ABSTRACT Introduction: Volleyball is a team sport where winning the confrontation at the net largely determines characteristics. Volleyball players must constantly strive to improve team cooperation, defensive ability, and speed skills to improve their ability to perform over the net. Objective: Establish a fixed intensity load model for speed training on the athlete's visual response in volleyball. Methods: This paper selected several volleyball players as research subjects, randomly divided into two groups (regular training and experimental groups). The experimental group was subjected to a visual response speed training protocol based on routine training. Mathematical statistics were employed to analyze the athletes’ reaction speed and defensive ability against the net. Results: The qualities analyzed, mainly movement speed, swing speed, agility, and endurance for fast swing and fast movement, showed a significant differential after the intervention. The speed response was concentrated in the center of body balance. The lower limbs increased the endurance for speed. After visual reaction speed training, the experimental group's ability to cope with attacks on the net was statistically superior (P<0.05). Conclusion: The proposed protocol can improve the reaction speed training of volleyball players. Volleyball players should reinforce reaction speed training daily to perform better close to the net. RESUMEN Introducción: El voleibol es un deporte de equipo y sus características ganadoras están determinadas en gran medida por el enfrentamiento en la red. Los jugadores de voleibol deben esforzarse constantemente por mejorar la cooperación en equipo, la capacidad defensiva y las habilidades de velocidad para mejorar su capacidad de actuación sobre la red. Objetivo: Establecer un modelo de carga de intensidad fija para el entrenamiento de velocidad sobre la respuesta visual del deportista en el voleibol. Métodos: Este trabajo selecciona a varios jugadores de voleibol como sujetos de investigación, divididos aleatoriamente en dos grupos (grupos de entrenamiento regular y grupos experimentales). El grupo experimental tuvo el diferencial de ser sometido a un protocolo de entrenamiento de la velocidad de respuesta visual basado en el entrenamiento rutinario. Se emplearon estadísticas matemáticas para analizar la velocidad de reacción y la capacidad defensiva de los atletas contra la red. Resultados: Las cualidades analizadas, principalmente la velocidad de movimiento, la velocidad de balanceo, la agilidad y la resistencia para el balanceo rápido y el movimiento rápido mostraron un diferencial significativo después de la intervención. La velocidad de respuesta se concentró en el centro de equilibrio del cuerpo. La resistencia para la velocidad se incrementó en los miembros inferiores. Tras el entrenamiento de la velocidad de reacción visual, la capacidad del grupo experimental para afrontar los ataques sobre la red fue estadísticamente superior (P<0,05). Conclusión: El entrenamiento de la velocidad de reacción de los jugadores de voleibol puede mejorar con el protocolo propuesto. Los jugadores de voleibol deben reforzar el entrenamiento de la velocidad de reacción en su formación diaria para mejorar su capacidad de actuación cerca de la red. RESUMO Introdução: O voleibol é um esporte coletivo e suas características de vitória são determinadas em grande parte pelo confronto em rede. Os jogadores de vôlei devem se esforçar constantemente para melhorar a cooperação da equipe, a capacidade defensiva e habilidades de velocidade para melhorar a capacidade de atuarem pela a rede. Objetivo: Estabelecer um modelo de carga de intensidade fixa para o treinamento de velocidade na resposta visual do atleta em voleibol. Métodos: Este trabalho seleciona vários jogadores de vôlei como objetos de pesquisa, divididos aleatoriamente em dois grupos (grupos de treinamento regular e grupos experimentais). O grupo experimental teve o diferencial de ser submetido a um protocolo treinamento de velocidade de resposta visual baseado no treinamento de rotina. Estatísticas matemáticas foram empregadas para analisar a velocidade de reação dos atletas e a capacidade defensiva contra a rede. Resultados: As qualidades analisadas, principalmente velocidade de movimento, velocidade de balanço, agilidade e resistência para balanço rápido e movimento rápido mostraram um diferencial significativo após a intervenção. A velocidade de resposta concentrou-se no centro de equilíbrio corporal. A resistência para a velocidade foi incrementada pelos membros inferiores. Após o treinamento da velocidade de reação visual, a capacidade do grupo experimental de enfrentar os ataques sobre a rede foi estatisticamente superior (P<0,05). Conclusão: O treinamento da velocidade de reação dos jogadores de vôlei pode ser aprimorado com o protocolo proposto. Os jogadores de vôlei devem reforçar o treinamento da velocidade de reação em seu treinamento diário afim de uma melhor capacidade de atuação próxima à rede. RESUMEN Para estudiar el sistema de visualización virtual de un cuerpo geológico se utiliza el algoritmo clave del modelado tridimensional, y se realiza el esquema de visualización virtual del cuerpo geológico. El modelado tridimensional de cuerpos geológicos es un campo fronterizo de la investigación actual en geociencias, y también un tema importante actualmente en la informática. Su investigación puede complementar y mejorar las bases teóricas de la tecnologia de realidad virtual y ampliar sus campos de aplicación. El software de modelado tridimensional del cuerpo geológico puede satisfacer las necesidades de los geocientíficos para estudiar problemas geológicos de manera más efectiva desde el espacio tridimensional, y tiene un valor práctico considerable. En el entorno de red, las necesidades de información de los usuarios están diversificadas e individualizadas, y se presta especial atención a la amplitud, novedad y puntualidad de la información. Frente a los recursos de información masivos, la información que los usuarios necesitan es una gota en el océano, en el enorme y desordenado espacio de información de la red. Los usuarios necesitan gastar mucho tiempo y energia para encontrar información valiosa en todo tipo de sistemas uniformes. Los servicios tradicionales de información del sistema ya no pueden ayudar a los usuarios a deshacerse efectivamente de la sobrecarga de información y la información perdida. Por lo tanto, el concepto de sistema de servicio personalizado se ha convertido en un punto de atención de las personas tan pronto como se presenta. En los últimos anos, los sistemas personalizados han surgido en forma interminable. En la etapa inicial de formulación e implementación de la estrategia de servicio personalizado, el existente generalmente no presta atención a la información de contexto, como el entorno del usuario. Existen vinculos débiles en la personalización e intelectualización del servicio, que danan la experiencia del usuario. Por lo tanto, el algoritmo de Shepard y el algoritmo de Kriging del modelado tridimensional se utilizan para estudiar el sistema de visualización virtual de cuerpos geológicos. Los resultados muestran que estos dos algoritmos clave desempenan un papel muy importante en el proceso de investigación del sistema de visualización virtual geológico, y también proporcionan una nueva idea para futuras investigaciones sobre la divulgación del conocimiento geológico.

ABSTRACT To study the virtual display system of geological body, the key algorithm of three-dimensional modelling is used to analyze it, and the virtual display scheme of geological body is realized. Three-dimensional modelling of geological bodies is a frontier field of current geoscience research, and also a hot issue in computer science. Its research can complement and improve the theoretical basis of virtual reality technology and expand its application fields. Geological body three-dimensional modelling software can meet the needs of geoscientists to study geological problems more effectively from three-dimensional space, and has considerable practical value. In the network environment, users' information needs are diversified and individualized, and special attention is paid to the breadth, novelty and timeliness of information. Faced with massive information resources, the information users need is a drop in the ocean in the huge and disorderly network information space. Users need to spend a lot of time and energy to find valuable information in all kinds of uniform systems. Traditional system information services can no longer help users effectively get rid of information overload and information lost. Therefore, the concept of personalized service system has become a hot spot of people' s attention as soon as it is put forward. In recent years, personalized systems have emerged in endlessly. In the early stage of formulation and implementation of personalized service strategy, the existing personalized service generally lacks the attention to context information such as user' s environment. There are weak links in personalization and intellectualization of service, which damages user experience. Therefore, Shepard algorithm and Kriging algorithm of three-dimensional modelling are used to study the virtual display system of geological bodies. The results show that these two key algorithms play a very important role in the research process of geological virtual display system, and also provide a new idea for further research on the popularization of geological knowledge.

The present study aimed to investigate the protective effects of salidroside on chronic heart failure (CHF) in rats and to explore the underlying mechanisms. One hundred SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated, model, and low-, medium- and high-dose salidroside groups. The CHF model was established in later 4 groups. The later 3 groups were intragastrically administrated with 6, 12 and 24 mg/kg salidroside, respectively, once a day, for continuous 4 weeks. Finally, the serum levels of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and interleukin 6 (IL-6), cardiac function indexes, and expression levels of myocardial cysteinyl aspartate-specific proteinase (Caspase)-3, Caspase-9, matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) protein were determined. Results showed that, after treatment, compared with model group, in high-dose salidroside group the heart function indexes were significantly improved (P < 0.05), the serum levels of BNP and IL-6 were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), the expression levels of myocardial Caspase-3, Caspase-9 and MMP-1 protein were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the expression level of TIMP-1 protein was significantly increased (P < 0.05). In conclusion, salidroside has obvious protective effects on CHF in rats. The mechanisms may be related to its regulation of cardiomyocyte apoptosis and ventricular remodelingregulation related protein expressions.

Mature mouse beta defensin 2 (mBD2) is a small cationic peptide with antimicrobial activity. Here we established a prokaryotic expression vector containing the cDNA of mature mBD2 fused with thioredoxin (TrxA), pET32a-mBD2. The vector was transformed into Escherichia Coli (E. coli) Rosseta-gami (2) for expression fusion protein. Under the optimization of fermentation parameters: induce with 0.6 mM isopropylthiogalactoside (IPTG) at 34ºC in 2×YT medium and harvest at 6 h postinduction, fusion protein TrxA-mBD2 was high expressed in the soluble fraction (>95%). After cleaved fusion protein by enterokinase, soluble mature mBD2 was achieved 6 mg/L with a volumetric productivity. Purified recombinant mBD2 demonstrated clear broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity for fungi, bacteria and virus. The MIC of antibacterial activity of against Staphylococcus aureus was 50 µg/ml. The MIC of against Candida albicans (C. albicans) and Cryptococcus neoformans (C. neoformans) was 12.5µg/ml and 25µg/ml, respectively. Also, the antimicrobial activity of mBD2 was effected by NaCl concentration. Additionally, mBD2 showed antiviral activity against influenza A virus (IAV), the protective rate for Madin-Darby canine kidney cells (MDCK) was 93.86% at the mBD2 concentration of 100 µg/ml. These works might provide a foundation for the following research on the mBD2 as therapeutic agent for medical microbes.
