RESUMO Esta pesquisa investiga o uso de recursos lúdicos estruturados com a ferramenta Power Point no ensino bilíngue de estudantes surdos, em uma escola situada no município de Timon, no estado do Maranhão. O objetivo é analisar a contribuição de jogos digitais no processo de aquisição linguística. Metodologicamente, trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo, do tipo exploratória e de cunho qualitativo. Para coleta e análise dos dados, foram realizadas observação das aulas, aplicação de questionário semiaberto e pesquisas bibliográficas. Os resultados demonstram que os jogos promovem engajamento e motivação para a aprendizagem. Observa-se ainda que a presença de elementos culturais surdos proporciona a criação de um ambiente escolar mais empático e inclusivo. ABSTRACT This research investigates the use of playful resources structured in Power Point for the bilingual education of deaf students in a school located in the municipality of Timon, in the state of Maranhão. This study aims to analyze how digital games contribute to language acquisition. Methodologically, this is a exploratory and qualitative field research. Class observation, a semi-open questionnaire, and bibliographic research were carried out for data collection and analysis. Results show that the games used promote engagement and motivation for learning. We also observed that the presence of deaf cultural elements creates a more empathetic and inclusive school environment. RESUMO As últimas gerações de redes de comunicação e de interação começaram a estender a conectividade aos objetos (internet of things), às superfícies e ao meio-ambiente (sensores), criando ecologias interativas (the internet of everything) nas quais todas as diversas entidades (dados, algoritmos, software, coisas, territórios, pessoas) desenvolvem suas ações e possibilidades em diálogos e por meio das demais. Tal transformação determina a passagem da forma de arquiteturas de aprendizagem frontais e analógicas, para dimensões reticulares e digitais. A digitalização do mundo e a conexão generalizada possibilitam a construção de redes e de arquiteturas conectivas interagentes, nas quais a aprendizagem passa a ser compreendida, a partir de uma lógica ecossistêmica em que atores humanos e entidades diversas (às quais a digitalização deu voz) dialogam e, num processo de interdependência, constroem uma ecologia inteligente. Desse contexto emerge uma nova cultura relacional, ecológica, ligada a indicadores e critérios de sustentabilidade, o que nos permite falar de uma Educação OnLIFE, numa realidade hiperconectada, na qual o “real” e “virtual” se (con)fundem, instigando instituições, professores e estudantes a repensar o sistema educativo, enquanto ecossistema. O artigo, a partir da reflexão sobre a nova conexão planetária e o habitar em rede, questiona que problematizações e desafios essa nova realidade coloca para a Educação. Apresenta três abordagens interpretativas da relação humano-tecnologia digital em contexto educacional e, finaliza com elaborações sobre a Educação OnLIFE.

ABSTRACT The past generations of communication and interaction networks have started to extend connectivity to objects (internet of things), surfaces, and environments (sensors), thus creating interactive ecologies (the internet of everything), in which all the different entities (data, algorithms, software, things, territories, people) develop their actions and possibilities in dialogues and through each other. Such transformation determines the transition from the frontal and analog learning architectures to reticular and digital dimensions. The digitization of the world and the widespread connection enable the construction of networks and interactive and connective architectures, in which learning comes to be understood from an ecosystemic logic where human actors and several entities (which digitalization has given voice to) dialogue and, in a process of interdependence, build an intelligent ecology. From this context, emerges a new relational, ecological culture linked to indicators and criteria of sustainability, which allows us to speak of OnLIFE Education in a hyperconnected reality in which "real" and "virtual" merge, instigating institutions, teachers, and students to rethink the educational system as an ecosystem. The article, based on a reflection on the new planetary connection and network living, questions what problems and challenges this new reality poses for Education. It presents three interpretative approaches to the human-digital technology relationship in an educational context and ends with reflections on OnLIFE Education.

RESUMO O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o efeito de folhas frescas trituradas de leucena, mandioca e mamona, aplicados como adubação de cobertura, no controle de M. incognita em tomateiro e, no desenvolvimento destas plantas em condição de casa-de-vegetação. Os materiais foram aplicados na superfície do solo 30 dias após a germinação das sementes e, após 10 dias, o substrato de cultivo das plantas foi infestado. Plantas cultivadas em solo não infestado serviram para a avaliação do efeito dos materiais sobre o desenvolvimento dos tomateiros. Em ambos os ensaios, foram aplicadas 0, 10, 20, 30 e 40 g de folhas frescas trituradas de leucena, mamona e mandioca por Kg de solo, em tratamentos independentes. A avaliação ocorreu 45 dias após a aplicação dos materiais vegetais. Nos tratamentos onde o solo foi infestado os materiais vegetais incrementaram a massa fresca da raiz e da parte aérea dos tomateiros e inibiram a reprodução do patógeno. Houve diminuição do número de ovos, redução do fator de reprodução, índice de galhas e índice de massas de ovos de M. incognita nas plantas dos tratamentos que apresentaram material vegetal, independente da concentração utilizada. Os materiais incrementaram o desenvolvimento das plantas, sendo esse incremento mais pronunciado, quando estas foram cultivadas na presença da leucena, em todas as concentrações do vegetal utilizadas. Tais resultados apontam para o potencial desses materiais vegetais, no controle sustentável do nematoide das galhas em tomateiro.

ABSTRACT The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of fresh leaves of leucaena, cassava and castor bean, applied as cover fertilizers, on the control of M. incognita in tomato plants and on the development of these plants under greenhouse conditions. The materials were applied to the soil surface at 30 days after seed germination and, after 10 days, the plant growth substrate was infested. Plants grown on non-infested soil were used to evaluate the effect of the materials on the development of tomato plants. In both tests, 0, 10, 20, 30 and 40 g fresh leaves of leucaena, cassava and castor bean were applied per kg of soil as independent treatments. The evaluation occurred at 45 days after the application of plant materials. In treatments where the soil was infested, the plant materials increased root and shoot fresh mass of the tomato plants and inhibited the reproduction of the pathogen. There was a reduction in the number of eggs, a reduction in the reproduction factor, gall index and egg mass index of M. incognita in the plants of treatments that had plant material, regardless of the used concentration. The materials increased the development of plants and this increase was more pronounced when they were cultivated in the presence of leucaena, at all concentrations of the plant material. These results indicate the potential of such plant materials on the sustainable control of root-knot nematode in tomato plants.

Resumo O objetivo deste trabalho foi verificar o efeito do extrato de (AN), Ascophyllum nodosumaplicado em diferentes doses, sobre características físico-químicas de mangas ‘Tommy Atkins’, na fase de pós-colheita. As mangas selecionadas foram tratadas com diferentes concentrações do extrato (0%, 0,1%, 0,3%, 0,5% e 1,0%) e armazenadas por 12 dias, a 25±2 °C e 75±5% de UR. Foram avaliados, a cada 3 dias, a perda de massa dos frutos (PM), o ângulo de cor (Hue) (AH), a firmeza, o pH, a acidez titulável (AT), o teor de sólidos solúveis da polpa (°Brix) e o teor de carboidratos da casca. Os experimentos foram conduzidos em DIC, em arranjo fatorial 5 x 5 (concentrações x dias de armazenamento), com quatro repetições. O AN foi eficiente em evitar a PM dos frutos, registrando redução de até 40,2%, como observado na concentração de 0,1% em relação ao controle. Não houve diferença entre as concentrações quanto ao AH, contudo todas diferiram significativamente do controle com AHs maiores, especialmente no 12º dia. A firmeza do fruto foi menor no controle, o pH, aumentou com o tempo de armazenamento e a AT diminuiu, sendo que, para todos esses parâmetros, mangas tratadas com o extrato diferiram do controle. O °Brix da polpa das amostras aumentou com o tempo de armazenamento, assim como o teor de açúcares redutores, com consequente redução de açúcares não redutores na casca do fruto. Estes testes apontam para a possibilidade de uso do AN como alternativa de manejo na preservação de mangas na fase de pós-colheita.

Abstract The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Ascophyllum nodosum extract (AN), applied in different doses on the physicochemical characteristics of post-harvest ‘Tommy Atkins’ mangoes. The selected mango fruits were treated with different extract concentrations (0%, 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 1.0%) and stored for 12 days at 25±2 °C and 75±5% RH. Every 3 days, fruit mass loss (PM), color angle (Hue) (AH), firmness, pH, titratable acidity (AT), content of total soluble solids in pulp (°Brix) and content of carbohydrates in shell were assessed. The experiments were carried out in CRD in a 5 x 5 factorial arrangement (concentrations x days of storage) with four replications. AN was effective in preventing PM, with a reduction of up to 40.2%, as observed at concentration 0.1% compared to control. There were no differences among concentrations on AH, however, all of them differed significantly from control with higher AH, especially on the 12nd day. Fruit firmness was lower in control, the pH increased with the storage time and AT decreased. For all these parameters, mangoes treated with the extract differed from control. The pulp sample °Brix increased with the storage time as well as the content of reducing sugars, with consequent reduction of non-reducing sugars in fruit shell. These tests indicate the possibility of using AN as an alternative management in preserving mangoes in the post-harvest stage.

RESUMO O objetivo deste trabalho foi determinar o potencial de diferentes doses do extrato da alga marinha Ascophyllum nodosum (AN), do fosfito de potássio (FP), do óleo de nim (ON) e do extrato pirolenhoso (EP), todos produtos naturais disponíveis comercialmente, em induzir o acúmulo de fitoalexinas em cotilédones de soja e mesocótilos de sorgo. Foram utilizadas 5 doses para cada produto, sendo: 0,0, 0,1, 0,2, 0,3 e 0,4 mL/L para o FP e 0,0, 0,1, 0,3, 0,5 e 1,0 mL/L para os demais. Além destes, o tratamento com o acibenzolar-S-metílico (ASM) serviu de controle positivo. A análise de variância demonstrou que todos os produtos testados foram eficientes em induzir fitoalexinas em cotilédones de soja e mesocótilos de sorgo, com destaque especial para o AN que, nas duas maiores doses, diferiu significativamente tanto da dose zero quanto do controle positivo. Além disso, o AN foi, numericamente, superior aos demais produtos. O aumento progressivo das doses resultou em aumentos também progressivos de fitoalexinas em soja e em sorgo, demonstrando alta correlação do ‘fator dose’ com a quantidade de fitoalexina produzida. Esses resultados apontam para a possibilidade de utilização desses produtos como componentes bastante promissores no manejo integrado de doenças de plantas.

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to determine the potential of different concentrations of Ascophyllum nodosum marine algae extract (AN), potassium phosphite (PF), neem oil (NO) and pyroligneous extract (EP), all commercially available natural products, to induce phytoalexin accumulation in soybean cotyledons and sorghum mesocotyls. Five different concentrations were used for each product, as follows: 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 mL/L for PF and 0.0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 1.0 mL/L for the remaining products. In addition, treatment with acibenzolar-S-methyl (ASM) served as a positive control. Analysis of variance showed that all tested products were effective in inducing phytoalexins in soybean cotyledons and sorghum mesocotyls, specially AN which, at the two highest concentrations, significantly differed from both the concentration zero and the positive control. Moreover, AN was numerically superior to the other products. The progressive increase in concentrations also resulted in progressive phytoalexin increases in soybean and sorghum, showing high correlation of the ‘concentration factor’ with the amount of produced phytoalexin. These results point out to the possibility of using these products as promising components in the integrated management of plant diseases.

O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar o efeito de produtos naturais na expressão da resistência a Colletotrichum gloeosporioides agente etiológico da antracnose, em frutos pós-colheita de pimenta. Os produtos acadian®, biopirol®, neemseto®, quitosana e rocksil® foram aplicados em duas épocas, 48 e 72 horas antes da inoculação do patógeno, em tratamentos independentes, utilizando-se duas dosagens para cada indutor. Verificou-se uma diminuição no desenvolvimento do patógeno em todos os tratamentos, diferindo estatisticamente da testemunha. Na primeira época de aplicação (48h) os tratamentos com biopirol® seguidos do acadian® nas maiores dosagens, apresentaram menores lesões de antracnose em relação aos demais tratamentos desta época. Na segunda época de aplicação (72h) o produto acadian® foi o único que apresentou efeito significativo entre os demais tratamentos. Os resultados obtidos demonstram potencial dos indutores naturais no controle da antracnose em frutos de pimenta na pós-colheita.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of different natural products on the expression of resistance to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, the etiologic agent of anthracnose, in postharvest pepper fruits. The products acadian®, biopirol®, neemseto®, chitosan and rocksil® were applied at 48 and 72 hours before the pathogen inoculation, in independent treatments, using two doses for each inducer. There was a decrease in the pathogen development for all treatments, statistically differing from the control. At the first application time (48h), treatments with biopirol® followed by acadian® at larger doses led to smaller anthracnose lesions in relation to the remaining treatments at that period. At the second application time (72h), acadian® was the only product to show a significant effect, compared to the other treatments. The obtained results demonstrate the potential of natural inducers to control anthracnose in postharvest pepper fruits.

The aim of the present work was to analyze the molecular methods in the differentiation of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides isolates obtained from the cashew and mango trees. The different molecular taxonomic methods used proved to be efficient regarding intraspecific characterization. Similarly, molecular methods also proved to be efficient in differentiation of the C. gloeosporioides isolates in relation to host specificity. In the analysis of the ITS sequence of the ribosomal DNA, all the isolates amplified with the CgInt and ITS4 primers, confirming that they pertained to C. gloeosporioides. The results from this study suggested that methods based on the pathogenicity, isozyme analysis and RAPD were effective in differentiating C. gloeosporioides isolates from the cashew and mango trees.

Foram caracterizados isolados monospóricos, obtidos de seis isolados multispóricos de Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, de cajueiro e mangueira, quanto à morfologia das colônias, crescimento micelial em BDA, patogenicidade e análise isoenzimática. As colônias dos isolados multispóricos apresentaram diversidade quanto à cor e aspecto, mas não foram observadas variações expressivas na morfologia dos 60 isolados monospóricos, quando comparados aos respectivos multispóricos, e apenas em dois isolados foi possível observar características morfológicas diferentes. Os isolados estudados exibiram bom crescimento em BDA, aos seis dias de incubação. Alguns isolados monospóricos, obtidos de quatro multispóricos de cajueiro e mangueira, foram heterogêneos no crescimento micelial. A patogenicidade foi o parâmetro que melhor caracterizou a variação entre isolados monospóricos e multispóricos de C. gloeosporioides. Diferentes níveis de agressividade foram observados entre e dentro dos isolados monospóricos e multispóricos. Os padrões eletroforéticos de isoesterases demonstraram que não houve variação, quanto à análise isoenzimática, entre os isolados monospóricos e os multispóricos dos quais foram originados. Os resultados deste trabalho sugerem que a escolha do tipo de isolado de C. gloeosporioides para estudos em cajueiro e mangueira deve ser precedida da comparação entre isolados monospóricos e multispóricos com base no crescimento micelial e patogenicidade.

Monosporic isolates of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides obtained from six cashew and mango trees multisporic isolates were characterized for colony morphology, mycelial growth on BDA, pathogenicity and isozyme analysis. The colonies of multisporic isolates presented diversity of color and aspect, but expressive morphological variations were not observed in 60 monosporic isolates compared to their respective multisporic. Only in two isolates it was possible to observe different morphologic characteristics. All the studied isolates showed good growth on BDA until six days after incubation. Some monosporic isolates obtained from four cashew and mango multisporic ones showed heterogeneous mycelial growth. Pathogenicity was the variable that best characterized the variation between monosporic and multisporic isolates of C. gloeosporioides. Different aggressiveness levels were observed among and within monosporic and multisporic isolates. In the analysis of isozymes, the electrophoretical patterns of isoesterases showed no variation among the monosporic isolates and the parental multisporic ones. The results of this work suggest that the selection of the C. gloeosporioides type isolate for studies on cashew and mango should be preceded by a comparison between monosporic and multisporic isolates based upon mycelial growth and pathogenicity.
