Abstract The article focuses on the care of children who attend hospitals and their networks created for support, in addition to the place attributed to families in this scenario. The understanding is assumed that networks of relationships are constitutive of the care of children and adolescents with chronic and complex health conditions. These networks are discussed in the light of authors who contribute to this conceptual field, such as Elizabeth Bott, Cláudia Fonseca and Cynthia Sarti. It aims to support the organization of families to participate in care, considering their networks of relationships. A qualitative study was carried out in a children's hospital sector in Rio de Janeiro. Data production techniques were participant observation and semi-structured interviews with families in the waiting room. The material obtained was transcribed and the analysis followed the theoretical-analytical perspective and interpretation of meanings. Five family typologies were identified. The construction of familiarity networks based on the relationships between caregivers, the researcher and professionals, was the analytical axis presented. Participation in care emphasizes the networks of familiarities built that go beyond consanguinity and the circulation of children makes the process viable.

Resumo O artigo se situa no cuidado às crianças que frequentam hospitais e suas redes tecidas para suporte, acrescido do lugar atribuído às famílias nesse cenário. Assume-se o entendimento de que as redes de relações são constitutivas do cuidado de crianças e adolescentes com condições crônicas e complexas de saúde. Essas redes são discutidas à luz de autoras que contribuem com esse campo conceitual, como Elizabeth Bott, Cláudia Fonseca e Cynthia Sarti. O objetivo se concentra em interpretar a organização de famílias para participação no cuidado, considerando suas redes de relações. Foi realizado estudo de natureza qualitativa em um setor de hospital infantil do Rio de Janeiro. As técnicas de produção de dados foram observação participante e entrevistas semiestruturadas com as famílias da sala de espera. O material obtido foi transcrito e a análise seguiu a perspectiva teórico-analítica e interpretação de sentidos. Cinco tipologias de famílias foram identificadas. A construção das redes de familiaridades a partir das relações entre cuidadoras(es), a pesquisadora e os profissionais foi o eixo analítico apresentado. A participação no cuidado enfatiza as redes de familiaridades construídas que ultrapassam a consanguinidade e a circulação de crianças viabiliza o processo.

Abstract Introduction Turner syndrome (TS) affects ~ 1 in 2,500 live births. The presence of hearing alterations is one of the comorbidities found in this syndrome. Objective The present study aimed to evaluate the central auditory abilities in TS and to associate the alterations found with the cytogenetic pattern of the syndrome. Methods We included children and adults aged 9 to 39 years old, diagnosed with TS, with numerical or structural alterations of sex chromosomes in their karyotype. A battery of behavioral tests of central auditory processing (CAP) was performed, including a test within the modalities: monoaural low-redundancy, dichotic listening, binaural interaction, and temporal processing (resolution and ordering). We studied auditory skills in the total sample and in the sample stratified by age, divided into groups: G1 (9 to 13 years old), G2 (14 to 19 years old), and G3 (20 to 31 years old). For the association of the cytogenetic pattern, the division was T1 (chromosome monosomy X), and T2 (other TS cytogenetic patterns). Statistical analysis presented data expressed as median and interquartile range for numerical data and as frequency and percentage for categorical data. Results We found alterations in four auditory skills in the three age groups, but there was a statistically significant difference between the age groups only in the Gaps in Noise Test (GIN) (p-value = 0.009). Regarding karyotype, a greater number of alterations in the T1 cytogenetic pattern (chromosome monosomy X) was observed in four auditory skills, but without a statistically significant difference. Conclusion The alterations found point to an impairment in CAP in TS. RESUMO Objetivo Estimar a cobertura vacinal e analisar fatores sociodemográficos associados à não vacinação em crianças nascidas vivas em 2017 e 2018 nas capitais do Nordeste brasileiro. Métodos Realizou-se inquérito domiciliar com amostragem por conglomerados, entre 2020 e 2022, para estimar cobertura e hesitação vacinal. Fatores associados à não vacinação foram analisados usando-se regressão logística para calcular odds ratio (OR) e seus intervalos de confiança (IC95%). Resultados A capital com menores coberturas vacinais foi Natal, com < 75,0% para a maioria dos imunizantes; Teresina apresentou coberturas ≥ 90,0% em todos os imunizantes. Dos entrevistados, 99,1% (IC95% 98,9;99,3) acreditavam que vacinas são importantes para a saúde; 95,4% (IC95% 95,0;95,8) confiavam nos imunobiológicos distribuídos pelo governo; e 79,6% (IC95% 78,8;80,3) não tinham medo de reações adversas. Residir em estrato socioeconômico mais alto (OR ajustado: 1,34 – IC95% 1,20;1,50) foi fator associado à não vacinação. ABSTRACT Objective To estimate vaccination coverage and analyze sociodemographic factors associated with non-vaccination in children born in 2017 and 2018 in the state capitals of Northeast Brazil. Methods A household survey using cluster sampling was conducted from 2020-2022 to estimate vaccination coverage and hesitancy. Factors associated with non-vaccination were analyzed using logistic regression to calculate Odds Ratios (OR) and their Confidence Intervals (95%CI). Results Natal was the capital with the lowest vaccination coverage, below 75.0% for most immunizers. Teresina had rates equal to or greater than 90.0% for all vaccines. Among those interviewed, 99.1% (95%CI 98.9;99.3) believe that vaccines are important for health; 95.4% (95%CI 95.0;95.8) trust immunobiologicals and 79.6% (95%CI% 78.8;80.3) are not afraid of reactions. Belonging to the highest socioeconomic stratum (adjusted OR: 1.34 – 95%CI 1.20;1.50) was as a factor associated with non-vaccination. Resumo Objetivo: descrever a incompletude da informação sobre profissão/ocupação nas bases de dados de síndrome respiratória aguda grave (SRAG), síndrome gripal (SG) e no Sistema de Informações sobre Mortalidade (SIM) no Brasil. Métodos: estudo descritivo utilizando os bancos de dados de SRAG, SG e SIM. Calcularam-se percentuais de incompletude na variável profissão/ocupação segundo sexo, macrorregiões e unidades da federação, em 2020-2021. Resultados: o percentual de incompletude foi de 94,7% no banco de SG; 97,7% no de SRAG; e 17,0% no SIM. Em todas as macrorregiões a incompletude foi superior a 91,0% nos bancos de SG e SRAG; e superior a 13,0% no SIM. Todas as unidades da federação apresentaram percentuais de incompletude acima de 90,0% para SG; de 74,0% para SRAG; e de 6,8% para óbitos. Amapá apresentou maior percentual de incompletude na base de dados de SG (98,1%); Rio Grande do Sul (99,4%) na de SRAG; e Alagoas (45,0%) no SIM. Conclusões: observaram-se elevados percentuais de incompletude da variável profissão/ocupação nos sistemas de informação estudados. Recomenda-se uma articulação intersetorial, envolvendo representantes dos governos e dos trabalhadores, para formulação de estratégias que contornem a falta de informação sobre ocupação/profissão nas bases de dados relevantes para a vigilância em saúde. Abstract Objective: to describe the incomplete filling out of the profession/occupation variable in the flu-like syndrome, severe acute respiratory syndrome and mortality databases in Brazil. Methods: descriptive study with secondary data from flu-like syndrome (FLS), severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and mortality databases (SIM). We calculeted the absolute and relative filling frequencies of the profession/occupation variable according to State, gender, regions, and federative units, for 2020 and 2021. Results: we found a 94.7% incompleteness on the FLS database, 97.7% of missing profession/occupation data on the SARS, and 17.0% on the SIM database. Incompleteness frequency was above 91.0% in all Brazilian regions for FLS and SARS. Incompleteness on the mortality database was over 13.0%. All federative units presented incompleteness above 90.0% for FLS, 74.0% for SARS, and 6.8% for mortality in all genders. Higher levels of missing data were found in the states of Amapá for FLS (98.1%), Rio Grande do Sul for SARS and Alagoas (45.0%) for mortality (99.4%). Conclusions: all databases showed a high incompleteness of the profession/occupation variable. We recommend an articulation between the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor and workers’ representations to solve this lack of data on occupation/profession in public databases. Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the contribution of oral and maxillofacial pathology laboratories (OMPLs) in Brazilian public universities to the diagnosis of lip, oral cavity, and oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). A cross-sectional study was performed using biopsy records from a consortium of sixteen public OMPLs from all regions of Brazil (North, Northeast, Central-West, Southeast, and South). Clinical and demographic data of patients diagnosed with lip, oral cavity, and oropharyngeal SCC between 2010 and 2019 were collected from the patients’ histopathological records. Of the 120,010 oral and maxillofacial biopsies (2010-2019), 6.9% (8,321 cases) were diagnosed as lip (0.8%, 951 cases), oral cavity (4.9%, 5,971 cases), and oropharyngeal (1.2%, 1,399 cases) SCCs. Most cases were from Brazil’s Southeast (64.5%), where six of the OMPLs analyzed are located. The predominant profile of patients with lip and oral cavity SCC was Caucasian men, with a mean age over 60 years, low schooling level, and a previous history of heavy tobacco consumption. In the oropharyngeal group, the majority were non-Caucasian men, with a mean age under 60 years, had a low education level, and were former/current tobacco and alcohol users. According to data from the Brazilian National Cancer Institute, approximately 9.9% of the total lip, oral cavity, and oropharyngeal SCCs reported over the last decade in Brazil may have been diagnosed at the OMPLs included in the current study. Therefore, this data confirms the contribution of public OMPLs with respect to the important diagnostic support they provide to the oral healthcare services extended by the Brazilian Public Health System. RESUMO Objetivo: Inquérito nacional de cobertura vacinal aos 12 e 24 meses de idade foi realizado para investigar as quedas nas coberturas a partir de 2016. Métodos: Amostra de 37.836 nascidos vivos das coortes de 2017 e 2018 residentes nas capitais, Distrito Federal (DF) e 12 cidades com mais de 100 mil habitantes, acompanhados nos primeiros 24 meses por registros nas cadernetas de vacinação. Setores censitários foram estratificados segundo condições socioeconômicas, e o mesmo número de crianças foi incluído para cada estrato. Calcularem-se coberturas vacinais de cada vacina e coberturas completas aos 12 e 24 meses, doses aplicadas, válidas e oportunas. Fatores familiares, maternos e da criança associados à cobertura foram pesquisados. Os motivos para não vacinar analisados foram: contraindicações médicas, dificuldades de acesso, problemas no funcionamento do programa e hesitação vacinal. Resultados: Os resultados preliminares mostram que menos de 1% das crianças não foram vacinadas, as coberturas pelo esquema completo são menores que 75% em todas as capitais e no DF, as vacinas com mais de uma dose perdem cobertura progressivamente, há diferenças entre os estratos socioeconômicos, favoráveis aos estratos mais altos em algumas cidades e aos estratos mais baixos em outras. Conclusão: Houve realmente redução da cobertura vacinal em todas as capitais e no DF para as crianças nascidas em 2017 e 2018, denotando piora na execução do Programa Nacional de Imunizações durante os anos de 2017 a 2019. O inquérito realizado não mensurou os impactos da pandemia de COVID-19 que podem ter reduzido ainda mais as coberturas vacinais. ABSTRACT Objective: The national vaccination coverage survey on full vaccination at 12 and 24 months of age was carried out to investigate drops in coverage as of 2016. Methods: A sample of 37,836 live births from the 2017 or 2018 cohorts living in capital cities, the Federal District, and 12 inner cities with 100 thousand inhabitants were followed for the first 24 months through vaccine record cards. Census tracts stratified according to socioeconomic levels had the same number of children included in each stratum. Coverage for each vaccine, full vaccination at 12 and 24 months and number of doses administered, valid and timely, were calculated. Family, maternal and child factors associated with coverage were surveyed. The reasons for not vaccinating analyzed were: medical contraindications, access difficulties, problems with the program, and vaccine hesitancy. Results: Preliminary results showed that less than 1% of children were not vaccinated, full coverage was less than 75% at all capitals and the Federal District, vaccines requiring more than one dose progressively lost coverage, and there were inequalities among socioeconomic strata, favorable to the highest level in some cities and to the lowest in others. Conclusion: There was an actual reduction in full vaccination in all capitals and the Federal District for children born in 2017 and 2018, showing a deteriorating implementation of the National Immunization Program from 2017 to 2019. The survey did not measure the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, which may have further reduced vaccination coverage. Objective: To describe the completeness of the profession/ occupation on flu-like syndrome, severe acute respiratory syndrome and mortality databases in Brazil between 2020 and 2021 Methods: the absolute and relative frequencies of the completeness of the variable occupation were calculated for each state for the between 2020 and 2021. Results: For the study period, there was 94.83% incompleteness for notifications of Flu-like syndrome, 97.73% for notified cases of SARS and 17.06% for deaths from all causes. Conclusions: We recommend an articulation between the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor and Welfare and workers' representations, such as councils and unions, to solve the problem of lack of data on occupation/profession in public databases.

Objetivo: descrever o preenchimento da variável profissão/ocupação nos bancos de dados do Sistema de Informação de Mortalidade (SIM), de Síndrome Respiratória Aguda Grave (SRAG) e Síndrome Gripal (SG) entre 2020 e 2021 no Brasil. Métodos: foram calculadas as frequências absolutas e relativas do preenchimento da variável profissão/ocupação por Unidade da Federação para cada base de dados durante o período de estudo. Resultados: Para o período de estudo, verificou-se 94,83% de incompletude para as notificações de SG, 97,73% para casos notificados de SRAG e 17,06% para óbitos por todas as causas. Conclusões: Recomendamos uma articulação entre o Ministério da Saúde, Ministério do Trabalho e Previdência e representações de trabalhadores, como conselhos e sindicatos para formulação de estratégias para contornar o problema da falta de dados de ocupação/profissão nos bancos de dados públicos.

RESUMO Objetivo investigar o efeito inibitório da via auditiva eferente na síndrome de Turner e relacionar com o perfil citogenético. Método estudo descritivo transversal com grupo de comparação. Amostra: Grupo estudo formado por 40 pacientes com síndrome de Turner (17,6 anos); e Grupo controle constituído por 54 indivíduos (18,9 anos), do sexo feminino sem síndrome. Os indivíduos selecionados foram submetidos à pesquisa do efeito inibitório da via auditiva eferente. Resultados A média do Efeito inibitório da via auditiva eferente no grupo estudo na orelha direita foi 0,4 dB e no grupo comparação foi de 1,9 dB, entretanto na orelha esquerda a média do efeito inibitório da via auditiva eferente foi 1,4 dB no grupo estudo e 0,8 dB no grupo comparação. O efeito inibitório da via auditiva eferente foi presente em 14 indivíduos com monossomia e em 15 com outras alterações citogenéticas. Conclusão No grupo estudo o valor do efeito inibitório da via auditiva eferente foi significantemente maior na orelha esquerda e significativamente menor que o grupo controle na direita. Não houve diferença significativa no efeito inibitório da via auditiva eferente entre os tipos de cariótipo.

ABSTRACT Purpose The goal of this study is to investigate the efferent auditory pathways inhibition in Turner's syndrome and to relate it to the cytogenetic profile. Methods This is a cross-sectional study with a comparison group. A sample with 94 participants divided into two groups: The study group was a sample of 40 patients diagnosed with Turner’s syndrome (17.6 years of age). The control group was composed of 54 volunteers (18.9 years of age), female, without syndrome. The selected individuals were submitted to efferent auditory pathways inhibition research. Results The mean of the inhibitory effect of the efferent auditory pathway in the study group in the right ear was 0.4 dB and in the comparison group it was 1.9 dB, however in the left ear the mean of the inhibitory effect of the efferent auditory pathway was 1.4 dB in the study group and 0.8 dB in the comparison group. The inhibitory effect of the efferent auditory pathway was present in 14 individuals with monosomy and in 15 with other cytogenetic alterations. Conclusions In the study group, the efferent auditory pathways inhibition value was significantly higher in the left ear and significantly lower than the control group in the right ear. There was no significant difference in efferent auditory pathways inhibition of right ear and left ear between the karyotype types.

Resumo Introdução: A síndrome de Turner é uma alteração frequente e genética que acomete indivíduos do sexo feminino e abrange grande variabilidade fenotípica. A literatura científica sugere uma relação entre perda auditiva e síndrome de Turner, porém ainda é um tema controverso. Objetivo: Relacionar a alteração citogenética com o perfil audiométrico de indivíduos com síndrome de Turner. Método: Estudo transversal, com amostra de conveniência, de base hospitalar. Foram incluídas pacientes com diagnóstico de síndrome de Turner e excluídas as com dificuldade para compreender a audiometria e/ou outras síndromes associadas. As participantes foram submetidas à audiometria tonal. Resultados: Das 65 pacientes incluídas, 36,9% apresentaram monossomia do cromossomo X e 63,0%, outras alterações. Com relação à audiometria, 64,6% apresentaram limiares dentro da normalidade e 35,3% alteração auditiva. Dessas, 30,4% apresentaram perda auditiva híbrida, 26,0% alteração em 6 e/ou 8 KHz; 17,3% perda auditiva condutiva, 13,0% perda neurossensorial e 13,0% perda auditiva mista. Observamos que o grau leve foi o mais frequente. Não foi observada associação estatiscamente significativa entre o tipo citogenético da síndrome de Turner e a presença ou não perda auditiva, ou com o tipo e grau de perda auditiva. Conclusão: A alteração citogenética na síndrome de Turner não teve associação com o perfil audiométrico, o qual apresentou variabilidade quanto ao tipo e grau da perda auditiva.

Abstract Introduction: Turner syndrome is a frequent genetic disorder that affects female individuals and covers a large phenotypic variability. Scientific literature suggests an association between hearing loss and Turner syndrome, but it remains a controversial topic. Objective: To associate the cytogenetic alteration with the audiometric profile of individuals with Turner syndrome. Methods: Cross-sectional study, with a hospital-based, convenience sample. Patients diagnosed with Turner syndrome were included and those with difficulty understanding the audiometry and/or other associated syndromes were excluded. The participants were studied with pure tone audiometry. Results: Of the 65 patients included, 36.9% had X chromosome monosomy and 63.0% had other alterations. Regarding the audiometry, 64.6% had normal thresholds and 35.3% had hearing impairment. Of these, 30.4% had hybrid hearing loss, 26.0% alteration at 6 and/or 8 kHz, 17.3% had conductive hearing loss, 13.0% sensorineural loss and 13.0% had mixed hearing loss. We observed that the mild degree was the most frequent one. There was no statistically significant association between the cytogenetic type of Turner syndrome and the presence or absence of hearing loss, or with the type and degree of hearing loss. Conclusion: The cytogenetic alteration in Turner syndrome was not associated with the audiometric profile, which showed variability regarding the type and degree of hearing loss.

ABSTRACT Objective Identify tele-monitoring strategies for patients with heart failure who collaborate for adherence when it comes to treatment. Material and Method Integrative review of the literature carried out in the databases CINAHL, PubMed, Scielo and LILACS. The elaboration of the problem was guided by the PICO strategy that gave rise to the following question: "What are the tele-monitoring strategies for patients with heart failure that contribute to their adherence to treatment?". Results Sixteen articles met the criteria defined by the study and, therefore, participated in the analysis of this review. Conclusion Tele-monitoring allows the monitoring of a larger number of patients, contributing to the control of signs and symptoms of heart failure. Also, It favors the optimization of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments, reducing rates of rehospitalization and mortality.

RESUMO Objetivo Identificar estratégias de telecuidado para pacientes com insuficiência cardíaca que colaboram para a adesão ao tratamento. Material e Método Revisão integrativa da literatura realizada nas bases de dados CINAHL, PubMed, Scielo e LILACS. A elaboração do problema foi norteada pela estratégia PICO que originou a seguinte pergunta: “Quais são as estratégias do telecuidado para os pacientes com insuficiência cardíaca que contribuem para a sua adesão ao tratamento?”. Resultados Dezesseis artigos atenderam aos critérios definidos pelo estudo e portanto, participaram da análise desta revisão. Conclusão O telecuidado possibilita o acompanhamento de um número maior de pacientes, contribuindo para o controle de sinais e sintomas da insuficiência cardíaca. Favorece a otimização dos tratamentos farmacológico e não-farmacológico diminuindo taxas de re-hospitalização e mortalidade.

Favorece la optimización de los tratamientos farmacológico y no farmacológico disminuyendo tasas de re-hospitalización y mortalidad.

ABSTRACT Objective Investigate the therapeutic response of acromegaly patients to pegvisomant (PEGV) in a real-life, Brazilian multicenter study. Subjects and methods Characteristics of acromegaly patients treated with PEGV were reviewed at diagnosis, just before and during treatment. All patients with at least two IGF-I measurements on PEGV were included. Efficacy was defined as any normal IGF-I measurement during treatment. Safety data were reviewed. Predictors of response were determined by comparing controlled versus uncontrolled patients. Results 109 patients [61 women; median age at diagnosis 34 years; 95.3% macroadenomas] from 10 Brazilian centers were studied. Previous treatment included surgery (89%), radiotherapy (34%), somatostatin receptor ligands (99%), and cabergoline (67%). Before PEGV, median levels of GH, IGF-I and IGF-I % of upper limit of normal were 4.3 µg/L, 613 ng/mL, and 209%, respectively. Pre-diabetes/diabetes was present in 48.6% and tumor remnant in 71% of patients. Initial dose was 10 mg/day in all except 4 cases, maximum dose was 30 mg/day, and median exposure time was 30.5 months. PEGV was used as monotherapy in 11% of cases. Normal IGF-I levels was obtained in 74.1% of patients. Glycemic control improved in 56.6% of patients with pre-diabetes/diabetes. Exposure time, pre-treatment GH and IGF-I levels were predictors of response. Tumor enlargement occurred in 6.5% and elevation of liver enzymes in 9.2%. PEGV was discontinued in 6 patients and 3 deaths unrelated to the drug were reported. Conclusions In a real-life scenario, PEGV is a highly effective and safe treatment for acromegaly patients not controlled with other therapies.

RESUMO Crambe é uma oleaginosa adequada para vários fins industriais, como a produção de biodiesel, plásticos, borrachas e cosméticos. Há relatos da rusticidade desta espécie e seu potencial para o plantio em ambientes áridos e semi-áridos, onde a escassez de água e salinidade do solo são comuns. Entretanto, estudos sobre a tolerância de sementes a estes estresses e as respostas fisiológicas desencadeadas durante a germinação e estabelecimento de plântulas nessas condições são incipientes. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a tolerância de sementes de crambe ao déficit hídrico e ao estresse salino durante a germinação e desenvolvimento inicial de plântulas, bem como investigar o papel das enzimas antioxidantes na tolerância a essas condições. As sementes foram expostas aos estresses hídrico e salino e seu desempenho foi analisado. Avaliou-se o grau de umidade, taxa de embebição, porcentagem e velocidade de germinação e o potencial hídrico base para a germinação das sementes. Nas plântulas, as seguintes medidas foram realizadas: comprimento da raiz e parte aérea, massa fresca e seca da raiz e parte aérea, teor de água e atividade das enzimas superóxido dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) e peroxidase (POX). O déficit hídrico e o estresse salino reduzem a taxa de absorção de água das sementes, a germinação e o crescimento de plântulas. As sementes de crambe apresentam maior tolerância ao estresse salino do que ao déficit hídrico. A absorção do sal e a ação das enzimas antioxidantes SOD e CAT fazem parte do mecanismo de tolerância das sementes de crambe ao estresse salino.

ABSTRACT Crambe is an oilseed plant whose oil is suitable for various industrial purposes, such as production of biodiesel, plastics, rubbers, and cosmetics. There are reports of the rusticity of this species and its potential for growth in arid and semi-arid environments, where water scarcity and soil salinity are common. However, studies regarding the tolerance of its seeds to these stresses and the physiological responses triggered during germination and seedling establishment under these conditions are incipient. The objective of this study was to evaluate the tolerance of crambe seeds to water deficit and salt stress during germination and early seedling development, as well as to investigate the role of antioxidant enzymes on tolerance to these conditions. The seeds were exposed to water and salt stresses and their performance was analyzed. Seed water content, imbibition rate, percentage and speed of germination, and the base water potential for seed germination were evaluated. In the seedlings, the following measurements were made: root and shoot length, fresh and dry matter of roots and shoots, moisture content, and activity of the enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and peroxidase (POX). Water deficit and salt stress reduce the water uptake rate of the seeds, the germination and growth of seedlings. The crambe seeds had higher tolerance to salt stress than to water deficit. Absorption of salt and the action of the SOD and CAT antioxidant enzymes are part of the tolerance mechanisms of crambe seeds to salt stress.
