RESUMO: Este texto analisa a produção científica sobre a formação de professores no GT 15 - Educação Especial da Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação (ANPEd) no período de 2011 a 2017. Para tanto, consultou-se o resumo das comunicações e pôsteres apresentados nas páginas das edições nacionais do evento. Os dezenove estudos encontrados foram lidos e organizados em eixos: Formação inicial, Formação continuada, Formação ao longo da vida e Análise de políticas e propostas formativas. Os apontamentos iniciais indicam o crescimento da temática no GT 15, o retorno de pesquisas sobre formação inicial e a incorporação de narrativas autobiográficas. Existe uma variedade nos procedimentos adotados nos estudos - grupo focal, entrevistas, questionários e análise documental. Nas proposições, evidencia-se que: a formação nas licenciaturas tem se dado a partir de ações localizadas; há valorização dos conhecimentos produzidos coletivamente na formação continuada; existe reconhecimento dos modos que as vivências e as condições de trabalho impactam na formação; os dizeres oficiais e as propostas formativas investem em práticas de autogestão/autoinvestimento, valorizam a formação continuada em detrimento da inicial e prestigiam um saber-fazer técnico. Considera-se a necessidade de pesquisas que abordem a formação inicial do professor que atua no Atendimento Educacional Especializado, a construção de conhecimento sobre a vivência e o processo formativo nos cursos de licenciatura e trabalhos que reflitam acerca do papel da teoria na formação continuada em Educação Especial.

ABSTRACT: This paper analyzes the scientific production about Teacher Education on the Work Group 15 (known as GT 15) - Special Education presented at the National Association of Postgraduate Studies and Research in Education (ANPEd) from 2011 to 2017. For this purpose, the abstracts of the communications and posters presented in the pages of the national editions of the event were consulted. Nineteen studies found were read and organized in axes: Initial education, Continuing education, Lifelong education and Analysis of policies and training proposals. The initial observations showed the growth of the theme on GT 15, the return of research on initial education and the incorporation of autobiographical narratives. There is a variety of methodological procedures on the studies: focal groups, interviews, questionnaires, and documental analysis. About the propositions, it is possible to highlight: teaching undergraduate studies have been based on localized actions; the knowledge produced collectively in continuing education is appreciated; the ways in which daily experiences and work conditions impact on teacher education are recognized; the political speech and the training proposals invest in self-management/self-investment skills, value continuing education over the initial education, and honor a technical know-how. It is considered the need for research that addresses the initial teacher education who works in the Specialized Educational Service, the construction of knowledge on the experience and the training process in teaching undergraduate courses, and works that reflect on the role of theory in continuing education in Special Education.

Resumo O estudo tem como tema os processos de significação vividos por sujeitos autistas nas interações sociais que estabelecem com os outros de seu grupo social, problematizando as interações sociais que envolvem a criança autista no contexto pedagógico de uma instituição voltada ao Transtorno do Espectro do Autismo. Trata-se de uma pesquisa empírica realizada por meio de vídeo-gravação da relação desses sujeitos com o professor e seus pares, que consistiu na observação de 20 episódios de atividades que implicam situações de aprendizado de um grupo de quatro crianças autistas com idades entre 6 e 10 anos, de uma sala de aula caracterizada como de Ensino Fundamental. As discussões e elaboração do material tiveram como base a análise microgenética, constatando possibilidades de desenvolvimento e aprendizado dos alunos autistas nas relações estabelecidas nesse contexto, aspecto que remete a discussão sobre as práticas utilizadas no tratamento desse transtorno que não favorecem as interações sociais.

Abstract The study has as a theme the processes of signification experienced by autistic subjects in the social interactions they establish with others of their social group, problematizing the social interactions that involve the autistic child in the pedagogical context of an institution focused on Autism Spectrum Disorder. It is an empirical research carried out by means of video-recording of the relationship of these children with the teacher and his peers, which consisted in the observation of 20 episodes of activities involving learning situations of a group of 4 autistic children aged 6 And 10 years, of a classroom characterized as Elementary School. The discussions and preparation of the material were based on microgenetic analysis, confirming possibilities for the development and learning of autistic students in the relationships established in this context, an aspect that refers to the discussion about the practices used in the treatment of this disorder that do not favor social interactions.

Resumen El estudio tiene como tema los procesos de significación vividos por sujetos autistas en las interacciones sociales que establecen con los otros de su grupo social, problematizando las interacciones sociales que abarcan el niño autista en el contexto pedagógico de una institución volcada al Trastorno del Espectro del Autismo. Se trata de una investigación empírica basada en vídeo-grabación de la relación de esos sujetos con el profesor y sus pares, que consistió en la observación de 20 episodios de actividades que implican situaciones de aprendizaje de un grupo de 4 niños autistas con edades entre 6 y 10 años, de una sala de clase caracterizada como Enseñanza Primaria. Las discusiones y elaboración del material tuvieron como base el análisis micro genético, constatando posibilidades de desarrollo y aprendizaje de los alumnos autistas en las relaciones establecidas en ese contexto, aspecto que remete a la discusión sobre las prácticas utilizadas en el tratamiento de ese trastorno que no favorecen las interacciones sociales.

RESUMO: o movimento de inclusão dos alunos com deficiência no ensino básico apresenta dificuldades de efetivação, principalmente pelo forte bloqueio dos professores ante esses discentes em sala de aula, fato que advém, sobretudo, das concepções negativas de deficiência que mediam as relações de ensino e interferem no processo de inclusão. Essas noções são construídas historicamente e reforçadas pelos grandes meios de comunicação social. Partindo da ideia de que hoje o cinema se configura como um dos principais disseminadores de comportamentos, este estudo objetiva refletir as relações entre as representações dos sujeitos com deficiência e as concepções que mediam a interação dos professores com seus alunos. Para tanto, levantamos filmes recentes que têm a deficiência como temática, organizamos os resultados em gráficos com variáveis quantitativas e relacionamos esses dados com estudos sobre cinema e deficiência e considerações da perspectiva histórico-cultural, que permitem fundamentar que as relações sociais influenciam na constituição pessoal dos indivíduos. Encontramos 250 filmes e verificamos que a representação atual mais comum é pela dramatização pessoal. A análise das obras cinematográficas permitiu identificar que as concepções de limitação dos professores sobre seus alunos com deficiência fazem parte de um imaginário social que vem sendo retratado e reafirmado, também, pelo cinema. É possível propor discussões com os docentes sobre o modo como a pessoa com deficiência é retratada: apenas por sua incapacidade e não por suas qualidades. Essa ideia socialmente estigmatizada em geral faz com que ele limite esses alunos, sem explorar seus potenciais.

ABSTRACT: The movement to include students with disabilities in basic education faces difficulties of implementation, especially due to the block teachers have with these learners in their classroom, fact that derives especially from the negative conceptions of disabilities that mediate education relations and interfere with the inclusion process. These notions are historically constructed and strengthened by major social communication media. Starting from the idea that today movies are configured as one of the main behavior disseminators, this study aims to reflect on the relations between the representations of people with disabilities and the conceptions that mediate the interactions between teachers and their students. Thus, recent movies focused on the theme disabilities were collected, the results were organized in graphics with quantitative variables and these data were related to studies about movies and disabilities and considerations of the historical and cultural perspective, which allow to argue that social relations influence the personal constitution of the individuals. We found 250 films and verified that the most common current representation is of personal dramatization. The analysis of the cinematographic works allowed to identify that the conceptions of limitation teachers have about their students with disabilities are part of a social imagery that has been portrayed and reiterated, also, by movies. It is possible to propose discussions with teachers on how the person with disability is portrayed: only for their disability and not for their qualities. This socially stigmatised idea, in general, prevents teachers from exploring their potentials.

Este estudo aborda a temática da educação inclusiva, com interesse nas práticas educacionais orientadas por relações de ensino significativas. Temos como objetivo refletir sobre o papel de educadores e pares diante das possibilidades de desenvolvimento e aprendizagem de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais. Partimos do pressuposto de que o sujeito interativo elabora conhecimentos sobre objetos em processos necessariamente mediados pelo outro e constituídos pela linguagem, pelo funcionamento dialógico. Assumimos os princípios metodológicos da pesquisa histórico-cultural e utilizamos como forma de análise o que se denomina análise microgenética. Utilizamos um banco de dados composto por filmagens de práticas pedagógicas de uma sala de aula e gravações de reuniões periódicas ocorridas entre uma das pesquisadoras e a professora de um aluno do 1º ano do ensino fundamental, com 8 anos de idade e atraso no desenvolvimento global. Os resultados mostram que houve participação do outro nas atividades propostas, configurando relações intersubjetivas nem sempre harmoniosas e diferentes formas de envolvimento entre a professora e o aluno na dinâmica dialógica. As ações da professora ganham um lugar importante ao reconhecermos a relevância de sua participação no processo de elaboração do conhecimento escolar. Destacamos o papel que o outro representa no processo de ensino e aprendizagem e explicitamos modos de ação que podem contribuir, no âmbito educacional, para tornar o processo de ensino significativo também para os alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais.

This study deals with the theme of inclusive education, and focuses on the educational practices oriented by significant teaching relations. We have as an objective to reflect upon the role of educators and peers in the face of the possibilities of development and learning of pupils with special education needs. We assume that the interactive subject elaborates knowledge about objects in processes that are necessarily mediated by the other and constituted by the language, by the dialogical functioning. We adopt the methodological principles of historic-cultural research, and we use as a form of analysis what is denominated micro-genetic analysis. We make use of a database composed of video recordings of pedagogical practices in a classroom and recordings of periodical meetings between one of the researchers and the teacher of an eight-year-old pupil of the first year of primary education who had global development delay. The results show that there was participation of the other in the activities proposed, configuring intersubjective relations which were not always harmonious, and different forms of connection between the teacher and pupil in the dialogical dynamics. The actions of the teacher acquired an important aspect when we recognize the relevance of her participation in the process of elaboration of school knowledge. We emphasize the role that the other takes in the teaching and learning process, and we clarify modes of action that can contribute, within the educational sphere, to make the teaching process significant also to pupils with special education needs.

A partir de pressupostos da teoria histórico-cultural, neste texto tem-se o objetivo de refletir sobre a linguagem de sujeitos com deficiência mental. Os dados foram extraídos de transcrições de filmagens de um ano de atendimento fonoaudiológico semanal do qual participavam duas estagiárias de fonoaudiologia e quatro jovens deficientes mentais com idades entre 19 e 29 anos. As interações de um dos jovens com seus pares e terapeutas foram focalizadas no estudo. Os resultados indicaram que em alguns momentos os terapeutas e pares fizeram interpretações que levaram à compreensão do intuito comunicativo do sujeito, mas em outros isto não ocorreu e o diálogo foi interrompido. Discute-se a importância do outro para a construção de sentidos e para a orientação de ações terapêuticas e educativas que criem possibilidades alternativas de linguagem. Considera-se que um olhar mais atento para compreender o intuito comunicativo de sujeitos deficientes pode auxiliar no desenvolvimento dessas pessoas.

Based on the historical-cultural theory assumptions we herein aim to reflect on mentally deficient subjects#039; language. The data were collected from video recording transcriptions along one year of weekly speech therapy sessions, with the participation of two speech therapy interns and four youngsters with mental deficiency, aged between 19 and 29. We focused on the interactions of one of the youngsters with his peers and therapists. The results revealed that at some moments the therapists#039; and the peers#039; interpretation led to the understanding of the communicative intention. However, there were moments when such understanding didn#039;t occur and the dialogue was interrupted. The importance of the other for building up meaning and guiding therapeutic actions which can promote the creation of language alternatives is here discussed. Therefore, it is considered that a more attentive look to understand the communicative purposes of subjects with mental deficiency can enhance their development.

A partir de suposiciones de la teoría histórico-cultural, en este texto se tiene el objetivo de reflexionar sobre el lenguaje de sujetos con discapacidad mental. Los datos fueron extraídos de transcripciones de películas referentes a un año de atendimiento fonoaudiológico semanal, del cual participaban dos estudiantes en práctica de fonoaudiología y cuatro jóvenes discapacitados mentales con edad entre 19 y 29 años. Las interacciones de uno de los jóvenes con sus semejantes y terapeutas fueron focalizadas en el estudio. Los resultados indicaron que en algunos momentos los terapeutas y semejantes hicieron interpretaciones que condujeron a la comprensión del intuito comunicativo del mismo, sin embargo, en otros, esto no ocurrió y el diálogo fue interrumpido. Se discutió la importancia del otro para la construcción de sentidos y para la orientación de acciones terapéuticas y educativas que crean posibilidades alternativas de lenguaje. Se considera que una observación más atenta para comprender el intuito comunicativo de sujetos discapacitados puede auxiliar al desarrollo de estas personas.

Este artigo trata de algumas peculiaridades da vida de um idoso que mora numa Instituição de Longa Permanência, entrevistado no contexto de uma pesquisa cujo objetivo foi a linguagem como prática dialógica de idosos com as capacidades comunicativas preservadas. A narrativa nos permitiu conhecer as condições de vida e algumas especificidades tais como: (1) a institucionalização precoce; (2) a interdependência entre os motivos para o asilamento voluntário e a situação de abandono; (3) a aparente impropriedade de utilizar a categoria "idosos" para englobar sujeitos com idades muito diversas. Foram entrevistados cinco mulheres e um homem. As entrevistas propiciaram o exame de lembranças, sentimentos, valores, relações interpessoais e da própria linguagem. Esperamos oferecer subsídios para um olhar sobre a comunicação do idoso que a considera como sistema simbólico fundamental para a inserção social, olhar diverso daquele centrado nas alterações consideradas "típicas" da velhice.

The narrative allowed us to find out about living conditions and some specific features such as: (1) early institutionalization; (2) the interdependence between the reasons for voluntary institutionalization and the situation regarding abandonment; and (3) the apparent impropriety of using the term "elderly" to include individuals with very different ages. Five women and one man were interviewed. These interviews enabled examination of memories, feelings, values, interpersonal relations and the language itself. We hope to provide support for looking at elderly people's communication such that it is considered to be a fundamental symbolic system for social inclusion, instead of centering on changes considered "typical" of old age.

Este artículo trata de algunas peculiaridades de la vida de un anciano que vive en una Institución de Larga Permanencia, entrevistado en el contexto de una investigación cuyo objetivo fue el lenguaje como práctica dialógica de ancianos con las capacidades comunicativas preservadas. La narración nos permitió conocer las condiciones de vida y algunas especificidades tales como: (1) la institucionalización precoz, (2) la interdependencia entre los motivos para el aislamiento voluntario y la situación de abandono, (3) la aparente impropriedad de utilizar la categoría "ancianos" para englobar sujetos con edades muy diversas. Se entrevistaron cinco mujeres y un hombre. Las entrevistas proporcionaron el examen de recuerdos, sentimientos, valores, relaciones interpersonales y del propio lenguaje. Neste estudo, consideramos que o sujeito se constitui à medida que suas ações vão sendo interpretadas pelo outro, através da internalização de papéis, definidos, inicialmente, pelas pessoas que são referência mais concreta da criança, como a família e, posteriormente, pelo grupo social maior do qual ela faz parte. Nosso objetivo foi refletir sobre a formação/construção da identidade de jovens deficientes mentais que participavam de atendimento fonoaudiológico, realizado em grupo, analisando o papel da linguagem no processo de construção da imagem que o sujeito faz de si mesmo. O estudo teve sua origem a partir dos resultados obtidos em pesquisas realizadas anteriormente, com grupos de irmãos de sujeitos considerados deficientes mentais. Esses resultados revelaram a imagem negativa que os irmãos têm em relação ao irmão deficiente. O material analisado faz parte de um banco de dados de dois anos de filmagens das interações de jovens deficientes no grupo terapêutico-fonoaudiológico de uma clínica-escola. Os dados foram transcritos e analisados segundo diretrizes da análise microgenética considerando as minúcias dos acontecimentos, os detalhes e o recorte de episódios interativos, sendo o exame orientado para o funcionamento dos sujeitos, as relações intersubjetivas e as condições sociais da situação. As análises realizadas procuraram relacionar a imagem que esses sujeitos têm de si com a imagem transmitida pelo grupo social do qual eles fazem parte. Os resultados mostraram a ressonância do discurso do grupo social nos dizeres dos sujeitos. Concluímos que para transformar a imagem que os sujeitos deficientes mentais têm de si mesmos, precisamos ações que incidam sobre aqueles que os rodeiam, ou seja, a família, os amigos, os colegas e o grupo social em geral.

In this study, we consider the personality of our subjects as being shaped by means of their actions being interpreted by others. This happens via the internalization of roles. These roles are defined, in the first instance, by those persons who provide the most concrete reference points for the child, in particular their family, and beyond that by the wider social group to which they belong. Our objective was to reflect upon the formation of the personal identity of mentally disabled young people who were receiving speech therapy, this therapy being conducted in a group context. Transcripts of the language used by the subjects in constructing their self image were analyzed. This study was based upon the results obtained from previous research, conducted with groups of siblings of subjects classified as mentally disabled. These results revealed a negative image held by those siblings of their disabled brother or sister. The material analyzed is part of a data bank of videotapes, of disabled youngsters receiving group speech therapy in a school clinic setting, taken over a two year period. This data was transcribed and analyzed according to the guidelines of micro genetic analysis, taking into consideration minute details of interviews and in particular details and clips of interactive episodes. The examination of the data was directed towards the actions of the subjects of the study, their interpersonal relations and the social context in which these took place. The analysis conducted in this study aims to establish a relationship between the images these subjects have of themselves and the image put across by the social group to which they belong. The results demonstrated the resonance of the discourse of the social group in the verbalizations of the subjects. We conclude that to transform the image that the subjects with intellectual disability have of themselves it is necessary to direct actions to those who are close to them, namely family, friends, colleagues and their social group in general.
