Abstract Objectives: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and superiority of Flunarizine Hydrochloride when combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Decoctions in treating migraine headaches. Method: The authors conducted a comprehensive search for clinical Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) investigating the combination of Flunarizine Hydrochloride with Chinese herbal decoctions in treating migraines. The databases searched included CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, PubMed, WOI, Cochrane Library, and Embase, covering the period from January 1, 2019, to November 10, 2023. Two independent researchers meticulously screened, extracted, and assessed the relevant data, employing the Revman 5.3 software for meta-analysis. Results: The meta-analysis revealed that, in comparison to Flunarizine Hydrochloride used in isolation, the combination with Chinese herbal decoctions markedly enhanced the effective rate (RR = 1.26, 95 % CI [1.18, 1.34], p < 0.0001). Moreover, significant improvements were observed in the TCM symptom score (MD = 4.97, 95 % CI [-6.74, -3.19], p < 0.00001). The observation group demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in endothelin levels compared to the control group (I2 = 85 %, MD = -13.66, 95 % CI [-17.87, -9.45], p = 0.0001). The observation group showed a significant reduction in NRS scores compared to the control group, indicating better outcomes (I2 = 95 %, MD = -2.11, 95 % CI [-3.09, -1.12], p < 0.0001). The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of the reduction in the number of episodes (I2 = 63 %, MD = -1.16, 95 % CI [-1.45, -0.87], p = 0.007). Conclusions: The confluence of Flunarizine Hydrochloride with traditional Chinese medicine decoctions in treating migraine patients demonstrated substantial clinical efficacy and improvement in TCM symptom score over the use of Flunarizine Hydrochloride alone. Objective: Panic disorder (PD) is a common disabling condition characterized by recurrent panic attacks. Emotional and behavioral impairments are associated with functional connectivity (FC) and network abnormalities. We used whole-brain FC, modular networks, and graph-theory analysis to investigate extensive network profiles in PD. Methods: Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data from 82 subjects with PD and 97 healthy controls were included. Intrinsic FC between each pair of 160 regions, six intra-network, and 15 inter-network FCs were analyzed. Topological properties were explored. Results: PD patients showed altered FCs within the right insula, between frontal cortex-posterior cingulate cortex (PCC), frontal cortex-cerebellum, and PCC-occipital cortex (corrected p < 0.001). Lower connections within the sensorimotor network (SMN) and SMN-occipital network (OCN) were detected (p < 0.05). Various decreased global and local network features were found in PD (p < 0.05). In addition, significant correlations were found between PD symptoms and nodal efficiency (Ne) in the insula (r = -0.273, p = 0.016) and intra-insula FC (r = -0.226, p = 0.041). Conclusion: PD patients present with abnormal functional brain networks, especially decreased FC and Ne within the insula, suggesting that dysfunction of information integration plays an important role in PD. ABSTRACT This paper discusses the design of a safflower picking robot control system and focuses on a navigation control subsystem based on multisensor fusion. A navigation subsystem, an identification and positioning subsystem, a picking subsystem, and a levelling subsystem are designed. The hardware and software of the navigation subsystem are designed in detail, and a multisensor fusion positioning method based on extended Kalman fusion technology is proposed. The accuracy and stability levels of different combined navigation methods are compared. To test the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method, an outdoor test is carried out. The test results show that the outdoor fusion positioning accuracy of the robot is less than 8 cm, and when the satellite signal is lost, the navigation control subsystem can still provide high positioning accuracy. Icariin, a prenylated flavonol glycoside isolated from Epimedium, has been considered as a potential alternative therapy for osteoporosis. The present study aimed to clarify the detailed molecular mechanisms of action of icariin on osteoblast function, using bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs). BM-MSCs were first stimulated by icariin. Then, gene and protein expression of cAMP/PKA/CREB signaling molecules were analyzed by RT-PCR and western blotting (WB), and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) was analyzed in cell lysates by ELISA. MTT assays indicated that icariin did not have significant effects on cell viability up to 1 µM. Icariin showed a dose-dependent effect on the alkaline phosphatase activity of BM-MSCs. WB analysis showed that icariin treatment of BM-MSCs significantly enhanced the protein expression of protein kinase A (PKA) and cAMP-responsive element binding protein (CREB), while RT-PCR results showed that icariin dose-dependently increased the mRNA levels of PKA and CREB. Icariin induced BM-MSC differentiation by BMP2, Smad1, and Runx2. RT-PCR and WB results indicated that icariin significantly increased the expression of BMP2, Smad1, and Runx2 in BM-MSCs. These results suggest that icariin is an agonist of the cAMP/PKA/CREB pathway in BM-MSC differentiation, raising the possibility that it could be used in the treatment of osteoporosis.

O presente trabalho focaliza o regime de controle das operações de concentração através da averiguação de uma série de regulamentos de execução promulgados depois da LAM. À luz das normas substantivas e processuais do regime do controle de concentração, o estudo faz uma comparação entre o regime chinês e os regimes dos Estados Unidos e da Uunião Europeia. Alguns resultados empíricos ilustram que a China está fazendo esforços para realizar uma convergência suave com as normas internacionais, enquanto a abordagem gradual de convergência dá à china a flexibilidade para parar, ajustar e fazer uma excepção sempre que necessário.

As the biggest emerging economy and a major economic power in the world, China is a late but a significant entrant into the competition law club, with the implementation of a new Anti-Monopoly Law (AML) on 1st August, 2008. The article focuses on the merger enforcement by examining the implementing regulations and orders related to merger control which were issued after the enactment of the AML. In light of the substantive standards and the procedural requirements of merger control, the article makes a comparison between Chinese regime and the U.S. and EU's standards. Some empirical findings on the AML and its merger enforcement has largely illustrated that China is making its efforts to realize a soft convergence with international norms, meanwhile, the gradual approach of convergence gives China the flexibility to stop, to adjust and to make an exception whenever necessary.

OBJETIVO: O estudo descreve uma maneira nova e simples de transplantar o enxerto ósseo vascularizado da fíbula pro fêmur diafisário sem necessidade de microcirurgia, demonstra o caso clínico operado com bom resultado quanto a vascularização e consolidação óssea e, por último, especula sobre possíveis outras aplicações dentro da cirurgia reconstrutiva. MÉTODOS: A fíbula vascularizada é transportada até o fêmur sem necessidade de microcirurgia, alcançando até sua metáfise proximal através das comunicações das perfurantes do músculo gêmeo lateral com as septais fibulares via retalho de pele póstero-lateral da perna que intersecciona os dois sistemas. RESULTADOS: O paciente operado evoluiu sem infecção. Cintilografia esquelética precoce demonstrou vascularização óssea. CONCLUSÃO: O retalho gêmeo fibular é nova arma no arsenal do cirurgião. Sua técnica é factível, reprodutível, seu tempo cirúrgico reduzido e o princípio de construção com ponte através de ilhas de pele e perfurantes poderá ser aplicado na construção de novos retalhos.

OBJECTIVE: The study describes a new and simple way to transplanttranspose a vascularized fibular graft from the fibula to the femur diaphysis without the need for microsurgery, demonstrates a successful clinical case with good results with regards to vascularization and osseous consolidation, and speculates about other applications of this flap procedure in reconstructive surgery. METHODS: A stalked vascularized fibular bone graft was transferred without microsurgery. The bone reached the proximal diaphysis of the femur. Communication between the lateral gastrocnemius arterial system and fibular artery through a skin flap and it's perforating arteries allowed good vascularization to the graft. The concept of "perforating artery-to-perforating artery" was established with their vascular territories intersecting the skin island flap. RESULTS: The patient operated on healed without infection. Bone scintigraphy showed periosteal bone vascularization. CONCLUSION: The Cutaneous Gastrocnemius-Fibular Flap is a new weapon for the reconstructive surgeon. It´s practical and reliable, and its reduced surgery time and its principle of construction will be applicable to the creation of other flaps.
