Resumen En este artículo proponemos visibilizar las estrategias de vinculación comunitaria de trabajadores/as de salud pública relativas a la producción del cuidado en el contexto crítico de la pandemia de la covid-19, signado por la profundización de la pobreza, la restricción de los servicios de salud y las tensiones del sistema sanitario en Argentina. Con un diseño metodológico cualitativo y enfoque etnográfico, entrevistamos a trabajadoras/es de distintas disciplinas, ocupaciones y géneros que se desempeñan en centros de salud y hospitales públicos en Mar del Plata y zonas rurales circundantes, entre los meses de marzo y diciembre de 2021. A partir de sus narrativas, analizamos las dimensiones de acceso a la alimentación, medicación y terapias holísticas, las dificultades encontradas y su contribución a la producción social del cuidado en salud. Abstract In this article we propose to make visible the strategies of community engagement of public health workers related to the production of care in the critical context of the covid-19 pandemic, marked by the deepening of poverty, the restriction of health services and the tensions of the health system in Argentina. With a qualitative methodological design and ethnographic approach, we interviewed workers from different disciplines, occupations and genders, who work in health centers and public hospitals in Mar del Plata and surrounding rural areas, between the months of March and December 2021. Based on their narratives, we analyze the dimensions of access to food, medication and holistic therapies, the difficulties encountered and their contribution to the social production of health care. Resumen Se sintetizaron polvos cerámicos de Sr0.5Ba0.5Nb2-xFexO6 (SBNF) para x=0.00, x=0.02 y x=0.03 usando el método de coprecipitación. La estructura de la fase única SBNF con x=0.02 se identificó por difracción de rayos X y refinamiento de Rietveld; La morfología y el tamaño de las partículas se observaron mediante microscopía TEM y SEM-EDS. La caracterización eléctrica mostró que el dopaje con Fe no anuló el comportamiento típico del relajante ferroeléctrico y la caracterización magnética mostró una respuesta ferromagnética débil, lo que sugiere que las muestras obtenidas pueden considerarse como multiferroicas.

Abstract Sr0.5Ba0.5Nb2-xFexO6 (SBNF) ceramic powders for x=0.00, x=0.02 and x=0.03 were synthesized using coprecipitation method. The structure of the SBNF single phase with x=0.02 was identified by X-ray diffraction and Rietveld refinement; the morphology and size of the particles were observed by TEM and SEM-EDS microscopy. Electrical characterization showed that Fe doping did not cancel the typical ferroelectric relaxor behavior and magnetic characterization showed a weak ferromagnetic response, which suggest that the samples obtained can be considered as multiferroic.

The objective of the present study has been to extract and isolate the alkaloids from leaves of Croton baillonianus, corresponding to the methanolic extract by exclusion chromatography with Sephadex LH-20 followed by a purification by high performance liquid chromatography, obtaining six alkaloids. Two low polarity alkaloid and two glycoside alkaloids were analyzed by Electronic System impact mass spectrometry; these alkaloids belong to bencylisoquinolinic type; the study has connection to the determination of its antioxidant, antiulcerose and citotoxic properties.

El objetivo del presente estudio ha sido extraer y aislar los alcaloides de las hojas de Croton baillonianus, desde el extracto metanólico, mediante cromatografía de exclusión, con Sephadex LH-20 seguida de una purificación en cromatografía líquida de alta performance (HPLC); se aislaron no menos de seis alcaloides. Dos alcaloides de baja polaridad y dos alcaloides en la forma de glicósidos fueron analizados por espectrometría de masa de impacto electrónico (ESI-MS); estos alcaloides pertenecen al tipo bencilisoquinolínico. El estudio tiene conexión con la determinación de sus propiedades como antioxidante, antiulcerosa y citotóxica.

O estudo tem como objectivo descrever a utilização de serviços de saúde para informação, prevenção e teste do VIH por parte de homens gays em Portugal e identificar factores associados a ter efectuado o teste VIH em diferentes serviços. Para este estudo de abordagem participativa foi aplicado um inquérito por questionário a 1046 homens gays. Cerca de 27% dos participantes refere que recorreu ao CAD para obter informação sobre VIH/sida. Cerca de 83% recebeu gratuitamente preservativos no último ano. A maioria (88%) já efectuou o teste do VIH. Destes, 74% realizou‑o no SNS, 22.5% num serviço privado e 6.5% numa ONG, verificando‑se diferenças significativas quanto à idade, escolaridade, rendimento e nacionalidade. Os resultados indicam uma utilização dos serviços de saúde para informação, prevenção e teste do VIH pela maioria dos participantes. No entanto, é importante continuar a desenvolver esforços para promover a utilização dos serviços, em especial pelos grupos desta população que se encontram em maior vulnerabilidade, trabalhando em proximidade com as comunidades.

This study aims to describe utilization of health services for HIV information prevention and testing by gay men in Portugal and identify factors associated with having been tested for HIV in different settings. In this study based on a participatory approach a questionnaire was applied to 1046 gay men. About 27% of participants referred to have used CAD to obtain information about HIV/Aids. Around 83% received free condoms during last year. The majority (88%) have been tested. Among these, 74% had a test in the NHS, 22.5% in a private service and 6.5% in an NGO, with significant differences regarding age, education, income and nationality. The results point to a utilization of health services for HIV information, prevention and testing among most of participants. Nevertheless, it is important to undertake efforts continuously to promote health services utilization, in particular by groups of gay men population that are in greater vulnerability, working closely with communities.

Congenital hemidysplasia with icthyosis and limb defects is a hereditary, monogenic and infrequent disease transmitted as a dominant trait linked to the X chromosome. The case of a female patient with this neonatal clinical diagnosis showing ichthyosiform erythroderma on the right hemibody, accompanied with hypomelia of the right upper and lower limbs, bone defects in the affected limbs and spinal column, unilateral renal agenesia, congenital heart disease with inter- and conoventricular communication, and a unique umbilical artery was reported. The necessary inter-consultations were arranged and sonographic and radiological studies were conducted to complete the diagnosis. Genetic counselling was given and the case was followed up according to the complications reported in medical literature, and to the clinical findings of the patient.

La hemidisplasia congénita con ictiosis y defectos de las extremidades es una enfermedad infrecuente, hereditaria, monogénica, que se transmite como un rasgo dominante ligado al cromosoma X. Se presenta el caso de una paciente con este diagnóstico clínico neonatal, que presentaba eritrodermia ictiosiforme en el hemicuerpo derecho, acompañada de hipomelia del miembro superior e inferior derechos, defectos óseos en miembros afectados y columna vertebral, agenesia renal unilateral, cardiopatía congénita de tipo comunicación interventricular conoventricular y arteria umbilical única. Se realizaron las interconsultas necesarias, estudios sonográficos y radiológicos para completar el diagnóstico y se ofreció asesoramiento genético y seguimiento del caso según las complicaciones reportadas en la literatura médica y los hallazgos clínicos de la paciente.
