Resumo O sistema capitalista e cisheteropatriarcal se desenvolveu através da opressão e exploração de classe, raça e sexo no estabelecimento de relações desiguais e hierarquizadas de poder, e uma dessas opressões é o uso da violência contra os corpos considerados errantes e transgressores dentro dessa estrutura. Dentre os diversos tipos de violência, o foco deste estudo está na violência obstétrica, compreendida como uma violência patriarcal de gênero que visa a retirada de direitos, autonomia e protagonismo de mulheres e homens trans durante o período gestacional, do parto e puerpério ou em processos de abortamento. Esse artigo tem como objetivo refletir sobre a violência obstétrica e seu impacto nas homoparentalidades de mulheres lésbicas e de homens trans, pois compreende-se que a população LGBTQIA+ é uma das mais vulnerabilizadas e que está mais distante dos serviços de saúde, justamente pela violência institucional que acomete esses corpos. Dessa forma, pretende-se compreender, através de uma análise social e histórica, como os atravessamentos dessas violações sexistas e heteropatriarcais se entrelaçam e refletem na assistência à saúde dessas pessoas, gerando ainda mais formas de opressão contra essa população.

Abstract The cisheteropatriarchal capitalist system has developed by class, racial and sexual oppression and exploitation in establishing unequal, hierarchical power relations. One of these kinds of oppression involves the use of violence against bodies considered wayward and transgressive within this structure. Of the different types of violence, this study focused on obstetric violence, understood as patriarchal gender violence designed to remove the rights, autonomy and agency of trans women and men during the processes of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and abortion. This article reflects on obstetric violence and its impacts on homo-parenthood for lesbian women and trans men, on the understanding that the LGBTQIA+ population is one of the most vulnerable and removed from health services, mainly because of the institutional violence suffered by these bodies. Accordingly, the intention is to understand, through social and historical analysis, how these sexist, heteropatriarchal violations, interlacing and reflecting in health care for these people, generate even more forms of oppression against this population.

Resumo: O objetivo deste artigo é refletir sobre a ética na formação profissional, na particularidade da Unidade Curricular de Ética Profissional na graduação em Serviço Social da Unifesp. Realizou-se pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e sistematização de experiências. Abstract: The article aims to reflect on ethics in professional training, particularly, in the Professional Ethics Curricular Unit in the undergraduate course in Social Work at Unifesp. Bibliographical, documentary research and systematization of experiences were carried out. The results point to the importance of sharing theoretical-philosophical assumptions and didactic-pedagogical strategies in the development of specific ethics disciplines in coherence with Abepss curricular guidelines. Resumo O presente artigo apresenta a importância da formação permanente para o serviço social como possibilidade de contribuição para o trabalho profissional numa perspectiva crítica e de afirmação de nosso projeto ético-político. Para tanto, realiza uma discussão acerca da educação na sociedade de classes e o sentido da formação permanente em uma direção contra-hegemônica aos interesses do capital, apresentando uma reflexão sobre seu papel numa perspectiva emancipatória. Retoma os princípios da Política de Educação Permanente do Conjunto Conselho Federal de Serviço Social (CFESS), Conselhos Regionais de Serviço Social (CRESS) (2012), apontando os desafios e possibilidades presentes na efetivação desta política e na construção de espaços democráticos de formação após a graduação, ressaltando sua importância, aqui compreendida sob dois aspectos: a necessária suspensão da cotidianidade para o retorno a esta, de maneira a contribuir criticamente com ações alinhadas ao projeto ético político profissional e, sua potência enquanto estratégia na manutenção da hegemonia de nosso projeto profissional e de formação.

Abstract This article presents the importance of ongoing training for social workers as a possibility of contributing to professional work from a critical perspective and affirmation of a specific ethical-political project. The study discusses education in class society and the meaning of ongoing education in a counter-hegemonic direction to the interests of capital, presenting a reflection on the education’s role in an emancipatory way. The article resumes the principles of the Ongoing Education Policy of the Federal Council of Social Work (CFESS) of Regional Councils of Social Service (CRESS) (2012). Also, it points out the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of this policy and construction of democratic spaces of graduate qualifications, emphasizing the importance of ongoing training regarding two aspects. The first is the necessary suspension of the life routine, so one can contribute to the daily life, when returning, through actions aligned with a professional political, ethical project. Second, the potential for ongoing training as a strategy to maintain the hegemony of a professional and education project.

Resumo A partir da leitura crítica dos currículos de Serviço Social, desde 1936 até as diretrizes curriculares de 1996, este artigo objetiva analisar a direção social e a perspectiva ética presentes na trajetória de oito décadas de formação em Serviço Social. Através de pesquisa documental, retoma os dez currículos da primeira escola de Serviço Social, passando pelos quatro currículos mínimos aprovados nacionalmente, até as atuais diretrizes curriculares. Reconstitui o caminho percorrido por uma formação embasada numa perspectiva conservadora à importante inflexão de construção de uma perspectiva emancipatória. Aponta considerações acerca dos desafios postos ao atual projeto político pedagógico, em especial no que se refere à necessária efetivação da transversalidade da ética na formação das assistentes sociais.

Abstract Based on a critical reading of social work curriculum from 1936 to the curricular guidelines of 1996 this article analyzes the social direction and ethical perspective found in the eight-decade trajectory of education in social work. Using document research, it reviews the ten curriculums since the establishment of Brazil’s first school of social work, passing through four minimum national curriculum until the current curriculum guidelines. It traces the route traveled from an education based on a conservative perspective to the important inflection of an emancipatory perspective. It raises considerations about the challenges faced by the current political pedagogical project, particularly concerning the need to implement the transversality of ethics in the education of social workers.

Resumo: O presente artigo visa realizar análise crítica acerca da formação dos assistentes sociais no Brasil em seus oitenta anos de existência, reconstruindo a trajetória dessa formação desde a primeira Escola de Serviço Social, fundada em 1936. Retoma os currículos que deram base a tal formação desde sua gênese, passando por todos os currículos mínimos aprovados nacionalmente, até as atuais diretrizes curriculares, demonstrando a importante inflexão político-pedagógica realizada na ruptura com o conservadorismo.

Abstract: This article aims to carry out critical analysis of the education of social workers in Brazil in his eighty years of existence, reconstructing the history of this formation since the first School of Social Work founded in 1936. It resumes curricula that based such education since its genesis, through all minimum curricula nationally approved until the current curriculum guidelines, demonstrating the political-pedagogical inflection held in break with conservatism.

Resumo Atualmente são registrados para o Brasil, nove famílias, 68 gêneros e 179 espécies de morcegos. No Maranhão, poucas são as informações sobre a fauna de morcegos, portanto objetivou-se realizar um levantamento faunístico e reportar os novos registros de morcegos para o Cerrado leste maranhense na Área de Proteção Ambiental Municipal do Inhamum. Foram coletadas 31 espécies, distribuídas em quatro famílias representando 39% das espécies de morcegos registradas no Maranhão e 28,71% das espécies descritas para o Cerrado. A família Phyllostomidae apresentou a maior riqueza (23 espécies - 74,20%) e abundância (86,09%). A família Molossidae (quatro espécies) foi a segunda mais representativa, seguida de Vespertilionidae (três espécies) e Emballonuridae (uma espécie). Carollia perspicillata foi a espécie mais abundante (28%). As espécies Artibeus fimbriatus e Platyrrhinus fusciventris constituem novos registros para o Cerrado e o primeiro registro para o Maranhão. A curva de acumulação de espécies mostrou-se não estabilizada. As espécies Dermanura gnoma, Lasiurus blossevillii, Lasiurus ega, Micronycteris schmidtorum, Molossops temminckii, Platyrrhinus cf. recifinus, Phylloderma stenops e Trachops cirrhosus constituem novos registros para o Maranhão. As espécies coletadas na APA do Inhamum correspondem a novos registros para o Cerrado do leste maranhense evidenciando-a como uma área de extrema importância para levantamentos mastozoológicos, mostrando que a região necessita de mais estudos.

Abstract In Brazil, 179 bat species have been recorded to date, representing 68 genera and nine families. Few data are available on the bat fauna of the state of Maranhão, so the present study was based on a survey of the bat fauna of the Inhamum Municipal Environmental Protection Area (APA Inhamum) in the Cerrado savanna of the eastern extreme of the state. This inventory provides new records of bat species for the state of Maranhão and the Cerrado biome. A total of 31 species (four families) were collected, representing 39% of the bat species known to occur in Maranhão and 28.71% of the species described for the Cerrado. The family Phyllostomidae was the most diverse, with 23 species (74.20% of the total), and also the most abundant, with 86.09% of the specimens collected. The Molossidae (four species) was the second most diverse, followed by the Vespertilionidae (three species) and the Emballonuridae (one species). Carollia perspicillata was the most abundant species (28%).The records of Artibeus fimbriatus and Platyrrhinus fusciventris are the first for the Cerrado and were also recorded in Maranhão for the first time. The cumulative species curve did not reach an asymptote. The species Dermanura gnoma, Lasiurus blossevillii, Lasiurus ega, Micronycteris schmidtorum, Molossops temminckii, Platyrrhinus cf. recifinus, Phylloderma stenops and Trachops cirrhosus, were also recorded in Maranhão for the first time demonstrating the value of for mammal inventories and emphasizing the need for further surveys in this poorly-known region.
