Resumo Este artigo analisa a presença de elementos de escolarização em instituições não escolares. Para tanto, lança-se mão de recortes de experiências em educação com oficinas realizadas em um Hospital de Custódia e Tratamento Psiquiátrico, durante o período de fevereiro a dezembro de 2016. Nestes recortes localizam-se os seguintes elementos de escolarização: pedagogização; moralização; participação e democracia; didática; documentarização; vigilância e burocratização. Tais elementos aparecem atuantes no corpo de vários sujeitos envolvidos, e, mesmo onde está presente como um aspecto temporário/parcial, a escolarização mostra-se sempre à espreita, tornando muito frágeis outras experiências em educação e deixando aberta a questão sobre outros modos de educação possíveis.

Abstract This paper analyses the presence of schooling elements in non-scholar institutions. Therefore, samples of experiments in education with workshops that happened in a Custody and Psychiatric Treatment Hospital between February and December 2016 are used. In these samples the presence of the following schooling elements takes place: pedagogisation, moralization, participation and democracy, didactic, documentarization, surveillance and bureaucratisation. Such elements show up acting in the body of many subjects involved and schooling appears to be always lurking for, even where it is present as a very temporary/partial aspect, making others educational experiences very fragile and letting open the question about the possibility of others ways of education.
