Resumo Habitações Sociais (HS), em geral, não atendem às necessidades dos usuários e aos requisitos de conforto, gerando insatisfação e necessidade de reformas e melhorias. Intervenções nesse tipo de empreendimento requerem colaboração entre diversas partes interessadas, os quais possuem diferentes perspectivas e objetivos. Esse tipo de iniciativa deve buscar uma visão compartilhada entre as partes no desenvolvimento de soluções e na tomada de decisão. Nesta pesquisa, a abordagem dos Living Labs (LLs) foi adotada como estratégia para desenvolver melhorias em habitações existentes de forma integrada e colaborativa. Este artigo apresenta os resultados de um estudo que objetivou identificar oportunidadesde melhorias em habitações sociais com o envolvimento direto dos usuários, pesquisadores e agentes públicos, durante a pandemia da Covid-19.Os resultados demonstram que a entrevista reflexiva, com o apoio de atividades complementares, foi uma ferramenta adequada não só para a identificação de oportunidades de melhoras, como para a criação de vínculo e confiança entre os participantes na primeira fase de implementação do LL. Abstract Social housing (SH) generally meets neither users’ needs nor comfort requirements. That leads to dissatisfaction and the need for renovations and improvements. Interventions in this type of housing require collaboration among different stakeholders, who have diverse perspectives and goals. This type of initiative should seek a shared understanding among the parties in the development of solutions and in the decision-making process. The Living Lab (LL) approach was adopted as a strategy to develop upgrades in existing housing in an integrated and collaborative way. This paper presents the results of an empirical study that aimed to identify opportunities to improve social housing with the direct involvement of users, researchers and public agents, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results show that the reflexive interview technique, with the support of complementary activities, was an appropriate tool not only to identify upgrading opportunities, but also to create a bond and trust among participants in the first phase of the LL effort. Resumo O presente artigo discute uma pesquisa cujo objetivo foi o de compreender os sentidos do diagnóstico de estudantes para suas famílias e professoras, partindo da perspectiva fenomenológico existencial. A questão norteadora da investigação foi: como mães e professoras compreendem os diagnósticos atribuídos a seus filhos/alunos(as)? Houve também interesse no aprofundamento de um caso em que, a despeito de certa expectativa, o diagnóstico era ausente. O trabalho foi realizado em uma Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental (EMEF) na cidade de São Paulo, onde ocorreram observações participativas e encontros sistemáticos da pesquisadora e equipe escolar, caracterizando a pesquisa como participativa, interventiva e dialógica. Seu foco foi a compreensão de narrativas dessas professoras e mães, tecidas a partir de entrevistas reflexivas e da noção de constelações. Revelou-se que o diagnóstico tem um papel importante para dar segurança às professoras e mães nas intervenções e ações cotidianas com crianças com necessidades educacionais especiais; por outro lado, a pesquisa trouxe à tona que diante do diagnóstico - entendido como a nomeação científica de uma existência - a narrativa sobre essa criança passa inevitavelmente por seu quadro nosológico, ao passo que aquelas que não receberam diagnóstico são apresentadas de modo complexo, a partir de muitas das suas características, inclusive dos seus potenciais.

Abstract This article focuses on a research whose objective was to understand the meanings of diagnosis of students for their families and teachers, starting from the existential phenomenological perspective. The guiding question of the investigation was: how do mothers and teachers understand the diagnoses attributed to their children / students? There was also the interest in the in-depth study of a case in which, despite certain people’s expectations, the students’ diagnosis was absent. The research was developed in a Municipal Elementary School (EMEF) in the city of São Paulo, where participatory observations and systematic meetings of the researcher and school team occurred, characterizing the research as participatory, interventional and dialogical. Its focus was to understand the narratives of these teachers and mothers, created from reflective interviews and the notion of constellations. It was revealed that the diagnosis plays an important role in that it gives security to teachers and mothers in their interventions and daily actions with children with special educational needs; on the other hand, the research has brought to the fore that in the face of the diagnosis - understood as the scientific nomination of an existence - the narrative about this child inevitably goes through its nosological picture, whereas those children who have not received a diagnosis are presented in a complex way based on many of their characteristics and on their potential.

Resumo Este artigo pretende refletir sobre procedimentos de análise e interpretação de dados em pesquisa nos campos da educação e da psicologia. O caminho que adotamos parte inicialmente de uma reflexão sobre o sentido da investigação e análise nas pesquisas qualitativas, em especial na perspectiva fenomenológico-existencial de Martin Heidegger e hermenêutica de Hans-Georg Gadamer, entendendo que existe um diálogo profícuo entre esses pensamentos, apesar de suas especificidades. Para que pudéssemos aprofundar a reflexão proposta, apresentamos, a título de exemplo, trechos de análise de uma pesquisa de cunho interventivo, realizada em parceria com uma instituição escolar, especificamente sobre o tema adolescência na escola, cujos procedimentos de interpretação e análise foram construídos alinhados às concepções epistemológicas propostas.

Abstract This article intends to reflect about the analysis and interpretation of research data in the fields of education and psychology. It brings initially a reflection about the meaning of investigation and analysis in qualitative research, especially in the phenomenological-existential perspective of Martin Heidegger and Hans Georg Gadamer’s hermeneutics, once there is a fruitful dialogue between these thoughts, despite their specificity. We’ll present, as an example, an interventive research, so that we can illustrate the proposed reflection, carried out in an educational institution, specifically about teenagers at school, whose procedures of interpretation and analysis were constructed according to the proposed epistemological conceptions.
