Abstract: The purpose of this article is to discuss the evolution of commodity packaging forms from the perspective of media evolution and art philosophy. Firstly, the historical evolution of commodity packaging, in the process of media evolution, is analyzed, from handmade to digital design, revealing the changes of packaging media in different periods. Subsequently, from the perspective of art philosophy, the article analyzed the connotation of commodity packaging, as an art form, and discussed the use of artistic elements in packaging design and its role in conveying emotions and concepts. Resumo Fundamento: O antibiótico quimioterápico antraciclina doxorrubicina (DOX) pode induzir cardiotoxicidade cumulativa e levar à disfunção cardíaca. RNAs não codificantes longos (lncRNAs) podem funcionar como importantes reguladores na lesão miocárdica induzida por DOX. Objetivo: Este estudo tem como objetivo investigar o papel funcional e o mecanismo molecular do RNA antisense lncRNA OXCT1 1 (OXCT1-AS1) na lesão celular miocárdica induzida por DOX in vitro. Métodos: Cardiomiócitos humanos (AC16) foram estimulados com DOX para induzir um modelo de lesão celular miocárdica. A expressão de OXCT1-AS1, miR-874-3p e BDH1 em células AC16 foi determinada por RT-qPCR. A viabilidade das células AC16 foi medida pelo ensaio XTT. A citometria de fluxo foi empregada para avaliar a apoptose de células AC16. Western blotting foi utilizado para avaliar os níveis proteicos de marcadores relacionados à apoptose. O ensaio repórter de luciferase dupla foi conduzido para verificar a capacidade de ligação entre miR-874-3p e OXCT1-AS1 e entre miR-874-3p e BDH1. O valor de p<0,05 indicou significância estatística. Resultados: A expressão de OXCT1-AS1 foi diminuída em células AC16 tratadas com DOX. A superexpressão de OXCT1-AS1 reverteu a redução da viabilidade celular e a promoção da apoptose celular causada pela DOX. OXCT1-AS1 está ligado competitivamente ao miR-874-3p para regular positivamente o BDH1. A superexpressão de BDH1 restaurou a viabilidade das células AC16 e suprimiu a apoptose celular sob estimulação com DOX. A derrubada do BDH1 reverteu a atenuação da apoptose de células AC16 mediada por OXCT1-AS1 sob tratamento com DOX. Abstract Background: The anthracycline chemotherapeutic antibiotic doxorubicin (DOX) can induce cumulative cardiotoxicity and lead to cardiac dysfunction. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) can function as important regulators in DOX-induced myocardial injury. Objective: This study aims to investigate the functional role and molecular mechanism of lncRNA OXCT1 antisense RNA 1 (OXCT1-AS1) in DOX-induced myocardial cell injury in vitro. Methods: Human cardiomyocytes (AC16) were stimulated with DOX to induce a myocardial cell injury model. OXCT1-AS1, miR-874-3p, and BDH1 expression in AC16 cells were determined by RT-qPCR. AC16 cell viability was measured by XTT assay. Flow cytometry was employed to assess the apoptosis of AC16 cells. Western blotting was used to evaluate protein levels of apoptosis-related markers. Dual-luciferase reporter assay was conducted to verify the binding ability between miR-874-3p and OXCT1-AS1 and between miR-874-3p and BDH1. The value of p<0.05 indicated statistical significance. Results: OXCT1-AS1 expression was decreased in DOX-treated AC16 cells. Overexpression of OXCT1-AS1 reversed the reduction of cell viability and promotion of cell apoptosis caused by DOX. OXCT1-AS1 is competitively bound to miR-874-3p to upregulate BDH1. BDH1 overexpression restored AC16 cell viability and suppressed cell apoptosis under DOX stimulation. Knocking down BDH1 reversed OXCT1-AS1-mediated attenuation of AC16 cell apoptosis under DOX treatment. Abstract: Diversion of river water for irrigation is an important factor in sustainable agricultural development in the Yellow River basin. This study examines patterns in the advance of sediment in irrigation water diverted from the Yellow River during border-strip irrigation. An irrigation experiment was carried out on a 1.8 m-wide strip and a 2.7 m-wide strip of a fruit field in order to observe the advance rate of irrigation water, the distribution of settled sediment, and the concentration and particle size distribution of sediment in the water flow. The settling velocity of sediment particles was then calculated using an empirical formula. The results show that the irrigation water gradually slowed as it advanced along the strip length, and the amounts of deposited particles decreased from the top ends of the strips to their bottom ends. The decrease was especially sharp on the section of each strip between 40 and 120 m from the water pipe outlet. Overall, the size of particles carried by the irrigation water fell within the range of 0.004 to 0.016 mm, with coarse and fine particles making up small proportions of the sediment. The concentration of coarse particles was higher at the top ends than at the bottom ends, while the concentration of fine particles was higher at the bottom ends than at the top ends. Water content in the soil at several locations varied significantly before and after irrigation, and the deposition of sediment was found to exert a great influence on the infiltration of irrigation water. The particle size distribution of the sediment deposited along the strips accords with the law of sedimentation in that coarse particles accumulated primarily at the top ends of the strips as a result of high settling velocity. Moreover, the results demonstrate that it is feasible to simplify the water flow over the field to open-channel flow when calculating settling velocity. However, the formula for calculating settling velocity needs further modification to take into account the influences of flume rate and the scouring action of irrigation water on the surface sediment deposited on the strips.

Resumen: La desviación de agua de río para riego es un factor importante en el desarrollo agrícola sostenible en la cuenca del río Amarillo. El presente estudio examina los patrones de avance de sedimentos en el agua de riego desviada del río Amarillo en el riego por amelgas. Se llevó a cabo un experimento de riego en una amelga de 1.8 m y otra de 2.7 m de ancho en un campo frutal, con el fin de observar la tasa de avance del agua de riego, la distribución de sedimentos asentados, así como la concentración y distribución del tamaño de partículas de sedimento en el flujo de agua. Posteriormente, la velocidad de sedimentación de las partículas se calculó mediante una fórmula empírica. Los resultados muestran que el agua de riego se redujo poco a poco, a medida que avanzaba a lo largo de las amelgas y la cantidad de partículas depositadas disminuyó de los extremos superiores a los extremos inferiores de estas. La disminución fue especialmente marcada en la sección de cada amelga entre 40 y 120 m de la salida del tubo de agua. En general, el tamaño de partículas arrastradas por el agua de riego estuvo dentro del rango de 0.004 a 0.016 mm. Una pequeña proporción del sedimento estaba formada por partículas gruesas y finas. In this work we have performed a QSAR study of atmospheric reactions with hydroxyl radical, at the B3LYP level of theory with 6-31G(d) basis set. Molecular descriptors selected by applying multiple linear stepwise regression (MLR) analysis were used to predict the reaction rate constants (-logkOH) of OH radicals with organic compounds in the atmosphere, including 98 alkenes and 80 aromatic compounds. For setting our reactions, we have calculated 98 alkenes and 80 aromatic compounds. A four-descriptor MLR model (rms = 0.102 and R²= 0.938) for 98 alkenes was developed based on the number of R=CHX functional group counts, E HOMO parameter, and Fukui indices of the double-bonded C atoms. We found vinyl chemicals with conjugated double bonds and electron-donor substituents are the most reactive systems; while alkenes with multiple halogen substitutions are the least reactive molecules. Additionally, a three-descriptor MLR model (rms = 0.282 and R²= 0.910) was built to predict OH radical rate constants for 80 aromatic compounds, which was dominated by the E HOMO parameter, a topological descriptor for steric hindrance, and the most positive net atomic charge on hydrogen atoms. Aromatics with electron-donor and electron-acceptor groups, respectively, possess high and low degradation rates. The halogen aromatics are less reactive, especially for aromatics with multiple halogen substitutions. In comparison to existing models, the two models obtained in this paper show better statistical quality.
