Resumo 0,999... é igual 1? Uma pergunta dispara histórias que se fazem, neste artigo, como um ensaio de escrita de e com uma sala de aula de matemática. A cada dízima periódica uma história é trazida. As histórias fazem parte da produção de uma pesquisa que pretende investigar a sala de aula de matemática, focando na formação docente, através da produção de pensares com o atravessamento da escrita. Como produção de dados de campo, histórias de aprendizagem junto à matemática, são acolhidas em diferentes contextos escolares. Para este texto, histórias de aprendizagem com matemática ensaiam, em meio à igualdade de 0,999... e 1, acontecimentos que invadem e inventam diferentes dimensões de produções de vida e de modos de relacionar-se com matemáticas escolares. Abstract 0.999... = 1? A question triggers stories, in this article, in a math classroom. With each tithe, a story is brought. The stories are part of the production of a research that is being carried out during the postdoctoral internship in Education, which intends to investigate the mathematics class, focusing on teacher training through the production of thoughts through writing. As field data production, mathematics-related learning stories are welcome in different school contexts. For this text, stories of learning with mathematics rehearse, amid equality of 0.999... and 1. Resumo O presente artigo apresenta-se como um ensaio de escrita de uma sala de aula de matemática por meio de fabulações. As fabulações e questões que aqui tomam corpo foram produzidas em uma pesquisa de doutorado. A fabulação como modo de escrita provoca um pensar e um aprender como afirmação de vida. A noção de fabulação, tratada neste texto, é pensada junto a Deleuze e constitui-se em um movimento de problematização e de resistência em educação matemática. Um deslocamento, no modo de reprodução de um modelo que se coloca como caminho que leva ao resultado correto e a um pensamento adequado, traz a invenção de um modo de operar que inquieta um pensamento e que rompe com um modo já normatizado. Diante disso, uma problematização alinhava a essa ficção-currículo-escola-história-sala-de-aula-de-matemática: a serviço de que tipo de vida se coloca o conhecimento?

Abstract This article presents itself as a writing essay in a mathematics classroom by means of fabulations. The fabulations and questions that take shape here were produced in a doctoral research. A fabulation as a way of writing that provokes thought and learning as an affirmation of life. The notion of fable, treated in this text, is thought together with Deleuze and constitutes a movement of problematization and resistance in Mathematics education. A displacement in the playback mode of a model that arises as a path that leads to the correct result and adequate thought, brings the invention of a way of operating that troubles a thought and breaks a way already regulated. Faced with this, a problematization aligned with this fiction-curriculum-school-history-classroom-of-mathematics: at the service of what kind of life is knowledge placed?

Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate in vitro the antifungal, antibiofilm and antiproliferative activities of the extract from the leaves of Guapira graciliflora Mart. The phytochemical characterization of the extract was performed using electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). The antimicrobial activity of the extract and its fractions was evaluated using the broth microdilution method against species of Candida. The inhibition of C. albicans biofilm was evaluated based on the number of colony-forming units (CFU) and metabolic activity (MTT). The antiproliferative activity of the extract and its fraction was evaluated in the presence of human tumor and non-tumor cells, and the cytotoxicity of the extract was determined on the RAW 264.7 macrophage line – both using the sulforhodamine B method. The phytochemical characterization indicated the presence of the flavonoids rutin and kaempferol. The extract and the methanol fraction exhibited moderate antifungal activity against C. albicans, C. krusei, and C. glabrata, and strong activity against C. dubliniensis. In the biofilms at 24 and 48 hours, the concentration of 12500 µg/mL of the extract was the most effective at reducing the number of CFU s/mL (44.4% and 42.9%, respectively) and the metabolic activity of C. albicans cells (34.6% and 52%, respectively). The extract and its fractions had no antiproliferative effect on the tumor lines tested, with mean activity (log GI50) equal to or greater than 1.71 µg/mL. Macrophage cell viability remained higher than 80% for concentrations of the extract of up to 62.5 µg/mL. G. graciliflora has flavonoids in its chemical composition and demonstrates potential antifungal and antibiofilm activity, with no evidence of a significant change in the viability of human tumor and non-tumor cell lines.

Resumo O presente texto propõe uma discussão acerca da noção de erro e de besteira enquanto palavra de ordem em aula de matemática. Traz um evento que se deu em sala de aula de formação de professores que ensinarão matemática nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, que problematiza uma linguagem que se faz a partir de um ponto de vista, o do professor. Nessa composição, encontros fecundos com Friedrich Nietzsche e Gilles Deleuze permitem pensar acerca da aprendizagem às condições da invenção em sala de aula. Um deslocamento no modo de reprodução de um modelo que se coloca como caminho que leva ao resultado correto e a um pensamento adequado, traz a invenção de um modo de operar que inquieta um pensamento e que rompe com um modo já normatizado. Um erro e uma besteira são tomados como aprendizagem inventiva junto a um modo de pensar o aprender.

Abstract This paper proposes a discussion about the notion of error and mistake as word of order in a math class. It brings an event that occurred in a teacher's training classroom in the early years of elementary school, which discusses the language from the teacher's point of view. In this composition, we used authors such as Friedrich Nietzsche and Gilles Deleuze, which allowed us to think about the invention conditions for learning in the classroom. A displacement in the playback mode of a model that arises as a path leading to the correct result and adequate thought, brings the invention of an operating way that troubles a thought and breaks an already regulated way. The error and mistake are taken as inventive learning along a way of learning thinking.

Arrabidaea chica (H&B) Verlot is a plant popularly known as Pariri and this species is a known source of anthocyanins, flavonoids and tannins. This report describes an approach involving enzymatic treatment prior to extraction procedures to enhance A chica crude extract anticancer activity. Anticancer activity in human cancer cell lines in vitro using a 48 h SRB cell viability assay was performed to determine growth inhibition and cytotoxic properties. The final extraction yield without enzyme treatment was higher (24.28%) compared to the enzyme-treated material (19.03%), with an enhanced aglycones anthocyanin ratio as determined by HPLC- DAD and LC-MS with direct infusion.

Os objetivos centrais do presente artigo são (1) apresentar à comunidade científica o projeto PortVix, que trata da fala da cidade de Vitória, capital do Espírito Santo; (2) sintetizar os trabalhos desenvolvidos e em desenvolvimento, com base nos dados deste projeto; e (3) tecer considerações sobre o alinhamento da fala de Vitória ao cenário nacional e sobre traços que a caracterizam. A Teoria da Variação e de Mudança Linguística norteia a organização da amostra e, de forma geral, a análise de diversos fenômenos variáveis, a saber, alternância entre futuro do pretérito e pretérito imperfeito; a expressão variável do futuro do presente; usos do gerúndio; variação sintática das orações adverbiais finais; alternância nós/a gente; a expressão do objeto direto anafórico; concordância nominal; concordância verbal; expressão gramatical do imperativo; alternância indicativo/subjuntivo; alternância você/cê/ocê; ausência/presença de artigo diante de antropônimos e de possessivos. Observações do senso comum e resultados das análises permitem evidenciar que, ao lado de aspectos que alinham a fala de Vitória-ES ao cenário nacional, corroborando a generalidade de diversos fenômenos, há outros aspectos que permitem inferir a caracterização da fala capixaba face aos três estados com os quais o Espírito Santo estabelece fronteiras: Rio de Janeiro, Bahia e, especialmente, Minas Gerais.

The main objectives of this paper are (1) to show the academic community the PortVix, a project which deals with the speech of the city of Vitória, capital of Espírito Santo; (2) to summarize the works concluded and in development, based on data from this project, and (3) to speak about the alignment of Vitória's speech with the national setting and about characteristics that individualize it. The Theory of Language Variation and Change guides the organization of the sample and, in general, the analysis of several variable phenomena, namely the variation between verb forms of conditional and of imperfect indicative; variable expression of the future tense; use of the gerund; variation of final adverbial clauses; alternation between the expressions nós/a gente (we); expression of anaphoric direct object; nominal agreement; verbal agreement; grammatical expression of imperative form; alternation of indicative/subjunctive form; variation of second pronouns, specially among você/cê/ocê; presence or absence of definitive article in front anthroponyms and possessive pronouns. Common sense observations and test results evidenced that there are aspects that align the speech of Vitória-ES with the national setting, confirming the generality of some phenomena, but there are other characteristics that allow individualization of the capixaba speech (speech from the state of Espírito Santo) against the three states with which Espírito Santo establishes boundaries: Rio de Janeiro, Bahia, and especially Minas Gerais.
