INTRODUÇÃO: O ambiente de trabalho pode desencadear no circulante de sala de operações, alterações emocionais como a ansiedade, influenciando no desempenho de suas tarefas. OBJETIVOS: Identificar traço e estado de ansiedade do auxiliar e do técnico de enfermagem; identificar quais as alterações fisiológicas provocadas pela ansiedade, e relacionar o traço e estado de ansiedade com as possíveis alterações desencadeadas pela mesma. MÉTODO: Os dados foram coletados usando os inventários para traço e estado de ansiedade antes do início da cirurgia com 19 circulantes de sala de operações e a observação deles durante a cirurgia. RESULTADOS: Os resultados obtidos identificaram uma amostra com 13 (68,42%) circulantes apresentando baixo traço de ansiedade e 6 médio traço de ansiedade (31,58%). Com relação ao estado de ansiedade, 14 (73,68%) apresentaram baixo estado de ansiedade, 4 (21,05%) médio estado e 1 (5,26%) alto estado de ansiedade; destes 19 funcionários, 8 (42,11%) apresentaram manifestações clínicas relacionadas à ansiedade como agitação, agitação e irritabilidade, agitação e movimentos repetitivos e tristeza. CONCLUSÕES: Pode-se concluir, que a maioria possue baixo traço (68,42%) e estado de ansiedade (73,68%). Não houve associação estatisticamente significante entre a ansiedade e as manifestações clínicas apresentadas pelos auxiliares e técnicos de enfermagem, assim como não houve correlação entre ansiedade e as manifestações clínicas apresentadas.
BACKGROUND: Working environment may trigger emotional alterations, such as anxiety, that may influence the performance of the oprating roon auxiliary. AIM: The present study had as objectives to identify line and state of the assistant’s anxiety and of the nursing technician; to identify which the physiologic alterations provoked by the anxiety, current of his/her performance in the autonomous nervous system and to relate the line and anxiety state with the possible alterations unchained by the same. METHODS: The data were collected using the inventories for line and anxiety state with 19 circulating of room of operations before the beginning of the surgery and during the surgical action the clinical manifestation of the anxiety was observed. RESULTS: Did the obtained results identify a sample with 13 (68,42%) circulating presenting low anxiety line and medium anxiety line ( 31,58%). Regarding the anxiety state, 14 (73,68%) they presented low anxiety state, 4 (21,05%) medium state and 1 (5,26%) high anxiety state; of these 19 employees, 8 (42,11%) they presented clinical manifestations related to the anxiety as agitation, agitation and irritability, agitation and repetitive movements and sadness. CONCLUSIONS: It can be concluded that the auxiliary ones and nursing technicians in his/her majority possess low line (68,42%) and anxiety state (73,68%). There was not association significant estatisticamente among the anxiety for the assistants and nursing technicians and the presented clinical manifestations, as well as they didn’t present correlation between anxiety and the presented clinical manifestations.
INTRODUCCIÓN: El ambiente de trabajo puede desencadenar en el circulante del quirófano, alteraciones emocionales como la ansiedad, influenciando el desempeño de suas tareas. OBJETIVO: El estudio tenía como los objetivos: identificar la línea y estado de la ansiedad del ayudante y del técnico lactante; identificar las alteraciones del physiologico provocadas por la ansiedad, la actuación en el sistema nervioso autónomo y relacionar la línea y estado de ansiedad con las posibles alteraciones desencadenaron por el mismo. MÉTODO: Los datos eran los usando reunido los inventarios para la línea y estado de ansiedad antes del principio de la cirurgía e durante la acción quirúrgica se observó la manifestación clínica de la ansiedad con 19 circulando de cuarto de cirurgías. RESULTADOS: Los resultados obtenidos identificaron una muestra con 13 (68,42%) circulando presentando línea de ansiedad baja y la línea de ansiedad elemento (31,58%). Con respecto al estado de ansiedad, 14 (73,68%) ellos presentaron el estado de ansiedad bajo, 4 (21,05%) el estado elemento y 1 (5,26%) el estado de ansiedad alto; de estos 19 empleados, 8 (42,11%) ellos presentaron manifestaciones clínicas relacionadas a la ansiedad como la agitación, agitación e irritabilidad, agitación y movimientos repetitivos y tristeza. CONCLUSIONES: Puede concluirse que los auxiliares y los técnicos lactantes en la mayoría del ele/ella poseen la línea baja (68,42%) y estado de ansiedad (73,68%). No había ninguna asociación estatisticamente significante entre la ansiedad para los ayudantes y técnicos lactantes y las manifestaciones clínicas presentadas, así como ellos no presentaron la correlación entre la ansiedad y las manifestaciones clínicas presentadas.
