Resumo O artigo aborda a vulnerabilidade como lugar de problema para se analisar a condição da mulher mãe no debate midiático sobre o parto. Reflete-se sobre a inscrição das mulheres mães e de suas condições de vulnerabilidade nos enquadramentos midiáticos: ora como corpos submetidos ao paternalismo médico e à normatização sexista que culminam nos casos de violência obstétrica; ora como indivíduos capazes de reagir às práticas e normas destinadas à domesticação do corpo da mulher. A vulnerabilidade assume um lugar político decisivo, mas também ambíguo, entre a relacionalidade dos corpos e a reificação da vítima.

Abstract The article considers vulnerability as a touchstone to analyze the condition of the mother in the media discussions about childbirth. It reflects on the inscription of mothers and their conditions of vulnerability in media framings: as bodies subjected to medical paternalism and to a sexist normalization that culminates in cases of obstetric violence; or as individuals capable of reacting to practices and norms that domesticate women's bodies. Vulnerability assumes a decisive, but also ambiguous political place between the relationality of bodies and the reification of the victim.

RESUMO Poderia a exposição ostensiva de certos indivíduos e povos converter-se em desaparição? O artigo problematiza os trabalhos artísticos dos paraenses Éder Oliveira e Wagner Almeida à luz de abordagens estéticas e políticas preocupadas com a regulação das disposições afetivas e da comoção (Butler), a significância ética do rosto como interpelação à responsabilidade para com o outro (Lévinas), a dimensão potencialmente política desses gestos artísticos e imagéticos em seu trabalho de identificação e desidentificação de sujeitos (Rancière) e os discursos que envolvem a estética documental na arte (Sekula). Busca-se compreender como tais imagens enquadram diferentes sujeitos e modos de vida, segundo gestos artísticos de regulação dos afetos, do visível e do “audível”.

ABSTRACT Could the ostensible exposure of certain individuals and people become a disappearance? The article analyzes the artistic works of Éder Oliveira and Wagner Almeida, both from Pará, in the light of aesthetic and political approaches concerned with the regulation of affect (Butler), the ethical significance of the face as an interpellation to the responsibility towards the another (Lévinas), the potentially political dimension of these artistic and imaging gestures in his work of identification and disidentification of subjects (Rancière) and speeches that embrace the documentary aesthetic in art (Sekula). It seeks to understand how these images frame different subjects and ways of life, according to artistic gestures of regulation of affect, the visible and the “audible.”

Resumo O texto discute a encenação televisiva do testemunho a partir do Profissão Repórter, programa exibido pela TV Globo. À luz da segunda edição do programa sobre o fechamento do aterro sanitário Jardim Gramacho, na cidade de Duque de Caxias (RJ), em 2012, busca-se examinar o lugar testemunhal ocupado por repórteres e sujeitos inscritos nessa narrativa. Para tanto, parte-se das proposições relativas a estudos voltados ao chamado media witnessing, especialmente aquelas interessadas nas mediações textuais do testemunho. Em seguida, discute-se o caráter de encenação do regime televisivo de visibilidade, destacando estratégias e ritualidades do objeto em tela. Por fim, analisa-se o caráter encenado do testemunho na televisão, o qual se mostra, ao final, fortemente regido pela lógica de inserção em cena daquele que é filmado por aquele que filma do que pela abertura da instância televisiva à mise en scène dos sujeitos.

Abstract The text discusses the televised staging of testimony in the Profissão Repórter program, displayed by TV Globo. In the light of the second edition of the program on the closure of Jardim Gramacho landfill in the city of Duque de Caxias (RJ) in 2012, we analyze the testimonial place occupied by reporters and subjects entangled in this narrative. To do so, we start from the propositions of studies known as media witnessing, especially those interested in the textual mediation of testimony. Then we discuss the staging as part of television regime of visibility, highlighting strategies and distinctive characteristic rituals of the object itself. Finally, we examine the staged aspect of the witnessing on television, which is revealed, at the end, governed by the logic of insertion in scene by that filming, and less by the opening of television instance to the mise en scène of subjects.

Resumen El texto discute la escenificación televisiva del testimonio a partir del Profissão Repórter, programa exhibido por la TV Globo. A la luz de la segunda edición del programa sobre el cierre del vertedero Jardim Gramacho, en la ciudad de Duque de Caixas (RJ), en 2012, se examina el lugar testimonial ocupado por reporteros y sujetos inscritos en esa narrativa. Para ello, se parte de las propuestas relativas a estudios volcados al llamado media witnessing, especialmente aquellas interesadas en las mediaciones textuales del testimonio. En seguida, se discute el carácter de escenificación del régimen televisivo de visibilidad, destacando estrategias y ritualidades características del propio objeto en pantalla. Por fin, se analiza el carácter escenificado del testimonio en la televisión, que se muestra, al final, fuertemente regulado por lógica de la inserción en escena por que el rodaje, y menos por la apertura de la instancia de la televisión para la puesta en escena de los sujetos.

Resumo:Busca-se compreender como o testemunho midiático pode ser concebido como ação potencialmente política, isto é, em sua capacidade de produzir cenas polêmicas e de evidenciar simultaneamente um comum partilhado e uma separação. Tal movimento é fortemente inspirado na perspectiva política de Rancière. Nesse sentido, analisa-se a narrativa sobre o cotidiano do jovem viciado Paulo "Treze", contada no programa televisivo A Liga, como evidência da coexistência e da contradição de mundos instaurada pelo testemunho midiático.

Abstract:This paper seek to understand how the media testimony can be conceived as a potentially political action in its ability of producing controversial scenes and simultaneously demonstrating a shared common and a separation. Such movement is inspired by the J. Rancière's political perspective. In this sense, we analyze the narrative about the daily routine of the young addict Paul "Thirteen" as told in the television show A Liga, or the Team as an evidence of the coexistence and contradiction of worlds established by the media testimony.
