BACKGROUND Leprosy is a highly neglected disease that is considered a serious public health problem in many countries. This illness is characterised by a variety of clinical and histopathological manifestations that are related to the patient immune response. OBJECTIVES This work aimed evaluate the profile of circulating immune mediators in the plasma from patients classified clinically as paucibacillary (PB), multibacillary (MB), households contacts (HHC), type1 leprosy reaction (T1R), type2 leprosy reaction (T2R) and control individuals without medical history of leprosy (CTL). METHODS To assessment of the plasma immune mediators was used multiplex microbeads immunoassay “Luminex”. FINDINGS The results showed that patients (PB) had a regulatory-biased profile, while MB revealed a pro-inflammatory trend of highly expressed biomarkers. HHC display conspicuously increased levels in the plasma of the chemokines (CCL2, CCL3, CCL4, CCL5 and CXCL8), pro-inflammatory cytokines (IFN-γ,TNF and IL-1β), modulating cytokines (IL-9 and IL-1Ra) and growth factors (PDGF, G-CSF and IL-2). Interestingly, HHC displayed superior production of IFN-γ as compared to other leprosy groups, indicating a putative protective role for this cytokine during chronic Mycobacterium leprae exposure. RESUMO Objetivos: Analisar o impacto da pandemia da síndrome respiratória aguda grave do coronavírus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) nas doações de tecidos oculares quanto às perdas de oportunidade de potenciais doadores devido à suspensão das captações e às mudanças nos critérios de elegibilidade, nas taxas de elegibilidade hospitalar de doadores e causas de não doação. Métodos: Foram analisados dados de pacientes falecidos em parada cardiorrespiratória (PCR) em um hospital universitário brasileiro em 2020. Compararam-se o número de doações efetivadas, o número de óbitos potencialmente elegíveis para doação e as causas de não doação nos três períodos de 2020: período 1, pré-pandemia (1 de janeiro a 18 de março de 2020), período 2, com suspensão de doações em PCR (19 de março a 19 de setembro de 2020), e período 3, de captações com triagem epidemiológica para SARS-CoV-2 e redução da faixa etária de doadores até 65 anos (20 de setembro a 31 de dezembro de 2020). Resultados: Houve 710 óbitos por morte circulatória em 2020. A taxa de elegibilidade hospitalar foi de 5,7% em 140 óbitos no período 1, 11,9% de 395 pacientes durante a suspensão da captação no período 2 e 3,4% de 175 pacientes durante as restrições da faixa etária e triagem para doença do coronavírus 2019 (COVID-19) (p = 0,004). Os 47 pacientes falecidos no período 2 representaram perda de oportunidade de doação devido à suspensão das captações e 13 (7,6%) dos 175 pacientes no período 3 não foram elegíveis devido à redução da faixa etária. Dentre os elegíveis sem contraindicação clínica, 81% dos 75 pacientes tiveram limitação na oferta de doação devido às restrições da pandemia. Apenas um paciente foi considerado inelegível para doação devido à triagem clínico-epidemiológica para SARS-CoV-2. As infecções graves foram a principal causa de não doação em 50,7, 48,1 e 47,4% dos óbitos nos três períodos (p = 0,615). Conclusão: A pandemia de SARS-CoV-2 afetou significativamente a captação de tecidos oculares para transplantes devido às medidas restritivas implementadas por motivos de segurança, resultando na perda de oportunidade de doação para 81% das famílias. ABSTRACT Objectives: To analyze the impact of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic on ocular tissue donations, assessing lost opportunities for potential donors due to the suspension of collections and changes in eligibility criteria, as well as hospital eligibility rates of donors and causes of non-donation. Methods: Data from patients who died in cardiopulmonary arrest in a Brazilian university hospital in 2020 were analyzed. The number of donations made, the number of deaths potentially eligible for donation, and the causes of non-donation were compared during the three periods of 2020: period 1, pre-pandemic (January 1 to March 18, 2020), period 2, with suspension of donations in cardiorespiratory arrest (March 19 to September 19, 2020), and period 3, of collections with epidemiological screening for SARS-CoV-2 and reduction of the age range of donors less than 65 years old (September 20 to December 31 2020). Results: There were 710 circulatory deaths in 2020. The hospital eligibility rate was 5.7% among 140 deaths in the pre-pandemic period 1, 11.9% among 395 patients during the suspension of uptake in pandemic period 2, and 3.4% among 175 patients during age group restrictions and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) screening (p:0.004). Forty-seven patients who died in period 2 represented a loss of donation opportunities due to the suspension of collections, and 13 (7.6%) of the 175 patients in period 3 were ineligible due to the reduction in age group. Due to pandemic restrictions, eighty-one percent of the 75 eligible patients without clinical contraindications had limited tissue donation offers. Only one patient was considered ineligible for donation due to clinical-epidemiological screening for SARS-CoV-2. Serious infections were the leading cause of non-donation in 50.7, 48.1, and 47.4% of deaths in the three periods (p:0.615). Conclusion: The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic significantly affected the procurement of ocular tissues for transplants due to the restrictive measures implemented for safety reasons, leading to the loss of donation opportunities for 81% of families. Age restrictions significantly reduced potential donor eligibility rates. ABSTRACT Alternative materials can be used to reduce reliance on mining for P-based fertilizers. In this sense, the pyrolysis process of bovine bones produces the “bone char”, which can be used as a source of P. This study aimed to characterize bone char and conduct a comparative analysis with both soluble (triple superphosphate) and non-soluble (Bayóvar phosphate rock) phosphate fertilizers, specifically examining its behavior in soil and uptake by plants. Bone char characterization was performed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), and scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy-dispersive (SEM-EDS). The XRD analyses have shown the presence of hydroxyapatite in the bone char, bands assigned to P-O stretching from phosphate have been observed in ATR-FTIR, and Ca, P, C, and O elements were identified in the materials by EDS analyses. Solubility from fertilizer extractants was higher for bone char compared to Bayóvar, and both sources showed lower solubility compared to triple superphosphate. Cumulative amount of P released from bone char was higher than Bayóvar and lower than triple superphosphate. Amount of total dry matter, total shoot P uptake, and total shoot Ca uptake were higher for triple superphosphate compared to bone char and Bayóvar. Release profile of P from bone char strongly suggests this material can be used as a slow-release P source, with intermediate solubility between soluble and non-soluble commercialized sources. SUMMARY OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of study methodology and evaluation type on the selection of studies during the presentation of scientific events. METHODS: A prospective, observational, transversal approach was applied to a cohort of studies that were submitted for presentation at the 2021 Brazilian Breast Cancer Symposium. Three forms of criteria (CR) were presented. CR1 was based on six criteria (method, ethics, design, originality, promotion, and social contribution); CR2 graded the studies from 0 to 10 for each study, and CR3 was based on five criteria (presentation, method, originality, scientific knowledge, and social contribution). To evaluate the item correlation, Cronbach’s alpha and factorial analysis were performed. For the evaluation of differences between the tests, we used the Kruskal-Wallis and post-hoc Dunn tests. To determine the differences in the study classifications, we used the Friedman test and Namenyi’s all-pairs comparisons. RESULTS: A total of 122 studies were evaluated. There was also a good correlation with the items concerning criterion 1 (α=0.730) and 3 (α=0.937). Evaluating CR1 methodology, study design and social contribution (p=0.741) represents the main factor and CR3 methodology, and the scientific contribution (p=0.994) represents the main factor. The Kruskal-Wallis test showed differences in the results (p<0.001) for all the criteria that were used [CR1-CR2 (p<0.001), CR1-CR3 (p<0.001), and CR2-CR3 (p=0.004)]. The Friedman test showed differences in the ranking of the studies (p<0.001) for all studies (p<0.01). ABSTRACT The Medical Malacology Collection (Fiocruz-CMM) was inaugurated in 1993 and is located at the René Rachou Institute in Fiocruz (Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil). The collection has about 16,000 limnic mollusks of medical and veterinary importance. Information about each specimen is stored in an electronic Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and is available on the Centro de Referência em Informação Ambiental (CRIA) webpage. A QR Code system was implemented for convenience: it can be printed in reduced format with flexible representation on different surfaces and has a low cost of implantation. A script in PHP language was developed to load the spreadsheet in XLS format using an open-license library, PHP-ExcelReader. A PHP script was created to read and process this spreadsheet line by line and generate individual HTML pages, which were formatted with the Bootstrap tool. Then, the PHP QR code was used to create the images of the QR codes corresponding to each specimen. The QR codes were printed and affixed to the lids of the bottles containing each specimen. Using a device with a camera and internet access, the QR code redirects to the file with the information for each mollusk. The use of QR codes at Fiocruz-CMM facilitates the organization of the collection and allows quick and easy access to information about each specimen. RESUMO Introdução: Os sistemas CRIS constituem-se em sistemas de informação abrangentes sobre todo o ecossistema do processo científico. O BrCris tem como propósito integrar e organizar informações referentes a atividades de pesquisa, projetos, publicações, pesquisadores, instituições, financiamentos e outros dados relevantes no contexto científico brasileiro. Objetivo: Este estudo visa discutir o processamento dos dados na Plataforma BrCris e analisar as ferramentas computacionais empregadas para essa finalidade, explorando três abordagens principais: integração e consistência dos dados, visualização e validação, além da certificação dos dados. Metodologia: O estudo se configura como descritivo, apresentando em detalhes as etapas de tratamento de dados do BrCris, discutindo os desafios encontrados no manuseio de grandes volumes de informações. Além disso, descreve o ferramental computacional utilizado para o tratamento das informações científicas e tecnológicas. Resultados: O estudo revela os procedimentos para o tratamento de dados e as ferramentas computacionais desenvolvidas para os sistemas informacionais, bem como a integração e análise dos dados obtidos. São apresentados os resultados do tratamento e modelagem das informações baseadas no VIVO, com dados e painéis gráficos, e as oportunidades de reutilização dos dados gerados. ABSTRACT Introduction: CRIS systems constitute comprehensive information systems over the entire ecosystem of the scientific process. BrCris aims to integrate and organize information regarding research activities, projects, publications, researchers, institutions, financing and other relevant data in the Brazilian scientific context. Objective: This study aims to discuss data processing on the BrCris Platform and analyze the computational tools used for this purpose, exploring three main approaches: data integration and consistency, visualization and validation, in addition to data certification. Methodology: The study is descriptive, presenting in detail the BrCris data processing steps, discussing the challenges encountered in handling large volumes of information. Furthermore, it describes the computational tools used to process scientific and technological information. Results: The study reveals the procedures for data processing and the computational tools developed for information systems, as well as the integration and analysis of the data obtained. The results of the processing and modeling of information based on VIVO, with data and graphic panels, and the opportunities for reusing the generated data are presented. The integration of data into a self-declared repository (Lattes) and the theses and dissertations aggregator repository (Oasisbr) is also detailed, culminating in the issuance of a certification seal. Conclusion: The results show that the adoption of these computational tools provides easy and agile access to an extensive set of consolidated information, previously dispersed across various sources, especially due to the diversity of repositories and individual access limitations. Abstract The antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory activities of crude ethanolic extract of Celtis iguanaea leaves and their active fractions are reported. The oral treatment with crude ethanolic extract (CEE; 100, 300 or 1000 mg/Kg) inhibited the number of writhings in a dose-dependent manner. The intermediate dose also inhibited formalin-induced nociception in both phases. The oral treatment with dichloromethane fraction (DF; 9 mg/Kg) produced antinociceptive effect in both phases of formalin test; however, the treatment with ethyl acetate fraction (EAF; 16 mg/Kg) reduced pain only in the second phase of this test. The oral treatments with CEE (300 mg/Kg) or DF (9 mg/Kg) reduced the nociception induced by capsaicin and pre-treatment with naloxone did not change these effects. The oral administration of CEE (300 mg/Kg), DF (9 mg/Kg) or ethyl EAF (16 mg/Kg) reduced ear edema, leukocytes migration and myeloperoxidase activity. Furthermore, the oral treatment with CEE (300 mg/Kg) or EAF (16 mg/Kg) reduced the level of Tumor Necrosis Factor - Alpha (TNF-α) in the pleurisy test. In conclusion, the DF showed antinociceptive activity that involves the vanilloid system as well as anti-inflammatory effect and the EAF showed anti-inflammatory activity involving the reduction of TNF-α cytokine.

This work presents a review about information disorder, amidst which we include the so-called “fake news” phenomenon. Due to its increased potential for propagation in digital age, false or malicious content has impacted political and social life and its consequences range from rejection of health recommendations to violent disorders. In this review, we first define information disorder, considering some theoretical distinctions between its different manifestations. We then address the processes of production and dissemination of false and malicious content, focusing the producers and also the channels thought which such materials are spread. Next, we discuss reception of false content, reviewing works on the psychological and cognitive bases of gullibility.

Este trabajo presenta una revisión del desorden informativo, incluyendo las llamadas “fake news”. Los contenidos falsos o maliciosos, por su potencial de propagación en los medios digitales, impactan la vida política y social, asociándose desde el rechazo de recomendaciones de salud a disturbios violentos. En esta revisión, en primer lugar, caracterizaremos el desorden informativo, enumerando las distinciones conceptuales entre sus diferentes manifestaciones. En segundo lugar, nos ocuparemos de los procesos de producción y difusión de esos contenidos, planteado los agentes y canales implicados. A continuación, discutiremos el proceso de recibo de los contenidos falsos. Se presentan trabajos que, a partir de mecanismos de orden cognitivo y psicológico, buscan responder por qué se cree y socializan esos materiales.

São apresentados trabalhos que, a partir de mecanismos de ordem cognitiva e psicológica, buscam responder por que se acredita e se socializa esses materiais.

Resumo Transparência ativa é uma dimensão da transparência pública, prevista na Lei de Acesso à Informação, que impõe aos órgãos públicos a obrigação de divulgar informações não confidenciais, independentemente de solicitação. O objetivo deste artigo é avaliar os portais eletrônicos de transparência por meio de uma amostra aleatória de 197 municípios das 13 regiões geográficas do Estado de Minas Gerais, com mais de 10 mil habitantes, utilizando o Índice Geral de Transparência Ativa, calculado com base na lei e nos princípios de dados abertos governamentais. A metodologia utilizada, com adaptações, foi a Avaliação de Transparência Ativa para Entes Públicos, desenvolvida pelo Programa de Transparência Pública da Fundação Getulio Vargas. O ranking mostra que, na escala máxima de 100, 72% dos portais estão classificados abaixo de 50. São observadas grande disparidade de pontuações e tendência a maior transparência nas cidades mais populosas, embora 22 municípios com menos de 50 mil habitantes (11% da amostra) tenham atingido índice igual ou superior a 60. Resultados confirmam estudos anteriores que indicam altos níveis de opacidade da gestão municipal, principalmente em municípios menores. Merece destaque a contribuição deste estudo para a literatura ainda relativamente escassa sobre transparência pública no âmbito municipal - à luz dos princípios de dados abertos governamentais - no estado brasileiro com o maior número de municípios.

Abstract Active transparency is a dimension of public transparency provided for in the Right to Information Act, which provides for the disclosure of non-confidential information by public agencies, regardless of requests. This article aims to evaluate the online portals of a random sample of 197 municipalities in the 13 geographic regions of the state of Minas Gerais, with over 10,000 inhabitants, using the General Active Transparency Index (GATI), calculated based on the law and the principles of open government data. The Evaluation of Active Transparency for Public Entities, developed by the Public Transparency Program of Fundação Getulio Vargas was adapted and used for the study. The ranking shows that 72% of the portals are rated below 50, on the maximum scale of 100. There is also a large disparity between scores and the trend of greater transparency in the most populous cities, equal to or greater than 60. The results confirm previous studies that indicate high levels of opacity in the local public administration, mainly in smaller municipalities. The study contributes to the still relatively scarce literature about transparency at the municipal level, in the light of the principles of open government data, in the Brazilian state with the most municipalities.

La metodología utilizada, con adaptaciones, fue la evaluación de transparencia activa de las entidades públicas, desarrollada por el Programa de Transparencia Pública de la Fundação Getulio Vargas. El ranking muestra que el 72% de los portales se clasifica por debajo de 50 en un escala máxima de 100. Hay una gran disparidad en los puntajes y una tendencia de mayor transparencia en las ciudades más pobladas, aunque 22 municipios con menos de 50 mil habitantes (11 % de la muestra) han alcanzado índices iguales o superiores a 60. Los resultados confirman estudios previos que indican altos niveles de opacidad en la gestión municipal, principalmente en municipios más pequeños. Cabe mencionar la contribución de este estudio a la literatura todavía relativamente escasa sobre transparencia pública a nivel municipal ‒ a la luz de los principios gubernamentales de datos abiertos en el estado brasileño con mayor número de municipios.

Resumo Objetivo Avaliar o retorno ao esporte em pacientes jovens e ativos praticantes de alguma modalidade esportiva submetidos a osteotomia tibial alta (OTA) com o método de cunha de abertura. Métodos Foram analisados prospectivamente 12 pacientes submetidos ao procedimento de OTA utilizando-se método de cunha de abertura. Todos os pacientes estavam afastados do esporte. Foram utilizados os escores Lysholm, questionário International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC, na sigla em inglês), escala analógica de dor e nível de retorno em comparação ao período pré-operatório. O tempo médio de seguimento foi de 12 meses. Resultados Um paciente retornou ao esporte em nível muito abaixo do pré-operatório, oito pacientes retornaram em nível pouco abaixo, dois pacientes retornaram no mesmo nível e um paciente retornou em nível acima. Conclusão A OTA com uso do método de cunha de adição como forma de tratamento para osteoartrose medial isolada demonstra resultados clínicos e funcionais favoráveis e permite o retorno ao esporte.

Abstract Objective The present paper evaluates the resuming of physical activities by young, active patients who practiced some sport modality and underwent a high tibial osteotomy (HTO) using the opening wedge technique. Methods A total of 12 patients submitted to HTO using the opening wedge technique were prospectively analyzed. All patients were not playing sports at that time. Pre- and postoperative Lysholm and International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) scores, visual analog scale for pain and performance level were compared. The average follow-up time was of 12 months. Results One patient resumed sporting activities at a performance level significantly lower compared to the preoperative level, while eight patients returned at a slightly below level, two returned at the same level and one patient returned at a higher level in comparison with the preoperative period. Conclusion For isolated medial osteoarthrosis treatment, HTO using the opening wedge technique has favorable clinical and functional results, allowing patients to resume their sporting activities.

Resumo Este texto tem como objetivo refletir acerca da experiência em um cargo de gestão do Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social (CREAS) de uma cidade de grande porte de Minas Gerais, por meio do exame de suas possibilidades instituintes. A reflexão sobre a experiência parte de um processo de supervisão seguido de intervenções realizadas com os(as) técnicos(as) do serviço, com base nas trocas oriundas das reflexões entre teoria e prática. A partir das ideias de René Lourau sobre a Análise Institucional, examinamos a dinâmica institucional presente em cada situação problema e o jogo de forças opostas que se enunciam em contradições nas práticas cotidianas. Além disso, utilizamos concepções de Deleuze e Guattari para pensar os modelos presentes e as linhas de invenção que surgiram entre os profissionais. No percurso, destacamos a separação dos(as) técnicos(as) por núcleo, o que perpassa o trabalho de gestão e a própria atuação no CREAS, atuação que é aqui tratada como um analisador. As conclusões apontam para a importância de empreender leituras institucionais na atuação das equipes na Política de Assistência Social em direção a ações coletivas, pois a atuação do psicólogo ainda apresenta uma série de desafios nesse contexto.

Abstract This article discusses the management experience in a Specialized Referral Center for Social Assistance (CREAS) from a large city of Minas Gerais, examining its instituting possibilities. To this end, we supervised and performed interventions with the service technicians considering the exchanges between theory and practice. The institutional dynamics in each problem-situation and the opposing forces in contradictions seen in everyday practices were examined in the light of the Institutional Analysis, as discussed by René Lourau. Moreover, the present models and invention lines emerging among professionals were thought through the ideas of Deleuze and Guattari. We verified the division of technicians into nuclei, which crosses the management work and their performance in CREAS, being thus consider as an analyzer. The results indicate the importance of Social Assistance Policy towards collective actions in sustaining institutional readings in team performance, as the psychologist’s performance still meets a series of challenges in this context.

Resumen Este texto pretende reflexionar sobre la experiencia en una posición gerencial del Centro de Referencia Especializado en Asistencia Social (CREAS) en una gran ciudad de Minas Gerais (Brasil), examinando sus posibilidades instituyentes. La reflexión sobre la experiencia se inicia con un proceso de supervisión y presenta intervenciones realizadas con los/as técnicos/as del servicio a partir de los intercambios que surgen de estas reflexiones entre la teoría y la práctica. A partir de las ideas de René Lourau sobre el Análisis Institucional, se analizan las dinámicas institucionales presentes en cada situación problemática y el conjunto de fuerzas opuestas que se enuncian en contradicciones en las prácticas cotidianas. Además, se utiliza el pensamiento de Deleuze y Guattari para pensar los modelos actuales y las líneas de invención que surgieron entre los profesionales. En el camino, se destaca la separación de los/as técnicos/as por núcleos que recorre el trabajo de gestión y el propio desempeño de CREAS, tratándolo como un analizador. Se concluye que es importante mantener las lecturas institucionales en el desempeño de los equipos de la Política de Asistencia Social hacia las acciones colectivas, ya que el desempeño del psicólogo todavía presenta una serie de desafíos en este contexto.

ABSTRACT Objective to analyze the impact of the implementation of a model of clinical supervision over the emotional intelligence capacities of nurses. Methods mixed methods study. Quantitative data were collected before and after the implementation of the Model, using the scale of Emotional Intelligence Capacities of Nurses; analyses were carried out using descriptive statistics and paired samples were analyzed using the t-test. 47 nurses from one hospital participated. Qualitative data were obtained from the analysis of the discourses of the nurses in a public presentation, using thematic/categorizing content analysis. The findings were integrated at the end to generate the results. Results no statistically significant differences were found with the implementation of the Model. However, the nurses involved recognized the positive impact of the SafeCare Model in the development of emotional competences. Conclusion the study contributed for clinical supervision and for the development of emotional competences.

RESUMO Objetivo analisar o impacto da implementação de um modelo de supervisão clínica em enfermagem nas capacidades da inteligência emocional dos enfermeiros. Métodos estudo de métodos mistos. Colheu-se os dados quantitativos antes e após a implementação do Modelo, pela escala Capacidades da Inteligência Emocional em Enfermeiros; analisou-se por estatística descritiva e pelo teste-t para amostras emparelhadas. Participaram 47 enfermeiros de um hospital. Obteve-se os dados qualitativos pela análise dos discursos dos enfermeiros numa apresentação pública, através de técnicas de análise de conteúdo tipo temática/categorial. Os achados foram integrados no final para gerar os resultados. Resultados não se verificou diferenças estatisticamente significativas com a implementação do Modelo. Contudo, os enfermeiros envolvidos reconheceram o impacto positivo do Modelo SafeCare no desenvolvimento das competências emocionais. Conclusão o estudo apresentou contributos para a supervisão clínica e para o desenvolvimento das competências emocionais.

ABSTRACT Objective to synthesize the types of actions developed by the multiprofessional team in the primary health care to people with mental disorders. Methods integrative review, carried out in the databases Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, via PubMed, Web Of Science, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, Base de Dados de Enfermagem, and Índice Bibliográfico Espanhol de Ciências de Saúde. Results six studies were selected and grouped into the following axes: actions with the use of digital technologies (PyDeSalud.com platform; Partnering to Achieve School Success; Audio computer-assisted self-interview version of the Alcohol, Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test) and traditional actions (questionnaires during consultation; intervention in stages; support network to stop smoking). Conclusion evidences show that traditional or digital actions in mental health are necessary to offer an integral care. The multiprofessional team has the tendency to incorporate digital technologies to care for these people.

RESUMO Objetivo sintetizar os tipos de ações desenvolvidas pela equipe multiprofissional na atenção primária às pessoas com transtornos mentais. Métodos revisão integrativa, realizada nas bases Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, via PubMed, Web Of Science, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, Base de Dados de Enfermagem, Índice Bibliográfico Espanhol de Ciências de Saúde. Resultados foram selecionados seis estudos, agrupados em dois eixos: ações com uso de tecnologias digitais (Plataforma Web PyDeSalud.com; Partnering to Achieve School Success; Audio computer-assisted self-interview version of the Alcohol, Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test) e ações tradicionais (questionário durante consulta; intervenção escalonada; rede de apoio à cessação do tabagismo). Conclusão as evidências demonstram que ações tradicionais ou digitais, em saúde mental, são necessárias para integralidade do cuidado. Há tendência à incorporação, pela equipe multiprofissional, de tecnologias digitais para cuidado a essas pessoas.

ABSTRACT Objective to build and validate the content and appearance of the booklet on prevention and control of contact-borne infections. Methods methodological study, developed from the validation of an educational booklet by expert judges and by the target audience. The validation was performed by seventeen judges from different Brazilian regions and seven companions. The agreement index between the evaluators was calculated, with a minimum of 80.0% being necessary to guarantee the validation of the material. Results most of the items obtained agreement rates above the recommended. The changes were made according to the judges’ suggestions, giving rise to the second version of the booklet, which was submitted to the appearance validation by the target audience, culminating in changes in the cover and language. Conclusion the booklet was considered valid by specialists and by the target audience, and could be technology used for companions of patients kept in contact isolation.

RESUMO Objetivo construir e validar o conteúdo e a aparência de cartilha sobre prevenção e controle de infecções transmitidas por contato. Métodos estudo metodológico, desenvolvido a partir da validação de cartilha educativa por juízes especialistas e pelo público-alvo. A validação foi realizada por dezessete juízes de diferentes regiões brasileiras e sete acompanhantes. Calculou-se o índice de concordância entre os avaliadores, sendo necessário, no mínimo, 80,0% para garantir a validação do material. Resultados a maioria dos itens obteve índices de concordâncias acima do preconizado. As alterações foram realizadas conforme as sugestões dos juízes, dando origem a segunda versão da cartilha, a qual submetida à validação de aparência pelo público-alvo, culminando em modificações na capa e linguagem. Conclusão a cartilha foi considerada válida pelos especialistas e pelo público-alvo, podendo ser tecnologia utilizada para acompanhantes de pacientes mantidos em isolamento de contato.
