Resumo: O artigo problematiza a confluência das crises desencadeadas pela epidemia do novo coronavírus e seus impactos no mundo do trabalho, no Serviço Social e no trabalho cotidiano de assistentes sociais, cujo desvendamento deve ser remetido à crise estrutural do capital das últimas décadas e às suas estratégias de enfrentamento.

Abstract: The article problematizes the confluence of crises triggered by the epidemic of the new coronavirus and its impacts on the world of work, social work and the everyday work of social workers, whose unveiling should be sent to the structural crisis of the capital of recent decades and their coping strategies.

Resumo: Este texto tem como objetivo realizar uma análise retrospectiva do significado da revista Serviço Social & Sociedade para o desenvolvimento de um pensamento crítico sobre a profissão e a sociedade brasileira nos seus quarenta anos de existência. Pretendeu evidenciar que sua criação deve ser tributada a um duplo movimento convergente de luta contra a ditadura e de ruptura do Serviço Social com o conservadorismo profissional.

Abstract: This paper aims to conduct a retrospective analysis of the meaning of the journal Social Work & Society for the development of critical thinking about the profession and Brazilian society in its 40 years of existence. It aimed to show that its creation must be taxed to a double convergent movement of struggle against the dictatorship and of rupture of the Social Work with the professional conservatism.

Resumo:O presente artigo é resultado da dissertação de mestrado que teve como objetivo analisar a prática do assédio moral como uma nova estratégia de gestão das relações de trabalho no atual contexto da reestruturação produtiva, com enfoque nos (as) trabalhadores (as) assistentes sociais. A pesquisa realizada evidenciou as situações vexatórias e humilhantes a que são submetidos os (as) profissionais, que se repetem e se prolongam durante a jornada de trabalho, provocando danos morais, sofrimento, desgaste mental e adoecimento.

Abstract:The present article resulted from a master’s degree dissertation whose aim was to analyze bullying as a new strategy of management in labor relationships in the current context of production restructuring, with an emphasis on social workers. The research undertaken showed the annoying and humiliating situations the professionals are subject to. Such situations are repetitive, they go on during the working hours, and they cause moral damage, suffering, mental strain and illness.

Este texto trata das transformações que atingem as políticas de proteção social no contexto da crise capitalista contemporânea e seus desdobramentos no trabalho do assistente social. Problematiza o trabalho do assistente social evidenciando por inteiro sua condição como trabalhador assalariado que vende sua força de trabalho em troca de um salário. O texto também analisa os constrangimentos a que eles se veem submetidos diante dos processos de intensificação e precarização do seu trabalho nos espaços institucionais públicos e privados onde exercem atividades de elaboração, gestão e execução de programas e serviços sociais.

This article deals with transformations affecting social protection policies in the context of contemporary capitalist crisis and its developments in the field of social work. At the same time, it discusses the social workers' work revealing their condition as workers that sell their work force in exchange of a salary. The article also addresses the constraints they face because of the processes of intensification and precariousness of their work in the public and private spaces where they develop activities of elaboration, management and execution of social programs and services.

Este artigo tem como objetivo aprofundar o debate acerca da influência exercida pelas agências internacionais nos processos que deram origem aos conselhos de políticas públicas no Brasil como canais institucionais de participação. Situa a intensa atividade internacional do final da Segunda Guerra Mundial e a criação dos organismos multilaterais. Detém-se na reflexão sobre o papel das agências internacionais na área da saúde no Brasil, buscando reconstruir as orientações que incidiram no estímulo a estratégias participativas nas políticas públicas, que culminaram com a criação dos conselhos de saúde, referência inaugural para outras áreas implantarem seus sistemas descentralizados e participativos.

This article aims at deepening the debate on the influence of international agencies in the processes that gave rise to the councils of public policies as institutional channels of participation in Brazil. It focuses on the intense international activity at the end of World War II and the creation of multilateral institutions. It contemplates the international agencies'role in the field of health policies in Brazil, and it seeks to reconstruct the guidelines that focused on the stimulation of participatory strategies that led to the creation of health councils, which were the first reference for other areas to implement their decentralized and participatory systems.
