RESUMO OBJETIVO Avaliar evidências de validade da estrutura interna da Escala Brasileira de Vulnerabilidade Odontológica (EVO-BR) quando aplicada no Brasil. MÉTODOS Trata-se de um estudo de natureza psicométrica, que busca validar uma escala elaborada por meio de evidências de estrutura interna. A coleta de dados foi realizada em 18 unidades básicas de saúde que executam a metodologia da Planificação da Atenção à Saúde (PAS), distribuídas nas cinco regiões do Brasil. A versão inicial da EVO-BR continha 41 itens que mediam vulnerabilidade odontológica e foram aplicadas em usuários com 18 anos ou mais, usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), que estivessem nas unidades básicas de saúde para consulta com profissionais de nível superior. Para avaliação das evidências, foram utilizadas as seguintes análises estatísticas: análise fatorial exploratória, análise fatorial confirmatória e network analysis. RESULTADOS Participaram do estudo 1.753 usuários. Para adequação da amostra, considerou-se a fatorabilidade obtida de Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) = 0,65, Bartlett sphericity = 8019,7 e determinante da matriz de 0,008. A análise paralela inicial indicou um modelo de quatro dimensões e teve os itens ajustados conforme cargas fatorais (variaram de 0,38 a 0,99), comunalidades (0,13 a 0,89) e Pratt’s measure, até que o modelo tivesse congruência nos princípios estatístico e interpretativo simultaneamente. O modelo final apresentou 15 itens, manteve a indicação de quatro dimensões pela análise paralela e uma variância explicada de 68,56%. CONCLUSÕES A EVO-BR é uma escala validada para mensurar vulnerabilidade odontológica e, dessa forma, pode contribuir para organização do acesso a equipe de saúde bucal na atenção primária à saúde (APS) por meio da estratificação da população, como recomendado na planificação.

To adjust the sample, we considered the factorability obtained from Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test = 0.65, Bartlett sphericity test = 8019.7, and a matrix determinant of 0.008. The initial parallel analysis indicated a four-dimensional model and had the items adjusted according to factor loading (ranging from 0.38 to 0.99), common factors (0.13 to 0.89), and Pratt’s measure, until the model presented congruence in the statistical and interpretative principles simultaneously. The final model contained 15 items, maintaining the four dimensions indicated by the parallel analysis, and held an explained variance of 68.56%. CONCLUSIONS The EVO-BR is a validated scale to measure dental vulnerability and, thus, can contribute to the organization of access to the oral health team in primary health care (PHC) by stratifying the population, as recommended in the Brazilian Healthcare Planning.

RESUMO As características hematológicas e bioquímicas de alevinos de pirarucu Arapaima gigas alimentados com diferentes concentrações de mananoligossacarídeos derivados de leveduras e algas na dieta foram avaliadas para verificar o efeito sobre sua fisiologia. Quatro tratamentos foram conduzidos com três repetições (12 peixes em cada). O produto avaliado (MycosorbA+(r)) foi incorporado à ração comercial, em quatro níveis: 0, 1, 2 e 4 g kg-1 de ração, denominados M0%, M0,1%, M0,2% e M0,4%, respectivamente. Após 45 dias de alimentação, amostras de sangue de seis peixes de cada repetição foram coletadas para realização das análises. O peso e comprimento foram obtidos para cálculo do fator de condição e ganho de peso, entretanto, não foram observadas diferenças (P>0,05) entre os tratamentos. Assim como não foram observadas alterações nos valores de hematócrito, hemoglobina, eritrócitos e índices hematimétricos dos pirarucus. A concentração de glicose e triglicérides dos pirarucus dos grupos M0,1% e M0,2% foram significativamente menores que o tratamento M0%. Os peixes do tratamento M0,2% apresentaram níveis de albumina maior (P<0,05) que do M0% e M0,4%. Os peixes alimentados com M0,4% mostraram nível de colesterol total significativamente maior que todos os demais tratamentos. MycosorbA+(r) contribuiu para o aumento das células de defesa de A. gigas, podendo ser utilizado nas concentrações de 0,1% a 0,2%, devido ao aumento do número de certas células de defesa e dos níveis plasmáticos de albumina e por não ter sido observadas outras alterações nos parâmetros hematológicos, nos níveis plasmáticos de colesterol e triglicérides e no fator de condição.

ABSTRACT The hematological and biochemical responses of pirarucu fingerlings (Arapaima gigas) fed with diets containing different concentrations of a glucomannan product derived from yeast and algae were evaluated in order to ascertain the effect of these diets on fish physiology. Four treatments were conducted, with three replications, with 12 fish in each tank. The product evaluated (MycosorbA+(r)) was incorporated into the commercial diet, at four concentrations: 0, 1, 2 and 4 g.kg-1, called M0%, M0.1%, M0.2% and M0.4%, respectively. After 45 days of feeding, blood samples from six fish in each replicate were collected to perform the analyses. Their weight and length were determined to calculate the condition factor and weight gain, but no differences (P > 0.05) were observed among the treatments. No changes to the hematocrit, hemoglobin or erythrocyte levels or to the hematimetric indices of the pirarucus were observed. The glucose and triglyceride levels of the pirarucus in the M0.1% and M0.2% groups were significantly lower than those of the M0% group. The M0.2% group showed higher albumin levels (P < 0.05) than M0% and M0.4%. The M0.4% group showed a total cholesterol level that was significantly higher than in all other treatments. MycosorbA+(r) contributed towards increasing the levels of defense cells in A. gigas. It would be possible to use this product at concentrations of between 0.1% and 0.2%, given that they increase the levels of some defense cells and plasma albumin concentrations, without changes to hematological parameters, cholesterol and triglyceride plasma levels or condition factor.

Objetivo Avaliar a evolução de indicadores após a implantação de 21 Equipes de Saúde Bucal na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Métodos Foram utilizados os dados de produção ambulatorial dos profissionais das Equipes de Saúde Bucal, o qual é o instrumento oficial utilizado pela Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de São Paulo para acompanhar o desempenho dos profissionais da saúde bucal em relação a rendimento, acesso, percentual de faltas e de urgências. Esses profissionais trabalharam na parceria entre a Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Hospital Albert Einstein e a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de São Paulo, no período de 2009 a 2011. Resultados Para os indicadores: percentual de urgência, rendimento e acesso, houve diferença significativa entre os anos analisados. Para o indicador percentual de faltas, não houve diferença estatisticamente significante. Quando feita a análise mensal, destaca-se que, no início da implantação do serviço, ocorreu oscilação, podendo indicar que o trabalho foi consolidado ao longo dos meses, sendo capaz de receber novos profissionais e aumento da população atendida. Ao se compararem os indicadores do período com as metas pactuadas com a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de São Paulo, é possível perceber que as Equipes de Saúde Bucal tiveram bom desempenho. Conclusão Os resultados alcançados junto às metas pactuadas certamente refletem o aumento do número de profissionais, o amadurecimento dos processos de trabalho dessas Equipes de Saúde Bucal e a otimização da mão de obra disponível para realização das atividades. O entendimento desses resultados é importante para nortear as ações das Equipes de Saúde Bucal para os anos seguintes e avaliar o cumprimento das metas.

Objective To evaluate the evolution of indicators after the implementation of 21 Oral Healthcare Teams in the Family Health Strategy. Methods We used data from outpatient services of Oral Healthcare Teams to evaluate efficiency, access, percentage of absences and emergencies of oral healthcare professionals who worked in the partnership between the Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Hospital Albert Einstein and the Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de São Paulo, during the period 2009-2011. Results Percentages of emergencies, income, and access showed a significant difference during the period analyzed, but no difference for percentage of absences was found. When monthly analysis was made, it is noteworthy that at the beginning of service implementation a fluctuation occurred, which may indicate that the work was consolidated over the months, becoming capable of receiving new professionals and increasing the population served. Comparison of the indicators in that period with the goals agreed upon between the Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Hospital Albert Einstein and the Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de São Paulo made it possible to notice that the Oral Health Teams had a good performance. Conclusion The results showed that the goals were achieved reflecting the increasing number of professionals, the maturing of work processes in the Oral Health Teams, and optimization of the manpower available to perform the activities. Understanding these results will be important to guide the actions of Oral Health Teams for the following years and to assess the achievement of goals.
