2007, em cada praça, com o reconhecimento e identificação de todos os indivíduos arbóreos, utilizando-se as técnicas tradicionais de coleta e herborização. Realizou-se a identificação das espécies com o auxílio de literatura específica. Foram identificados 1.290 indivíduos, distribuídos em 20 famílias botânicas, 46 gêneros e 64 espécies, sendo nove espécies não identificadas. Das espécies identificadas, 58% são exóticas no território brasileiro e 42%, espécies nativas. As praças apresentam similaridade entre si, com coeficiente de Jaccard variando de 0,00 a 0,66, e a Praça Almirante Tamandaré e a Praça Graccho Cardoso foram as de maior similaridade (66%).

Aracaju is a city that was planned with geometric precision and simplicity. Since its settlement, it has gone through constant changes in its urban environment. Due to these changes, fewer green areas remain in the urban environment. Well-planned urban afforestation is very important, once trees provide benefits to the city in ecological (climate and pollution), biological (physical health of human beings) and psychological (mental health of population) processes. However, the absence of afforestation planning and the use of inappropriate species are the main obstacles to achieving these benefits. This study was carried out to evaluate the floristic composition of twenty-two main squares in Aracaju-SE, as a way to know the current status and allow some interventions to improve the technical adequacy of urban green space. The floristic survey was conducted by means of a Census, from September 2006 until July 2007, in each square making the recognition and identification of all trees present using traditional methods and herborization. The identification of species was done with the help of literature. We identified 1,290 individuals belonging to 20 families, 46 genera and 64 species; 9 species could not be identified. 58% of the identified species are exotic in the Brazilian territory and 42% are native species. The squares show similarity between them, with Jaccard coefficient ranging from 0.00 to 0.66, and the Almirante Tamandaré and Graccho Cardoso Squares had the greatest similarity (66%).

Para uma empresa de base tecnológica (EBT) se manter competitiva ela precisa buscar a redução do tempo de desenvolvimento de seus produtos e a inserção de tecnologias-chave. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a utilização do Technology Roadmapping (TRM) como meio de seleção de um produto de referência para a aplicação de um processo de Engenharia Reversa (ER), como parte do processo de desenvolvimento de produtos de uma EBT. A integração entre essas técnicas foi analisada por meio de um estudo de caso. A realização das partes de mercado, produto e tecnologia do TRM forneceu meios para que fosse encontrado, no mercado, um produto de referência que possuísse características diferenciadas, possibilitando a aplicação de uma ER. O resultado foi o desenvolvimento de um produto, em tempo reduzido, focado nas necessidades dos clientes e do mercado, com tecnologias e funcionalidades avançadas e melhoradas no que diz respeito ao seu referencial. Evidenciou-se a melhoria em fatores importantes do produto como custos de produção, preço de venda, custos de instalação, tempo de instalação, adaptabilidade e peso do produto. A integração entre as técnicas forneceu meios para a empresa inserir no mercado um produto que já possuísse vantagem competitiva devido à superioridade obtida durante seu desenvolvimento. Após a análise dos resultados, foi possível sistematizar a utilização do TRM como meio de seleção do produto de referência para a aplicação da ER.

For a technology-based company (TBC) to remain competitive, it must focus on reducing development time and on introducing key technologies into its products. This paper aims to analyze the use of Technology Roadmapping (TRM) as a means of selecting a reference product for the application of a process of reverse engineering (RE), as a part of the product development process of a TBC. The integration between those techniques was analyzed through a case study. Market completion, product, and TRM technology analysis provided means to find, in the market, a reference product with advanced characteristics enabling the application of RE processes. The result was the reduced product development time focused on customer and market needs with better technologies and features when compared to the reference product. Improvements in production cost, selling price, installation costs, installation time, product adaptability and weight were observed. The integration of those techniques provided means for the company to enter in the market with a product that already with competitive advantage due to its improved development. After analyzing the results, it was possible to systematize the integration of those two techniques.
