RESUMO A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo estudar os efeitos das intervenções interdisciplinares da Fonoaudiologia e da Psicanálise com crianças com atraso na linguagem. Trata-se de um estudo de casos comparativo entre dois grupos com análise quantitativa e qualitativa, com quatro crianças, por meio da aplicação do Protocolo de Observação Comportamental pré e pós-intervenção, entrevistas com os pais, registros das filmagens das crianças durante o brincar e dos diálogos interdisciplinares entre as profissionais. As avaliações pré-intervenções mostraram que as crianças de menor idade obtiveram similaridade nos aspectos que se referiam às habilidades e funções comunicativas, desenvolvimento cognitivo e nível do brinquedo. Ambas as crianças apresentaram dificuldades quanto à alternância de turnos. As avaliações das crianças com idade mais elevada, na fase pré-intervenção, também indicaram semelhanças nos resultados. Um sujeito apresentou maior dificuldade quanto a aguardar o seu turno na atividade dialógica. Os resultados pós-intervenção interdisciplinar apresentaram uma melhora superior aos dois casos acompanhados somente pela fonoaudióloga. O diálogo interdisciplinar possibilitou a evolução de forma efetiva nos casos do grupo 2. Um olhar psicanalítico sobre os casos que receberam somente intervenção fonoaudiológica permitiria intervir junto aos pais, às crianças e à escola.

ABSTRACT The present research aims to study the effects of interdisciplinary interventions of Speech Therapy and Psychoanalysis in children with language delay. This is a comparative case study between two groups with quantitative and qualitative analysis, with four children, through the application of the Protocol of Behavioral Observation Protocol pre and post intervention, interviews with parents, records of children's filming during playing and interdisciplinary dialogues among the professionals. The pre-intervention evaluations showed that underage children obtained similarity in aspects that related to communicative skills and functions, cognitive development and toy level. Both groups presented difficulties regarding the alternation of turns. The assessments of older children, in the pre-intervention phase, also indicated similarities in the results. One subject presented a greater difficulty when waiting for his turn in dialogic activity. The results post-interdisciplinary intervention showed a superior improvement compared to the two cases followed only by the speech therapist. The interdisciplinary dialogue made it possible to effectively evolve in the cases of group 2. A psychoanalytic look over the cases that received only speech therapy intervention would allow intervention along with parents, children and school.

<sec><title>Objetivos:</title><p>Apresentar e descrever uma nova estratégia e protocolo para obtenção do Índice Percentual de Reconhecimento de Sentenças (IPRS), utilizando o teste Listas de Sentenças em Português, considerando palavras na análise das respostas; analisar e comparar os resultados usando a estratégia anterior e a nova, verificando sua aplicabilidade e adequação.</p></sec><sec><title>Métodos:</title><p> Para considerar cada palavra da sentença, estas foram classificadas de acordo com sua importância: palavras de conteúdo e funcionais, atribuindo-as, respectivamente, dois e um pontos. IPRS foram obtidos em 33 adultos normo-ouvintes e os resultados foram comparados utilizando as duas estratégias.</p></sec><sec><title>Resultados:</title><p> Foi construído novo protocolo. Cada ponto correspondeu à seguinte porcentagem, em cada lista: 1B, 1,11%; 2B, 1,13%; 3B, 1,17%; 4B, 1,16%; 5B, 1,20% e 6B, 1,11%. As medianas dos IPRS obtidas através das estratégias usual e nova foram, respectivamente, para a lista 1B: 60 e 82,57%; 2B: 70 e 80,79%; 3B: 50 e 76,60%; 4B: 70 e 82,60%, 5B: 50 e 77,20%, 6B: 60 e 82,14%. Ao comparar as estratégias, foi encontrada diferença significante.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusão:</title><p>Nova estratégia e protocolo de avaliação do IPRS foram desenvolvidos, utilizando o teste Listas de Sentenças em Português, considerando cada palavra da frase. Ao comparar as respostas, foi evidenciado que ao considerar cada palavra da frase é possível dimensionar, de forma mais detalhada e com menos variabilidade, a real capacidade de reconhecer a fala de cada indivíduo. A nova estratégia e o protocolo desenvolvidos confirmaram sua aplicabilidade e adequação para avaliar o IPRS dos indivíduos com distúrbios de audição, em uma condição de escuta específica.</p></sec>

<sec><title>Purpose:</title><p> To present and describe a new strategy and protocol for obtaining the Sentences Recognition Indexes (SRI), using the Lists of Phrases in Portuguese test (LPP), considering words in the analysis of responses; to analyze and compare the results using the previous and the new strategies by checking their applicability and suitability.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods:</title><p>To consider each word of the sentence, words were classified according to their importance: functional and content words, assigning them, respectively, two and one points. SRI were obtained in 33 normal hearing adults, and results were compared using the two strategies.</p></sec><sec><title>Results:</title><p>A new protocol was established. Each point corresponds to the following percentages in each list: 1B, 1.11%; 2B, 1.13%; 3B, 1.17%; 4B, 1.16%; 5B, 1.20%; and 6B, 1.11%. The median SRI obtained through usual and new strategies were, respectively, for the list 1B: 60 and 82.57%; 2B: 70 and 80.79%; 3B: 50 and 76.60%; 4B: 70 and 82.60%; 5B: 50 and 77.20%; and 6B: 60 and 82.14%. A significant difference was found when these strategies were compared.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion:</title><p>New strategy and protocol for evaluating the SRI were developed using the LPP test, considering each word of the sentence. When comparing the responses it was noticed that when considering each word in the sentence it is possible to scale, more detailed and less variability, the actual ability to recognize speech of each individual, the new strategy and protocol developed confirmed its applicability and suitability to assess Sentence Recognition Indexes in Quiet in individuals with hearing disorders in a specific listening condition.</p></sec>

OBJETIVO: Analisar a possível relação entre a consciência do desvio de fala e alguns aspectos do sistema fonológico, como o número e o tipo de traços distintivos alterados e a gravidade do desvio fonológico, bem como a interação entre a gravidade do desvio e a não especificação de traços distintivos. MÉTODOS: O grupo pesquisado constitui-se de 23 crianças com diagnóstico de desvio fonológico na faixa etária de 5:0 a 7:7 anos. Os dados de fala foram analisados a partir da Análise por Traços Distintivos e classificados pelo Percentual de Consoantes Corretas. Aplicou-se ainda o Teste de Consciência do Próprio Desvio de Fala. As crianças foram divididas em dois grupos: com consciência do próprio desvio de fala estabelecida (mais de 50% de identificação correta) e com consciência do próprio desvio de fala não estabelecida (menos de 50% de identificação correta). Por fim, as variáveis desta pesquisa foram submetidas à análise estatística descritiva e inferencial. RESULTADOS: O tipo de traços distintivos alterados não se mostrou distinto entre os grupos, assim como o total de traços alterados e a gravidade do desvio. Já uma relação entre a gravidade do desvio e a não especificação de traços distintivos foi verificada, na medida em que os casos mais graves apresentam mais alterações destas variáveis linguísticas. CONCLUSÃO: A consciência do próprio desvio de fala parece não ser diretamente influenciada pelo tipo e número de traços distintivos alterados, nem pela gravidade do desvio fonológico. Além disto, verificou-se que quanto maior a sua gravidade, maior o número de traços distintivos alterados.

PURPOSE: To analyze the possible relationship among the awareness of one' s own speech disorder and some aspects of the phonological system, as the number and the type of changed distinctive features, as well as the interaction among the severity of the disorder and the non-specification of distinctive features. METHODS: The analyzed group has 23 children with diagnosis of speech disorder, aged 5:0 to 7:7. The speech data were analyzed through the Distinctive Features Analysis and classified by the Percentage of Correct Consonants. One also applied the Awareness of one' s own speech disorder test. The children were separated in two groups: with awareness of their own speech disorder established (more than 50% of correct identification) and without awareness of their own speech disorder established (less than 50% of correct identification). Finally, the variables of this research were submitted to analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics. RESULTS: The type of changed distinctive features weren' t different between the groups, as well as the total of changed features and the severity disorder. However, a correlation between the severity disorder and the non-specification of distinctive features was verified, because the more severe disorders have more changes in these linguistic variables. CONCLUSION: The awareness of one' s own speech disorder doesn' t seem to be directly influenced by the type and by the number of changed distinctive features, neither by the speech disorder severity. Moreover, one verifies that the greater phonological disorder severity, the greater the number of changed distinctive features.

O objetivo do presente estudo foi analisar o papel das variáveis linguísticas na ocorrência dos processos de substituição na fala de sujeitos com dispraxia verbal (DV). Para isso, foi realizada a análise fonológica de sete sujeitos com idades entre 2:6 (anos:meses) e 4:2, com hipótese diagnóstica de DV. As ocorrências dos processos de substituições usuais e idiossincráticas, de assimilações e de variabilidade articulatória foram analisadas estatisticamente por meio do pacote computacional VARBRUL. A variável extensão da palavra foi estatisticamente significante para a ocorrência de assimilações e substituições não usuais, indicando que as variantes trissilábicas e polissilábicas foram as maiores favorecedoras de ocorrência desses processos. A tonicidade foi estatisticamente significante para a ocorrência da variabilidade articulatória e substituições usuais, sendo que o processo apresentou maior probabilidade de ocorrência em sílaba tônica e pós-tônica (sílabas dentro do pé métrico do acento), respectivamente. A classe de sons foi significativa para a realização de substituições usuais pelos sujeitos estudados, ocorrendo quando os segmentos são fonemas líquidos e fricativos. Por fim, a estrutura silábica foi estatisticamente significante para as substituições idiossincráticas. As posições de coda final e de onset simples medial foram as mais suscetíveis à ocorrência do processo. Os dados desta pesquisa sugerem que as substituições, de uma forma geral, tendem a ocorrer em palavras com mais de duas sílabas, em alvos líquidos e fricativos, dentro do pé-métrico do acento (em tônica e pós-tônica), em posição de onset simples medial e coda final.

The aim of the present study was to analyze the role of linguistic variables in the occurrence of substitution processes in the speech of subjects with verbal dyspraxia (VD). Therefore, it was carried out the phonological analysis of the speech of seven subjects with ages ranging from 2:6 (years:months) to 4:2 and diagnostic hypothesis of VD. The occurrences of usual and idiosyncratic substitution processes, assimilations and articulatory variability were statistically analyzed using the computational package VARBRUL. The variable word length was statistically significant for the occurrence of assimilations and unusual substitutions, indicating that trisyllabic and polysyllabic variants favored the highest occurrence of a process. Stress was statistically significant for the occurrence of articulatory variability and usual substitutions, showing that a process had higher probability of occurring in tonic and post-tonic syllables (syllables within the metrical foot of the accent), respectively. The class of sounds was significant for the use of usual substitutions by the subjects studied, occurring when the segments are liquid and fricative phonemes. Finally, the syllabic structure was statistically significant for idiosyncratic substitutions. The positions of final coda and simple medial onset were the most susceptible to the occurrence of a substitution process. The data of this study suggest that substitutions, in general, tend to occur in words with more than two syllables, in liquid and fricative targets, within the metrical foot of the accent (in post-tonic and tonic syllables), in simple medial onset and final coda positions.
