Resumen Este estudio investiga manifestaciones de microagresiones raciales, con énfasis en medir el trauma racial experimentado por estudiantes negros matriculados en cursos de biblioteconomía. El objetivo general es comprender cómo se manifiestan las microagresiones raciales en este contexto. Los objetivos específicos incluyen: 1) definición conceptual de microagresiones raciales y sus características; 2) categorización de las formas en que estas microagresiones se manifiestan en las interacciones; 3) aplicación de la Escala de Microagresión Racial en la Enseñanza de la Biblioteconomía (EMREB). Desde el punto de vista metodológico, se trata de una investigación aplicada, cualitativa, que utiliza métodos documentales, bibliográficos, exploratorios y descriptivos. El estudio se divide en tres fases: 1) revisión de la literatura; 2) aplicación de cuestionarios y análisis de resultados; 3) desarrollo y aplicación de la escala. El análisis y aplicación de la escala revelan la presencia de microagresiones, que se manifiestan a través de prácticas sutiles, mensajes verbales y no verbales llenos de desprecio, sexismo y racismo, perpetuados por profesores y colegas blancos en el ámbito de la clase. Las microagresiones más frecuentes caen en las categorías de Deslegitimación/Invalidación y Amenaza/Intimidación, y las formas de opresión se cruzan con la opresión de género, racial y sexual en la experiencia educativa de los estudiantes negros en la educación superior. Con la escala, se encontró que las microagresiones raciales tienen consecuencias traumáticas y, junto con las categorías de opresión observadas, tienen un impacto duradero en la vida de los estudiantes negros observados.

Abstract The study investigates manifestations of racial microaggressions, with an emphasis on measuring racial trauma experienced by black students enrolled in Library Science courses. The overall goal is to understand how racial microaggressions manifest in this context. Specific objectives include: a conceptual definition of racial microaggressions and their characteristics; categorization of the ways in which these microaggressions manifest in interactions; and application of the Racial Microaggression Scale in Library Science Education. From a methodological point of view, it is applied qualitative research that uses documentary, bibliographic, exploratory and descriptive methods. The study is divided into three phases: 1) literature review; 2) application of questionnaires and analysis of results; and 3) development and application of the scale. The analysis and application of the scale reveal the presence of microaggressions, which are manifested through subtle practices and verbal and non-verbal messages full of contempt, sexism and racism, perpetuated by white teachers and colleagues in the classroom. The most common microaggressions fall into the categories of Delegitimization/Invalidation and Threat/Intimidation, and forms of oppression intersect with gender, racial, and sexual oppression in the educational experience of black students in higher education. With the scale, racial microaggressions were found to have traumatic consequences and, along with the categories of oppression observed, have a lasting impact on the lives of the Black students observed.

Abstract Objective This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of autism spectrum disorder and its possible correlations with clinical characteristics in patients with infantile epileptic spasms syndrome in a single center in Brazil. Methods This retrospective cross-sectional study examined 53 children with the diagnosis of infantile epileptic spasms syndrome prior to an autism spectrum disorder assessment. Participants were divided into two groups based on the presence or absence of autism spectrum disorder. Available variables (sex, medications, median age at onset of infantile epileptic spasms syndrome, and presence of comorbidities) were compared using Mann-Whitney U or chi-square tests. Results Among the included patients, 12 (23 %) were diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, corresponding to a relative risk of 0.29 (95 % confidence interval 0.174-0.492). The age at the first seizure ranged from 3 to 15 months, with a mean of 6.65 months. This age significantly differed between participants with autism spectrum disorder (10.58 months) and those without (5.43 months), p<0.001. Conclusion Children with infantile epileptic spasms syndrome have a higher risk of being diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Abstract Objectives: Fungal infections (FI) pose a public health concern and significantly increase mortality rates, especially within Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU). Thus, this study aimed to investigate epidemiological indicators, risk factors, and lethality predictors associated with FI in a NICU. Methods: This study included 1,510 neonates admitted to the NICU of a reference hospital in Brazil between 2015 and 2022. Demographic data, such as sex, birth weight, gestational age, and use of invasive devices were analyzed. Results: Thirty neonates developed invasive FI, totaling 33 episodes and an incidence of 1.2 per 1,000 patient days. Candida albicans was the most frequent species (52.9 %), the bloodstream was the most affected site (78.9 %), and 72.7 % of infections occurred between 2015 and 2018. The lethality rate associated with FI was 33.3 %, and 90 % of deaths occurred within 30 days of diagnosis of infection. Weight < 750 g, prolonged hospital stay, use of parenteral nutrition, and broad-spectrum antimicrobials were independent risk factors for infection occurrence, especially glycopeptides and 4th generation cephalosporins, having a considerable role in the increase in fungal infections. Weight < 750 g was considered a significant predictor of lethality, and C. albicans had the highest lethality rate (40 %). Conclusion: These findings highlight the elevated lethality rate associated with these infections, reinforcing the importance of developing strategies to control FI within NICU. RESUMO Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar o processo de intercompreensão sob a ótica da Neurolinguística Discursiva. Como metodologia, foi realizado um estudo de caso de uma criança com perfil linguístico de restrição verbal, que diz respeito à dimensão dos enunciados que envolve as palavras e a sua morfologia. A interpretação dos dados ocorreu com base na perspectiva bakhtiniana, que aborda a “compreensão” como um processo ativo responsivo e a significação como emergente na relação entre enunciados. Os resultados evidenciaram que o conhecimento compartilhado entre as interlocutoras permitiu a construção conjunta da significação mesmo diante da restrição verbal, e aspectos como os elementos não verbais e o reconhecimento do papel ativo-responsivo da criança também favoreceram a intercompreensão. ABSTRACT This article aims to analyze the process of mutual understanding from the perspective of Discursive Neurolinguistics. As a methodology, a case study was carried out on a child with a linguistic profile of verbal restriction, which concerns the dimension of utterances involving words and their morphology. Data interpretation was based on the Bakhtinian perspective, which addresses ‘understanding’ as an active-responsive process and meaning as emerging from the relationship between utterances. The results showed that the interlocutors’ common ground allowed the joint construction of meaning even in the face of verbal restrictions, and aspects such as nonverbal elements and the recognition of the child’s active-responsive role also favored mutual understanding. As a conclusion, the attention to different multimodal resources as legitimate modes of expression allows children with verbal restrictions to fulfill the role of “speakers” regardless of their modes of expression. Abstract Objectives: Intraoperative bleeding may compromise the results of functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). Tranexamic acid (TXA) and hot saline irrigations (HSI) are potentially useful in reducing blood loss during FESS. To date, no review comprehensively compared outcomes between TXA and HSI. The objective was to bring an insight between these two modalities in FESS. Study design: Systematic review and meta-analysis Material and Methods: The research was performed across PUBMED and Cochrane collaboration databases. A meta-analysis was performed to allow the comparison between TXA and HSI outcomes in FESS. Results: Twelve papers met the eligibility criteria for meta-analysis. HSI presented a more significant reduction in volumetric blood loss compared to TXA (p=0.01). No statistically significant difference was found between HSI and TXA considering surgical field quality (p = 0.99) and duration of surgery (p=0.24). Conclusions: This study suggests similar efficacy of HSI and TXA in improving operative conditions in FESS, although with lower volumetric blood loss in HSI.

Resumo Objetivos: A hemorragia intraoperatória pode comprometer os resultados da cirurgia endoscópica nasosinusal (CENS). O ácido tranexâmico (ATX) e a irrigação com soro quente (ISQ) demonstraram ser úteis na redução da perda sanguínea na CENS. O objetivo desta revisão foi o de comparar os resultados destas duas modalidades na CENS. Desenho do estudo: Revisão sistemática e meta-análise Material e Métodos: A investigação incluiu as bases de dados da PUBMED e Cochrane. Foi efetuada uma meta-análise que explorou os resultados do ATX e da ISQ na CENS. Resultados: Doze trabalhos cumpriram os critérios de elegibilidade para meta-análise. A ISQ apresentou uma redução mais significativa na perda sanguínea comparativamente ao ATX (p=0,01). Não foi encontrada diferença estatisticamente significativa entre ATX e ISQ quanto à qualidade do campo cirúrgico (p = 0,99) e à duração da cirurgia (p=0,24). Conclusões: Este estudo sugere eficácia semelhante entre ATX e ISQ na melhoraria das condições operatórias na CENS, com vantagem da ISQ na perda sanguínea volumétrica.

RESUMO Objetivo: investigar os efeitos vasculares da foto-biomodulação com diodo emissor de luz utilizando membrana embrionária corioalantóide de ovos de galinhas em grupos com diferentes tempos de exposição e detectar as alterações morfológicas por meio de métricas quantitativas promovidas pela luz na arquitetura da rede vascular. Métodos: Um aparelho de fototerapia com diodo emissor de luz no comprimento de onda de 670 nm foi usado como fonte de fotobiomodulação. A luz vermelha foi aplicada a uma distância de 2,5 cm da superfície da membrana embrionária corioalantóide em 2, 4 ou 8 sessões de 90 s a arquitetura da rede vascular foi analisada por meio do software AngioTool (National Cancer Institute, USA). Usamos um grupo controle negativo tratado com 50 µL de solução salina tamponada com fosfato (PBS) pH 7,4 e um grupo controle positivo (Beva) tratado com 50 µL de solução de bevacizumabe (Avastin, Produtos Roche Químicos e Farmacêuticos S.A., Brasil). Resultados: Uma diminuição no comprimento total do vaso foi detectada para o grupo Beva (24,96 ± 12,85%), e para todos os grupos que receberam terapia de luz vermelha de 670 nm, 34,66 ± 8,66% (2x), 42,42 ± 5,26% (4x) e 38,48 ± 6,96% (8x) em comparação ao grupo controle. A incidência de 5,4 J/cm2 em 4 sessões (4x) mostrou vasos mais regulares. A redução foi mais intensa nos grupos que receberam maior incidência de luz vermelha de 670 nm (4x e 8x). Conclusão: A fotobiomodulação contribui para a redução da vascularização nos vasos da membrana embrionária corioalantóide de ovos de galinhas e mudanças na arquitetura da rede. ABSTRACT Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the vascular effects of photobiomodulation using a light-emitting diode on the chorioallantoic embryonic membrane of chicken eggs grouped into different times of exposure and to detect the morphological changes induced by the light on the vascular network architecture using quantitative metrics. Methods: We used a phototherapy device with light-emitting diode (670 nm wavelength) as the source of photobiomodulation. We applied the red light at a distance of 2.5 cm to the surface of the chorioallantoic embryonic membrane of chicken eggs in 2, 4, or 8 sessions for 90 s and analyzed the vascular network architecture using AngioTool software (National Cancer Institute, USA). We treated the negative control group with 50 μl phosphate-buffered-saline (pH 7.4) and the positive control group (Beva) with 50 μl bevacizumab solution (Avastin, Produtos Roche Químicos e Farmacêuticos, S.A., Brazil). Results: We found a decrease in total vessel length in the Beva group (24.96% ± 12.85%) and in all the groups that received 670 nm red light therapy (2× group, 34.66% ± 8.66%; 4× group, 42.42% ± 5.26%; 8× group, 38.48% ± 6.96%), compared with the negative control group. The fluence of 5.4 J/cm2 in 4 sessions (4×) showed more regular vessels. The number of junctions in the groups that received a higher incidence of 670 nm red light (4× and 8×) significantly decreased (p<0.0001). Conclusion: Photo-biomodulation helps reduce vascularization in chorioallantoic embryonic membrane of chicken eggs and changes in the network architecture. RESUMO Objetivo: Analisar a conformidade da comercialização dos produtos infantis incluídos na Norma Brasileira de Comercialização de Alimentos para Lactentes e Crianças de Primeira Infância, Bicos, Chupetas e Mamadeira (NBCAL) e de compostos lácteos em drogarias de Uberlândia/MG. Métodos: Estudo transversal realizado em 143 drogarias que vendiam produtos infantis: fórmulas infantis (FI) para lactentes, FI de seguimento para lactentes, mamadeiras, bicos, chupetas e protetores de mamilo; FI para crianças de primeira infância, alimentos de transição e alimentos à base de cereais, leites fluidos/em pó, leites modificados/similares de origem vegetal e composto lácteo. A localização das drogarias nos cinco setores geográficos foi realizada por geoprocessamento. Os dados coletados foram: tipos de promoção comercial irregular e tipo de administração da drogaria (rede/independente). As promoções comerciais irregulares foram expressas em frequências absoluta e relativa. Resultados: Verificamos a presença de promoção comercial irregular em 11,7% dos bicos, chupetas e mamadeiras, em 10,0% das FI lactentes/seguimento de lactentes, em 9,5% das FI para crianças de primeira infância, em 11,1% dos leites, em 25,0% de alimentos de transição e em 59,1% dos compostos lácteos. Nas drogarias de rede, a presença de promoção comercial irregular foi maior para compostos lácteos (81,8 vs. 28,6%, respectivamente) e, para leites, foi maior nas drogarias independentes (30,8 vs. 6,0%). Os setores central e leste apresentaram os maiores percentuais de promoção comercial irregular (26%). Conclusões: As violações à NBCAL ainda ocorrem nas drogarias, principalmente para os produtos destinados às crianças de primeira infância, e nas drogarias de rede. ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the compliance with the commercialization of children's products included in the Brazilian Code of Marketing of Infant and Toddlers Food and Childcare-Related Products (NBCAL) in drugstores in Uberlândia/MG. Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out in 143 drugstores that sold infant products: infant formula (IF), follow-up IF, nipples, teats, pacifiers and nipple shields; FI for young children, transition foods and cereal-based foods, fluid or powdered milk, modified/similar milks of plant origin and dairy compounds. The location of drugstores in the five geographic sectors was performed by geoprocessing. The data collected were: types of promotion and types of drugstore administration (drugstore chains/drugstores with independent administration). Irregular commercial promotion was expressed as absolute and relative frequencies. Results: Irregular commercial promotion was found in 11.7% of nipples, pacifiers and bottles, in 10.0% of IF and follow-up formula, in 9.5% of IF for young children, in 11.1% fluid or powdered milk, in 25.0% of transition foods and cereal-based foods and in 59.1% of dairy compounds. In commercial drugstore chains, the presence of promotion for dairy (81.8 vs. 28.6%, respectively) was higher than in drugstores with independent administration. The opposite ocurred for fluid or powdered milk, modified and similar milks of plant origin. The downtown and eastern sectors had the highest percentages of promotions (26%). Fontes de dados: Esta é uma revisão sistemática de publicações, sem limitação de ano e idioma. Incluímos estudos envolvendo o sistema nervoso autônomo e peso ao nascer em adultos. ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the relationship between birth weight and the autonomic nervous system in adulthood through a systematic review. Data source: This is a systematic review of publications without limitation of year and language. We included studies involving the autonomic nervous system and birth weight in adults. Manuscripts were selected based on electronic searches of Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Web of Science Cochrane Library and Scopus databases, using “Autonomic Nervous System” OR “Heart Rate” OR “Heart Rate Variability” AND “Birth Weight” as a search strategy. This review is registered on the International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews — PROSPERO (ID: CRD42020165622). Data synthesis: We found 894 articles; 215 were excluded for duplicity. Of the remaining 679 studies, 11 remained. Two were excluded because they did not specifically treat the autonomic nervous system or birth weight. There were nine publications, two cohort and seven cross-sectional studies. The main findings were that extreme, very low, low or high birth weight may have some impact on the autonomic nervous system in adult life. Resumen: Las fortalezas del carácter se consideran un aspecto positivo de la personalidad que indica una vida satisfactoria y auténtica. La Escala de Fortalezas del Carácter (EFC) es la única medida conocida que evalúa las fortalezas personales de los brasileños. La literatura sugiere que la estructura propuesta de 24 fortalezas divididas en seis virtudes no se replica empíricamente. Los estudios han comparado las fortalezas del carácter entre hombres y mujeres, y en diferentes etapas del desarrollo; sin embargo, comprender la equivalencia del instrumento entre grupos debe preceder a tales comparaciones. Este estudio tiene como objetivo probar la estructura factorial de la EFC encontrada por Noronha y Batista (2020) y evaluar la invarianza del constructo entre: adolescentes y adultos, sexo en adolescentes, sexo en adultos. Para el primer objetivo, se utilizó el Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio (CFA) que respaldó la estructura probada. Para el segundo, se evaluó la equivalencia de los factores de la escala entre grupos utilizando el CFA Multigrupo, que identificó algunos factores como equivalentes y otros no. Se puede concluir que la estructura factorial probada es empíricamente relevante y que, al comparar las medias de las fortalezas entre grupos en futuros estudios utilizando la EFC, los autores deben prestar atención a qué fortalezas pertenecen a factores invariantes.

Abstract: The aim of the study was to identify instruments used to assess the Character strengths are considered a positive aspect of personality, indicating a satisfying and authentic life. The Character Strengths Scale is the only known measure that evaluates personal strengths of Brazilians. The literature suggests that the proposed structure of 24 character strengths divided into six virtues is not empirically replicated. Studies have compared character strengths between men and women and across stages of development; however, understanding the equivalence of the instrument across groups should precede such comparisons. This study aims to test the factor structure of the Character Strengths Scale found by Noronha and Batista (2020) and evaluate the construct’s invariance among adolescents and adults, as well as between sexes in adolescents and adults. For the first objective, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was employed, which supported the tested structure. For the second, the equivalence of the scale factors between groups was evaluated using Multi-Group CFA, which identified some factors as equivalent and others as not. It can be concluded that the tested factor structure is empirically relevant and that, when comparing strength means between groups in future studies using the Character Strengths Scale, authors should pay attention to which strengths belong to invariant factors.

A Escala de Forças de Caráter (EFC) é a única que se tem conhecimento que avalia as forças pessoais dos brasileiros. A literatura aponta que a estrutura proposta, das 24 forças pessoais divididas em 6 virtudes, não é replicada empiricamente. Estudos tem comparado as forças de caráter entre homens e mulheres e entre etapas do desenvolvimento, porém, compreender a equivalência do instrumento entre os grupos deve preceder tais comparações. Este estudo objetiva testar a estrutura fatorial da EFC encontrada por Noronha e Batista (2020) e avaliar a invariância do construto entre: adolescentes e adultos, sexo em adolescentes, sexo em adultos. Para o primeiro objetivo, empregou-se uma Análise Fatorial Confirmatória (AFC), que corroborou a estrutura testada. Para o segundo, avaliou-se a invariância dos fatores da escala entre os grupos a partir da AFC-Multigrupo, que apontou alguns fatores como equivalentes e outros não. Pode-se concluir que a estrutura fatorial testada é empiricamente pertinente e que, ao comparar médias das forças entre os grupos em estudos futuros com a EFC, os autores devem se atentar a quais forças pertencem a fatores invariantes.

Abstract The emergence of civil associations in favor of cannabis began in the 2010s. Faced with the inertia of the State, these organizations have acted in the reception, support, information, training, and facilitation of access for patients and their families to the medicine produced from marijuana, a prohibited substance in Brazil. This study aims to analyze how cannabis activism promoted by Brazilian associations is based on scientific knowledge or knowledge acquired through the experience of members. The methodology included interviews with participants from the ACuCa, Ama+me, and Apepi associations, as well as the Content Analysis of the profiles of these institutions on Instagram. It was found that cannabis activism on Instagram is similar to that practiced in person; however, activism on social media prioritizes the dissemination of knowledge through information and training of its followers, being careful to treat the content in order to suit the guidelines of the platform. In addition, the main lines of action of cannabis associations (reception and distribution of medicinal oils) appear in a veiled way in the publications, most of which occur through private conversations in the media with the associations.

Diante da inércia do Estado, essas organizações têm atuado no acolhimento, apoio, informação, capacitação e facilitação do acesso de pacientes e familiares a medicamento produzido à base de maconha, substância proibida no Brasil. Este estudo visa analisar como o ativismo canábico promovido pelas associações brasileiras se fundamenta em conhecimentos científicos ou adquiridos pela vivência dos associados. A metodologia englobou entrevistas com participantes das associações ACuCa, Ama+me e Apepi e análise de conteúdo dos perfis dessas instituições no Instagram. Verificou-se que o ativismo canábico no Instagram apresenta semelhanças com aquele praticado presencialmente, no entanto, o ativismo nas mídias sociais prioriza a divulgação do conhecimento pela informação e capacitação de seus seguidores, tendo o cuidado de tratar o conteúdo para se adequar às diretrizes da plataforma. Além disso, as principais linhas de atuação do associativismo canábico (acolhimento e distribuição de óleos medicinais) aparecem de forma velada nas publicações, sendo que em sua maioria ocorrem em conversas privadas nos meios de comunicação com as associações.

RESUMO Lutzomyia longipalpis (Lutz & Neiva, 1912) é o vetor do agente da leishmaniose visceral (LV) no Novo Mundo de maior relevância epidemiológica. Em 25 de outubro de 2023, o Centro de Informações Estratégicas em Vigilância em Saúde de Macapá detectou um caso de LV no bairro Km9 desse município. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar as espécies de flebotomíneos nessa área a fim de auxiliar na confirmação da autoctonia do caso. Foram coletados 12 espécimes, desses, cinco foram de Lu. longipalpis, confirmando assim a presença do vetor do agente da LV e a possível autoctonia da transmissão.

ABSTRACT Lutzomyia longipalpis (Lutz & Neiva, 1912) constitutes the most epidemiologically relevant vector of visceral leishmaniasis (VL) in the New World. On October 25, 2023, the Macapá Center for Strategic Information in Health Surveillance registered a case of VL in the Km9 neighborhood, in Macapá. This study aimed to describe the Phlebotominae species in this area to assist the confirmation of the autochthony of the case. In total, 12 specimens were collected, of which five belonged to the Lutzomyia longipalpis species, confirming the presence of the VL agent vector and the possible autochthony of the transmission.

ABSTRACT Despite being subject to lower AIDS-related mortality rates and having a higher life expectancy, patients with HIV are more prone to develop non-AIDS events. A low CD4+/CD8+ ratio during antiretroviral therapy identifies people with heightened immune senescence and increased risk of mortality. In clinical practice, finding determinants of a low CD4+/CD8+ ratio may be useful for identifying patients who require close monitoring due to an increased risk of comorbidities and death. We performed a prospective study on the evolution of the CD4+/CD8+ ratio in 60 patients infected with HIV (80% males), who were subjected to two different antiretroviral regimens: early and deferred therapy. The initial CD4+/CD8+ ratio was ≤1 for 70% of the patients in both groups. Older age, CD4+ cell count at inclusion, Nadir CD8+T-cell count, and Initial CD4+/CD8+ ratio ≤ 1 were risk factors for lack of ratio recovery. In the multivariate analysis, a CD4+/CD8+ ratio > 1 at the start of the treatment was found to be a determinant factor in maintaining a CD4+/CD8+ ratio > 1. The nadir CD4+T-cell count was lower in the deferred therapy group (p=0.004), and the last CD4+/CD8+ ratio ≤1 was not associated with comorbidities. Ratio recovery was not associated with the duration of HIV infection, time without therapy, or absence of AIDS incidence. A greater improvement was observed in patients treated early (p=0.003). In contrast, the slope of increase was slower in patients who deferred treatment. In conclusion, the increase in the CD4+/CD8+ ratio occurred mostly for patients undergoing early strategy treatment and its extension did not seem to be related to previous HIV-related factors. ABSTRACT Objective: To measure the costs of preventive and therapeutic protocols of Photobiomodulation (PBM) for oral mucositis (OM) and their budgetary impact on Brazil’s Ministry of Health (BMH). Material and Methods: A partial economic analysis was performed to estimate the costs using a bottom-up approach from a social perspective. Monetary values were assigned in Brazilian reais (BRL). The costs of the preventive protocol were calculated for five, 30, and 33 consecutive PBM sessions, depending on the antineoplastic treatment instituted. The costs of the therapeutic protocol were calculated for 5 or 10 sessions. The annual financial and budgetary impact was calculated considering the groups of oncologic patients with a higher risk of development of OM, such as those with head and neck and hematological cancer and pediatric patients. Results: The cost of a PBM session was estimated at BRL 23.75. The financial impact of providing one preventive protocol per year for all oncologic patients would be BRL 14,282,680.00, 0.030% of the estimated budget for hospital and outpatient care of the BMH in 2022. The financial and budgetary impacts of providing one treatment for OM for all patients in one year would be BRL 2,225,630.31 (0.005%, most optimistic scenario) and BRL 4,451,355.63 (0.009%, most pessimistic scenario).
