RESUMO Este ensaio teórico percorre um itinerário e aborda diferentes concepções de território quanto ao campo da saúde coletiva. Busca-se elucidar como o território compõe com a constituição histórica e organizativa dos sistemas e serviços de atenção à saúde, e como conceito fundamental ao trabalho no campo da saúde coletiva. Enquanto intervenção estatal sobre a vida populacional dentro de territórios circunscritos a Estados-nações, a abordagem epidemiológica paisagística da medicina social preventiva concebe o território como ambiente de exposição a doenças e acaba superada pelas ideias de risco e multicausalidade dos processos saúde-doença, próprias ao modelo do campo da saúde. Este amplia a compreensão dos processos saúde-doença articulando ambiente, acesso aos serviços, estilos de vida e determinantes biológicos com aspectos ecológicos, culturais, simbólicos e de responsabilidade social. Assim, a saúde coletiva se aprimora com noções como territorialidades, identidades ou reprodução social, importantes para a distritalização e a organização de sistemas de saúde democráticos, a compreensão sobre a determinação social da saúde e a efetivação de redes de cuidado e estratégias de assistência eficazes, sobretudo na atenção básica. Enfim, a noção de território é fundamental à compreensão das condições estruturantes dos processos de vida e adoecimento e ao compromisso com a transformação social.

ABSTRACT This theoretical essay explores different conceptions of territory within the field of collective health. We aim to elucidate how territory contributes to the historical and organizational constitution of healthcare systems and services, as well as its fundamental role in the field of collective health. The landscapebased epidemiological approach of social preventive medicine, which conceives territory as an environment of disease exposure within nation-state boundaries, is overcome by the ideas of risk and multicausality inherent in the model of the health field. This model expands the understanding of health-disease processes by integrating the environment, access to services, lifestyles, biological determinants with ecological, cultural, and symbolic aspects, as well as social responsibility. Therefore, collective health is enhanced by concepts such as territoriality, identity, and social reproduction, which are important for the districting and organization of democratic healthcare systems, for understanding the social determination of health, and for implementing effective care networks and strategies, particularly in primary care. Ultimately, the notion of territory is fundamental to understanding the structuring conditions of life processes and illness, as well as to the commitment to social transformation.

Abstract Brazil is renowned for its extensive plant biodiversity, with emphasis on Cymbopogon, C. citratus and C. nardus, with broad antimicrobial potential. Candidemias caused by Candida albicans are highly prevalent in immunosuppressed individuals and are associated with infections by biofilms on medical devices. The aim of this study was to evaluate the antimicrobial potential of essential oils C. citratus and C. nardus against C. albicans in planktonic and biofilm forms. Essential oils were obtained by hydrodistillation and chemical composition evaluated by GC-FID and GC-MS. The minimum inhibitory concentration was determined by the broth microdilution method and the synergy effect of essential oils and amphotericin B were evaluated by the checkerboard test. Biofilm activity was determined by the XTT assay. Cytotoxicity assays performed with VERO cells and molecular docking were performed to predict the effect of oil interaction on the SAP-5 enzyme site. The results showed activity of essential oils against planktonic cells and biofilm of C. albicans. Furthermore, the oils had a synergistic effect, and low cytotoxicity. Molecular docking showed interaction between Cadinene, Caryophyllen oxide, Germacrene D with SAP-5. RESUMO O trabalho com diários em pesquisa e em processos formativos vincula-se a diferentes campos do conhecimento e abordagens teórico-metodológicas. Este artigo tem como objetivo historicizar e problematizar os modos como esse gênero vem sendo abordado no âmbito da pesquisa e da formação, nas áreas da saúde e da educação, bem como os aportes teórico-metodológicos tomados como referência. ABSTRACT The work with diaries in research and formation processes is associated with different fields of knowledge and diverse theoretical and methodological approaches. This article aims to historicize and problematize how this genre has been used in research and formation and the theoretical and methodological contributions used as references, especially in the health and education areas. The present narrative review followed the movement produced through reading the texts, which left open spaces for interlocutions. The database was derived from the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) web portal and the Brazilian Journal of (Auto)biographical Research. Although the diary still bears traces of connection to ethnographic research, it has shown flexibility and multiple purposes in its use. Resumen Este artículo relaciona el paradigma asilar de atención psiquiátrica, comprensión y manejo del campo de la salud mental, con el paradigma prohibicionista, referente a al uso y circulación de drogas, como dos series de políticas y prácticas sociales que operan la guerra racial que está en el fundamento del Estado brasileño. Así, proponemos una investigación arqueogenealógica sobre las condiciones de emergencia de prácticas y objetos de saber-poder movilizados por estos dos paradigmas, prestando atención al carácter político de las verdades que los sustentan. Nos dedicamos especialmente al período entre finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX buscando la dinámica de fuerzas que constituyen a las prácticas sociales y sus efectos de subjetivación, producidos por la sujeción de los cuerpos a través de una diversidad de mecanismos morales, disciplinarios, eugenésicos, higienistas y biopolíticos que articulan las aspiraciones de modernización y productividad del Estado brasileño a la gestión de los problemas de salud y seguridad del país, comprendiendo la pobreza, la adicción y la enfermedad como resultado de su constitución racial. Resumo Este artigo relaciona o paradigma manicomial, relativo à assistência psiquiátrica, à compreensão e ao manejo do campo da saúde mental, ao paradigma proibicionista, referente ao porte, uso e à circulação de drogas, como duas séries de políticas e práticas sociais que operam a guerra de raças que está na base do Estado brasileiro. Com isso, propomos uma investigação arqueogenealógica acerca do emaranhado de condições de emergência das práticas e objetos de saber-poder mobilizados por esses dois paradigmas, atentando ao caráter político das verdades que as sustentam. Abstract This article puts in relation the asylum paradigm, associated to psychiatric care, to the understanding and management of the mental health field, to the prohibitionist paradigm, that refers to the possession, use and circulation of drugs, as two series of social policies and practices that operate racial war that is in the base of the Brazilian State. So on, we propose an archeogenealogical investigation about the emergency conditions of the practices and objects of knowledge-power organized by these two paradigms, paying attention to the political character of the truths that support them. Looking especially at the period between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th, we questioned the dynamics of forces that constitute social practices and their effects of subjectivation, produced by the subjection of bodies through moral, disciplinary, eugenic, hygienist and biopolitics mechanisms that articulate the modernization and productivity aspirations of the Brazilian State to the management of the country’s health and safety problems, understanding poverty, addiction and disease as consequences of its racial constitution. We conclude that the conflict of races is an intrinsic background that is updated at the heart of the problematic fields of mental health and drugs. RESUMO O presente ensaio tem por objetivo apresentar como, por meio de uma escuta sensível das linguagens dos bebês e de um olhar atento a elas, uma professora se constituiu como professora de bebês e crianças muito pequenas em uma creche pública do interior de São Paulo e como as relações que ela travou estabeleceram, relativamente às injustiças do poder público no que concerne à superlotação na creche, uma singular apropriação do espaço físico escolar com base na pedagogia Freinet, tornando sua trajetória docente única e ímpar, naquela situação determinada.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this essay is to present how, through sensitive listening to the languages of babies and a careful look at them, a teacher was constituted as a teacher of very young children in a public daycare center in the interior of São Paulo, Brazil; and how the relationships she made established, in relation to the injustices of the public power with regard to overcrowding in the daycare center, a singular appropriation of the physical school space based on Freinet pedagogy, making her teaching trajectory unique and peculiar, in that determined situation.

RESUMO O presente artigo objetiva revelar como as réplicas dos outros compõem e ampliam as narrativas de uma professora de bebês e, ainda, como essas réplicas apareceram nessas narrativas no contexto de atendimento não presencial e assíncrono devido à pandemia de covid-19. A metodologia narrativa de pesquisa em educação, em diálogo com os aportes da filosofia bakhtiniana, foi a utilizada para interpretar as réplicas materializadas nas narrativas e a maneira como a professora reorganizava seu trabalho a partir delas. Revelou-se que, enquanto as narrativas eram referentes ao trabalho presencial, as réplicas dos bebês apareciam a partir do acabamento provisório que a professora produzia do vivido com eles; já, nas narrativas que tratavam do trabalho não presencial, as réplicas eram os acabamentos produzidos pelas famílias, a partir do vivido na relação com os bebês. Em ambas as situações, a professora buscou reorganizar o trabalho na relação com as réplicas de seus outros.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to reveal how the responses of the others compose and expand the narratives of an early years teacher and also how these responses appear in narratives in the context of non-face-to-face and asynchronous support, due to the covid-19 pandemic. The narrative methodology of research in education, in dialogue with the contributions of the Bakhtinian philosophy, was used to interpret the responses materialized in the narratives and the way the teacher reorganizes her work based on them. It was shown that whereas the narratives were related to face-to-face work, the babies’ responses came up from the unfinishedness utterances that the teacher produced from her experience with them; as regarding the narratives about non-face-to-face work, the responses came from the utterances produced by the families, based on what they experienced in their relationship with the babies. In both situations, the teacher tried to reorganize her work in relation to the responses of her others.

RESUMO A criação de uma comunidade virtual de práticas de formador de formadores faz parte de uma investigação narrativa de doutorado, em processo, que tem como um dos objetivos (re)colher narrativas de formador de formadores a fim de organizar uma coleção de registros que possa ser fonte de conhecimento para esses (e desses) profissionais. Os formadores, assim como professores e profissionais da educação, sempre têm boas histórias para contar, mas nem sempre as registram ou partilham. Há narrativas inspiradoras e felizes; outras inspiradoras e tristes; algumas nada inspiradoras, mas muito potentes para se refletir sobre a atuação e as condições de trabalho oferecidas a esse profissional dentro de programas de formação continuada, entre outros aspectos. Consideramos que há muito a se descobrir pela voz de formador de formadores, e que é possível ampliar o corpus de conhecimento sobre esse profissional e seu campo de atuação, uma vez que há pouca literatura sobre esse tema. Para acessar essas histórias se fez necessário criar um dispositivo que viabilizasse e mobilizasse a escrita de produções de saberes experienciais numa dimensão narrativa e formativa. Neste texto pretendemos compartilhar o processo de criação e administração de um grupo privado em rede social - no recorte de seus dois primeiros meses de funcionamento - e o que temos aprendido e refletido como investigadores narrativos a partir do movimento de elaboração e acompanhamento de postagens e reações no grupo.

ABSTRACT The creation of a virtual community of practices for trainers’ educators is a part of the doctorate's narrative inquiry, in process, which has its main goal in (re)gathering trainers’ educators' narratives to organize a collection of records that may be a source of knowledge for these professionals. The trainers have always had good stories to tell, as well as teachers and educational professionals, but they have not always written about or shared them. There are inspiring and happy narratives; there are others that are inspiring and sad; and some which are not inspiring, but are very powerful to reflect on the performance and the working conditions which are offered to these professionals on continuing education programs, among other aspects. Since there is little literature on this subject, we consider there is still much to discover through the voice of the trainer’s educator, who can contribute to broadening the corpus of knowledge about these professionals and their field of activity. To access these stories, the creation of a device was necessary to enable and mobilize the writing of experiential knowledge productions, in narrative and formative aspects. In this text, we intend to share the process of creating and managing a private group on a social network - during its first two months of operation - and what we, as narrative inquirers, have learned and reflected from the engagement of preparing and monitoring the posts and the reactions in the group.

RESUMO Este artigo problematiza a escrita narrativa e a pesquisa narrativa como meios potentes para tomadas de consciência e para o autodesenvolvimento profissional. Para isso, apresenta movimentos possíveis em uma pesquisa narrativa na qual a pesquisadora investigou a própria prática, questionando-se como se constituíra professora no início da docência. Os diferentes lugares em que se colocava - de professora iniciante, professora-pesquisadora e pesquisadora - ao ser professora e pesquisar a própria prática de ensino lhe possibilitavam diferentes dimensões de consciência. Essas dimensões eram possíveis, pois, ao escrever reflexivamente sobre o trabalho e a pesquisa, produzindo acabamentos provisórios, a professora e pesquisadora se colocava em um lugar exotópico e ampliava as interações verbais, desse lugar e com outros interlocutores, enxergando o que antes não fora possível alcançar. A partir das percepções possíveis, construía novas memórias de futuro que lhe faziam reorganizar a prática em prol de seu desenvolvimento profissional e do aprendizado dos estudantes.

ABSTRACT This paper discusses narrative writing and narrative inquiry as powerful resources for gaining awareness and for professional self-development. To this end, it presents possible movements in a narrative inquiry in which the researcher investigated her own teaching practice, on the basis of questions regarding how she became a teacher. The distinct places where she placed herself - beginning teacher, teacher-researcher and researcher - as a teacher who was investigating her own practice, made her aware of the distinct dimensions of these roles. Such dimensions were possible because, while writing reflexively about her work and inquiry - which led to provisional finalizations -, the teacher-researcher was placing herself at an exotopical place and expanded the verbal interactions from this place and with other interlocutors, thus acquiring a far-reaching vision that was not possible before. Drawing on possible perceptions thereof, she built memories of the future that would make her reorganize the practice on behalf of her professional development and of her pupils’ learning process.

RESUMO: O uso radical da narrativa como metodologia de pesquisa em Educação nos leva à produção deste artigo, com intenção de apresentar a emergência do conceito de escrita-evento nesse contexto metodológico, no qual os conhecimentos produzidos acerca da formação são sustentados pela prática narrativa em todo o âmbito da pesquisa. Isso se deve à posição não neutra e não indiferente dos pesquisadores com seus pesquisados, à compreensão da importância do contexto social e à valorização do acontecimento experienciado, sempre formativos para todos os participantes da pesquisa. As relações humanas promovem um horizonte de possibilidades para a emergência da escrita-evento na materialização da linguagem, entendida como capacidade de modelização primária específica da espécie humana, englobando e abarcando qualquer teoria e/ou método predeterminados. Concluímos, estudando algumas pesquisas do grupo, particularmente aquela de que emerge o conceito, que a pesquisa narrativa, em sua radicalidade, potencializa a produção de conhecimentos e saberes na área educacional.

ABSTRACT: This paper aims to present the emergence of the concept of “writing-event” in the methodological context, in which the narrative practice throughout the scope of research sustains all knowledge relating to Education. This is the result of a non-neutral and non-indifferent status taken by the researchers with respect to their research objects, and it is also connected to the understanding of the importance of the social context and to the valorization of the experienced event, which is always formative for all involved in the research. Human relations create a horizon of possibilities for the writing-event emergence in the materialization of language, described as the human-specific primary modeling device and encompassing any predetermined theory and/or methodology. By analyzing some of our studies, in particular the one in which the concept of writing-event emerged, we conclude that narrative inquiry’s radicality promotes knowledge creation in the field of Education.

Neste estudo, verificou-se a utilização de um filme de quitosana para o controle do crescimento e produção de aflatoxinas por A. parasiticus em amendoim. Os filmes foram aplicados sobre os grãos por meio de duas metodologias (aspersão e imersão). Os grãos recobertos foram inoculados com 2,5 ml de uma suspensão contendo 1,0×106 esporos/ml e incubados a 25 oC por 7 dias. A concentração de aflatoxinas foi determinada por cromatografia em camada delgada, utilizando a técnica de densitometria. A verificação da inibição do crescimento fúngico foi realizada por meio da inoculação do patógeno em placas de Petri contendo GYEP suplementado com quitosana a 2% e incubadas por 7 dias a 25 ºC. Após incubação, o diâmetro da colônia do patógeno foi estimado e comparado com o controle. Todos os testes foram realizados com cinco repetições. Para a verificação de alterações morfológicas, uma suspensão de esporos ou hifas incubados na presença de quitosana foi submetida à microscopia eletrônica de varredura. Foi observado que tanto o método de imersão quanto o de aspersão reduziram a produção de aflatoxina significativamente, 84,3% e 86,7% respectivamente. A presença de quitosana no meio de cultura reduziu o diâmetro das colônias e promoveu modificações morfológicas nos esporos de A. parasiticus. Com esse procedimento foi verificado que a utilização de quitosana a 2% na forma de filme, principalmente por aspersão, pode reduzir a concentração de esporos e aflatoxinas de A. parasiticus em amendoim, o que confere a essa substância uma grande perspectiva de utilização no controle de fungos aflatoxigênicos.

In this study, we evaluate the utilization on chitosan film to control the growth and aflatoxin production by A. parasiticus in peanut. The films were inoculated over the grains by aspersion or immersion methods. The chitosan coated grains were inoculated with 2.5 ml solution with 1.0×106spores/ml and incubated at 25 °C for 7 days. The aflatoxin concentration was estimated by thin layer chromatography and densitometry. The fungus growth inhibition was observed by pathogen inoculation in Petri dishes with GYEP media plus 2% chitosan and incubated by 7 days at 25 °C. After incubation the colony diameter was measured and compared with the control. All assays were repeated five times. To verify morphological alterations, a spore/hypha suspension was incubated in media with chitosan and observed in scanning electron microscopy.Both methods (immersion and aspersion) were able to reduce the aflatoxin production significantly, 84.3% and 86.7%, respectively. The chitosan reduced the colonies diameters and promoted morphological alterations in A. parasiticus spores. With this, was observed that a 2% chitosan film, specially inoculated by aspersion, can to reduce A. parasiticus spores and aflatoxins concentrations in peanuts. This characteristic gives to this substance an excellent perspective to be used in aflatoxigenic fungi control.

Neste artigo visamos uma análise crítica das condições de subjetivação oferecidas a partir da literatura de autoajuda da virada do século. Propomos seis categorias a fim de evidenciar o ideal identitário propagado nos textos alocando-os segundo o que é sua suposta essência, papéis sociais e valores. Apoiados nos estudos de Lasch e Giddens, percebemos que esta identidade feminina essencial, reitera o lugar de subjugação da mulher na sociedade ocidental. Seguindo pistas de Guattari e Rolnik, propomos uma concepção de subjetividade aquém da identidade e da essência individual ou de gênero, como atualização de forças de afetação e desejo.

This article makes a critical analysis of the conditions of the subjective production offered by self-help literature in the end of XX century. We propose six categories in order to demonstrate the identitary ideals propagated in the texts, as they antagonize sexes, we allocate them according to what is supposed to be its essence, social papers and values. Supported in Lasch's and Giddens' studies, we realize that this essential feminine identity, reiterates women's subjugation in western society. Following Guattari and Rolnik's clues, we propose a conception of subjectivity that precides identity and individual essence or gender formations, as an upgrading of affection and desire forces.

Neste trabalho, amostras de Boldo (Peumus boldus), Castanha da Índia (Aesculus hippocastanum), Chá Verde (Camelia sinensis), Erva Cidreira (Melissa officinalis), Espinheira Santa (Maytenus ilicifolia), Guaraná (Paullinia cupana), Maracujá (Passiflora sp.), Mulungu (Erythrina velutina), Sene (Cassia angustifolia) e Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis) foram investigadas utilizando a técnica Análise por Ativação Neutrônica (AAN-k0), a fim de se determinar os teores de metais e outros elementos químicos contaminantes. Os resultados revelaram a presença de elementos não essenciais ao organismo humano. A diversidade de impurezas químicas encontradas, mesmo em níveis de baixa concentração, considerando o potencial de toxicidade crônica desses elementos, reforça a necessidade de melhorias na aplicação de boas práticas pelos produtores e comerciantes e a hipótese de falta de controle de qualidade nos produtos vegetais.

In this work, samples of the medicinal plants: Boldo (Peumus boldus), Castanha da Índia (Aesculus hippocastanum), Chá Verde (Camelia sinensis), Erva Cidreira (Melissa officinalis), Espinheira Santa (Maytenus ilicifolia), Guaraná (Paullinia cupana), Maracujá (Passiflora sp.), Mulungu (Erythrina velutina), Sene (Cassia angustifolia) and Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis) were evaluated BY using the Neutron Activation Analysis technique (NAA- k0) in order to determine the levels of metals and other chemical contaminants. The results showed the presence of non essential elements to the human body. The diversity of chemical impurities found even at low concentration levels, considering the potential for chronic toxicity of these elements, reinforces the need to improve the implementation of good practices by growers and traders, and the hypothesis of lack of quality control in plant products.

The genera Aspergillus comprises species that produce mycotoxins such as aflatoxins, ochratoxins and patulin. These are cosmopolitan species, natural contaminants of agricultural products. In coffee grains, the most important Aspergillus species in terms of the risk of presenting mycotoxins belong to the genera Aspergillus Section Circumdati and Section Nigri. The purpose of this study was to assess the occurrence of isolated ochratoxigenic fungi of coffee grains from organic and conventional cultivation from the South of Minas Gerais, Brazil, as well as to evaluate which farming system presents higher contamination risk by ochratoxin A (OTA) produced by fungi. Thirty samples of coffee grains (Coffea arabica L.) were analysed, being 20 of them of conventional coffee grains and 10 of them organic. The microbiological analysis was done with the Direct Plating Technique in a Dichloran Rose Bengal Chloramphenicol Agar (DRBC) media. The identification was done based on the macro and micro morphological characteristics and on the toxigenic potential with the Plug Agar technique. From the 30 samples analysed, 480 filamentous fungi of the genera Aspergillus of the Circumdati and Nigri Sections were isolated. The ochratoxigenic species identified were: Aspergillus auricoumus, A. ochraceus, A. ostianus, A. niger and A. niger Aggregate. The most frequent species which produces ochratoxin A among the isolated ones was A. ochraceus, corresponding to 89.55%. There was no significant difference regarding the presence of ochratoxigenic A. ochreceus between the conventional and organic cultivation systems, which suggests that the contamination risk is similar for both cultivation systems.

The media claims for the consumption of natural resource-based food have gradually increased in both developing and developed countries. The interest in the safety of these products is partially due to the possible presence of toxigenic fungi acting as mycotoxin producers, such as aflatoxins produced during the secondary metabolism of Aspergillus flavus, A. parasiticus and A. nomius. Aflatoxins, mainly aflatoxin B1, are directly associated with liver cancer in human beings. This paper is aimed at evaluating the presence of aflatoxin B1 in a few vegetable drugs, dried plant extracts and industrialized products traded in 2010 in the city of Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The method used for the quantification of aflatoxin B1 was based on extraction through acetone:water (85:15), immunoaffinity column purification followed by separation and detection in high efficiency liquid chromatography. Under the conditions of analysis, the Limits of Detection and Quantification were 0.6 µg kg-1 and 1.0 µg kg-1respectively. The complete sets of analyses were carried out in duplicate. Aflatoxin B1 was noticed in a single sample (< 1.0 µg kg-1). The results revealed low aflatoxin B1contamination in the products under analysis. However, it is required to establish a broad monitoring program in order to obtain additional data and check up on the actual extension of contamination.
