ABSTRACT Managing electrical conductivity levels is one of the fundamentals required to obtain greater production and better quality of vegetables. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of electrical conductivity of the nutrient solution on the kohlrabi crop cultivated in semi-hydroponic system. A randomized block design was used with five treatments associated with the electrical conductivity of the nutrient solution (1.31, 1.71, 2.37, 2.98, and 3.75 dS m-1) and four replications. The plants were harvested 78 days after transplanting and evaluated for growth, production, and postharvest quality. Nutrient solution with electrical conductivity (EC) of 1.31 dS m-1 promotes greater production of purple kohlrabi. The increase in EC reduced linearly most of the analyzed variables (leaf area, fresh mass of leaves, bulb and shoot, dry mass of leaves and total, bulb volume and firmness), with more significant losses for the bulb fresh mass (50.54%) and bulb volume (57.37%) variables. RESUMO O manejo dos níveis de condutividade elétrica é um dos fundamentos necessários para se obter maior produção e melhor qualidade de hortaliças. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o efeito da condutividade elétrica da solução nutritiva na cultura da couve-rábano cultivada em sistema semi-hidropônico. O delineamento experimental foi em blocos casualizados com cinco tratamentos associados à condutividade elétrica da solução nutritiva (1,31; 1,71; 2,37; 2,98 e 3,75 dS m-1) e quatro repetições. As plantas foram colhidas 78 dias após o transplante e avaliadas quanto ao crescimento, produção e qualidade pós-colheita. Solução nutritiva com condutividade elétrica (CE) de 1,31 dS m-1 proporciona maior produção de couve-rábano roxa. O aumento da CE reduziu linearmente a maioria das variáveis analisadas (área foliar, massa fresca de folhas, bulbos e parte aérea, massa seca de folhas e totais, volume e firmeza de bulbos), com perdas mais expressivas para as variáveis massa fresca de bulbos (50,54%) e volume de bulbos (57,37%). ABSTRACT The objective of this work is to discuss the association between intuition and mathematical reasoning, associating them through the prism of the Categories of Intuitive Reasoning and the Theory of Didactic Situations. A theoretical discussion is proposed, considering the influence of different forms of the manifestation of intuition in lear- ning in Mathematics. The methodology used to structure this work was the bibliographic research, through a content analysis, from works which somehow approach intuition and reasoning at different levels. As a result, a correlation is identified between the levels of reasoning proposed by Brousseau and Gibel and the categorization of intuition presented by Efraim Fischbein, seeking to expose convergences and/or similarities between the two theoretical frameworks. It is considered that intuition, as an ontological faculty and point of confluence between Didactics of Mathematics and Cognitive Psychology, through the theories discussed in this work, is a vast field to be explored with a potential to contribute to the work of the mathematics teacher.

Nesse ínterim, propomos uma discussão teórica considerando a influência de distintas formas de manifestação da intuição no aprendizado em Matemática. A metodologia utilizada para estruturar este trabalho foi a pesquisa bibliográfica, por meio de uma análise de conteúdo, a partir de obras que abordam de algum modo a intuição e o raciocínio em seus diferentes níveis. Como resultado, trazemos uma correlação entre os níveis de raciocínio propostos por Brousseau e Gibel e a categorização da intuição apresentada por Efraim Fischbein, buscando expor convergências e/ou similaridades entre os dois quadros teóricos. Consideramos que a intuição, enquanto faculdade ontológica e ponto de confluência entre a Didática da Matemática e à Psicologia Cognitiva, por meio das teorias elucidadas neste trabalho, é um vasto campo a ser explorado e tem potencial para agregar ao trabalho do professor de matemática.

Como resultado, traemos una correlación en- tre los niveles de razonamiento propuestos por Brousseau y Gibel y la categorización de la intuición presentada por Efraim Fischbein, buscando exponer convergencias y/o similitudes entre los dos marcos teóricos. Creemos que la intuición, como facultad ontológica y punto de confluencia entre la Didáctica de las Matemáticas y la Psicología cognitiva, a través de las teorías dilucidadas en este trabajo, es un vasto campo por explorar y tiene el potencial de sumar al trabajo de los profesores de matemáticas.

Abstract The identification of putative prognostic factors in canine mammary neoplasms (CMNs) has been focused on tissue-specific biomarkers, but the serum biomarkers, including cancer antigen 15-3 (CA 15-3), c-reactive protein (CRP), and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) have been demonstrated to display clinical application in cases of CMNs. The aim of the study was to evaluate the levels of these serum biomarkers and their association with well-established prognostic factors in CMNs. Samples from 15 female canines with CMNs and 15 clinically healthy ones were collected. The results were evaluated using the Tukey’s, Pearson, or Spearman tests. The cut-off point, sensitivity, specificity, and area under curve (AUC) were evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis in a logistic regression model (P<0.05). The levels of CA 15-3, CRP and LDH were significantly higher in the serum of female dogs with CMNs compared to the healthy ones. Moreover, these factors were positively correlated with ulceration, tumor size, histopathological grade, metastatic lymph node, and clinical staging. Female dogs with CMNs were found to exhibit highest serum levels of CA 15-3, CRP, and LDH. Therefore, they can be applied to improve the efficacy of the diagnosis and prognostic evaluation in casas of CMNs. RESUMO O fósforo tem importância fundamental para o suprimento energético necessário para o metabolismo vegetal, mas ainda é pouco estudado em culturas importantes, como a mandioca. Objetivou-se avaliar o acúmulo e a eficiência do uso do fósforo em diferentes cultivares de mandioca no semiárido. Foram conduzidos dois experimentos em duas safras agrícolas, 2018/2019 e 2019/2020, em Mossoró-RN. O delineamento experimental foi em blocos ao acaso, em parcelas subdivididas, com quatro repetições. Nas parcelas, foram aplicadas no sulco de cultivo cinco doses de fósforo (P) (0; 60; 120; 180 e 240 kg ha-1 de P2O5), e, nas subparcelas quatro cultivares de mandioca (Água Morna, BRS Gema de Ovo, Recife e Venâncio). As cultivares Água Morna e Recife exportam mais fósforo através de suas raízes. As cultivares Venâncio e Água Morna apresentam maior eficiência agronômica quando adubadas com 60 kg ha-1 de P2O5. A eficiência aparente de recuperação do P apresentou a seguinte ordem: ‘BRS Gema de Ovo’ > ‘Água Morna’ > ‘Venâncio’ > ‘Recife’, com maiores índices na dose de 60 kg ha-1 de P2O5.

ABSTRACT Phosphorus is of fundamental importance for the energy supply necessary for plant metabolism, but it is still understudied for important agricultural crops such as cassava. The objective of this study was to evaluate the accumulation and efficiency of phosphorus use in different cassava cultivars in the semiarid region. Two experiments were carried out during two agricultural seasons 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 in Mossoró, Rio Grande do Norte state, Brazil. The experimental design was randomized blocks, in split plots, with four replicates. In the plots, five doses of phosphorus (P) (0, 60, 120, 180, and 240 kg ha-1 of P2O5) were applied in the planting furrow, and four cassava cultivars (Água Morna, BRS Gema de Ovo, Recife, and Venâncio) were cultivated in the subplots. The cultivars Água Morna and Recife export more phosphorus through their roots. The cultivars Venâncio and Água Morna show greater agronomic efficiency when fertilized with 60 kg ha-1 of P2O5. The apparent P recovery efficiency presented the following order: ‘BRS Gema de Ovo’ > ‘Água Morna’ > ‘Venâncio’ > ‘Recife’, with higher indices at the dose of 60 kg ha-1 of P2O5.

RESUMO A soja destaca-se entre as culturas com maior aplicação da transgenia, principalmente para tolerância a herbicidas, pragas e doenças, mas são escassos estudos sobre estresse salino em plantas geneticamente modificadas. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi avaliar a tolerância ao estresse salino de genótipos de soja, tradicionais e geneticamente modificadas, nas fases de germinação e plântulas. Para tanto, foram utilizadas sementes de 13 genótipos de soja, sendo cinco tradicionais (BRS Carnaúba, BRS Pérola, BRS Tracajá, BRS Sambaíba e FTR-4389) e oito transgênicas (BRS Sambaíba RR, BRS-333-RR, BRS-9820-RR, PAS-13565-74-RR, PAS-11711-007-RR, BRS-918-IPRO, AS-3810-IPRO e M-8210-IPRO), submetidas a quatro potenciais osmóticos (0.0; -0.1; -0.2 e -0.3 MPa). A qualidade das sementes foi avaliada a partir das seguintes variáveis: porcentagem de germinação, índice de velocidade de germinação, comprimento da parte aérea, comprimento de raiz, acúmulo de massa seca e índice de tolerância à salinidade. Todas as variáveis foram afetadas pelo estresse salino. Os genótipos convencionais BRS Carnaúba, BRS Pérola, BRS Tracajá, BRS Sambaíba, bem como do grupo RR PAS-13565-74-RR e PAS-11711-007-RR são tolerantes à salinidade. Os genótipos FTR-4389 (convencional) BRS Sambaíba RR (RR) são menos tolerantes ao estresse salino. Todos os genótipos do grupo IPRO são moderadamente tolerantes ao estresse salino.

ABSTRACT Soybean stands out among the crops with the greatest application of transgenics, mainly for tolerance to herbicides, pests, and diseases; however, studies on salt stress in genetically modified plants are scarce. This study aimed to evaluate the tolerance of both traditional and genetically modified soybean genotypes to saline stress during the germination and seedling phases. Seeds of 13 soybean genotypes were selected (five traditional (BRS Carnaúba, BRS Pérola, BRS Tracajá, BRS Sambaíba, and FTR-4389) and eight transgenic (BRS Sambaíba RR, BRS-333-RR, BRS-9820- RR, PAS-13565-74-RR, PAS-11711-007-RR, BRS-918-IPRO, AS-3810-IPRO, and M-8210-IPRO)), subjected to four osmotic potentials (0.0, 0.1, -0.2, and -0.3 MPa). The seed quality was evaluated using the following variables: the germination percentage, germination speed index, shoot length, root length, dry mass accumulation, and salinity tolerance index. All variables were found to be affected by salt stress. However, the conventional genotypes, BRS Carnaúba, BRS Pérola, BRS Tracajá, and BRS Sambaíba, and the RR group PAS-13565-74-RR, and PAS-11711-007-RR were tolerant to salinity, whereas the genotypes FTR-4389 (conventional) and BRS Sambaíba RR (RR) were less tolerant to salt stress, and all genotypes in the IPRO group were moderately tolerant to salt stress.

The present work presents a didactic proposal for the teaching of Numerical Sequences in the early grades of Elementary School, using Learning Objects (OAs). The objective is to present the use of two Learning Objects that approach concepts of repetitive and recursive sequences as a way to assist the teacher's planning. The methodology of this work had a qualitative approach of the exploratory type, in which a mapping of some Learning Objects of the repository Digital Media for Mathematics (MDMat) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) was carried out. We hope to contribute to teaching planning in terms of building effective learning through the implementation of digital technologies in Mathematics Education.

O presente trabalho apresenta uma proposta didática para o ensino de Sequências Numéricas nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, com uso de Objetos de Aprendizagem (OAs). O objetivo é apresentar a utilização de dois Objetos de Aprendizagem que abordam conceitos de sequências repetitivas e recursivas como forma de auxiliar o planejamento do professor. A metodologia deste trabalho teve uma abordagem qualitativa do tipo exploratória, em que se realizou um mapeamento de alguns Objetos de Aprendizagem do repositório Mídias Digitais para a Matemática (MDMat) da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Esperamos contribuir com o planejamento docente no que concerne à construção de uma aprendizagem efetiva por meio da implementação de tecnologias digitais no Ensino de Matemática.

This article is an excerpt from a master's dissertation in which it presents a teaching proposal regarding the use of problems (Olympic Problems) contained in the questions of the Brazilian Public School Mathematics Olympiad (OBMEP), to help teachers in initial training in Mathematics and Teaching of Mathematics. Thus, the aim of this article is to present a proposal for teaching the average base of the triangle theorem from an OBMEP problem, supported by the GeoGebra software, from the perspective of the Theory of Didactic Situations (TSD) for the teaching of the theorem from the middle base of the triangle. The problem-situation was discussed based on the OBMEP's Olympic Didactic Situations, structured and grounded in the phases of the Didactic Situation Theory, with the help of the GeoGebra software. The research was modeled according to the Didactic Engineering research methodology. The results were categorized based on the TSD Action, Formulation, Validation and Institutionalization steps. We observed that the use that the PO applied made emerge all the stages of the TSD making the student act, formulate and validate the presented strategies, which contributed to the construction of learning. Therefore, the results obtained were positive in the view of the teachers in training, due to the way in which teaching situations were planned and the use of GeoGebra in the construction and support of students in the teaching and learning processes of Mathematics.

Este artigo é um recorte de dissertação de mestrado a qual apresenta uma proposta de ensino referente ao uso dos problemas (Problemas Olímpicos) contidos nas questões da Olimpíada Brasileira de Matemática das Escolas Públicas (OBMEP), para auxílio de professores em formação inicial em Matemática e ensino de Matemática. Desse modo, o objetivo deste artigo é apresentar uma proposta de ensino do teorema da base média do triângulo a partir de um problema da OBMEP, com amparo no software GeoGebra, sob a perspectiva da Teoria das Situações Didáticas (TSD) para o ensino do teorema da base média do triângulo. A situação-problema foi discutida com base nas Situações Didáticas Olímpicas da OBMEP, estruturada e fundamentada nas fases da Teoria das Situações Didáticas, com o auxílio do software GeoGebra. A pesquisa foi modelada conforme a metodologia de pesquisa da Engenharia Didática. Os resultados foram categorizados baseado nas etapas de ação, formulação, validação e institucionalização da TSD. Observou-se que a utilização que o PO aplicado fez emergir todas as etapas da TSD fazendo o aluno agir, formular e validar as estratégias apresentadas, o que contribuiu na construção do aprendizado. Portanto, os resultados obtidos foram positivos na visão dos professores em formação pela forma como foram planejadas as situações didáticas e pela utilização do GeoGebra na construção e no apoio aos estudantes nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem de Matemática.

This article addresses the development of an Augmented Reality (AR) system as a tool for teaching and learning architectural design. The research brings reflection on a work of theoretical and practical assessment, product of the investigation of a Masters in Professional and Technological Education (PROFEPT) offered by the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará (IFCE), proposed by Silva [1], where professors and students of the Technical in Buildings course evaluated the effectiveness of the proposal. As an educational product of the research, an ebook was developed, where AR resources allied to the project are present. This product represents a support tool for teachers and students to overcome the difficulties encountered in the discipline of architectural design. In addition, the ebook assumes great efficiency and applicability for remote classes as well. Thus, this article describes the study and the results of research carried out using AR, in addition to proposing new possibilities for integrating AR into teaching and learning processes.

O presente artigo aborda o desenvolvimento de um sistema de Realidade Aumentada (RA) como ferramenta para o ensino e aprendizagem de projeto arquitetônico. A pesquisa traz reflexão sobre um trabalho de avaliação teórica e prática, produto da investigação de mestrado em Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (PROFEPT) ofertado pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará (IFCE), proposta por Silva [1], onde docentes e discentes do curso Técnico em Edificações avaliaram a eficácia da proposta. Como produto educacional da pesquisa, foi desenvolvido um ebook, onde estão presentes os recursos da RA aliados ao projeto. Este produto representa uma ferramenta de apoio aos professores e alunos para superar as dificuldades encontradas na disciplina de projeto arquitetônico. Além disso, o ebook assume grande eficiência e aplicabilidade também para as aulas remotas. Assim, o presente artigo descreve o estudo e os resultados da pesquisa realizada utilizandoRA, além de propor novas possibilidades de integração da RA em processos de ensino e aprendizagem.

This work aims to present a brief report on the main theories existing in the context of Didactics of Mathematics (DM), contextualizing them in the current educational scenario, by proposing a didactic situation, based on such aspects. It is, therefore, a set of theoretical foundations, derived from the bibliographical review, of previous scientific works that debated on the same theme, establishing, thus, a series of introductory concepts, of a future master's research. Having as a central aspect the interaction between teacher, student and mathematical knowledge, the proposal of the didactic situation will be given through a problem-situation (involving plane geometry), aided by the GeoGebra software resources, in the search to contribute to a better representation and modeling of the elements that involve the problem. The theories present in this article demarcate representative elements that contributed to the organization and construction of the DM study field. Thus, before the presentation of the didactic situation, the forthcoming topics will address the didactic transposition, didactic contract, epistemological and didactic obstacles, and, finally, didactic situation.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar um breve relato sobre as principais teorias, existentes no contexto da Didática da Matemática (DM), contextualizando-as no cenário atual educacional, mediante a proposta de uma situação didática, pautada em tais vertentes. Trata-se, portanto, de um conjunto de embasamentos teóricos, oriundos da revisão bibliográfica, de trabalhos científicos anteriores, que debateram sobre o mesmo tema, instituindo, assim, uma série de conceitos introdutórios, de uma futura pesquisa de mestrado. Tendo como aspecto central a interação entre professor, aluno e saber matemático, a proposta da situação didática será dada por meio de uma situação-problema (envolvendo a Geometria plana), auxiliada pelos recursos do software GeoGebra, na busca de contribuir para uma melhor representação e modelização dos elementos que envolvem o problema. As teorias, presentes neste artigo, demarcam elementos representativos que contribuíram para a organização e construção do campo de estudo da DM. Deste modo, antes da apresentação da situação didática, os tópicos vindouros farão uma abordagem sobre a transposição didática, contrato didático, obstáculos epistemológicos e didáticos, e, por fim, situação didática.

Resumo O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar uma proposta didática que explora a resolução de duas questões da Olimpíada Brasileira de Matemática das Escolas Públicas, a partir do desenvolvimento de habilidades de visualização e raciocínio geométrico com suporte do software GeoGebra. Como metodologia para seu desenvolvimento adotou-se a Engenharia Didática em suas duas primeiras fases - análises preliminares e análise a priori - em que foram levantados os obstáculos epistemológicos e didáticos no ensino de Geometria, bem como apresentada uma proposta didática com a modelagem de dois problemas extraídos da referida olimpíada, tratando do assunto de planificação de sólidos geométricos, com o software GeoGebra. Por fim, espera-se que este trabalho possa ser um norte ao professor de Matemática, no que diz respeito ao seu trabalho no campo da Geometria, bem como uma possibilidade para que o estudante desenvolva o pensamento geométrico a partir da visualização, em problemas matemáticos que não necessitam de cálculos manuais, mas apenas a percepção da geometria.

Abstract The objective of this work is to present a didactic proposal that explores the resolution of two issues of the Brazilian Public Schools Mathematics Olympiad, from the development of visualization skills and geometric reasoning supported by GeoGebra software. As a methodology for its development, Didactic Engineering was adopted in its first two phases - preliminary analysis and a priori analysis - in which the epistemological and didactic obstacles in the teaching of Geometry were raised, as well as a didactic proposal was presented with the modeling of two problems extracted from the referred Olympiad, dealing with the subject of planning of geometric solids, with the GeoGebra software. Finally, it is expected that this work can be a guide for the mathematics teacher, with regard to his work in the field of Geometry using this software, as well as a possibility for the student to develop geometric thinking from the visualization, in mathematical problems that do not require manual calculations, but only the perception of geometry.

ABSTRACT The objective was to evaluate the effect of different irrigation systems and harvest frequencies on the cultivation of cactus pear. The study was conducted in the semi-arid region, in the municipality of Russas, CE, Brazil. The experiment was a split plot randomized block design, with four replications. Plots were represented by irrigation systems (surface drip, microsprinkler, Micro Spray Jet, and conventional sprinkler) and subplots by harvest frequencies (6, 9, 12, and 18 months). Cactus pear biomass production characteristics were evaluated. Most of the productive characteristics evaluated were influenced by harvest frequency and irrigation system. The harvest frequency of 12 months combined with conventional sprinkler system resulted in a total dry biomass production of 16,400 kg ha−1. The conventional sprinkler system showed the highest number of second-order cladodes (4.9 cladodes plant−1). The conventional sprinkler and Micro Spray Jet systems showed the highest values for various structural characteristics. For water use efficiency (WUE), the highest value was found at the frequency of six months (8.46 kg ha−1 mm−1). Regarding the effects of irrigation system on WUE, the highest values were observed with the conventional sprinkler system (8.20 kg ha−1 mm−1). The harvest frequency of 12 months combined with the conventional sprinkler system presents better results in the evaluated productive characteristics, mainly the cactus pear production by area.

The french research area of the Professional Didactics (DP), originated in French territory at the end of the 90s, constitutes an area of confluence and contribution of three independent and investigative branches of research. Professional Didactics is a natural systematic perspective for the extension of Piagetian thinking, with an emphasis on adult learning, given the demands of professional activities and problem solving, overcoming obstacles and tasks in the field of work. Thus, the present work presents some of its assumptions and main notions and, at the end, seeks to indicate repercussions for the activity of the mathematics teacher and the teaching in Brazil.

A Didática Profissional se constitui como uma perspectiva sistemática natural de extenso do pensamento piagetiano, com énfase na aprendizagem do adulto, diante das exigéncias de atividades profissionais e da resoluo de problemas, superao de obstáculos e tarefas no campo do trabalho. Dessa forma, o presente trabalho apresenta alguns dos seus pressupostos e principais noções e, ao final, busca indicar repercussões para a atividade do professor de Matemática e o ensino no Brasil.

Em meio à pandemia do CoronavÃrus - COVID 19 e ao distanciamento social que causou o fechamento de todas as instituições de ensino de todo o mundo, professores foram obrigados, de forma emergencial, a reinventarem-se no processo de transmissão do ensino para os estudantes com o propósito de diminuir o impacto que tal situação provocou no procedimento estratégico do aprendizado. Diante disso, este artigo apresenta alguns resultados de uma investigação em andamento, que acontece no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará - IFCE, Brasil, cuja aplicação foi realiza por intermédio do Ensino Remoto. Esses resultados buscaram responder ao seguinte questionamento: É possÃvel, por intermédio do Ensino Remoto, aplicar as dialéticas da Teoria das Situações Didáticas (ação, formulação, validação e institucionalização), de modo a promover o desenvolvimento lógico dedutivo para a resolução de problemas? Dessa forma, apresenta-se uma situação didática no viés do ENEM que foi estruturada nas quatro fases da TSD, com o amparo do software GeoGebra e alicerçada na EDF, em que a principal caracterÃstica é a produção de recursos didáticos e a formação de professor. Utilizou-se o GeoGebra para modelar o problema, pois possibilita que o aprendiz movimente e visualize elementos e propriedades matemáticas essenciais para o desenvolvimento do raciocÃnio lógico-dedutivo necessários à resolução de problemas.

In the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic - COVID 19 and the social detachment that caused the closure of all educational institutions around the world, teachers were forced, in an emergency way, to reinvent themselves in the process of transmitting education to students with the purpose of reducing the impact that this situation had on the strategic learning procedure. In light of this, this article presents some results of an ongoing investigation, which takes place at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará - IFCE, Brazil, whose application was carried out through Remote Education. These results sought to answer the following question: Is it possible, through Remote Teaching, to apply the dialectic of Theory of Didactic Situations (action, formulation, validation and institutionalization), in order to promote the deductive logical development for solving problems? In this way, a didactic situation is presented from the perspective of ENEM that was structured in the four phases of TSD, with the support of the GeoGebra software and based on EDF, in which the main characteristic is the production of didactic resources and teacher training. GeoGebra was used to model the problem, as it allows the learner to move and visualize elements and mathematical properties essential for the development of logical-deductive reasoning necessary to solve problems.

O ensino remoto é uma modalidade de ensino emergencial imposta ao sistema educacional quando existem fatores que impedem aulas presenciais. Desse modo, atualmente, devido à COVID-19, as aulas de diversos paÃses estão se adequando ao cenário de ensino remoto. Neste trabalho, refletimos como o contrato didático se adequa ao ensino on-line, levando em consideração dois fatores: ensino presencial e ensino remoto. Contudo, observamos como foi estabelecido o contrato didático em uma aula com alunos do Ensino Médio, utilizando o Google Meet. A partir disso, consideramos que a teoria do contrato didático é valiosa na avaliação do sistema didático (professor-aluno-saber), mesmo diante do ensino remoto.

Remote teaching is an emergency teaching modality imposed on the educational system when there are factors that prevent classroom lessons. Thus, currently due to COVID-19, classes in several countries are adapting to the remote teaching scenario. In this paper, we reflect on how the teaching contract is suitable for online teaching, taking into account two factors: classroom teaching and remote teaching. However, we observe how the didactic contract was established in a class with high school students, using Google Meet. From this, we consider that the theory of the didactic contract is valuable in the evaluation of the didactic system (teacher-student-to know) even in the face of remote teaching.

Resumo: As rodovias, apesar de exercerem um papel fundamental na economia, instauram ou agravam processos de fragmentação florestal e levam à perda de habitat. Atuam como filtros e barreiras, dificultando a movimentação animal. As passagens de fauna buscam restabelecer a conectividade na paisagem. Geralmente, após serem implantadas procede-se à avaliação do seu funcionamento. Nesse artigo nós apresentamos os resultados de um monitoramento do uso das passagens inferiores de fauna da Estrada Parque Serra da Macaca (SP-139), que atravessa o Parque Estadual Carlos Botelho. As passagens inferiores, representadas por pontes e galerias hidráulicas, foram concebidas através do licenciamento das obras de revitalização do trecho rodoviário. Armadilhas fotográficas foram instaladas no interior de todas as estruturas, e as amostragens sistemáticas ocorreram por meio de quatro expedições a campo, com um esforço amostral de 10 dias cada, entre março de 2018 e fevereiro de 2019. Os rastros encontrados no perímetro das estruturas de transposição também foram considerados. Os dados foram submetidos ao teste T de Student bicaudal, para verificar a diferença de riqueza entre as passagens inferiores com tipos distintos de margens. As diferenças de abundância foram analisadas pelo teste não paramétrico de Mann-Whitney. O diagrama de Whittaker foi gerado pela ordenação das espécies, a partir das mais comuns para as mais raras, enquanto a diversidade de espécies foi estimada pelo índice de Simpson (1 - D). O coeficiente de correlação de Pearson foi empregado para estudar a interação entre a diversidadade e a variação de altitude. Detectamos uma riqueza de 16 espécies de tetrápodes terrestres e não houve diferença significativa entre as passagens com margens secas e alagadas. Cuniculus paca foi a espécie mais abundante. Altitudes mais elevadas concentraram as maiores diversidades. Concluímos que as passagens inferiores alocadas em APPs de curso d’água são essenciais para manter o fluxo da fauna sob a rodovia.

Abstract: Roads, despite playing a key role in economy, begin or aggravate processes of forest fragmentation and lead to several species losing their natural habitats, acting as filters and barriers that impose challenges to animal locomotion. Wildlife crossings seek to reestablish the connectivity of the landscape. In general, after being installed, these passages need to be evaluated regarding their functioning. In this study, we present the results of monitoring the underpasses on Serra da Macaca Park Road (SP-139), which crosses Carlos Botelho State Park. The underpasses, constituted by bridges and culverts, were constructed after a license obtained to restore this section of the road. Camera traps were installed inside all crossing structures, and systematic samples were obtained through four field expeditions, with sampling efforts of 10 days each, between March 2018 and February 2019. The footprints found around the intersection structures were also considered. A two-sided Student’s t-test was applied to verify differences in richness between the underpasses that have distinct types of margins. Differences in abundance were analyzed through the non-parametric Mann-Whitney test. A Whittaker diagram was generated according to the order of the species, from the most common to the rarest, while their diversity was estimated through Simpson’s Diversity Index (1 - D). The Pearson correlation coefficient was used to study the interaction between diversity and altitude variation. We observed a richness of 16 species of terrestrial tetrapods, without any statistically significant differences between underpasses with dry or flooded margins. Cuniculus paca was the most abundant species, and higher altitudes presented the most diversity. We concluded that the underpasses located inside Permanent Preservation Areas (PPAs) of watercourses are essential to maintain the flow of animals beneath the road.
