RESUMO Objetivo: Estimar as prevalências e fatores associados com as hepatites A, B e C em mulheres trans e travestis em cinco regiões do Brasil. Métodos: Estudo transversal com mulheres trans e travestis em cinco capitais brasileiras (Campo Grande, Manaus, Porto Alegre, Salvador e São Paulo), entre dezembro/2019 e julho/2021. As amostras foram submetidas à detecção de marcadores das infecções pelos vírus das hepatites A (HAV), B (HBV) e C (HCV), utilizando-se testes rápidos e quimioluminescência. Amostras positivas foram submetidas à detecção de HBV-DNA e HCV-RNA por PCR em tempo real e genotipadas por sequenciamento de Sanger. Resultados: As análises de 1.317 amostras indicaram taxas de prevalências nas mulheres trans e travestis recrutadas de 69,1%, 24,4% e 1,5% para exposição ao HAV, HBV e HCV, respectivamente. Elevada taxa de suscetibilidade ao HBV (35,7%) e baixa prevalência do marcador vacinal (40,0%) foram observadas. Mostraram-se associadas à presença de anti-HAV: idade maior que 26 anos, autodeclarar-se preta-parda, ter apenas educação básica, história de encarceramento e uso de preservativo na última relação sexual com parceiro casual. Quanto à exposição ao HBV, foi associada a idade maior que 26 anos, cor da pele preto-parda, ter sido profissional do sexo e história de encarceramento. Idade maior de 37 anos, história de abuso sexual e consumo frequente de álcool foram associadas ao HCV. Conclusão: As maiores prevalências de HAV nessa população encontram-se nas regiões Norte e Nordeste. Com relação ao HBV, a prevalência encontrada foi superior à encontrada na população geral, sugerindo maior vulnerabilidade. A prevalência do HCV foi semelhante à encontrada na população geral.

Exposure to HBV was associated with age greater than 26 years, self-declared black/brown, history of being a sex worker, and incarceration. Age > 37 years, history of sexual abuse, and frequent alcohol consumption were associated with hepatitis C infection. Conclusion: The highest prevalence of HAV in this population was found in the North and Northeast regions, and the prevalence found was higher than that in the general population, suggesting greater vulnerability. The prevalence of HCV infection in our study was similar to that observed in the general population.

Abstract In this article we use Abdelmalek Sayad's conceptual "toolbox" to analyse the initiatives promoted by the Xunta de Galicia for the return of emigrants. We are particularly interested in his conceptualisations of the discourses on return as expressions of the national order and State Thought, and his conception of return as the central nucleus of an anthropology of the total act of migrating. With this article we collaborate in the dissemination of lesser-known dimensions of Sayad's thought and, at the same time, we make an original contribution to the field of return studies by considering discourses of return as instruments of national building. Resumen En este artículo utilizamos la “caja de herramientas” conceptual de Abdelmalek Sayad para analizar las iniciativas promovidas desde la Xunta de Galicia para el retorno de emigrantes. En particular nos interesan sus conceptualizaciones de los discursos sobre el retorno como expresiones del orden nacional y del pensamiento de Estado, y su concepción del retorno como núcleo central de una antropología del acto total de migrar. Resumen: Este artículo se inscribe en la línea de estudios críticos sobre régimen de control migratorio y fronterizo, y aporta al conocimiento de la forma que este régimen adquiere en Sudamérica, específicamente en Argentina. Se focaliza en la dimensión de la expulsabilidad, que remite a las herramientas legales y administrativas que posibilitan la producción legal de la ilegalidad migratoria. El objetivo es analizar, desde una perspectiva de género, la evolución estadística de tres herramientas estatales (2010-2020): rechazos de ingresos, cancelaciones de residencia y disposiciones por expulsión. También se examina el contexto normativo y la literatura especializada. El estudio realizado sugiere que, como en los países del norte global, en Argentina la producción de la expulsabilidad está masculinizada. Resulta fundamental, entonces, atender a la generización del control migratorio, incorporando una perspectiva interseccional y situada que contemple los efectos diferenciales sobre varones, mujeres y otras identidades de género.

Abstract: This article corresponds to the critical studies on the immigration and border control regime and contributes to the knowledge that this regime acquires in the South American region, specifically in Argentina. It focuses on the dimension of expulsability, which refers to the legal and administrative tools that make possible the legal production of migratory illegality. The objective is to analyze, from a gender perspective, the statistical evolution of three state tools between 2010 and 2020: denial of entry, residence cancellations and administrative expulsion orders. The normative context is also analyzed, and specialized literature is reviewed. This study suggests that, as in the countries of the global north, in Argentina the production of expulsability is masculinized. It is essential to attend to the gendered migration control, incorporating an intersectional and situated perspective, which considers the differential effects on men, women and other gender identities.

La teoría de sistemas dinámicos, así como la probabilidad y las proporciones de la entropía, sustentan una nueva metodología diagnóstica predictiva que diferencia los estados normales, agudos y crónicos, y la progresión hacia la enfermedad. En este estudio se evaluó la probabilidad y la entropía y sus proporciones de atractores dinámicos construidos a partir de la frecuencia cardiaca y el número de latidos por hora de 30 registros en monitor Holter normales y 60 de infarto agudo de miocardio. La metodología diferenció las dinámicas indicativas de infarto agudo de miocardio de aquellas normales, y cuantificó su nivel de gravedad, lo que la convierte en una herramienta de diagnóstico útil en la práctica clínica.

The theory of dynamical systems, as well as probability and entropy proportions support a predictive diagnostic methodology which differentiates normal, acute and chronic states and progression towards disease.We evaluated probability and entropy and its proportions of attractors constructed from heart rate and number of beats per hour of 30 normal Holter records and 60 with acute myocardial infarction. The methodology differentiated those dynamics indicative of myocardial infarction from normal ones, and quantified the severity of the dynamics, which makes it a useful diagnostic tool in clinical practice.

Several researches have shown the importance of domestic work as a main sector of inclusion for migrant women in Spain, mainly during first years of immigration, regardless of their educational level. This concentration, far from responding to labor trajectories of these workers, is the result of the articulation of several variables within the reception context (immigration policies, employment policies, gender relations, labor market characteristics, ideas on domestic work, etc.) and the ways in which migrant families organize productive and reproductive work. In this case, this paper aims to analyze the variables which have influenced the feminization process of migration towards Spain and its connection with the importance of domestic work as the main sector of labor insertion for non-EU migrant women. Afterwards, we summarize some statistical data, and moreover therefore we present the results of an exploratory fieldwork with domestic workers in an irregular situation in Madrid, paying attention to working conditions, relations with employers, gender relations, migration projects, family life and ideas on care work in origin and destination.

Distintas investigaciones han demostrado la importancia del trabajo doméstico como sector privilegiado de inserción de las trabajadoras migrantes en España, principalmente en los primeros años de su inmigración, independientemente del nivel formativo. Esta concentración, lejos de responder a las trayectorias laborales de estas trabajadoras, es el resultado de la articulación de diversas variables en el contexto de recepción (políticas migratorias, políticas laborales, relaciones de género, características del mercado de trabajo, concepciones sobre el trabajo doméstico, etc.) y las formas de organización del trabajo productivo y reproductivo de las familias migrantes. En esta ocasión, este artículo se propone analizar las variables que han incidido en el proceso de feminización de las migraciones hacia España y su vinculación con la importancia del empleo de hogar como lugar preponderante de inserción laboral de las mujeres migrantes no comunitarias. Posteriormente, se resumirán algunos datos estadísticos, para luego presentar los resultados de un trabajo de campo exploratorio con empleadas de hogar en situación irregular residentes en Madrid, prestando atención a las condiciones de trabajo, relaciones con los empleadores, relaciones de género, proyectos migratorios, vida familiar e ideologías del cuidado en origen y destino.
