RESUMO: O artigo sugere rumos para a interpretação das ocupações juvenis nas escolas estaduais paulistas ocorridas em 2015. Tratando-se de evento recente, o estudo foi baseado no levantamento de fontes secundárias, como jornais e revistas, redes sociais e publicações acadêmicas. As mudanças na rede estadual resultaram em aumento no número de jovens, e ficaram evidentes as tensões e os desencontros entre a escola e os segmentos juvenis, também destacados por significativa literatura acadêmica. Por fim, realizou-se uma análise das ocupações estudantis como modalidade de ação coletiva que interroga as políticas educacionais e a cultura escolar a partir de novas estratégias e linguagens, distintas dos mecanismos tradicionais da democracia representativa.
ABSTRACT: This paper intended to suggest routes in order to understand the youth occupations in São Paulo state schools in 2015. As it was a recent event, the study was based on secondary sources such as newspapers and magazines, social networks and academic publications. It was verified that a series of changes in the São Paulo state educational system resulted in a greater presence of teenagers and young students, as well as the tensions and disagreements between the school institution and the youth became evident. Finally, there was an analysis of the student occupations as a form of collective action that questions the educational policies and school culture from new strategies and languages, distinct from the traditional mechanisms of representative democracy.
RÉSUMÉ: L’article suggère des itinéraires pour l’interprétation des occupations juvéniles dans les écoles de l’état de São Paulo en 2015. En s’agissant d’un événement récent, l’étude a été basée sur l’enquête de sources secondaires, telles que des journaux et des magazines, des réseaux sociaux et des publications académiques. Il semble que les changements dans le réseau d’enseignement de l’état a donné lieu à une croissante présence des jeunes sur la scène politique. Sont aussi évidentes les tensions et les détournements entre l’école et les segments juvénils, aussi détachés par une littérature académique significative. Nous concluons que les occupations étudiantes ont été aussi une forme d’ action collective qui interroge les politiques éducatives et la culture de l’école à partir de nouvelles stratégies et langages, différenciées des mécanismes traditionnels de la démocratie représentative .
