Abstract The Constitution of Cadiz of 1812 defines the profiles of the spanish subject and spanish citizen, to ones a clearly modern citizen, to others, a still immersed subject in the corporate world of the Ancient Regime. Is still debated, therefore, if the gaditana constitution has the aspects of the modern citizenship or if it drags the conditions of the former local nature which tends to become universal in the Hispanic Empire. From the proposed Great Memorial of the Conde-Duque de Olivares and the Nueva Planta decrees of Felipe V, We intend to review the main questions which appears crystallized in the Novísima Recopilación, then discussed in the Cortes doceañistas. There the terms nature and citizenship played a central role in the discussions, as well as later uses of corporate conceptions.

Resumo A Constituição de Cádis de 1812 definiu os perfis do espanhol e do cidadão espanhol, para uns claramente como um cidadão moderno, para outros, como ainda imerso no âmbito corporativo do Antigo Regime. Se debate ainda, por conseguinte, se a Constituição gaditana tem os critérios que distinguem a cidadania modernas ou se traz a seu reboque a antiga natureza que tende a universalizar-se no Império espanhol. A partir da proposta do Gran Memorial do Conde Duque de Olivares e dos decretos da Nueva Planta de Felipe V, pretende-se avaliar as principais questões cristalizados naNovíssima Recopilación, que foram logo discutidas nas Cortes gaditanas. Aí os termos natureza e cidadania tiveram um espaço central nas discussões, bem como empregos tardios de concepções corporativas.

In the current history of ideas and intellectual itineraries, it is very rare to find studies on the circulation of religious ideas associated to social environments and power relations in early modernity. This paper analyzes the conflicts that prompted the intervention of the Holy Office of the Inquisition in the monastery of St. Placid in the early seventeenth century. The authors locate this analysis at the intersection of the new studies on the Catholic identity of the Habsburg monarchy, the inquisitional trials, the birth of a novel individualism, the contrasts between a refined theological culture --always on the lookout for any signs of deviation from orthodoxy-- and ancient religious beliefs, and lastly, the internal and external rivalries of the conventual community. The research is based on the official correspondence (letters) between the accused, and between them and high-ranking figures, testimonies, and memorials.

Resulta poco frecuente en la actualidad, en cuanto a la investigación de las ideas e itinerarios intelectuales, la de la circulación de las ideas religiosas en conexión con los medios sociales y las relaciones de poder en la Modernidad Temprana. En este caso se intentará analizar a la luz de los nuevos estudios acerca de la identidad de la monarquía católica de los Habsburgo, de los procesos inquisitoriales, del nacimiento de un nuevo individualismo, de los contrastes entre una cultura teológica refinada, siempre atenta a la aparición de indicios de desviación de la ortodoxia y de las creencias religiosas arcaicas, de rivalidades interiores y exteriores a la congregación conventual, los conflictos que darán origen a la intervención del Santo Oficio en el monasterio de San Plácido, en la primera mitad del siglo XVII. Se utilizará para ello la correspondencia formal (cartas) entre los inculpados y de los mismos con altos personajes, testimonios y memoriales.

The debate about the existence, chronology and factors of an "agricultural revolution" that proceed and its related to the "industrial revolution" has a long history. The substantive topics of this debate keep a central importance to comprehend the development of the agriculture as much as the English economy between 1500th and 1850th centuries. In this time it has been configured a traditional version and a revisionist version. Its possible at this length to made a confrontation of both interpretations using the work of two mayor authors: Marc Overton and Robert C. Allan.

El debate acerca de la existencia, cronología y factores de una "revolución agrícola" que precede y se relaciona con la "revolución industrial" tiene larga data. L os temas sustantivos de este debate conservan una importancia central para comprender el desarrollo tanto de la agricultura como de la economía inglesas en los siglos que median de 1500 a 1850. A lo largo del mismo se han configurado una versión tradicional y otra revisionista. Resulta posible a esta altura, realizar una confrontación de ambas interpretaciones por medio de la obra de dos autores importantes, Marc Overton y Robert C. Allen.
