Abstract Hydrogels are used for wound treatment, as they may contain one or more active components and protect the wound bed. Papain is one of the active substances that have been used with this purpose, alongside urea. In this paper, carboxypolymethylene hydrogels containing papain (2% and 10% concentrations) and urea (5% concentration) were produced. Physical-chemical stability was performed at 0, 7, 15 and 30 days at 2-8ºC, 25ºC and 40ºC, as well as the rheological aspects and proteolytic activity of papain by gel electrophoresis. Clinical efficacy of the formulations in patients with lower limb ulcers was also evaluated in a prospective, single-center, randomized, double-blind and comparative clinical trial. The results showed 7-day stability for the formulations under 25ºC, in addition to approximately 100% and 15% of protein activity for 10% and 2% papain hydrogel, respectively. The rheological profile was non-Newtonian for the 10% papain hydrogel tested. There were no significant differences regarding the mean time for healing of the lesions, although 10% papain presented a better approach to be used in all types of tissue present in the wound bed.

Abstract: This article examines communicative practices and modes of production in the creation process of the dance and performance group GRUA Gentlemen de Rua, in the period of the 2020 crisis, observing creative procedures that intersect with audiovisual media and the use of cyberspace, investigating whether these relationships are characterized as actions of resistance and reinvention. For this, we discuss documents generated by the Group, such as projects, notes, scripts, films, websites, etc. The theoretical foundation is structured from the critical theory of creation processes by Cecilia Almeida Salles and proposes dialogues with Edgar Morin, Pierre Musso, Zygmunt Bauman, Josette Féral and Vincent Colapietro, among others.

Résumé : Cet article examine les pratiques communicatives et les modes de production du processus de création du groupe de danse et de performance GRUA Gentlemen de Rua, dans la période de la crise de 2020, en observant les procédures créatives qui se croisent avec les moyens audiovisuels et l’utilisation du cyberespace, en cherchant si ces relations se caractérisent par des actions de résistance et de réinvention. Pour cela, des documents générés par le Groupe sont discutés, tels que des projets, des notes, des scénarios, des films, des sites Internet, etc. Le fondement théorique est structuré à partir de la théorie critique des processus créatifs de Cecilia Almeida Salles et propose des dialogues avec Edgar Morin, Pierre Musso, Zygmunt Bauman, Josette Féral et Vincent Colapietro, entre autres.

Abstract This article presents the results of a doctoral research that assessed how schools of excellence in the city of Rio de Janeiro manage school research and fight plagiarism. Three groups of actors from four schools were interviewed in a semi-structured way: teachers and specialized professionals who work in the 6th to 9th year of middle school and their students. Students declare that: (i) they plagiarize; (ii) do not present works drafted by them; (iii) they buy works from others; (iv) they make paraphrases without citing sources; (v) they make compendiums of quotations from unread works. Also, schools promote authorship construction and plagiarism is a major concern among all professionals. Thus, teachers should pay greater attention regarding an ethical-pedagogical approach when requesting and conducting school research. The work is based on a theoretical framework that values the dialogue between polyphonic voices in constructing authorship, and in fostering the construction of knowledge through school research.

Resumo Este artigo apresenta resultados da pesquisa de doutorado que aferiu como escolas de excelência da cidade do Rio de Janeiro gerenciam a pesquisa escolar e combatem o plágio. Foram entrevistados de modo semiestruturado três grupos de atores de quatro escolas: professores, profissionais especializados que atuam no 6º ao 9º ano do ensino fundamental II e seus respectivos alunos, com idades entre 11 e 15 anos. Estudantes declaram: (i) plagiar; (ii) não apresentar trabalhos por eles construídos; (iii) comprar trabalhos; (iv) parafrasear sem citar as fontes; e (v) realizar compêndios de citações de obras não lidas. Constatou-se que as escolas promovem a construção autoral e que o plágio é uma preocupação pungente entre todos os profissionais. Assim, aponta-se para a necessidade de uma maior atenção dos professores no que tange a um olhar ético-pedagógico ao solicitar e conduzir as pesquisas escolares. Inspirados por uma corrente de pensamento que sublinha o tratamento didático da questão da cópia (plágio), como fase anterior à punição (visão legalista), acredita-se no diálogo entre vozes polifônicas para construir autorias e fomentar a construção de conhecimentos por meio da pesquisa escolar.

Abstract The Brazilian ferroalloy industry faces a highly competitive scenario in the foreign market. Among the key factors to determine the price of its products, electric energy stands out as one of the main inputs. So, the possibility of energy being unavailable or having high prices causes a direct impact in the ferroalloy chain. On the other hand, the renewable energy market, especially the solar photovoltaic (SPV) energy shows extensive growth due to technological advances and recent regulation. Connecting both contexts, this study investigates a way to apply the great moment of the SPV energy sector to the ferroalloys industry. Firstly, the ferroalloy sector data was searched in order to develop a model of ferroalloy production by using the average data of production and electric energy consumption, called model-ferroalloy. So an SPV power plant was estimated to supply its electric energy demand. It was considered in four different scenarios according to current law and its economic viability verified. From these studies, the viability of implementing solar photovoltaic energy to ferroalloys industry was determined. The levelized cost of energy (LCOE) comparative shows that SPV energy has a lower price than conventional sources, no matter if it is in the free or regulated energy market. Furthermore, the necessary investment, according to the results found, has good attractiveness in the financial market point of view.

Resumo O estudo investiga a satisfação com a atuação da Câmara Legislativa do Distrito Federal (CLDF). A pesquisa baseou-se nas competências extraídas da missão institucional e teve como alvo os cidadãos que utilizam com frequência as redes sociais. A estatística inferencial foi empregada para a análise dos dados, e os resultados mostraram uma grande insatisfação com a instituição em todos os quesitos considerados. Os respondentes mais satisfeitos são os mais jovens, menos instruídos e de menores rendas familiares, enquanto os mais velhos, de maiores rendas e de baixa escolaridade são os mais insatisfeitos. Constatou-se também a baixa interação entre os respondentes e a Câmara, a ausência de um canal de comunicação oficial efetivo, bem como que ações associadas ao desenvolvimento econômico sustentável serão mais eficazes no aumento da satisfação.

Abstract The study investigates the satisfaction with the work of the parliament of Brazilian Federal District. The survey was based on the competencies extracted from the institutional mission and targeted citizens who frequently use social networks. Inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results showed a great unsatisfaction about the institution. The most satisfied respondents are the youngest, the least educated, and the smallest family income, while the oldest, higher incomes and low education are the most unsatisfied. The results also highlighted the low interaction between respondents and the Chamber, the absence of an effective official communication channel, and actions associated with sustainable economic development will be more effective in increasing satisfaction.

Tendo como foco os trabalhos de pesquisa realizados por alunos de licenciaturas como instrumento avaliativo, apresentam-se aqui implicações do plágio na diluição da autoria. Por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 30 licenciandos e 09 professores de licenciaturas, aferiu-se como o plágio é compreendido e como a pesquisa tem sido gerenciada nos cursos de licenciatura. Constatou-se que a orientação e o ensino de pesquisa têm sido deficitários e que os licenciandos não são formados para pesquisar ou ensinar seus futuros alunos a investigar. Assim, tanto se aponta para a necessidade de uma reflexão que dê ênfase à sensibilização para questões éticas, de orientação e de sanção para os casos de reincidência no plágio, como também, e de forma propositiva, debate-se a importância da construção da autoria na escola. Apoiados na teoria bakhtiniana, acredita- -se no diálogo entre vozes polifônicas para promover autorias e construção de conhecimento.

Focusing on research as an assessment tool with undergraduate students, we present implications of plagiarism in the dilution of authorship. Through semi-structured interviews with 30 students and 09 professors, we measure how plagiarism is understood and how the research process has been conducted. We found that guidance and teaching of research have been timid and that undergraduate students are not trained to do research or to teach how their future students how to investigate. Thus, we point to the need for a reflection that emphasizes not only awareness of ethical issues, guidance and sanction for cases of recurrent plagiarism, but also we propose a debate on the importance of the construction of authorship in school. Based on Bakhtinian theory, we believe in dialogue among polyphonic voices in promoting authorship and knowledge construction.

À luz de alguns trabalhos sobre movimentos messiânicos e messianismo no Brasil, o texto procura encontrar, dentro da prática transformadora no movimento dos trabalhadores rurais sem-terra, elementos de uma racionalidade fortemente ligada: a) à sua condição social de liberto das formas tradicionais de dominação e por isso sujeitos de uma reordenação do mundo; e b) ao conteúdo mágico e simbólico da religiosidade rústica que fornece meios de interpretação dos seus rumos. Da intersecção destas duas situações, procura-se entender os condicionantes de uma luta social - a conquista da terra - que garante tanto a eficácia da ação, assim como os dilemas destes homens. Utiliza-se o conceito básico de lógica messiânica ou ethos messiânico para dar conta das contradições envolvidas no caminho dos movimentos sociais no campo, partindo-se da ação social, da matriz weberiana.

In the light of some works about messianic movements and Messianism in Brasil, the article seeks to find, in the transforming practical of the Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem-Terra (MST), elements of rationality strongly connect to a) peasants' social condition of workers free from traditional ways of domination and, due to that, exposed to a reordering of their world b) the magic and symbolic content of a popular religiosity which provides then with a way to interpret their destination. From the intersection of these two situations, the author seeks to find the aspects which determine a social conflict - the fight for land - that guarantees the effectiveness of the action itself as well as the dilemmas of these men. The basic concept of "messianic logics" or "messianic ethos" and the notion of social action of the weberian theory are used to discuss the contradictions involved in the destination of rural social movements.
