Resumen Antecedentes: Dalea es endémico de América, posee amplia distribución en la provincia del Desierto Chihuahuense, sus especies se asocian a matorral xerófilo, bosque de encino y bosque de coníferas. Hipótesis: Las especies de Dalea funcionan como un subrogado de la flora y refuerzan las propuestas de regionalización para esta provincia. Sitio y años de estudio: Provincia del Desierto Chihuahuense, agosto 2020 a julio 2022. Métodos: Se elaboró una base de datos a partir de ejemplares de herbario. El análisis de riqueza de especies se realizó con una cuadricula de 1 × 1°. El endemismo ponderado (WE) y endemismo ponderado corregido (CWE) fueron estimados. Para regionalizar, el recambio de especies fue calculado y se aplicó el método de agrupación UPGMA. Para determinar la caracterización ambiental de los componentes bióticos, los grupos se cotejaron con ecorregiones publicadas. Resultados: Se encontraron 3,061 registros de 77 especies de Dalea, 33 son endémicas al área de estudio. La riqueza de especies se concentró al noroeste y sureste de la provincia. La riqueza de endémicos fue localizada en el centro y norte. El análisis de WE mostró tres celdas ubicadas en el centro del área de estudio; el CWE recuperó tres celdas al sur de la provincia. Se reconocen dos grupos principales (subprovincias), anidando grupos más pequeños (distritos). Los distritos corresponden en su mayoría a las ecorregiones del Desierto Chihuahuense, Matorral de la Meseta Central, Bosques secos del Bajío. Conclusiones: Dalea funcionó como subrogado de la flora y reforzó las propuestas de regionalización para esta provincia.

Abstract Background: Dalea is endemic to the Americas and has a wide in the Chihuahuan Desert province. Its species are associated with xeric scrub, oak forest, and coniferous forest. Hypothesis: Dalea species function as a surrogate of the flora and reinforce the regionalization proposals for this province. Study site and research period: Chihuahuan Desert province, August 2020 to July 2022. Methods: A database was generated from herbarium specimens. The species richness analysis was obtained using a 1 × 1° grid. Weighted endemism (WE) and corrected weighted endemism (CWE) were analyzed and estimated. For regionalization, species replacement was calculated and the UPGMA grouping method was applied. The resulting groups were checked against the published ecoregions to determine the biotic components of the environmental characterization. Results: 3,061 records were obtained, representing 77 species, of which 33 are endemics to the study area. The northwestern and southeastern parts of the province had the highest species richness. The central and northern parts had the highest endemic species richness. The WE analysis showed three cells located in the center of the study area, while the CWE recovered three cells at the south of the province. Two large main subprovinces are recognized, these nesting smaller area groups (districts). The districts mostly correspond to the ecoregions of the Chihuahuan Desert, Scrub of the Central Plateau, and Dry forests of the Bajío. Conclusions: Dalea was a surrogate for the flora and reinforced the regionalization proposals for this province.

Resumen El cáncer de mama es la neoplasia más frecuente y con mayor mortalidad en mujeres en todo el mundo. La décima actualización del Consenso Mexicano Sobre Diagnóstico y Tratamiento del Cáncer Mamario (2023) es publicada por sus autores en diferentes artículos. El presente artículo incluye el manejo de cáncer de mama avanzado, el tratamiento sistémico adyuvante, el papel de la cirugía y la radioterapia en enfermedad metastásica y el seguimiento posterior al tratamiento con intención curativa. La difusión de este consenso contribuye a la actualización y homogeneidad de criterios de manejo del cáncer mamario en etapas avanzadas.

Abstract Breast cancer is the most common neoplasia, with the highest mortality in women worldwide. The tenth update of the Me-xican Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Breast Cancer (2023) is published by its authors in different articles. This article includes the management of advanced breast cancer, the adjuvant systemic treatment, the role of surgery and radiotherapy in metastatic disease, and follow-up after treatment with curative intent. The dissemination of this consensus contri-butes to the updating and homogeneity of breast cancer management of advanced stages.

Resumen: A pesar de todo el conocimiento generado en torno a las técnicas de injerto en especies vegetales, existe poca investigación que evalúe los resultados encontrados. El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar, mediante técnicas bibliométricas, la información publicada en artículos científicos donde se evalúo alguna técnica de injerto, para identificar metodologías de análisis, tipos de injertos, especies vegetales y la aplicación de los resultados encontrados. La palabra clave utilizada para la búsqueda de los artículos científicos fue ‘grafting’, y se consideraron publicaciones hasta diciembre de 2022. De 1994 a 2022 se identificaron 293 artículos científicos, la frecuencia de su publicación mostró una tendencia exponencial (R2 = 0,54). Se encontró que se evalúan variables asociadas al portainjerto, injerto y sobrevivencia de la nueva planta formada, que son evaluadas cada vez con mayor frecuencia con técnicas multivariadas por el interés de detectar las variables más significativas a partir de un número elevado de variables analizadas. Se documentaron 11 técnicas de injerto: púa, hendidura, empalme, inglés, yema, in vitro, microinjerto, en T, chapado, chip y entube. Las especies de mayor análisis correspondieron a frutícolas (cítricos), hortícolas (tomate), forestal (nogal), y ornato (rosa). Sin embargo, el 63,47% de los artículos científicos se limitaron a hacer análisis descriptivos sobre prendimiento, compatibilidad y sobrevivencia de los materiales vegetativos. Lo anterior, deja un área de oportunidad para desarrollar investigación sobre los procesos de mejora genética en la búsqueda de caracteres agronómicos de interés (fruto y crecimiento), o bien en la diversidad genética orientada a la productividad y/o conservación.

Abstract: Despite all the knowledge generated about grafting techniques in plant species, there is little research that evaluates the results found. The objective of this work was to analyze, through bibliometric techniques, the information published in scientific articles in which a grafting technique was evaluated, to identify analysis methodologies, types of grafts, plant species, and the application of the results found. The keyword used for the search of scientific articles was ‘grafting’, and publications up to December 2022 were considered. From 1994 to 2022, 293 scientific articles were identified, the frequency of their publication showed an exponential trend (R2 = 0,54). It was found that variables associated with rootstock, graft and survival of the newly formed plant are evaluated, with an increasing use of multivariate techniques in order to detect the most significant variables. Eleven grafting techniques were documented: bark grafting, cleft grafting, splice grafting, whip and tongue grafting, budding, in vitro grafting, micrografting, T-budding, side-veneer grafting, chip budding, and tube grafting. Fruit (citrus), horticultural (tomato), forest (walnut), and ornamental (rose) crops were the most widely analyzed. However, 63,47% of the scientific articles were limited to descriptive analyses on success rate, compatibility and survival rate of vegetative materials. This provides the opportunity to conduct research on genetic improvement processes in the search for agronomic traits of interest (fruit and growth), or on genetic diversity aimed to improve productivity and/or conservation.

Abstract Breast cancer, in early stages, has specific surgical, radiotherapy, and systemic management. This type of cancer includes ductal carcinoma in situ and breast cancers in stages I, IIA, IIB, and IIIA. This tenth update of the Mexican Breast Cancer Consensus addressed the management of early stages. The dissemination of this consensus contributes to the updating and homogeneity of breast cancer management criteria. This article aims to present the update in the multidisciplinary management of breast cancer.

Resumen El cáncer mamario en estadios tempranos tiene un manejo local (quirúrgico y radioterapia) y sistémico específico. Este tipo de cáncer incluye el carcinoma ductal in situ y los cánceres de mama en estadios I, IIA, IIB y IIIA. Esta décima actualización del Consenso Mexicano de Cáncer Mamario abordó el manejo de los estadios tempranos. La difusión de este consenso contribuye a la actualización y homogeneidad de criterios de manejo del cáncer mamario y el objetivo de este artículo es presentar la actualización en el manejo multidisciplinario del cáncer de mama.

ABSTRACT Peru holds a high mammalian diversity in its Amazonian region, with 326 species. However, our knowledge about the actual diversity is still considered incomplete, and the molecular information for those species in genetic databases is even less comprehensive. To assess the availability of genetic information for Peruvian Amazonian mammals relative to known diversity, we surveyed the Amazonian mammals with at least one molecular marker in the most widely used repositories for nucleotide sequences, GenBank and BOLD Systems. Our survey focused on widely used molecular markers in evolutionary biology-cytochrome b [cyt-b], cytochrome oxidase I [COI], 12S ribosomal RNA [12S], and the mitogenome [mit]-derived from Peruvian Amazon mammals. Additionally, to gain insights into the current mammalian sampling effort in Peruvian Amazonia, we generated a map of unique sampling localities and a heat map, utilizing 41951 records, which identified six major information gaps. This comprehensive analysis found 1597 genetic sequences corresponding to 180 mammalian species (55.2% of Peruvian Amazonian species): COI (38 species), cyt-b (167 species), 12S (56 species), and mitogenome (16 species). Taxonomically, Rodentia (53 species, four markers), Chiroptera (63 species, three markers), and Didelphimorphia (27 species, four markers) represented most molecular data, with a concentration of molecular markers in the orders Chiroptera (703) and Rodentia (499). Geographically, the Loreto department has the largest genetic information (530 records, 99 species). These results confirm a worrying underrepresentation of Peruvian Amazonian diversity in molecular databases. SUMMARY Vaccines prevent millions of deaths each year, and their efficacy and safety have been widely established. In economic terms, vaccination is one of the most cost-effective health interventions, generating significant savings and long-term economic growth. Adult vaccination has been shown to decrease morbidity and mortality associated with preventable Infectious diseases, reducing complications and hospitalizations, including admissions to intensive care units. We have prepared this consensus document in order to design a pragmatic, accessible and standardized vaccination scheme for adults, according to risk category and age, based on the available evidence of available vaccines and new vaccines, having used the third consensus of the Paraguayan Infectious Diseases Society of 2019 as a basis for the final recommendations.

RESUMEN Las vacunas previenen millones de muertes cada año y su eficacia y seguridad han sido ampliamente establecidas. En términos económicos, la vacunación es una de las intervenciones sanitarias más costo efectivas, generando un importante ahorro y crecimiento económico que supone a largo plazo. Se ha demostrado que la vacunación de adultos disminuye la morbilidad y la mortalidad asociadas a enfermedades infecciosas prevenibles, reduciendo las complicaciones y las hospitalizaciones, incluidos los ingresos a las unidades de cuidados intensivos. Hemos elaborado este documento de consenso con el objeto de diseñar un esquema de vacunación pragmático, accesible y estandarizado del adulto, según categoría de riesgo y edad, sobre la base de la evidencia disponible de vacunas accesibles y nuevas vacunas habiendo utilizado el Tercer Consenso de la Sociedad Paraguaya de Infectología del 2019 como base para las recomendaciones finales.

Resumen Introducción. La pudrición de mazorca en maíz causada por Fusarium verticillioides es una enfermedad de las más importantes en el mundo. En México ocasiona pérdidas de hasta 30 %. El incremento en los niveles de esta enfermedad en los últimos años requiere inspecciones en las zonas productoras para identificar las principales cepas que afectan el grano de maíz. Objetivo. Determinar la variabilidad morfológica y patogénica de aislados de F. verticillioides de muestras de maíz de la zona productora de maíz La Ciénega/Chapala, México, e identificar la mejor técnica de inoculación del patógeno en mazorcas. Materiales y métodos. Se obtuvieron veinte aislamientos de F. verticillioides de muestras de granos de maíz con síntomas de la enfermedad. Los aislamientos se usaron para inocular, mediante diferentes técnicas, mazorcas en desarrollo (R2) del maíz P-3057 cultivado en Tepatitlán, Jalisco en el ciclo Primavera/Verano 2019 bajo condiciones de temporal. Se evaluó la incidencia y severidad de la infección (SDI) de los aislamientos y la morfología microscópica de las cepas. Resultados. Los aislamientos de F. verticillioides difirieron en color de la colonia, tipo de micelio, abundancia y coloración del micelio vegetativo. La incidencia y severidad fueron estadísticamente diferentes entre los aislamientos de F. verticillioides y las técnicas de inoculación probadas, con interacción entre aislamientos y técnicas de inoculación. La incidencia de la enfermedad mostró valores de 82 y 95 % con las técnicas de inoculación por aspersión y del palillo, respectivamente. La SDI varió entre 8 % y 15,5 % con las técnicas de inoculación por aspersión y palillo, en ese orden. Conclusiones. Las cepas de F. verticillioides mostraron variabilidad para patogenicidad y severidad de la infección. La patogenicidad se relacionó con la técnica de inoculación utilizada. La técnica de inoculación del palillo fue la que presentó mayor incidencia y severidad de la infección.

Abstract Introduction. Corn ear rot caused by Fusarium verticillioides (F. verticillioides) is one of the most important diseases in the world. In Mexico it causes losses of up to 30 %. The increase in the levels of this disease in the last years requires inspections in producing areas to identify the main strains that damage the grain. Objectives. To determine the morphological and pathogenic variability of F. verticillioides isolates from corn samples from the corn producing area of La Ciénega/Chapala, Mexico, and to identify the best technique for inoculating the pathogen in ears. Materials and Methods. Twenty isolates of F. verticillioides were obtained from samples of corn kernels with disease symptoms. The isolates were used to inoculate, with the use of different inoculation techniques, developing corn cobs (R2) of P-3057 cultivated in Tepatitlán, Jalisco during the Spring/Summer 2019 agricultural cycle under rainfed conditions. The incidence and severity of the disease (SDI) of the isolates and the microscopic morphology of the strains were evaluated. Results. F. verticillioides isolates differed in colony color, mycelial type, abundance, and vegetative mycelial coloration. The incidence and severity were statistically different between F. verticillioides isolates and inoculation techniques tested. Interaction between isolates and inoculation technique was observed. The disease incidence showed values of 82 and 95% with aspersion and toothpick inoculation techniques, respectably. The SDI varied between 8 and 15.5 % with the aspersion and toothpick techniques, in that order. Conclusions. F. verticillioides strains showed variability for pathogenicity and severity of infection. Pathogenicity was related to the inoculation technique used. The toothpick inoculation technique was the one that presented the highest incidence and severity of infection.

Resumen Se evaluó el efecto de la estacionalidad en la calidad microbiológica y fisicoquímica de leche de cabra producida en el centro del estado de Veracruz, México. Se evaluaron leches de diferentes unidades de producción caprina (Coatepec, Perote y Tatatila) producidas en las épocas de lluvias, secas y nortes. Se determinaron los contenidos de mesófilos aerobios, coliformes totales Eschericha coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella ssp y Brucella sp. así como proteína, grasa, lactosa, sólidos no grasos, densidad y acidez. Los resultados microbiológicos determinaron la ausencia de Eschericha coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp y Brucella sp en las leches analizadas. El efecto de la interacción Época del año por Unidad de producción por Tipo de leche mostró que el 50% de las leches (crudas y pasteurizadas) producidas en las épocas de nortes y lluvias presentaron los mayores contenidos de Mesófilos aerobios y Coliformes totales. El efecto de la interacción unidad de producción por tipo de leche presentaron los mayores contenidos de sólidos no grasos, proteínas, lactosa y densidad debido a uso de diferentes forrajes como morera, cascaras de naranja, pasto Taiwán, alfalfa y rastrojo de maíz. Los mayores contenidos de grasa se encontraron en las unidades de producción de Coatepec y Tatatila.

Abstract The effect of seasonality on the microbiological and physicochemical quality of goat milk produced at the center of the Veracruz state, Mexico, was evaluated. Milk from different goat production units (Coatepec, Perote and Tatatila) during the rainy, dry and windy seasons were evaluated. The contents of aerobic mesophiles, total coliform Eschericha coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella ssp. and Brucella sp. as well as protein, fat, lactose, non-fat solids, density and acidity. The microbiological results determined the absence of Eschericha coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp. and Brucella sp. in the analyzed milks. The effect of the interaction season of the year per production unit per type of milk showed that 50 % of the milk (raw and pasteurized) produced in the windy and rainy seasons presented the highest contents of aerobic mesophiles and total coliforms. The effect of the interaction unit of production by type of milk showed the highest content of non-fat solids, proteins, lactose and density due to the use of different forages such as mulberry, orange peel, Taiwan grass, alfalfa and corn stover. The highest fat contents were found in the production units of Coatepec and Tatatila.

Resumen El objetivo de la investigación es identificar algunos elementos que se dan cita en la conformación de la identidad de un sujeto transexual masculino. Se utiliza para ello un diseño de investigación cualitativa, mediante estudio de caso y análisis de discurso. Desde los resultados surgen seis categorías: diferencia, tránsito, especialistas, confusión, nombre y rabia. A partir del discurso de Víctor se vislumbra la adopción de prejuicios culturales y modelos normalizantes que se encontrarían mayoritariamente al servicio del poder hegemónico. Se concluye en la urgencia de recoger elementos que permitan deconstruir y reconstruir el concepto de diversidad.

Abstract The objective of the research is to identify the main elements that come together in the conformation of the identity of a male transsexual subject. A qualitative research design is used for this, through case study and thematic content analysis. Six categories merge from the results: difference, transit, specialists, confusion, name and anger. From the analysis of Víctor’s discourse, the adoption of cultural prejudices and normalizing psychological models, which would mostly be at the service of the hegemonic power, can be seen. It concludes in the urgency of collecting the approaches of critical psychology, in order to deconstruct and reconstruct the concept of diversity.

Resumen El estudio del transporte de sedimentos es importante para comprender cómo operan los procesos erosivos sobre la superficie terrestre y tratar de manejar los recursos naturales de una manera óptima. En este trabajo se estudian los mecanismos de transporte superficial de sedimentos en dos cabeceras de alta montaña que tienen características topográficas y litológicas similares y que se localizan en un ecosistema de alto valor ecológico caracterizado por el zacatonal alpino. Estas cabeceras se distinguen en que una se encuentra en estado natural, localizada en la barranca de Altzomoni y, la otra, tiene implementadas prácticas de manejo consistentes en la construcción de zanjas de infiltración y aforestación, en la barranca de Amalacaxco. Ambas cabeceras se localizan dentro del Parque Nacional Iztaccíhuatl-Popocatépetl Zoquiapan (centro de México). En el estudio se analizaron las señales de luminiscencia con la técnica de luminiscencia ópticamente estimulada (LOE) con la finalidad de comprender el grado de erosión que existe. Se estimó la luminiscencia de los dos depósitos que conforman la superficie de las dos cabeceras y se analizaron las señales de LOE en muestras tomadas en superficie en perfiles longitudinales a lo largo de la pendiente en tres periodos distintos de un año, ello para considerar la variabilidad asociada a los cambios estacionales. Los resultados indican que la mayoría de los materiales que se movilizan ladera abajo provienen del depósito superficial. Sin embargo, durante los meses que concentran la mayor pluviosidad y radiación solar, llegan a movilizarse puntualmente los materiales subsuperficiales, de más de 80 cm de profundidad, pero solo en la barranca de Amalacaxco. Esto indica que la erosión es mayor en la barranca donde se implementaron las técnicas de manejo, lo cual contrasta con lo que se observa en la barranca en estado natural. Se concluye que las técnicas de manejo aplicadas modifican la dinámica superficial y favorecen los procesos incisivos del zacatonal alpino. El uso del método utilizado es apropiado para estudiar los procesos erosivos en zonas de alta montaña.

Abstract The study of sediment transport is important to understand how erosive processes operate on the earth’s surface and to try to manage natural resources in an optimal way. This paper studies the mechanisms of surface transport of sediments in two high mountain headwaters that have similar topographic and lithological characteristics with an ecosystem of high ecological value characterized by the alpine grassland. These headwaters are distinguished in that one is in a natural state, located in the Altzomoni gorge, and the other has implemented management practices consisting of the construction of infiltration trenches and afforestation, in the Amalacaxco gorge. Both headwaters are located within the Iztaccihuatl-Popocatepetl Zoquiapan National Park (central Mexico). In the study, the luminescence signals were analyzed with the optically stimulated luminescence (LOE) technique to understand the degree of erosion that exists. The luminescence of the two deposits that make up the surface of the two headwaters was estimated and the LOE signals were analyzed in samples taken on the surface in longitudinal profiles along the slope in three different periods of one year, this to consider the variability associated with seasonal changes. The results indicate that most of the materials that are mobilized downhill come from the surface deposit. However, during the months that concentrate the greatest rainfall and solar radiation, the subsurface materials, more than 80 cm deep, but only in the Amalacaxco gorge, are mobilized punctually. This indicates that erosion is greater in the gorge where the management techniques were implemented, which contrasts with what is observed in the gorge in its natural state. It is concluded that the management techniques applied modify the surface dynamics and favor the incisive processes of the alpine grassland. The use of the method used is appropriate to study erosive processes in high mountain areas.

Abstract The dorado (Salminus brasiliensis) has a relevant value for recreational fish ing in Argentina. In Córdoba province its presence has been reported in a limited number of aquatic environ ments, most of them belonging to la Plata River Basin. By 2016, in accordance with extraordinary floods, numer ous specimens were captured in the center-south region of Córdoba. The objective of this research is to report new occurrence localities, discuss the possible entry routes and describe water characteristics of the site with the highest abundance of fish recorded. Information about capture sites was collected for the period 2016-2020. Ichthyological surveys were carried out and parameters related to water quality were obtained in a shallow lake. Eight specimens were taxonomically studied presenting standard lengths between 235 and 323 mm and weights between 199 and 640 g. A total of 27 occurrence sites were recorded in the study area, of which 22 correspond to localities where their presence had not been reported before. The presence of S. brasiliensis in the region, and in these new sites could obey to episodical entrances with a synchronous condition of hydrological excess. This situation would be further enhanced by the current hydrological connectivity generated by artificial waterways in the region.

Resumen El dorado Salminus brasiliensis posee un valor relevante para las pesquerías recreacionales de la Argentina. En la provincia de Córdoba su presencia ha sido reportada en un limitado número de ambientes acuáticos, la mayoría de ellos pertenecientes a la cuenca del Plata. A partir del año 2016, en concordancia con inundaciones extraordinarias, se han producido cuantiosas capturas de ejemplares en la región centro-sur de la provincia. El objetivo de este trabajo es reportar nuevas localidades de ocurrencia, discutir las posibles rutas de ingreso y describir las características del agua del ambiente con mayor abundancia de peces registrada. Se recopiló información sobre sitios de captura en la región en el período 2016-2020. Se realizaron, además, relevamientos ictiológicos y se obtuvieron datos relacionados a la calidad del agua en una laguna. es tudiados taxonómicamente presentando longitudes estándar entre 235 y 323 mm, y pesos entre 199 y 640 g. Se registraron un total de 27 sitios de ocurrencia en el área estudiada, de los cuales 22 corresponden a puntos en donde su presencia no había sido reportada hasta el momento. La presencia de dorados en la región y en estos nuevos sitios obedecería a ingresos episódicos en sincronía con condiciones de exceso hídrico, situación que se vería favorecida por la actual conectividad hidrológica que generan las canalizaciones.

Resumen Los hemeróbidos tienen una distribución cosmopolita y destacan por sus hábitos entomófagos sobre insectos pequeños de cuerpo blando. En México, la especie Sympherobius barberi (Banks, 1903) se registra en Baja California, Estado de México Guanajuato, y Morelos. El interés sobre su potencial uso comercial como agente de control biológico en el país motivó la revisión de esta especie. Tanto en publicaciones científicas como en bases de datos y colecciones biológicas, se documentan los caracteres taxonómicos requeridos para determinar esta especie y se propone sustituir la taxonomía básica basada en patrones de manchas alares. Además, se reporta nueva información sobre presas y plantas hospederas: Brevicoryne brassicae (Linnaeus, 1758) en Brassica spp.; Dactylopius confusus (Cockerell, 1893) en varias especies del género Opuntia y Nopalea cochenillifera; Dactylopius opuntiae (Cockerell, 1896) sobre Opuntia ficus-indica; Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley, 1898 en algodón; Planococcus ficus Signoret, 1875 en vid; y larvas de Plutella xylostella (Linnaeus, 1758) en brócoli.

Abstract Brown lacewings have a cosmopolitan distribution and stand out for their entomophagous habits on small, soft-bodied prey. In Mexico, the species Sympherobius barberi (Banks, 1903) is recorded from Baja California, Estado de Mexico, Guanajuato, and Morelos. Interest in its potential commercial use as a biological control agent in the country motivated the review of this species. Both in scientific publications and in databases and biological collections, the taxonomic characters required to determine this species are documented, proposing to replace the basic taxonomy based on wing spot patterns. In addition, new information on prey and host plants is recorded: Brevicoryne brassicae (Linnaeus, 1758) in Brassica spp.; Dactylopius confusus (Cockerell, 1893) in various species of Opuntia y Nopalea cochenillifera; Dactylopius opuntiae in Opuntia ficus-indica; Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley, 1898 in cotton; Planococcus ficus Signoret, 1875 in grapevine; and larvae of Plutella xylostella (Linnaeus, 1758) in broccoli.

Abstract: The article's objective is to examine the possible liability arising from the breach of the right to education of children and adolescents attending primary and secondary public schools against the State under civil law due to the poor implementation of internet services and thus limited access to distance learning, by seeking to prove the existence of real damage caused by the lack of foresight of the State when implementing distance learning in the context of COVID-19. It is structured in three chapters: The first sets out the children and adolescents' right to education and the applicable regulatory framework. The second analyses and explains the competent State Administration bodies' breaches of the right to education in the context of a pandemic. The third explores the possibility of amending the liability of the State under civil law arising from the breach of the fundamental right to education during a pandemic.

Resumen: El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo probar la posibilidad de imputar responsabilidad civil en contra del Estado por falta de servicio por la vulneración del derecho a la educación de niños, niñas y adolescentes que cursan la enseñanza básica y media en el sistema escolar público por la falta de conectividad al servicio de internet para acceder a las clases telemáticas, buscando probar la existencia de un daño real producido por la falta de previsión del Estado al implementar un modelo telemático de clases en contexto de COVID-19. Se estructura en tres capítulos; en el primer capítulo, se describe el contenido del derecho a la educación que tienen los NNA y se determina el marco normativo aplicable en esta materia. En el segundo capítulo, se analiza y explica la vulneración del derecho a la educación en el contexto de pandemia por parte de los órganos de la Administración del Estado competentes en esta materia. En el tercer capítulo, se estudia la posibilidad de configurar la responsabilidad civil del Estado ocasionada por la vulneración del derecho fundamental de educación en tiempos de pandemia.

ABSTRACT This research sought to establish the improvement of online collaborative work by applying the DRIVE program in a Technological Institute of Sullana. It was developed within the quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design and applied to 22 workers who were administered a validated and reliable questionnaire. The results showed a pre-test with a predominance of 54.55% in the medium level, a situation that changed in the post-test since 63.64% reached the high level after applying the program. Likewise, a significant difference (0.000<0.05) was found between the means of the entrance and exit evaluations of the experimental group, verified with the T Student for related samples, which allowed accepting the affirmative hypothesis. Concluding that the significant improvement of online collaborative work and its dimensions was verified by applying the DRIVE program in the Technological Institute of Sullana.

RESUMEN Esta investigación buscó establecer el mejoramiento del trabajo colaborativo online aplicando el programa DRIVE en un Tecnológico de Sullana. Desarrollada dentro del enfoque cuantitativo con un diseño pre-experimental. Aplicada a 22 trabajadores a los que se les administró cuestionario validado y fiable. Los resultados mostraron un pre-test con un predominio del 54,55% en el nivel medio, situación que cambió en el postest puesto que el 63.64% alcanzó el nivel alto después de aplicarse el programa. Asimismo, se comprobó diferencia significativa (0.000< 0.05) entre las medias de las evaluaciones de entrada y salida del grupo experimental, comprobada con la T Student para muestras relacionadas, lo que permitió aceptar la hipótesis afirmativa. Llegando a la conclusión que se comprobó el mejoramiento significativo del trabajo colaborativo online y de sus dimensiones aplicando el programa DRIVE en un Tecnológico de Sullana.

Abstract Background: Vitiligo is characterized by an autoimmune response targeting melanocytes, thus resulting in skin depigmentation. There are several genetic components involved in the development of vitiligo, of which various gene polymorphisms are currently considered as risk factors. For example, the CTLA4 (T-lymphocyte antigen 4) +49A/G (rs231775) and CT60 (rs3087243) gene variants have been associated with a predisposition for autoimmune diseases in different populations; however, their involvement in the development of vitiligo remains controversial. Objective: We evaluated the association between vitiligo and the CTLA4 +49A/G (rs231775) and CT60 (rs3087243) gene variants in a Mexican population. Methods: A total of 116 vitiligo patients and 117 control subjects from northeast Mexico were included in the study and analyzed through PCR-RFLP to determine whether there is an association between vitiligo and CTLA4 +49A/G (rs231775) and CT60 (rs3087243) gene variants. Results: No statistical difference was observed for both gene polymorphisms between vitiligo patients and controls (p > 0.05). Otherwise, vitiligo activity, family history of vitiligo, personal history of autoimmune diseases, or sex did not show any difference (p > 0.05). Conclusion: As suggested by the analysis of a northeastern Mexican population, the CTLA4 +49A/G (rs231775) and CT60 (rs3087243) gene variants do not constitute a risk factor in the development of vitiligo.
