Resumo: Este artigo resulta de pesquisa de mestrado sobre a contribuição dos Planos Nacionais de Políticas para as Mulheres na constituição das políticas sociais de gênero em municípios do Rio Grande do Sul na perspectiva da interseccionalidade. Constatou a contribuição das feministas nas Conferências Nacionais, que resultou na construção de dois Planos. No período sem Conferências, a fragilidade nos Conselhos Municipais e a ausência de orçamento público afetam as políticas municipais de gênero. Resumo interseccionalidade

Abstract: This article results from a master’s research on the contribution of National Policy Plans for Women in the constitution of social gender policies in municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul from the perspective of intersectionality. It was noted the contribution of feminists in the National Conferences, which resulted in the construction of two Plans.
