Resumo As tecnologias eHealth contribuem na promoção das práticas parentais de cuidado para bebês pré-termo. Não obstante, é notável a abundância de informações e aplicativos disponíveis, a disparidade na qualidade, facilidade de uso e confiabilidade desses recursos. Este artigo objetiva examinar as tecnologias eHealth direcionadas aos pais para o cuidado de bebês pré-termo. Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa nas principais bases de dados da área da saúde (Capes, EBSCO, BVS, PubMed, Scholar e SciELO), com a seleção de publicações de 2011 a 2022, em português e inglês, sobre a utilização de tecnologias eHealth voltadas aos cuidados de bebês pré-termo. Identificaram-se 13 artigos com temáticas sobre: as tecnologias da informação e comunicação nas estratégias de educação e a promoção da saúde de bebês pré-termo e seus pais; e importância da avaliação e validação das tecnologias eHealth na promoção da saúde materno-infantil. Tecnologias eHealth validadas adequadamente podem desempenhar um papel fundamental em apoiar os pais na promoção da saúde e na prestação de cuidados ao bebê pré-termo após a alta hospitalar. Abstract The eHealth technologies promote parental care practices for preterm infants. Nonetheless, we should underscore the abundant information and available apps and disparities in these resources’ quality, usability, and reliability. This article examines eHealth technologies directed at parents to care for preterm infants. An integrative review was conducted across the principal health databases (Capes, EBSCO, BVS, PubMed, Scholar, and SciELO), selecting works published from 2011 to 2022 in Portuguese and English, focusing on the use of eHealth technologies for the care of preterm infants. We identified 13 articles related to information and communication technologies in strategies for educating and promoting the health of preterm infants and their parents and the importance of evaluating and validating eHealth technologies in maternal and child health promotion. Properly validated eHealth technologies can be crucial in supporting parents in promoting health and providing care for preterm infants after hospital discharge, which, in turn, can drive the evolution of healthcare systems and improve clinical practices. Introduction Muscle mass assessment of critically ill patients is essential to be part of the nutritional diagnosis in hospital care. Thus, the evaluation of more specific techniques for that purpose is needed. The present study aimed to investigate the association of quadriceps muscle thickness (QMT), measured by ultrasound (US), with the nutritional status of critically ill patients in a referral high-complexity trauma care hospital. Methods A cross-sectional observational study was conducted in the intensive care units (ICUs) in a tertiary hospital in Brazil. The sample comprised 30 critically ill trauma patients admitted between February and March 2022. The methodology involved evaluating muscle mass and comparing nutritional status through mid-upper arm circumference measurements and US assessments. Specifically, the QMT was quantified using US at a predefined site between the iliac crest and the proximal border of the patella. Results The Kruskal-Wallis test indicated variability in QMT between the nutritional status groups, with statistical significance reached after excluding the overweight group (H(2) = 7.532, p = 0.023). The moderate malnutrition group exhibited notably lower QMT. Sensitivity analyses using bootstrap and Monte Carlo methods showed moderate trends toward significance. A positive correlation was found between QMT and mid-upper arm circumference adequacy (p < 0.05), demonstrating fair to moderate correlation (rs = 0.531). Conclusion Significant changes in QMT were detected by ultrasound assessment in moderate malnutrition patients compared to patients of other nutritional statuses. Ultrasound may be a valuable technique for monitoring muscle integrity in critically ill patients.

Resumo A preguiça-comum (Bradypus variegatus) tem sido vítima das investidas antrópicas desordenadas, o que tem elevado o número de acidentes e doenças para a espécie. Propôs-se com esse estudo, realizar uma descrição das artérias coronárias, assim como apontar os achados histopatológicos do coração do bicho-preguiça, a fim de favorecer o diagnóstico por imagem, semiologia e clínica médica das espécies. Foram dissecados 18 exemplares de B. variegatus obtidos após morte natural. Quinze deles, sendo 5 machos e 9 fêmeas adultas e 1 jovem, foram fixados com formaldeído e conservados em solução salina. Em 2 machos e 1 fêmea, foi injetado, a partir da artéria carótida comum esquerda, látex corado em vermelho, para tornar as coronárias mais evidentes. Na fêmea também foi injetado através da veia jugular externa direita, látex corado em azul, para evitar equívoco na identificação arterial. Os animais tiveram o tórax aberto a fim de avaliar e retirar o coração para descrição detalhada das artérias coronárias. Para análise histopatológica, foram confeccionadas lâminas histológicas oriundas de corações coletados de 4 animais (3 adultos e 1 jovem). Com base nas análises arteriais, as preguiças possuem duas coronárias: uma a direita e uma a esquerda, que irrigam suas respectivas faces. O coração é composto por endocárdio, miocárdio e epicárdio, semelhante aos mamíferos em geral. Todavia, observou-se necroses endocárdicas, de fibras musculares cardíacas, além de degenerações mixomatosas de válvulas e trombos no lúmen vascular. Abstract The three-toed sloth (Bradypus variegatus) has been a victim of disorderly human interventions, leading to an increase in accidents and diseases for the species. This study aimed to provide a description of the coronary arteries and to high light the histopathological findings in the sloth’s heart. This information should be beneficial for medical clinics dealing with these species. Eighteen B. variegatus specimens were dissected after natural death. Fifteen of them, comprising five adult males, nine adult females, and one juvenile, were fixed with formaldehyde and preserved in saline solution. In two males and one female, red-coloured latex was injected through the left common carotid artery to make the coronary arteries more visible. In the female, blue-coloured latex was also injected through the right external jugular vein to aid in arterial identification. The chests were opened to evaluate and extract the heart for a detailed description of the coronary arteries. For histopathological analysis, histological slides were prepared from four hearts collected from four animals (three adults and one juvenile). Arterial analyses revealed that sloths possess two coronary arteries: one on the right and one on the left side, each of which supplies blood to their respective surfaces. The heart is composed of the endocardium, myocardium, and epicardium, similar to mammals in general. However, necrosis of endocardial tissue and cardiac muscle fbres, as well as myxomatous degeneration of valves and thrombi in vascular lumens, were observed. RESUMO Contexto: Em estudos observacionais sobre a síndrome do desconforto respiratório agudo, sugeriu-se que a driving pressure é o principal fator de lesão pulmonar induzida por ventilador e de mortalidade. Não está claro se uma estratégia de limitação da driving pressure pode melhorar os desfechos clínicos. Objetivo: Descrever o protocolo e o plano de análise estatística que serão usados para testar se uma estratégia de limitação da driving pressure envolvendo a titulação da pressão positiva expiratória final de acordo com a melhor complacência respiratória e a redução do volume corrente é superior a uma estratégia padrão envolvendo o uso da tabela de pressão positiva expiratória final baixa do protocolo ARDSNet, em termos de aumento do número de dias sem ventilador em pacientes com síndrome do desconforto respiratório agudo devido à pneumonia adquirida na comunidade. Métodos: O estudo STAMINA (ventilator STrAtegy for coMmunIty acquired pNeumoniA) é randomizado, multicêntrico e aberto e compara uma estratégia de limitação da driving pressure com a tabela de pressão positiva expiratória final baixa do protocolo ARDSnet em pacientes com síndrome do desconforto respiratório agudo moderada a grave devido à pneumonia adquirida na comunidade internados em unidades de terapia intensiva. Esperamos recrutar 500 pacientes de 20 unidades de terapia intensiva brasileiras e duas colombianas. Eles serão randomizados para um grupo da estratégia de limitação da driving pressure ou para um grupo de estratégia padrão usando a tabela de pressão positiva expiratória final baixa do protocolo ARDSnet. No grupo da estratégia de limitação da driving pressure, a pressão positiva expiratória final será titulada de acordo com a melhor complacência do sistema respiratório. Desfechos: O desfecho primário é o número de dias sem ventilador em 28 dias. Os desfechos secundários são a mortalidade hospitalar e na unidade de terapia intensiva e a necessidade de terapias de resgate, como suporte de vida extracorpóreo, manobras de recrutamento e óxido nítrico inalado. ABSTRACT Background: Driving pressure has been suggested to be the main driver of ventilator-induced lung injury and mortality in observational studies of acute respiratory distress syndrome. Whether a driving pressure-limiting strategy can improve clinical outcomes is unclear. Objective: To describe the protocol and statistical analysis plan that will be used to test whether a driving pressure-limiting strategy including positive end-expiratory pressure titration according to the best respiratory compliance and reduction in tidal volume is superior to a standard strategy involving the use of the ARDSNet low-positive end-expiratory pressure table in terms of increasing the number of ventilator-free days in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome due to community-acquired pneumonia. Methods: The ventilator STrAtegy for coMmunIty acquired pNeumoniA (STAMINA) study is a randomized, multicenter, open-label trial that compares a driving pressure-limiting strategy to the ARDSnet low-positive end-expiratory pressure table in patients with moderate-to-severe acute respiratory distress syndrome due to community-acquired pneumonia admitted to intensive care units. We expect to recruit 500 patients from 20 Brazilian and 2 Colombian intensive care units. They will be randomized to a driving pressure-limiting strategy group or to a standard strategy using the ARDSNet low-positive end-expiratory pressure table. ABSTRACT Objective: Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are a set of diseases that originate from neuroendocrine cells, which comprises a diffuse endocrine system present in various organs of the body. These tumors are more frequent in the gastrointestinal tract (70%) and the bronchopulmonary system (20%-30%). A NET incidence rate of 1-5 per 100,000 inhabitants has been estimated for several European countries and the USA employing 20 years of data. However, no comprehensive studies on this rare neoplasm are available in Brazil. In this context, the aim of this study was to characterize the epidemiological NET profile in the country. Material and methods: This is a retrospective descriptive observational study based on data from Hospital Cancer Records available at the Brazilian National Cancer Institute and the São Paulo Oncocentro Foundation. Demographic, clinical and treatment-related variables were analyzed from selected cases employing descriptive statistics. Results and Conclusion: A total of 15,859 cases were identified, most occurring in males (53.4%) and in individuals under 65 years old (63.3%). Small cell carcinoma was the most frequent histological type (46.7%). Bronchopulmonary tumors were the most frequent NETs, followed by pancreatic tumors, with cases mostly concentrated in high complexity centers in the Brazilian Southeast and treated mainly with surgery and chemotherapy, with over half of the patients diagnosed in advanced stages of the disease. Abstract This paper proposes a methodology for developing antipodal Vivaldi antennas using RSIW (Ridge Substrate Integrated Waveguide) technology for a specific cut-off frequency. The technique employs metallic-vias and metalized cylindrical posts of reduced sizes inserted in the dielectric substrate. The simulations were performed using the ANSYS® Electronics Desktop software. The antenna RSIW is designed for a resonant frequency of 4 GHz and was fabricated on FR4 (ɛr=4.4 and tanδ=0.02). Abstract One of the crucial aspects to be considered for successful in vitro production (IVP) of embryos is the composition of the various media used throughout the stages of this reproductive biotechnology. The cell culture media employed should fulfill the metabolic requirements of both gametes during oocyte maturation and sperm development, as well as the embryo during its initial cell divisions. Most IVP protocols incorporate blood serum into the media composition as a source of hormones, proteins, growth factors, and nutrients. Numerous studies have suggested Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) as a substitute for fetal sera in cell culture, particularly for stem cells. Therefore, the objective of this study is to assess the potential use of PRP as a replacement for fetal bovine serum (FBS) during oocyte maturation for in vitro production of bovine embryos. During in vitro maturation (IVM), cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) were allocated into the following experimental groups: Group G1 (IVM medium with 5% PRP); Group G2 (MIV medium with 5% PRP and 5% SFB); Group G3 (MIV medium with 5% SFB); and Group G4 (MIV medium without either PRP or SFB). Subsequently, the cumulus-oocyte complexes were fertilized with semen from a single bull, and the resulting zygotes were cultured for seven days. Cleavage and blastocyst formation rates were assessed on days 2 and 7 of embryonic development, respectively. The quality of matured COCs was also evaluated by analyzing the gene expression of HSP70, an important protein associated with cellular stress. Resumo Antecedentes Encefalites autoimunes (EAIs) são um grupo de doenças inflamatórias caracterizadas pela presença de anticorpos contra antígenos neuronais e gliais, que ocasionam sintomas psiquiátricos subagudos, queixas de memória e distúrbios anormais do movimento. A maioria dos pacientes é jovem, e o atraso no tratamento está associado a pior prognóstico. Objetivo Com o apoio da Academia Brasileira de Neurologia (ABN) e da Sociedade Brasileira de Neurologia Infantil (SBNI), desenvolvemos um consenso sobre o diagnóstico e o tratamento da EAIs no Brasil utilizando a metodologia Delphi. Métodos Um total de 25 especialistas, incluindo neurologistas e neurologistas infantis, foram convidados a participar. Resultados Os especialistas concordaram que os pacientes com critérios de possíveis EAIs devem ser submetidos ao rastreio de anticorpos antineuronais no soro e no líquido cefalorraquidiano (LCR) por meio das técnicas de ensaio baseado em tecidos (tissue-based assay, TBA, em inglês) e ensaio baseado em células (cell-based assay, CBA, em inglês). As crianças também devem ser submetidas ao rastreio de de anticorpo contra a glicoproteína da mielina de oligodendrócitos (anti-myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein, anti-MOG, em inglês). O tratamento deve ser iniciado dentro das primeiras 4 semanas dos sintomas, sendo as opções de primeira linha metilprednisolona combinada com imunoglobulina intravenosa (IGIV) ou plasmaférese. O tratamento de segunda linha inclui rituximabe e ciclofosfamida. Bortezomib e tocilizumab são opções de tratamento de terceira linha. A maioria das crises epilépticas nas EAIs são sintomáticas, e os fármacos anticrise podem ser desmamadas após a fase aguda. Em relação à encefalite antirreceptor de N-metil-D-aspartato (anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor, anti-NMDAR, em inglês), os especialistas concordaram que agentes imunossupressores orais não devem ser usados. Os pacientes devem ser avaliados na fase aguda e pós-aguda mediante escalas funcionais e cognitivas, como Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Modified Rankin Scale (mRS), e Clinical Assessment Scale in Autoimmune Encephalitis (CASE). Abstract Background Autoimmune encephalitis (AIE) is a group of inflammatory diseases characterized by the presence of antibodies against neuronal and glial antigens, leading to subacute psychiatric symptoms, memory complaints, and movement disorders. The patients are predominantly young, and delays in treatment are associated with worse prognosis. Objective With the support of the Brazilian Academy of Neurology (Academia Brasileira de Neurologia, ABN) and the Brazilian Society of Child Neurology (Sociedade Brasileira de Neurologia Infantil, SBNI), a consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of AIE in Brazil was developed using the Delphi method. Methods A total of 25 panelists, including adult and child neurologists, participated in the study. Results The panelists agreed that patients fulfilling criteria for possible AIE should be screened for antineuronal antibodies in the serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) using the tissue-based assay (TBA) and cell-based assay (CBA) techniques. Children should also be screened for anti-myelin oligodendrocyte glucoprotein antibodies (anti-MOG). Treatment should be started within the first 4 weeks of symptoms. The first-line option is methylprednisolone plus intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) or plasmapheresis, the second-line includes rituximab and/or cyclophosphamide, while third-line treatment options are bortezomib and tocilizumab. Most seizures in AIE are symptomatic, and antiseizure medications may be weaned after the acute stage. In anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (anti-NMDAR) encephalitis, the panelists have agreed that oral immunosuppressant agents should not be used. Patients should be evaluated at the acute and postacute stages using functional and cognitive scales, such as the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), the Modified Rankin Scale (mRS), and the Clinical Assessment Scale in Autoimmune Encephalitis (CASE). Resumo Introdução: As doenças respiratórias agudas apresentam difícil mensuração e contribuem para o grande número de causas de óbito mal definidas, o que afeta a confiabilidade das informações de mortalidade. Objetivo: Verificar a acurácia da definição da causa básica de óbito para doenças respiratórias agudas dos óbitos registrados no Sistema de Informações sobre Mortalidade do Distrito Federal em 2018. Método: Foi realizado um estudo de acurácia, com amostra mínima de 331 declarações de óbito com as causas de óbito do capítulo 10 (doenças do aparelho respiratório — J00-J99 — conforme subcategorias) da Classificação Internacional de Doenças na versão 10, considerando a definição de causa básica de óbito pela equipe de investigação como o padrão-ouro. Foram calculadas a sensibilidade, especificidade, valores preditivos positivo e negativo e as razões de verossimilhanças positivas e negativas com os respectivos intervalos de confiança a 95%. Resultados: Total de 396 declarações de óbito foram incluídas. Foi constatada alta sensibilidade para identificar doenças pulmonares agudas nas causas básicas de óbito (82,8%. IC95% 78,6–86,5) e alta especificidade (93,1%. IC95% 77,2–99,2). A probabilidade de a declaração apresentar resultado falso negativo foi baixa (0,2. IC95% 0,1–0,2). Abstract Background: Acute respiratory diseases are difficult to measure and contribute to a large number of ill-defined causes of death, which affects the reliability of mortality information. Objective: To verify the accuracy of the definition of the underlying cause of death for acute respiratory diseases registered in the Mortality Information System of the Federal District in 2018. Method: An accuracy study was conducted, with a minimum sample of 331 death certificates with the causes of death according to Chapter 10 (diseases of the respiratory system — J00-J99 — according to subcategories) of the International Classification of Diseases, version 10, considering the definition of the underlying cause of death by the research team as the gold standard. Sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values, and positive and negative likelihood ratios were calculated with their respective 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Results: Overall, 396 death certificates were included. High sensitivity was identified to determine acute lung diseases in the underlying cause of death (82.8%, 95%CI 78.6–86.5) and high specificity (93.1%, 95%CI 77.2–99.2). The probability of the declaration shows that negative false value was low (0.2, 95%CI 0.1–0.2). Conclusion: Death certificates due to acute respiratory diseases showed good results for accuracy and this study encourages similar studies for other conditions. RESUMO Objetivos: identificar as práticas dos profissionais de saúde da Atenção Primária diante da hanseníase. Métodos: revisão de escopo, realizada entre novembro de 2022 e janeiro de 2023, conduzida de acordo com a estrutura metodológica proposta pelo JBI e checklist Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews em seis bases de dados e literatura adicional. Abstract In reproductive technologies, uncovering the molecular aspects of oocyte and embryo competence under different conditions is crucial for refining protocols and enhancing efficiency. RNA-seq generates high-throughput data and provides transcriptomes that can undergo additional computational analyses. This study presented the transcriptomic profiles of in vitro matured oocytes and blastocysts produced in vitro from buffalo crossbred (Bubalus bubalis), coupled with gene co-expression and module preservation analysis. Cumulus Oophorus Complexes, obtained from slaughterhouse-derived ovaries, were subjected to in vitro maturation to yield metaphase II oocytes (616) or followed in vitro fertilization and culture to yield blastocysts for sequencing (526). Oocyte maturation (72%, ±3.34 sd) and embryo development (21.3%, ±4.18 sd) rates were obtained from three in vitro embryo production routines following standard protocols. Sequencing of 410 metaphase II oocytes and 70 hatched blastocysts (grade 1 and 2) identified a total of 13,976 genes, with 62% being ubiquitously expressed (8,649). Among them, the differentially expressed genes (4,153) and the strongly variable genes with the higher expression (fold-change above 11) were highlighted in oocytes (BMP15, UCHL1, WEE1, NLRPs, KPNA7, ZP2, and ZP4) and blastocysts (APOA1, KRT18, ANXA2, S100A14, SLC34A2, PRSS8 and ANXA2) as representative indicators of molecular quality. Additionally, genes exclusively found in oocytes (224) and blastocysts (2,200) with specific biological functions were identified. Gene co-expression network and module preservation analysis revealed strong preservation of functional modules related to exosome components, steroid metabolism, cell proliferation, and morphogenesis. However, cell cycle and amino acid transport modules exhibited weak preservation, which may reflect differences in embryo development kinetics and the activation of cell signaling pathways between buffalo and bovine. SUMMARY OBJECTIVE: To compare the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) tests for the identification of cognitive deficit (CD) in elderly patients with heart failure (HF). METHODS: This was a cross-sectional study with an observational design involving 43 elderly patients with HF of both sexes, treated by the Unified Health System, who were able to understand and follow the study instructions. RESULTS: The mean age of the patients was 67 years; 67.44% were male; 53.49% were white; 58.14% had 1–4 years of schooling; 58.14% had an income of half to one minimum wage; 55.81% were married; 53.49% had a family history of HF; 90.7% denied smoking; 83.72% denied alcohol intake; 65.12% did not practice physical activity; 83.72% were hypertensive; 30.23% were diabetic; 57.89% had LVEF ≥ 50%; 39.53% have NYHA II; and 88.37% did not have a pacemaker. In the identification of CD, the MMSE test detected it in 25.58% of the patients, while the MoCA test identified it in 23.26% (p=0.043). RESUMO Introdução: O transplante de medula óssea (TMO) é o processo de substituição de uma medula óssea doente ou lesada por outra com função normal. No Brasil, as atividades assistenciais relacionadas ao cuidado direto ao paciente são supervisionadas por um enfermeiro, sendo outras atividades privativas desse profissional. Devido à complexidade desses pacientes, alguns programas de TMO podem optar por prover o cuidado de enfermagem exclusivamente por enfermeiros. Objetivos: (i) Desvelar a percepção dos enfermeiros relativa às competências exigidas durante o processo de cuidado a pacientes na unidade de TMO e (ii) identificar se os enfermeiros reconhecem incremento da qualidade em unidades de TMO que implementam o cuidado de enfermagem exclusivamente por enfermeiros. Métodos: Estudo descritivo-exploratório com método misto concorrente realizado em um hospital de grande porte da Zona Sul da cidade de São Paulo com enfermeiros atuantes do TMO no ano de 2023. Resultados: A partir da análise das entrevistas, foi possível elencar os resultados em três categorias: a) as competências necessárias para atuação do enfermeiro no TMO; b) o TMO como especialização para a enfermagem; c) relação do cuidado exclusivo do enfermeiro com os resultados no TMO. Conclusão: Cinco competências centrais foram identificadas: raciocínio clínico, tomada de decisão, trabalho em equipe, educação em saúde e liderança. Os profissionais reconhecem o incremento da qualidade dos cuidados de enfermagem prestados no TMO quando realizados exclusivamente por enfermeiros. ABSTRACT Introduction: Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) replaces diseased or damaged bone marrow with another that normally functions. In Brazil, a nurse supervises nursing activities related to direct patient care, with other activities being exclusive to this profession. Due to the complexity of these patients, some BMT programs may choose to provide nursing care exclusively by registered nurses. Objectives: (i) To unveil nurses’ perceptions regarding the competencies required during the care process for patients in the Bone Marrow Transplantation Unit; and (ii) to identify whether nurses recognize an increase in quality in BMT units that implement nursing care exclusively by registered nurses. Methods: A descriptive-exploratory study with a concurrent mixed-methods approach was conducted in a large hospital in the South Zone of São Paulo city with nurses working in BMT in 2023. Results: From the analysis of interviews, it was possible to categorize the results into three categories: a) the competencies required for nurses in BMT; b) BMT as a specialization for nursing; c) the relationship between exclusive nursing care and outcomes in BMT. Conclusion: Five core competencies were identified: clinical reasoning, decision-making, teamwork, health education, and leadership. ABSTRACT. The use of probiotics and exogenous enzymes in fish feed is a promising alternative to improve animal performance. This study evaluated the feasibility of applying Bacillus sp. SMIA-2 and its enzymes as supplements in the diet for juvenile tilapia. The effect of adding different concentrations of Bacillus sp. SMIA-2 and its enzymes in food on zootechnical development, intestinal morphometry of animals was analyzed. The bacteria could be recovered from the intestines of animals, demonstrating its ability to survive gastric and bile acids. The comparative study of SMIA-2 with commercial products showed a significant effect on individual food intake, final weight and weight gain in all treatments. Gut length, villus height and intestinal coefficient were an advantage of SMIA-2 compared to commercial products and the control group. Therefore, the inclusion of Bacillus sp. SMIA-2 and its enzymes in fish feed may represent a viable alternative to improve animal development and significantly increase intestinal villi, contributing to nutrient absorption and animal health.
