Resumo O avestruz (Struthio camelus, Linnaeus 1758) é a maior ave do mundo, com uma importância comercial acentuada na África e expandindo-se para diversos países. Assim, com o desenvolvimento dos sistemas de criação, tornam-se necessários estudos morfológicos que subsidiem as áreas aplicadas, pois a espécie apresenta características anatômicas próprias. O objetivo deste estudo foi a descrição dos principais afluentes da veia porta-hepática nesta espécie. Para a realização do presente trabalho, foram utilizadas dez vísceras de animais adultos, de ambos os sexos, que foram injetados com Neoprene látex por meio da veia porta-hepática para evidenciar os seus afluentes. Após a repleção vascular, os animais foram fixados e conservados em solução aquosa de formaldeído a 10%. O sistema porta-hepático foi dissecado e fotodocumentado. Observou-se que a veia porta-hepática esquerda recebe sangue da região do proventrículo e ventrículo gástrico. A veia porta-hepática direita é a responsável pela drenagem do sangue nos seguintes órgãos: baço, por meio da veia proventriculoesplênica, pâncreas, pela veia pancreaticoduonais, jejuno, por meio do tronco jejunal, e o cólon, que forma a veia mesentérica cranial.

Abstract The ostrich (Struthio camelus, Linnaeus 1758) is the largest bird in the world. It is of great economic importance in Africa and is found across several countries. With developments in breeding systems, morphological studies that facilitate the application of the knowledge are necessary, considering the species has unique anatomical features. The objective of the present study was to describe the major tributaries of the hepatic vein in the species. Ten viscera of adult individuals of both sexes, which were injected with Neoprene latex through the hepatic vein, were used to visualize their tributaries. After the vascular repletion, the tissues were fixed and conserved in 10% formaldehyde aqueous solution. The hepatic carrier system was dissected and photo-documented. The left hepatic vein receives blood from the proventricle and gastric ventricle, while the right hepatic vein is responsible for the drainage of blood into the following organs: spleen, through the proventriculosplenic vein; pancreas, through the pancreaticoduodenal vein; jejunum, through the jejunum trunk; and the colon, which forms the cranial mesenteric vein.

Estudamos a segmentação arterial e venosa de trinta baços de queixada (Tayassu pecari), entre machos e fêmeas colhidos na Pró-Fauna Assessoria e Comércio Ltda. Para tanto empregamos as técnicas de injeção de acetato de vinila, injeção de Neoprene látex 650 corado. Dividimos o órgão em três porções: dorsal, média e ventral, limitadas através dos vasos lienais e gastroepiplóicos esquerdo. Evidenciamos segmentos arteriais (AS), venosos (SV) e arteriovenosos (SAV) nas seguintes porcentagens: porção dorsal - 69,5% de segmento arteriovenoso (SAV) 23,9% de segmento arterial (SA), e 6,65% de segmento venoso (SV). Na porção média foi encontrado respectivamente 62,5%, 18,9% e 18,6% de segmentos arteriovenoso, venoso e arterial, respectivamente. Foi encontradosegmentos arteriovenosos, arterial e venosos e 72,2, 22,4 e 5,5 por cento na porção ventral, respectivemente.

In this research the arterial and venous segmentation of thirty male and female pecare's spleen were studied. These spleen were collected from Pró-fauna Assessoria e Comércio Ltda. The arterial and venous systems were filled esther with painting vynil acetate or with painting latex Neoprene 650. The spleen was divided, according to lineal gastroepiploic vessel, from the left in the three parts: dorsal, middle and ventral. Arterial, venous and arteriovenous segments were identified in these percentuals: in the dorsal party were found 69.5% arteriovenous segment (SAV), 23.9% of arterial segment (SA), and 6.6% of venous segment (SV). In the midlle part were found respectively 62.5%, 18.9% and 18,6% for arteriovenous, venous and arterial segments. Arteriovenous, arterial and venous segments were inclertified in 72.2, 22.4 and 5.5 percents in ventral part of the spleen, respectively.

Estudamos a irrigação do esôfago, ventrículo gástrico, pâncreas e intestinos de 30 tartarugas da espécie Trachemys scripta elegans injetados com substância látex, onde evidenciamos duas aorta, sendo aorta direita e esquerda, que em 100,00% dos casos apresenta um trato anastomótico entre elas, ao nível da emergência da artéria celíaca. A artéria mesentérica cranial é responsável pela irrigação do jejuno, íleo, ceco, colo ascendente, colo transverso em 100,00% dos casos. Já a artéria mesentérica caudal origina-se da artéria ilíaca interna no antímero direito, em 26 preparações (86,60%), e no antímero esquerdo em 03 casos (13,30%). Em 01 preparação (3,30%) a artéria mesentérica caudal, no antímero direito, origina-se a partir das artérias ilíacas direita e esquerda.

We studied the irrigation of the esophagus, ventricle, pancreas and intestines of 30 turtles of the species Trachemys scripta elegans injected with substance latex, where we evidenced two aorta, being right and left aorta, that in 100.00% of the cases it presents a anastomotica tract among them, at the level of the emergency of the celiac artery. The cranial mesenteric artery is responsible for the irrigation of the jejunum, ileum, cecum, ascending colon and transverse colon in (100.00%) of the cases. The caudal mesenteric artery originates from the iliac artery in the right antimere, in 26 preparations (86.60%), and in the left antimere in 03 cases (13,30%). In 01 preparation (3,30%) the caudal mesenteric artery, in the right antimere, arises starting from the right and left iliac arteries.

Estudamos no presente trabalho 30 pulmões de fetos de bovinos azebuados, entre machos e fêmeas, de diferentes faixas etárias, que foram coletados no Frigorífico Boi Rio, Município de São José do Rio Preto, Estado de São Paulo. Os pulmões foram colocados em água corrente por três horas, com objetivo de retirar o excesso de sangue que apresenta o órgão. Após a lavagem, colocamos em recipiente contendo solução aquosa de formaldeido a 20,00% por período não inferior a 72 horas, com objetivo de fixar o órgão. Antes de dissecarmos o parênquima pulmonar, identificamos o limite do hilo, a fim de determinar onde encontra-se fora e dentro do parênquima. Observamos que os pulmões de fetos de bovino azebuados podem apresentar 9 segmentos (3,33%), 10 segmentos (80,00%) ou 11 segmentos (16,66%). O padrão para nomear os segmentos baseou-se na visualização macroscópica dos brônquios lobares antes de penetrarem no parênquima pulmonar. Uma vez observados, nomeou-se segundo o padrão da posição, ou seja, cranial, médio e caudal, e em seguida o nome do lobo pulmonar.

We studied in the present work 30 lungs of fetuses of bovines zebu-crossed, between males and females, of different ages, that were collected at the Frigorífico Boi Rio, municipal district of São José do Rio Preto, state of São Paulo. The lungs were placed in running water by 3 hours, with objective of removing the excess of blood from the organ. After washings, lungs were placed in recipient containing 20.00% aqueous solution of formaldehyde for period non inferior to 72 hours, with objective of fastening the organ. Before dissecting the lung parenchyma, we identified the limit of the hilo, in order to determine where had been outside and inside the parenchyma. We observed that the lungs of fetuses of zebu-crossed bovine can present 9 segments (3.33%), 10 segments (80.00%) or 11 segments (16.66%). The pattern to name the segments was based on the macroscopic visualization of the bronch lobares before they penetrating in the lung parenchyma. Once observed, it was named according to the pattern of the position, in other words, cranial, medium and flow, and soon after the name of the lung lobulus.

O trajeto das artérias coronárias foi estudado no cervo-do-pantanal para comparação com os ruminantes domésticos. A artéria coronária esquerda se origina na aorta, na superfície auricular cardíaca e divide-se em ramos paraconal e circunflexo, os quais preenchem o sulco paraconal interventricular e sulco subsinuoso, respectivamente; esta artéria também origina um ramo para o conus arteriosus imediatamente antes de entrar no miocárdio. A artéria coronária direita surge da aorta, na borda cranial cardíaca e termina nesta borda, próximo ao sulco subsinuoso interventricular, entretanto, sem preenche-lo.

The course of the coronary arteries was studied in marsh deers for comparison with domestic ruminants. The left coronary artery is originated from the aorta in the cardiac auricular surface and divides into paraconal and circumflex branches, which fit the paraconal interventricular sulcus and the subsinuous sulcus, respectively; this artery also gives off a branch to the conus arteriosus just before penetrating the myocardium. The right coronary artery arises from the aorta, in the heart cranial border and ends in this border, close to the subsinuous interventricular sulcus, perhaps without fitting it.
