In this work, the innovation process to take chemical technologies born in universities to the market is described. The discussion is structured on the stages: research/science, patenting, opportunity evaluation, scale-up and proof of concept that lead to two possible outputs: technology transfer or startup creation. The work also describes the activities of Escalab, a UFMG technology lab, in the innovation process: technological mapping/R&D for the industry, technology scale up, technology acceleration, open innovation programs with industry and the program “go-to-market” for the insertion of chemical startups in market. This paper presents the stages of an acceleration program focused on chemical technologies. We demonstrate how this initiative contributes to the creation of new businesses, startups, and technology licensing from research developed at Brazilian universities. The case of the program Escale-se is discussed. There were 66 technologies submitted, and 14 were selected for the pre-acceleration phase. In this phase, various contents were worked on, such as creating a business model and aspects of scaling hard-science technologies. Teams were evaluated by panels with market specialists, and 6 were selected for the second phase: pre-scaling/proof of concept. Here, proponents were encouraged to validate the business model by connecting with potential clients and partners, as well as planning the development and testing of the product in a relevant environment. Finally, one team was classified for the last stage: scaling/go-to-market - where they received R$ 100,000.00 to scale up their technology and create strategies for raising investments. Four of the fourteen technologies selected for the program opened National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJ) and raised approximately R$ 4.5 M in investments from different sources. ABSTRACT The Five Domains Model is a tool to evaluate the state of animal welfare in captivity through the monitoring of subjective, both negative and positive experiences. There are four physical and functional domains: nutrition, environment, health and behavior; while the fifth domain called mental state is an affective experience. In cases where all domains reach an optimal state, the animal is said to be in good health. In this report, The Five Domains Model was applied to evaluate the management of animal welfare of a resident lion of the Simón Bolívar National Zoological Park and Botanical Garden, Costa Rica, during osteoarthritis treatment received between May and December 2016.

RESUMEN El modelo de los cinco dominios es una herramienta que permite evaluar el estado de bienestar animal bajo cuidado humano a través del seguimiento de experiencias subjetivas, negativas y positivas. Existen cuatro dominios atribuidos como físicos y funcionales que son: nutrición, medio ambiente, salud y comportamiento; en tanto que el quinto dominio denominado estado mental, es una experiencia afectiva. En los casos donde todos los dominios alcanzan un estado óptimo se dice que el animal se encuentra con bienestar. En este reporte se aplicó el modelo de los cinco dominios para evaluar el manejo del bienestar animal de un león residente del Parque Zoológico y Jardín Botánico Nacional Simón Bolívar, Costa Rica, durante el tratamiento de osteoartrosis recibido entre mayo a diciembre de 2016.

Resumo Este artigo examina como os valores de uma democracia pluralista foram ressignificados e incorporados aos objetivos pedagógicos da disciplina Ensino Religioso. Tomaremos como estudo de caso a experiência do Paraná, considerada pelos atores que militam nesse campo uma referência no trato da diversidade religiosa. Embora suas diretrizes tenham sido elaboradas por uma associação inter-religiosa, o formato desse ensino se assume, oficialmente, como não confessional. Examinaremos as diretrizes propostas para essa disciplina no documento Referencial Curricular do Paraná: princípios, direitos e orientações, de 2018 e publicado em 2020, as orientações da Base Nacional Comum Curricular, de 2017, e depoimentos de membros da associação inter-religiosa que colaboraram na sua redação. Demonstraremos que a inclusão dessa disciplina na grade curricular do ensino fundamental em 2017 consolidou um processo de transformação de seu estatuto, conteúdo e objetivos, iniciado nas décadas anteriores. Trata-se de examinar neste artigo os termos dessa integração, apreender suas articulações com outras disciplinas, e mapear seus valores intrínsecos. Abstract This article examines how a pluralistic democracy re-signified and incorporated its values into Religious Education in public schools. Paraná’s experience will be taken as a case study. It is considered a reference for its approach to religious diversity. Although an interreligious association drew up its guidelines, this teaching is considered a non-denominational teaching format. We will examine the guidelines proposed for this discipline in the document Principles, rights and Parana curricular guidelines, of 2018 and published in 2020, the 2017 guidelines of the National Common Curricular Base, and testimonials from members of the interfaith association who collaborated in its writing. We will demonstrate that the inclusion of this subject in the elementary school curriculum in 2017 consolidated a historic transformation of its status, content, and objectives, which began in previous decades. RESUMO Objetivos. Descrever as perspectivas dos profissionais de saúde sobre as barreiras, lacunas e oportunidades que as mulheres migrantes venezuelanas encontraram para acessar serviços de saúde sexual e reprodutiva (SSR) durante a pandemia de COVID-19 e como esses serviços foram afetados em Quito, Equador. Métodos. Foram entrevistados profissionais de saúde envolvidos nos serviços de SSR de nove unidades públicas de saúde de três zonas de Quito. Adaptou-se o questionário de avaliação da prontidão para oferecer o pacote de serviço inicial mínimo, disponibilizado pelo grupo de trabalho interagencial sobre saúde reprodutiva em situações de crise, a fim de realizar a coleta de dados no Equador. Resultados. Dos 297 respondentes, 227 foram incluídos na análise. Apenas 16% dos profissionais de saúde concordaram que havia discriminação contra mulheres migrantes venezuelanas no sistema de saúde. Desses, apenas 2,3% descreveram condições específicas associadas à discriminação, como cobrança de documentos de identificação (7,5%) e falta de empatia ou responsividade (6,6%). A maioria (65,2%) dos respondentes relatou que a pandemia de COVID-19 afetou o uso dos serviços de SSR por mulheres na população de modo geral. As mulheres migrantes venezuelanas foram mais afetadas (56,3%) devido ao acesso limitado a serviços de SSR e à pobreza e vulnerabilidade. Não houve diferenças de percepção entre diferentes níveis de atenção à saúde, exceto no que diz respeito à falta de insumos, sensibilização para a discriminação e crença de que as mulheres migrantes venezuelanas foram afetadas de forma mais negativa que a população local. Conclusão. Para os profissionais de saúde em Quito, a discriminação foi pouco frequente durante a pandemia de COVID-19, embora a pandemia tenha afetado o sistema de saúde. Entretanto, os profissionais reconheceram certo nível de discriminação contra as mulheres migrantes venezuelanas que procuram serviços de SSR, que pode estar sub-representado.

ABSTRACT Objectives. To describe the perspectives of health practitioners on the barriers, gaps, and opportunities that Venezuelan migrant women experienced to accessing sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services during the COVID-19 pandemic and how SRH services were affected in Quito, Ecuador. Methods. Health practitioners involved in SRH services at nine public health care facilities in three zones of Quito were surveyed. The Minimum Initial Service Package readiness assessment tool survey, available from the Inter-Agency Working Group on Reproductive Health in Crisis, was adapted for use and data collection in Ecuador. Results. Of 297 respondents, 227 were included in the analysis. Only 16% of the health practitioners agreed that discrimination against migrant Venezuelans women occurred in the health care system. Of those, only 2.3% described specific conditions associated with discrimination, including requiring identification documents (7.5%) and lack of empathy or responsiveness (6.6%). Most (65.2%) respondents reported that the COVID-19 pandemic affected the use of SRH services by women in the general population and by Venezuelan migrant women more so (56.3%) because of more limited access to SRH services, poverty, and vulnerability. There were no differences between perceptions by levels of health care facility, except with regard to the lack of supplies, awareness of discrimination, and the belief that Venezuelan migrant women were affected more negatively than the local population. Conclusion. The perception among health practitioners in Quito was that discrimination occurred infrequently during the COVID-19 pandemic despite affecting the health care system. However, some level of discrimination toward migrant Venezuelan migrant women seeking SRH services was acknowledged and may be underrepresented.

RESUMEN Objetivos. Describir las perspectivas de los prestadores de atención de salud sobre los obstáculos, las brechas y las oportunidades que registraron las mujeres migrantes venezolanas para acceder a los servicios de salud sexual y reproductiva (SSR) durante la pandemia de COVID-19 y cómo se vieron afectados estos servicios en Quito (Ecuador). Métodos. Se encuestó a prestadores de atención de salud que trabajan en servicios de SSR en nueve centros de salud pública de tres zonas de Quito. Se utilizó una adaptación de la encuesta sobre el instrumento de evaluación de la disposición operativa del paquete de servicios iniciales mínimos, disponible en el Grupo de Trabajo Interinstitucional sobre Salud Reproductiva en Situaciones de Crisis, para la recopilación de datos en Ecuador. Resultados. De las 297 personas encuestadas, 227 quedaron incluidas en el análisis. Solo el 16% de los prestadores de atención de salud estaba de acuerdo en que en el sistema de salud había discriminación contra las mujeres migrantes venezolanas. De estos, solo el 2,3% describió circunstancias específicas asociadas a la discriminación, como la exigencia de documentos de identidad (7,5%) y la falta de empatía o capacidad de respuesta (6,6%). La mayoría (65,2%) de las personas encuestadas manifestó que la pandemia de COVID-19 había impactado en el uso de los servicios de SSR por parte de las mujeres de la población general y, en mayor medida, por parte de las mujeres migrantes venezolanas (56,3%) debido a sus limitaciones para acceder a los servicios de SSR, su pobreza y su vulnerabilidad. No hubo diferencias en las percepciones según el nivel de los centros de salud, excepto con respecto a la falta de insumos, la concientización sobre la discriminación y la creencia de que estas mujeres se vieron más afectadas que la población local. Conclusión. La percepción en los prestadores de atención de salud en Quito fue que, pese a ser un fenómeno que afectaba al sistema de atención de salud, la discriminación había sido poco frecuente durante la pandemia de COVID-19. Sin embargo, se reconoció cierto nivel de discriminación hacia las mujeres migrantes venezolanas que solicitaban servicios de SSR y que este fenómeno podría estar subrepresentado.

ABSTRACT Introduction. Porvac( is a subunit vaccine against Classical Swine Fever (CSF), whose active principle is the chimeric protein between the E2 antigen and the molecular adjuvant CD154. Its ability to prevent transplacental transmission and to protect 7 days after one dose was demonstrated. This paper summarizes the safety, immunogenicity and efficacy studies of this vaccine at different ages and handling conditions. Methods. The vaccine was produced under GMP conditions. Dubroc x Yorkshire crossbreed swine were used in all experiments. The general immunization schedule consists in two immunizations on days 0 and 21 by the intramuscular route in the neck. The neutralizing antibody response was measured by the NPLA assay. Viral challenge experiments were conducted in controlled areas. Results and Discussion. Porvac( was safe and well tolerated in piglets and pregnant sows. No local or systemic reactions were documented. The number of offspring, their weight and survival in vaccinated sows was similar to unvaccinated controls. Different immunization schedules with Porvac( induce protective neutralizing antibodies (NAb). The titers of maternal derived antibodies (MDA) in the offspring of Porvac( or Attenuated Life vaccine and Porvac( vaccinated sows were higher than 1:200 up to at least 8 weeks of life. The MDA were able to protect piglets from a lethal viral challenge. Those MDA did not interfere with Porvac( vaccination of the piglets 15 days after birth or more. Finally, Porvac( induced NAb titers persisted during 9 months above 1:2000 and were still protective against the viral challenge. Conclusions. The results demonstrate the capacity of Porvac( to be safe and to induce robust and long term immunity through all the life of the animals, without immunological windows.

RESUMEN Introducción. Porvac( es una vacuna de subunidad contra la peste porcina clásica, cuyo principio activo es la proteína quimérica entre el antígeno E2 y el adyuvante molecular CD154. Se ha demostrado su capacidad para evitar la transmisión transplacentaria y proteger 7 días después de una dosis. El presente trabajo ha resumido los estudios de seguridad y eficacia de esta vacuna en diferentes edades y condiciones de manejo. Métodos. La vacuna se produjo en condiciones de BPM. Para los ensayos clínicos se emplearon cerdos Dubroc x Yorkshire. Por lo general, se empleó un esquema de 2 dosis los días 0 y 21 y se administraron 2 mL por vía intramuscular. La respuesta de anticuerpos neutralizantes se midió por NPLA. Los ensayos de desafío viral se realizaron en áreas controladas. Resultados. Se demostró la seguridad de Porvac( en crías y en cerdas gestantes. No se observaron reacciones locales ni sistémicas. El número de crías, su peso y sobrevida fue similar en las cerdas vacunadas y sus controles. Se evidenció la capacidad de Porvac( al inducir títulos de anticuerpos neutralizantes (AcN) protectores con diferentes esquemas. Los títulos de AcN calostrales (AcNC) en las crías de madres vacunadas con Porvac® o con VVA y Porvac( fueron superiores a 1:200 hasta al menos 8 semanas. Los AcNC fueron suficientes para proteger a las crías frente al reto viral letal. Se demostró que los AcNC no interferían en la vacunación con Porvac( en crías a partir de 15 días de nacidas. Finamente, los títulos de AcN inducidos por Porvac( persistieron durante 9 meses por encima de 1:2000 y protegieron frente al retoviral. Conclusiones . Los resultados evidenciaron la seguridad de Porvac( y su capacidad para inducir una inmunidad robusta y sostenida en los animales desde su nacimiento hasta la muerte, sin ventanas inmunológicas durante todo el ciclo productivo.

Resumen En meses recientes se han reportado casos raros de trombocitopenia y trombosis en sitios inusuales, que ocurren dentro de una ventana de riesgo típica ( por ejemplo de 4 a 28 días) luego de recibir vacunas de SARS CoV 2. Los profesionales de la salud deben estar preparados para detectar estos casos a tiempo. Un panel de expertos y una red de transferencia de conocimiento realizó una búsqueda libre de literatura seleccionada. Con la información disponible y la experticia clínica del grupo de trabajo revisamos y dimos recomendaciones para la sospecha temprana, el diagnostico (definición de caso, el uso de pruebas de laboratorio especificas y de imágenes diagnósticas) para le manejo de estas condiciones tromboticas. Este documento es considerado un documento vivo que debe ser actualizado a medida que surja nueva evidencia y las recomendaciones vayan cambiando con el tiempo

Abstract In recent months, rare cases of thrombosis at unusual sites associated with thrombocytopenia, occurring within a typical risk window (i.e., 4-28 days) after receiving SARS CoV2 vaccines, have been reported. Healthcare professionals should be prepared to detect these cases on time. The Expert Panel of the Knowledge Management and Transfer Network conducted a free search of the related literature. With the available information and the clinical expertise of the working group, we formulated, reviewed, and endorsed recommendations for the timely suspicion, diagnosis (case definitions, the use of initial laboratory and imaging tests, specific tests), and management of these thrombotic conditions. This document is considered a living document that will be updated as new evidence emerges, and recommendations may change over time.

Resumo: Este artigo pretende compreender como as percepções da diversidade étnico-racial e religiosa, que podem ser capturadas em instrumentos oficiais como os levantamentos censitários, se expressaram no gerenciamento da diversidade religiosa no Brasil e na Argentina, países ainda considerados hegemonicamente católicos. Temos como principais objetivos caracterizar a configuração e as conexões entre essas diversidades nos dois países e avaliar sua incorporação nos respectivos modelos jurídico-político de liberdade religiosa. Para tanto, analisaremos de modo comparativo o enquadramento constitucional dado, historicamente, à diversidade religiosa e étnico-racial e as ferramentas oficiais para descrevê-la e nomeá-la, tais como os levantamentos censitários. Demonstraremos que o modo de perceber e categorizar a diversidade se reflete nas respostas governamentais para gerenciá-la por meio de políticas de estado. Trabalharemos com a hipótese de que a diferença entre os dois países no trato da diversidade tensiona de maneira distinta as relações entre o regime de liberdade e o regime da igualdade, ainda que se notem alguns paralelismos nas configurações da desigualdade.

Abstract: This article aims to understand how the perceptions of ethnic-racial and religious diversity, which can be perceived in official instruments such as census surveys, were expressed in the management of religious diversity in Brazil and Argentina, countries still considered hegemonically Catholic. We have as main objectives to characterize the configuration and connections between these diversities in both countries and to evaluate their incorporation in the respective legal-political models of religious freedom. To do so, we will analyze comparatively the constitutional framework historically given to religious and ethnic-racial diversity and the official tools to describe and name it, such as census surveys. We will demonstrate that the way of perceiving and categorizing diversity is reflected in government responses to manage it through state policies. We will work with the hypothesis that the difference between the two countries in dealing with diversity strains the relations between the freedom regime and the equality regime in a different way, although some parallels in the configurations of inequality are noticeable.

SUMMARY Introduction and objective: To carry out a update review on the current diagnoses and therapeutic indications of tear duct obstruction (NLO) and propose a simple, early and practical clinical management. Method: Review of published literature regarding NLO and the current way of approaching this pathology. Results: The alteration of the natural tear flow (epiphora) may have a functional or anatomical origin. Functional obstructions are secondary to the failure of the tear pump, while the anatomical obstruction is caused by a physical obstacle along the tear duct that prevents drainage in the nasal cavity. Pseudoepiphora (tearing), on the other hand, is secondary to the presence of pathology of the ocular surface (dry eye) or secondary to mechanical, chemical, infectious or psychic stimuli. Up to 40% of patients referred to ophthalmology consultations for tearing / epiphora, have a dry eye with tear reflex, without anatomical obstruction of the tear duct. Conclusions: Tearing is one of the most frequent symptoms in ophthalmology consultations. However, the etiological factors that can lead to this complaint are very numerous. A multidisciplinary study (ophthalmology and ENT) is essential to make a correct etiological diagnosis. The success of tear surgery lies in a correct surgical indication.

RESUMEN Introducción y objetivo: Realizar una revisión y actualización del diagnóstico e indicaciones terapéuticas de la obstrucción de la vía nasolagrimal (ONL), así como un abordaje clínico sencillo, precoz y práctico. Método: revisión de la literatura publicada referente a la ONL y sobre la manera actual de enfocar esta patología. Resultados: El lagrimeo excesivo (epífora) puede tener un origen funcional o anatómico. Las obstrucciones funcionales son secundarias al fracaso de la bomba lagrimal, mientras que la obstrucción anatómica es causada por un obstáculo físico a lo largo de la vía lagrimal que impide el drenaje de la misma en la cavidad nasal. La pseudoepífora (lagrimeo reflejo), por el contrario, es secundaria a la presencia de patología de la superficie ocular (ojo seco) o a estímulos mecánicos, químicos, infecciosos o psíquicos. Hasta un 40% de los pacientes referidos a consultas de oftalmología por lagrimeo/epífora, presentan un ojo seco con lagrimeo reflejo, sin obstrucción anatómica de la vía lagrimal. Conclusiones: El lagrimeo es uno de los síntomas más frecuentes en las consultas de oftalmología. Sin embargo, son muy numerosos los factores etiológicos que pueden conducir a esta queja. Es fundamental un estudio multidisciplinar (oftalmología y otorrinolaringología) para realizar un correcto diagnóstico. El éxito de la cirugía lagrimal reside en una correcta indicación quirúrgica.

Abstract Clinical case description: A patient in regular contact with cattle and sheep presented with asthenia, anemia, and fever of unknown origin. Among the complementary studies carried out, an abdominal CT scan revealed a calcified renal mass. Brucellosis was suspected, and after a positive Bengal Rose test, antibiotic therapy was begun. Right nephrectomy was performed through lumbotomy and the diagnosis was confirmed by the surgical specimen, with a PCR test positive for Brucella melitensis. Relevance: There are very few cases of renal brucelloma reported in the literature, thus the description of cases that arise is important to broaden the knowledge of the pathology and its treatment. Clinical implications: Noninvasive tests are often not sufficient for making the diagnosis. The surgical approach, together with antibiotic therapy, is the treatment of choice in the majority of the cases reported in the literature. Conclusions: Brucellosis is an uncommon disease, but endemic in certain areas. Diagnosis tends to be made in the context of evaluating cases of fever of unknown origin. The combination of antibiotic therapy and surgery is the usual treatment for renal brucelloma.

Resumen Descripción del caso clínico: Paciente en contacto habitual con ganado ovino y bovino, astenia, anemia y fiebre de origen desconocido. En este contexto se realizan varias pruebas complementarias, entre ellas un TC abdominal que revela masa renal calcificada. Con la sospecha de brucelosis, tras obtenerse un resultado positivo en Rosa de Bengala, se comienza tratamiento antibiótico y se realiza nefrectomía simple derecha por lumbotomía, la pieza quirúrgica confirmó el diagnóstico con PCR positiva para Brucella Melitensis. Relevancia: Existen muy pocos casos de bruceloma renal descritos en la literatura, por ello, es importante divulgar los casos que surjan para ampliar el conocimiento sobre esta patología y su tratamiento. Implicaciones clínicas: En ocasiones las pruebas no invasivas no son suficientes para su diagnóstico y el tratamiento quirúrgico junto con la antibioterapia es de elección en la mayoría de los casos descritos en la literatura. Conclusiones: La brucelosis es una enfermedad poco frecuente pero endémica en algunas zonas. El diagnóstico suele darse en el contexto de un estudio por fiebre de origen desconocido. El tratamiento del bruceloma renal suele ser la combinación de antibioterapia y cirugía.

RESUMO Este artigo visa caracterizar os padrões que regulavam a laicidade republicana e o secularismo católico no Brasil até a segunda metade do século xx e suas transformações atuais sob o impacto do pluralismo. Procuraremos demonstrar que, apesar de medidas laicizantes do Estado brasileiro ao longo da sua história, a religião católica e, mais recentemente, a religião em geral não perderam completamente seu poder de influência político-moral e que as tensões implicadas na expansão do pluralismo mais contemporaneamente não desalojaram o religioso do espaço social construído como secular.

ABSTRACT This article describes the postulates that guided Republican laity and Catholic secularism processes until the first half of the twentieth century and their current transformation under the impact of the intensification of religious diversity and their renewed public presence. We sought to demonstrate that, despite measures to establish a lay Brazilian state since the beginning of the Republican regime, the Catholic religion and, more recently, religions in general have not entirely lost their moral-political influence.

Resumo Levando em conta a expansão do ativismo de diversas agências religiosas nas mais variadas arenas públicas nacionais, este artigo visa trabalhar o problema da reconfiguração recente do secularismo brasileiro. A partir da análise de três casos concretos – cerimônia de inauguração do Tempo de Salomão, repercussão midiática de uma pastora transgênera e controvérsias no Supremo Tribunal Federal envolvendo agentes religiosos –, procuraremos demonstrar como as diversas dinâmicas de produção de visibilidade observadas resultam em um novo entendimento do que é “fazer religião” em público e, no limite, modificam a configuração de nossa ordem jurídica secular. Seguindo por esse caminho e observando o modo como a publicização da experiência sacraliza (moraliza) problemas privados tornando-os públicos, constata-se que grande parte da eficácia da linguagem religiosa contemporânea está menos na imposição de uma mensagem do que na qualidade e plasticidade de suas encenações nas diferentes arenas.

Abstract This article analyses the problem of the recent reconfiguration of Brazilian secularism, taking into account the expansion of the activism of several religious agencies in the most varied national public arenas. We observed three empirical cases involving religious agents – the Solomon’s Temple Inauguration ceremony, the media’s repercussion of a transgender pastor and two controversies in the Federal Supreme Court – analyzing the different dynamics of production of visibility that results in a new understanding of what it is to “do religion” in public. In this sense, it was observed how to make the experience public sacralizes (moralises) the private problems and it has been found that the effectiveness of contemporary religious language cames much more from the quality and plasticity of its scenarios in the different arenas than of the imposition of a religion’s message.

ABSTRACT Background: The current Organic Law for the Improvement of Educational Quality (LOMCE) incorporates substantial changes from the previous law, in particular a new curricular configuration with a higher prevalence of optionality, which may affect the development of health competencies by students. The objective was to address health education in the last two years, according to the amount and variability of Health related terms. Methods: A comparative quantitative analysis was performed based on the presence of 281 terms related to eight areas of Health Education in both laws and for the two compulsory education stages (Primary and Secondary). Results: Overall, no significant differences were found in the number of terms, or in the treatment of the health areas between laws. However, the increase in optional subjects in the LOMCE increases differences in training in Health Education. The difference in the number of terms studied by a student depending on the curricular itinerary is 28% in Primary and ESO in the LOMCE, compared to 0% and 7% in the LOE. Conclusions: The LOMCE does not represent an improvement in Health Education in terms of the number of health terms, and allows considerable asymmetry in the training of young people depending on their curricular itinerary. The results suggest that it would be necessary to reinforce the contents of Health Education in compulsory subjects.

RESUMEN Fundamentos: La actual Ley Orgánica para la Mejora de la Calidad Educativa (LOMCE) incorpora cambios sustanciales con respecto a la ley anterior, especialmente una nueva configuración del currículum con mayor optatividad, que puede afectar al desarrollo de las competencias de Salud por parte del alumnado. El objetivo fue evaluar el tratamiento de la Educación para la Salud (EpS) en las dos últimas leyes educativas españolas, en base a la variabilidad y cantidad de términos relacionados con Salud que recogen. Métodos: Se realizó un análisis cuantitativo comparativo basado en la presencia de 281 términos relativos a ocho ámbitos de la EpS en ambas leyes y para las dos etapas de educación obligatorias (Primaria y Secundaria). Las diferencias en el número de términos entre leyes se comprobaron con un test de independencia. El efecto de la ley, el ámbito de salud y el nivel educativo se testó con una regresión logística, y las diferencias entre configuraciones curriculares con un test de Wilcoxon. Resultados: La LOE recogió 156 términos frente a 153 en la LOMCE. El nivel educativo y el ámbito de salud influyeron en la presencia de términos (p-valor < 0,001). La diferencia en la cantidad de términos cursados por un alumno dependiendo del itinerario curricular fue del 28 % en Primaria y ESO en la LOMCE frente al 0 % y del 7 % en la LOE. Conclusiones: No se han encontrado diferencias significativas entre leyes en el número de términos, ni en el peso de los diferentes ámbitos. Sin embargo, el aumento de optatividad en la LOMCE, introduce una asimetría considerable en la formación de los jóvenes dependiendo de su itinerario curricular.
