Abstract This article examines the new scenarios, formats and dimensions of crime in extractivism in Latin America, from a critical perspective, with a combination of economics/political ecology. An analysis of the intertwining dynamics that occur between the legal/formal aspects, the dispossession policies that are promoted from the spheres of power and the illicit/criminal economies is presented. This prism allows us to highlight the weight of these economies in the composition of extractivism, as well as analyze the evolution and development of the dynamics of legal/illegal accumulation throughout the Latin American historical process. In this sense, the article briefly highlights the historicity of said relationship to later examine characteristics and trends of the current economy/political ecology of extractivism. From a multi-scalar analysis we observe three complementary levels: a) Illicit/criminal extractions of natural resources, b) Intertwined illicit flows of commodities and c) New statehoods and hybrid governances. The hidden hybridizations that, from financial, fiscal, logistical, business and state spheres, enable and strengthen these violent extractions and illicit flows of natural resources are highlighted. At the same time, the analysis seeks to expand and strengthen the conceptualizations of extractivism.

Resumo Este artigo examina os novos cenários, formatos e dimensões do crime no extrativismo na América Latina, a partir de uma perspectiva crítica, com uma combinação de economia/ecologia política. É apresentada uma análise das dinâmicas entrelaçadas que ocorrem entre os aspectos legais/formais, as políticas de desapropriação que são promovidas a partir das esferas de poder e as economias ilícitas/criminosas. Este prisma permite-nos destacar o peso destas economias na composição do extrativismo, bem como analisar a evolução e o desenvolvimento das dinâmicas de acumulação legal/ilegal ao longo do processo histórico latino-americano. Nesse sentido, o artigo destaca brevemente a historicidade dessa relação para posteriormente examinar características e tendências da economia/ecologia política atual do extrativismo. A partir de uma análise multiescalar, observamos três níveis complementares: a) Extrações ilícitas/criminosas de recursos naturais, b) Fluxos ilícitos entrelaçados de mercadorias ec) Novos estados e governações híbridas. São destacadas as hibridizações ocultas que, desde as esferas financeira, fiscal, logística, empresarial e estatal, permitem e fortalecem estas extrações violentas e fluxos ilícitos de recursos naturais. Ao mesmo tempo, a análise procura expandir e fortalecer as conceituações do extrativismo.

Resumen Este artículo examina los nuevos escenarios, formatos y dimensiones de la criminalidad en el extractivismo en América Latina, desde una perspectiva crítica, con una combinación de economía/ecología política. Se presenta un análisis de las dinámicas de entrelazamiento que se producen entre las vertientes legales/formales, las políticas de despojo que se impulsan desde las esferas de poder y las economías ilícitas/criminales. Este prisma permite poner de relieve el peso de dichas economías en la composición del extractivismo, así como analizar la evolución y el desarrollo de las dinámicas de acumulación legales/ilegales a lo largo del proceso histórico latinoamericano. En este sentido, el artículo resalta brevemente la historicidad de dicha relación para, más adelante, examinar características y tendencias de la actual economía/ecología política del extractivismo. Desde un análisis multiescalar observamos tres niveles complementarios: a) Extracciones ilícitas/criminales de recursos de la naturaleza, b) Flujos ilícitos entrelazados de commodities y c) Nuevas estatalidades y gobernanzas híbridas. Se resaltan los ocultamientos hibridaciones que, desde ámbitos financieros, fiscales, logísticos, empresariales y estatales, posibilitan y fortalecen estas extracciones violentas y los flujos ilícitos de recursos de la naturaleza. A su vez, el análisis persigue ampliar y robustecer las conceptualizaciones sobre extractivismo.

Resumo En el mundo andino, la vida en comunidad es una de las manifestaciones culturales más importantes, donde la gratitud -dentro de su cosmovisión-es una práctica ancestral denominada “ayni”, esta expresa varias connotaciones, una de ellas es el “buen vivir” o “allin kawsay” que fueron inculcados desde el seno familiar, tal es el caso de los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano de Puno (UNA-Puno) que aún practican estas costumbres. El objetivo de estudio es analizar la gratitud hacia la familia como expresión del buen vivir de los estudiantes universitarios del ande peruano. Se recurre a la investigación de enfoque cualitativo, métodos fenomenológico y etnográfico, con diseño no experimental de corte transversal, se ejecutaron 339 entrevistas semiestructuradas a estudiantes provincianos de la UNA -Puno. Se aplicó el modelo de reducción de datos cualitativos (edición, categorización y codificación, registro y tabulación), permitiendo obtener diferentes versiones, testimonios y opiniones de gratitud de los universitarios hacia sus familias. Se concluye que la gratitud -como filosofía del buen vivir-está arraigada a la importancia de vivir en familia; el no decepcionar a sus padres es una motivación para salir adelante como reconocimiento al sacrificio y esfuerzo que reciben por brindarles mejores oportunidades de vida; que incluso a pesar de sus desaciertos reciben el apoyo incondicional, es por ello que expresan su admiración y agradecimiento, no sólo a sus padres sino a toda su familia (hermanos, abuelos, tíos y hasta padrinos). Finalmente, el hecho de terminar sus estudios superiores para ser buenos profesionales es un acto de reciprocidad hacia sus seres queridos y comunidad.

Abstract In the Andean world, community life is one of the most important cultural manifestations, where gratitude -within their cosmovision-is an ancestral practice called "ayni", this expresses several connotations, one of them is the "good living" or "allin kawsay" that were instilled from within the family, such is the case of the students of the National University of Altiplano Puno, who still practice these traditions. The aim of the study is to analyze gratitude towards the family as an expression of the good life of university students in the Peruvian Andes. The research is based on a qualitative approach, phenomenological and ethnographic methods, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. 339 semi-structured interviews were conducted with students from the provinces of UNA-Puno. The qualitative data reduction model was applied (editing, categorization and coding, registration and tabulation), allowing to obtain different versions, testimonies and opinions of gratitude of university students towards their families. It is concluded that gratitude -as a philosophy of good living -is rooted in the importance of living as a family; not disappointing their parents is a motivation to move forward in recognition of the sacrifice and effort they receive for providing them with better life opportunities; that even in spite of their mistakes they receive unconditional support, which is why they express their admiration and gratitude, not only to their parents but to their entire family (brothers, grandparents, uncles and aunts, uncles and even godparents). Finally, the fact of finishing their higher education to become good professionals is an act of reciprocity towards their loved ones and community.

Resumo Los usuarios de internet en todo el mundo pasan un promedio de 2 horas y 25 minutos al día en las redes sociales, por lo que técnicas como el análisis del sentimiento son aplicadas a sus redes sociales, la cual es utilizada para la identificación y clasificación de las emociones empleadas en actividades como investigación de mercados, monitoreo de la reputación de marca, medición de la satisfacción del cliente, entre otros. Esta comunicación pretende determinar la importancia y utilidad del análisis de sentimiento a través de la minería de datos como una herramienta relevante para conocer tendencias de opinión y sentimiento de referentes comunicacionales. La metodología utilizada es de corte cualitativo bajo el método del estudio de caso. Se utilizó Twitter como fuente para la recopilación de información y para su análisis se empleó el software de minería de datos RapidMiner con el operador para análisis de sentimiento. Como parte de las conclusiones, se observa que es posible afirmar que el análisis del sentimiento a través de la minería de datos es una herramienta útil y valiosa para la toma de decisiones sobre las estrategias comunicacionales que pueden llevarse a cabo, no solo en el turismo sino en cualquier actividad que busque posicionarse en la mente del consumidor.

Abstract Internet users around the world spend an average of 2 hours and 25 minutes a day on social networks, so techniques such as sentiment analysis are applied to their social networks, which is used for the identification and classification of the emotions used in activities such as market research, brand reputation monitoring, customer satisfaction measurement, among others. This communication aims to determine the importance and usefulness of sentiment analysis through data mining as a relevant tool to know opinion trends and sentiment of communication referents.The methodology used is qualitative under the case study method. Twitter was used as a source for the collection of information and for its analysis the data mining software RapidMiner was used with the operator for sentiment analysis. As part of the conclusions, it is observed that it is possible to affirm that the analysis of sentiment through data mining is a useful and valuable tool for decision-making on communication strategies that can be carried out, not only in tourism, but in any activity that seeks to position itself in the mind of the consumer.

Resumo El turismo es una actividad que genera ingresos y que da soporte a las comunidades rurales para que puedan generar ingresos dentro de los parámetros sostenibles, sin embargo, con la pandemia producida por el COVID 19, los impactos han sido devastadores para el sector y las comunidades. No obstante, con una gobernanza capaz de asegurar las condiciones de interacción entre los diversos actores, el proceso de reestructuración del sector debería presentar mejores expectativas. Ante ello, se plantearon como objetivo general del presente artículo analizar las experiencias sobre la gobernanza turística, mientras que los específicos fueron el analizar los diseños metodológicos y las premisas teóricas propuestas de los artículos. Para lograrlo, se planteó una metodología cualitativa, utilizando análisis de contenido, en el que luego de depurar las bases de datos, y usando la metodología Prisma, se procesaron 17 artículos. Llegando a la conclusión de que la gobernanza es entendida un proceso dinámico en la cual interactúan varios elementos teniendo como actores a la sociedad civil, empresa privada y la comunidad, siendo las autoridades las que deben velar porque dicho espacio de interacción se realice con la mayor transparencia.

Abstract Tourism is an income-generating activity that helps rural communities generate income within sustainable parameters, but with the COVID-19 pandemic, the impacts were devastating for the sector and the communities. However, with governance capable of ensuring conditions for interaction among the various actors, the process of restructuring the sector should have better prospects. Therefore, the general objective of this article was to analyze tourism governance experiences, while the specific objectives were to analyze the methodological designs and theoretical premises proposed in the articles. To this end, a qualitative methodology was used, through content analysis, in which, after purifying the databases and using the Prisma methodology, 17 articles were processed. The conclusion reached was that governance is understood as a dynamic process in which various elements interact, with civil society, private initiative and the community as actors, and that the authorities must ensure that this space for interaction is as transparent as possible.

Resumén El estudio organizacional crítico se enfoca en el reconocimiento, análisis y comprensión de la diversidad de las realidades locales que dan vida a las organizaciones. La complejidad que conlleva este abordaje integral vuelve necesaria la integración de metodologías de orden cualitativo que permitan un acercamiento genuino a las fuentes de información primarias. La historia de vida, como método de investigación, permite reconocer las experiencias subjetivas de los actores clave y del propio investigador; a través de las cuales se puede acceder a recuerdos, concepciones, ideologías, entre otros elementos que dan cuenta de conocimientos únicos a los que difícilmente se podría tener acceso por medio de métodos positivistas. Objetivo. En ese sentido, el objetivo del trabajo es reflexionar sobre los fundamentos de la historia de vida como método de investigación cualitativa y su alcance para el análisis organizacional crítico. Método. Se realizó un análisis de documentos teórico para recuperar las principales características del análisis organizacional y de los alcances de la historia de vida como método de investigación. Esto se complementa con una revisión de tesis del doctorado en Estudios Organizacionales, que utilizan historia de vida en su metodología. Resultados. Los resultados muestran que la historia de vida, como método de investigación, presenta diversas bondades que contribuyen al análisis organizacional. Sin embargo, a pesar de ello, se ha retomado más como una herramienta de recolección de la información que como un método de investigación. Conclusiones. Ante ello, se concluye que resulta necesario ahondar sobre la discusión de las bondades que la historia de vida ofrece como método de investigación, especialmente para la generación de conocimiento organizacional desde un enfoque crítico.

Abstract Introduction. The critical organizational study focuses on the recognition, analysis and understanding of the diversity of local realities that give life to organizations. The complexity of this comprehensive approach makes it necessary to integrate qualitative methodologies that allow a genuine approach to primary information sources. Life history, as a research method, allows the recognition of the subjective experiences of key actors and the researcher himself; through which you can access memories, conceptions, ideologies, among other elements that account for unique knowledge that could hardly be accessed through positivist methods. Goals. In this sense, the objective of the work is to reflect on the foundations of life history as a qualitative research method and its scope for critical organizational analysis. Methods. An analysis of theoretical documents was performed to recover the main characteristics of organizational analysis and the scope of life history as a research method. This is complemented by a PhD thesis review in Organizational Studies, which use life history in their methodology. Results. The results show that life history, as a research method, presents various benefits that contribute to organizational analysis. However, despite this, it has been used more as a tool for collecting information than as a research method. Conclusions. Given this, it is concluded that it is necessary to delve into the discussion of the benefits that life history offers as a method of research, especially for the generation of organizational knowledge from a critical approach.

Resumo Introdução: O enfermeiro especialista na pessoa idosa é fundamental no acompanhamento sistemático da saúde desta população. O desenvolvimento de uma Consulta de Enfermagem (CE) estruturada à Pessoa Idosa (PI) que permita uma avaliação multidimensional para identificação das principais Síndromes Geriátricas (SG) é essencial, pelo que a Unidade de Saúde Familiar X (USFX) desenvolveu um projeto com o objetivo de implementar um guião de CE de avaliação multidimensional da PI de forma resumida, tendo por base o preconizado pela OMS para prevenir as SG e promover um envelhecimento ativo e saudável. Métodos: Investigação-ação-formação em cinco fases: diagnóstico da situação, planeamento, implementação, avaliação e divulgação de resultados. Para além de ações de partilha da informação e discussão, com base na literatura, foi construído um guião de consulta para estruturar as intervenções de enfermagem, a partir de entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas aos 5 enfermeiros da USFX. Na implementação da CE os participantes foram 48 PI, inscritos para consulta especializada e presencial na USFX, após consentimento informado. Este projeto obteve o parecer positivo da Comissão de Ética nº157/CES/INV/2019.Resultados: O guião da CE especializada à PI foi desenvolvido com base no modelo de parceria para promoção do Cuidado-de-Si e o preconizado pela OMS. Através do mesmo foi possível identificar que 8% das PI tinham défice de memória; 25% risco de queda; 10% apresentaram diminuição da capacidade funcional; 23% depressão; 19% síndrome da fragilidade; 6% incontinência urinária; 4% anorexia e 27% das PI avaliadas apresentavam mais que uma SG associada. Conclusão: A metodologia de investigação-ação-formação contribuiu para promover a reflexão acerca da importância da realização da CE sistematizada e para a construção de um guião que direciona a intervenção do enfermeiro, suportada num Modelo, o que se torna numa estratégia eficaz na identificação e avaliação precoce das principais SG em tempo reduzido e incentiva a promoção do Cuidado-de-Si.

Abstract Introduction: A specialist nurse in the elderly is fundamental in the systematic monitoring of the health of the elderly population (EP). The development of a structured Nursing Consultation (NC) for the elderly that allows a multidimensional assessment to identify the main Geriatric Syndromes (GS) is essential, therefore the Health Care Center X (USFX) integrated in the Nursing Centers project “Age-Friendly Education and Health Institutions”, in partnership with ESEL, developed a project with the objective of implementing a NC guide for the multidimensional evaluation of EP in a summarized way, based on what is recommended by the WHO to identify the real problems/needs of the EP, to prevent GS and to promote active and healthy aging. Methods: Research-action-training in five phases: diagnosis of the situation, planning, implementation, evaluation, and disclosure of results. Data collection instruments: consultation guide to structure nursing interventions. To create it, interviews were carried out with the nurses and content analysis made, in addition to information sharing actions and discussion based on the literature. In the implementation of the NC, the participants were aged 65 or over, enrolled for consultation at the USFX, without cognitive impairment or communication deficit, after informed consent. 48 face-to-face NC specialist were carried out. This project obtained the positive opinion of the Ethics Commission nº 157/CES/INV/2019. Results: The guide used at the NC specialized in elderly was developed based on a theoretical model of nursing to promote of Care-of-the-Self (Gomes, 2021) and recommended by the WHO (2008). Through the use of the script in the NC it was possible to identify that 8% of the older people had memory deficit; 25% risk of falling; 10% had a decrease in functional capacity; 23% depression; 19% frailty syndrome; 6% urinary incontinence; 4% anorexia and 27% of older people evaluated had more than one associated GS. Conclusion: The research-action-training methodology contributed to promote reflection on the importance of carrying out the systematized NC and for the construction of a script that directs the nurse's intervention, supported by a Model, which becomes an effective strategy in the early identification and assessment of the main GS in a short time and encourages the promotion of Care-of-the-Self.

Resumo Introdução: As mudanças nas práticas de cuidado à saúde na Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) no Brasil requer uma abordagem às famílias, em contraposição ao modelo biomédico, fragmentado, centrado no médico e na doença. Reconhece-se a necessidade de se identificar como os profissionais tem se instrumentalizado para realizar essa ação. Objetivo: Identificar e sistematizar a abordagem familiar na APS. Material e Métodos: Revisão integrativa a partir do questionamento - Como tem sido desenvolvido o cuidado às famílias pela equipe da atenção primária e/ou atenção domiciliar? Pesquisa realizada nas bases de dados LILACS, Medline, BVS acessados pelo portal PubMed, utilizando as seguintes palavras-chave e descritores: family caregiving; Professional-Family Relations; Family Nursing; Family-centred care; Primary Health Care, no período de 2010 a 2021. Realizou-se análise temática dos resultados, identificando-se o tema: Estratégias de abordagem das Famílias na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Resultados: Os 19 artigos selecionados na revisão integrativa revelou que a abordagem familiar, internacionalmente, ocorre, preponderantemente, por meio de formação / educação em saúde do sujeito e ou familiares e ou cuidadores. Considerações Finais: A análise temática auxiliou na classificação dos resultados da revisão integrativa, revelando que a abordagem familiar, internacionalmente, ocorre, preponderantemente, por meio de formação / educação em saúde do sujeito e ou cuidadores.

Abstract Introduction: Changes in health care practices in Primary Health Care (PHC) in Brazil require an approach to families, as opposed to the fragmented biomedical model, centered on the doctor and the disease. It is recognized the need to identify how professionals have been equipped to carry out this action. Objective: To identify and systematize the family approach in PHC. Material and Methods: integrative review based on the question - How has the care for families been developed by the primary care team and/or home care? Research carried out in the LILACS, Medline, VHL databases accessed through the PubMed portal, using the following keywords and descriptors: family caregiving; Professional-Family Relations; Family Nursing; Family-centered care; Primary Health Care, from 2010 to 2021. A thematic analysis of the results was carried out, identifying the theme: Strategies for Approaching Families in Primary Health Care. Results: The 19 articles selected in the integrative review revealed that the family approach, internationally, occurs, predominantly, through training / health education of the subject and/or family members and/or caregivers. Final Considerations: The thematic analysis helped classify the results of the integrative review, revealing that the family approach, internationally, occurs, predominantly, through training/education in health of the subject and/or caregivers.

Resumo Según la literatura, existe una brecha de participación en las actividades del sector cultural que amenaza la sostenibilidad de estas organizaciones. El problema ha sido ampliamente abordado en estudios de participación bajo el marco conceptual de la economía cultural, por lo que esta investigación propone estudiar el fenómeno desde la mirada amplia de la creación de valor, y bajo el marco teórico de la lógica dominante de servicio. Una investigación de esta complejidad requiere metodologías mixtas para profundizar en la construcción de modelos más precisos. El objetivo de la investigación es conocer cómo se crea valor en un entorno cultural a través de la observación de embeddedness, engagement, alignment y value-in-context en líderes de organizaciones culturales, usuarios y gestores públicos, para lo cual se toma como objeto de estudio a la Red de Puntos de Cultura del Perú (Red PDC). El diseño metodológico general incluye encuestas y entrevistas a líderes y usuarios de PDC, y un focus-group a gestores públicos. El artículo describe la metodología propuesta -secuencial explicativa- pero ofrece mayor detalle de la sección cualitativa con el propósito de evidenciar su aporte en la consecución de los objetivos.La utilización de un enfoque metodológico mixto ha permitido contar con los siguientes hallazgos: i) Engagement: la participación de los usuarios co-crea valor con las organizaciones; la participación del líder influye sobre la del equipo ii) Embeddedness: las normas y valores no compartidos entre los distintos actores del ecosistema restringe la co-creación de valor; iii) Value-in context: el valor percibido por usuarios está vinculado a educación, entretenimiento y afecto. iv) Alignment: las plataformas de interacción propuestas por la Sede Central median el valor percibido por los líderes de PDC.

Abstract According to the literature, there is a participation gap in the activities of the cultural sector that threatens the sustainability of these organizations. The problem has been widely addressed in participation studies under the conceptual framework of cultural economics, so this research proposes to study the phenomenon from the broad perspective of value creation, and under the theoretical framework of service dominant logic. Research of this complexity requires mixed methodologies to delve deeper into the construction of more precise models. The objective of the research is to know how value is co-created in a cultural environment through the observation of embeddedness, engagement, alignment and value-in-context in leaders of cultural organizations, users and public managers. The context of the study is the Network of Cultural Points of Peru (PDC Network). The general methodological design includes surveys and interviews with PDC leaders and users, and a focus group with public managers. The article describes the proposed methodology -sequential explanatory- but offers greater detail of the qualitative section in order to demonstrate its contribution to achieving the objectives. The use of a mixed methodological approach has allowed us to have the following findings: i) Engagement: the participation of users co-creates value with the organizations; the leader's participation influences that of the team ii) Embeddedness: the norms and values not shared among the different actors in the ecosystem restrict the co-creation of value; iii) Value-in context: the value perceived by users is linked to education, entertainment and affection. iv) Alignment: the interaction platforms proposed by Network Headquarters mediate the value perceived by Culture Points leaders.

Resumo A ideia do tema surgiu da fala racional da aluna,primeira autora sobre homeopatia e o questionamento sobre ciência e pseudociência. No processo de construção da química como ciência a alquimia deixou contribuições importantes como técnicas de laboratório e a figura de Paracelsus que organizou as primeiras comunidades científicas. A ciência é uma construção humana e essa construção se deu por um processo influenciado por diferentes fatores.O conhecimento científico é resultado de processos que seguem formalidades e surge do rigor do que é chamado método científico. A metodologia de trabalho foi a aplicação de um questionário do tipo formulário eletrônico que teve o cuidado de ser direcionado a pessoas que tivessem ligação com a ciência em seu cotidiano profissional,para esta etapa específica foi feito um recorte nas respostas dos participantes e selecionados somentes docentes do IQ da UnB.Os resultados foram analisados utilizando um método quali-quantitativo. Quando o formulário foi interrrompido para respostas contava com 61 participações e deste total 16 docentes. Foi verificado que os participantes estão divididos na crença sobre a homeopatia e a ciência, contudo o interessante é que mesmo dois participantes que nao acreditam recorrem a homepatia para tratar sintomas que tratam também com medicamentos alopáticos. Em tempos pós pandemia é importante que se volte o olhar para a ciência e de crédito ao papel do cientista no enfretamento das questões. Contudo a homepatia não pode ser desconsiderada como uma prática de cuidado pois faz parte de um rol de linhas terapeuticas do SUS que tem um olhar para o indivíduo e sua integralidade e não desconsideram a alopatia.

Abstract The idea for the theme came from the student's rational speech, the first author on homeopathy and the questioning of science and pseudoscience. In the process of building chemistry as a science, alchemy left important contributions such as laboratory techniques and the figure of Paracelsus who organized the first scientific communities. Science is a human construction and this construction took place through a process influenced by different factors. Scientific knowledge is the result of processes that follow formalities and arises from the rigor of what is called the scientific method. The work methodology was the application of an electronic form-type questionnaire that was careful to be directed to people who had a connection with science in their professional routine. UnB IQ. The results were analyzed using a quali-quantitative method. When the form was interrupted for responses, there were 61 participants and of this total, 16 teachers. It was verified that the participants are divided in their beliefs about homeopathy and science, however, the interesting thing is that even two participants who do not believe resort to homeopathy to treat symptoms that they also treat with allopathic medicines. In post-pandemic times, it is important to look at science and credit the scientist's role in dealing with these issues. However, homeopathy cannot be disregarded as a care practice, as it is part of a list of therapeutic lines of the SUS that look at the individual and his integrality and do not disregard allopathy.

Resumo Durante a pandemia do COVID-19, mudanças ocorreram em diversos campos, fazendo-se importante conhecer os contextos de risco social e psíquico que marcam condições de vulnerabilidade e vulneração, vividas por crianças e bebês, a despeito de crianças: refugiadas, residentes em favela e crianças vítimas de violência intrafamiliar. Objetivo: Conhecer possíveis riscos à saúde mental de crianças, em situação de vulnerabilidade, no período da pandemia de Covid-19, na realidade brasileira. Método: Estudo de mídia, com vistas à análise do contexto sociopolítico, favorecendo a visão crítica de leituras de mundo distintas, fundamental para compreensão do objeto pretendido. Resultado: A partir dos dados levantados, estruturou-se categorias específicas à cada grupo estudado, a saber: 1) crianças refugiadas: precariedade do abrigo; dimensão legal; perdas e lutos; e xenofobia. 2) crianças residentes periféricas: perdas e lutos; violência à criança; acesso à saúde; e fome. 3) violência intrafamiliar: direitos da criança em situação de violência; violência doméstica na pandemia e meios extradomiciliares que amparam a criança. Os resultados obtidos em cada um dos objetivos específicos, denunciam especificidades de cada um dos grupos: as crianças refugiadas, além de perderem direitos vivenciam perda da sua origem, dificultando o endereçamento do seu sofrimento a um “outro”. As crianças residentes em periferias, além de serem afetadas pela pandemia, sofreram efeitos da necropolitica, advinda da herança colonial. Crianças vítimas de violência intrafamiliar enfrentaram agravos decorrentes do isolamento social e adoecimnto psíquico dos cuidadores. Considera-se, por fim que sem a denúncia necessária, os riscos de esquecimento de tão grave problemática pode se fazer efetivar e os recursos necessários ao cuidado não se fazerem urgentes. A análise da mídia favoreceu lidar com uma lacuna no campo científico, possibilitando a criação de reflexões da condição de vulneração de populações invisibilizadas.

Abstract During the COVID-19 pandemic, changes occurred in several fields, making it important to know the contexts of social and psychic risk that mark conditions of vulnerability and vulnerability, experienced by children and babies, despite children: refugees, residents in favelas and children’s victims of domestic violence. Objective: To know possible risks to the mental health of children, in a situation of vulnerability, in the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, in the Brazilian reality. Method: Media study, with a view to analyzing the sociopolitical context, favoring a critical view of different world readings, fundamental for understanding the intended object. Result: From the collected data, specific categories were structured for each group studied, namely: 1) refugee children: precariousness of the shelter; legal dimension; losses and mourning; and xenophobia. 2) children living in peripheral areas: losses and bereavements; child violence; access to health; and hunger. 3) domestic violence: rights of children in situations of violence; domestic violence in the pandemic and extra-domiciliary means that support the child. The results obtained in each of the specific objectives, denounce specificities of each of the groups: refugee children, in addition to losing rights, experience the loss of their origin, making it difficult to address their suffering to an “other”. Children residing in peripheries, in addition to being affected by the pandemic, suffered the effects of necropolitics, arising from the colonial heritage. Children victims of intrafamily violence faced injuries resulting from social isolation and mental illness of caregivers. Finally, it is considered that without the necessary denouncement, the risks of forgetting such a serious problem can become effective and the resources necessary for care do not become urgent. Media analysis favored dealing with a gap in the scientific field, enabling the creation of reflections on the vulnerable condition of invisible populations.

Resumo Se desarrolló una investigación para caracterizar la percepción social de las principales amenazas que podrían afectar un ambiente acuático particular- una laguna costera- mediante la aplicación de una versión del método denominado mapeo participativo de riesgos, más sencillo que el método del paradigma psicométrico tradicionalmente utilizado. Consiste en entrevistas en las que el interrogado comenta sobre los principales problemas o amenazas ambientales que percibe y los jerarquiza según tres criterios: gravedad, urgencia y control. De cada categoría de amenaza identificada se obtuvo el índice de incidencia- la fracción de entrevistados que citaron la categoría problema - y los índices de gravedad, urgencia y control. Con estos índices se elaboran mapas gráficos de percepción de las amenazas según cada criterio. El método se aplicó a un grupo de pescadores que hacen uso de la laguna, los cuales perciben cinco (5) problemas ambientales: el desvío de ríos, la obstrucción de ríos y el cierre temporal de la boca de conexión de la laguna con el mar (casos particulares de la hidrodinámica alterada), el crecimiento excesivo del mangle y la pesca de peces juveniles; estos dos últimos son percibidos como los de mayor facilidad en controlar. Se demuestran las bondades del método.

Abstract A research was developed to characterize the social perception of threats that could affect a particular aquatic environment - a coastal lagoon - by applying a version of the method called participatory risk mapping, simpler than the traditionally used psychometric paradigm method. It consists of interviews in which the interrogated comments on the main environmental problems or threats that he perceives and rank them according to three criteria: severity, urgency and control. For each identified threat category, the incidence rate - the fraction of respondents who cited the problem category - and the indices of severity, urgency and control were obtained. With these indices, graphic maps of threat perception are elaborated according to each criterion. The method was applied to a group of fishermen who make use of the lagoon, who perceive five (5) environmental problems: rivers diversion, rivers obstruction and the temporary closure of lagoon connection with the sea (cases of altered hydrodynamics), the excessive growth of the mangrove and overfishing of juvenile fish; the latter two are perceived as the easiest to control. The benefits of the method are demonstrated.

Resumén Introducción Sentipensar la “discapacidad” en su conjunción con la “sexualidad” desde los entramados de la perspectiva decolonial nos ha invitado a realizar varias aperturas en nuestros horizontes de sentidos. Se trata de una temática interpelante para las lógicas moderno-coloniales del ser/estar, saber y poder, en tanto pone en tensión instituidos normativos propios de dicha racionalidad y formas de concretizarla en la vida cotidiana. (Método) Desde la perspectiva decolonial nos desplegamos desde un proceso decolonizador (“proceso investigativo”), el cual nos invitó a transitar por un hacer decolonial (“metodología”) en el cual todes fuimos participantes, sin “jerarquías de señorío” (Maldonado-Torres, 2008), a través de acciones/huellas decoloniales (“técnicas”) como el contemplar comunal, conversar alterativo y reflexionar configurativo (Ortiz y Arias, 2019). Éstas nos fueron llevando por formas otras de generar conocimientos a partir de nuestros saberes plurales ante una temática ya de por sí interpelante. Estas acciones/huellas decoloniales nos permitieron poner en juego nuestros saberes plurales como seres plurales. (Resultados) A través de esta ponencia, se quieren compartir elementos “metodológicos” de la perspectiva decolonial para la materialización de los saberes en Ciencias Sociales latinoamericanas. (Conclusiones) Desde la novel perspectiva decolonial, específicamente la latinoamericana, estamos transitando por formas otras de conocer la realidad sin “extractivismos” ni “etnoanalíticas” propios de la razón moderna colonial. Reubicarnos en estos entramados nos lleva a procesos situados más potentes, en co-labor, respetando nuestros saberes plurales. Utilizamos cursivas y comillas como acto político de enunciación, así como la “e” que trasciende el masculino genérico y los binarismos modernos coloniales.

Abstract Introduction Feeling "disability" in its conjunction with "sexuality" from the framework of the decolonial perspective has invited us to make several openings in our horizons of senses. It is a questioning theme for the modern-colonial logics of being, knowledge and power, as it puts in tension the normative institutes of that rationality and the ways of concretizing it in daily life. (Method)From the decolonial perspective, we deployed from a decolonizing process (“investigative process”), which invited us to go through adecolonial make (“methodology”) in which we were all participants, without “dominion hierarchies” (Maldonado -Torres, 2008), through decolonial actions/traces (“techniques”) such as communal contemplating, alterative conversation, and configurative reflection (Ortiz and Arias, 2019). These were leading us to other ways of generating knowledge from our plural knowledge before a theme that was already challenging in itself. These decolonial actions/traces allowed us to put our plural knowledge into play as plural beings. (Results) Through this paper, we want to share "methodological" elements of the decolonial perspective for the materialization of knowledge in Latin-American Social Sciences. (Conclusions) From the new decolonial perspective, specifically the Latin American one, we are moving through other ways of knowing reality without "extractivism" or "ethnoanalytics" typical of modern colonial reason. Relocating ourselves in these frameworks leads us to more powerful situated processes, in collaboration, respecting our plural knowledge. We use italics and quotation marks as a political act of enunciation, as well as the "e" that transcends the generic masculine and modern colonial binarisms.

Resumo No que se refere à metodologia no contexto das Ciências Sociais, a literatura tem-se centrado em dois vetores principais: na diferenciação entre metodologias qualitativas e quantitativas e nas possibilidades de complementaridade entre ambas. Este ensaio teórico-metodológico não pretende aprofundar as caraterísticas das metodologias, tampouco advogar qualquer tipo de incompatibilidade entre elas, mas tem por objetivo refletir sobre até que ponto as metodologias qualitativas são exclusivamente qualitativas e, sobretudo, as quantitativas são exclusivamente quantitativas. Para isso, pretende refletir sobre as seguintes questões epistemológicas: Qual a importância da análise qualitativa no âmbito das pesquisas, sobretudo empíricas, e de que forma podem, e devem assumir um caráter dialógico com as ações de pesquisa quantitativa? O que há de qualitativo na pesquisa quantitativa? Com base nos estudos do processo de triangulação da pesquisa qualitativa desenvolvido anteriormente pelos autores, a reflexão teórico-metodológica que agora se apresenta neste artigo, pretende responder à inquietação sobre a relação imbricada das pesquisas qualitativas e quantitativas. Ainda que na pesquisa quantitativa os resultados numéricos sejam a principal base de sustentação, sobretudo com relação aos fenómenos sociais, é evidente a importância da compreensão dos dados de forma contextualizada sobre as experiências socioculturais e os processos de construção do tecido social, o que implica por um lado, um diálogo entre um sujeito (capaz de reflexão e interpretação) e um objeto de estudo (refletido nos resultados); e, por outro, entre metodologias qualitativa e quantitativa. O resultado reflete a não existência de limites rígidos e impeditivos de uma imbricação entre os métodos. No entanto, para além da triangulação clássica, considera-se que nas pesquisas qualitativas também existe a quantificação de dados, mas também na pesquisa quantitativa, diferentes etapas são realizadas à luz de processos qualitativo. Em conclusão, impõem-se a necessidade de pensar que a dialogicidade da pesquisa ocorre em todas as etapas do seu desenvolvimento.

Abstract About methodology in the context of Social Sciences, the literature has focused on two main vectors: the differentiation between qualitative and quantitative methodologies and the possibilities of complementarity between both. This theoretical-methodological essay does not intend to deepen the characteristics of the methodologies, nor to advocate any type of incompatibility between them, but it aims to reflect on the extent to which qualitative methodologies are exclusively qualitative and, above all, quantitative ones are exclusively quantitative. For this, it intends to reflect on the following epistemological questions: What is the importance of qualitative analysis in the context of research, especially empirical ones, and in what way can and should they assume a dialogical character with quantitative research actions? What is qualitative within quantitative research? Based on studies of the triangulation process of qualitative research previously developed by the authors, the theoretical-methodological reflection that is now presented in this article, intends to respond to the concern about the intertwined relationship between qualitative and quantitative research. Although in quantitative research numerical results are the main support base, especially in relation to social phenomena, the importance of understanding the data in a contextualized way about sociocultural experiences and the processes of construction of the social fabric is evident, which implies for on the one hand, a dialogue between a subject (capable of reflection and interpretation) and an object of study (reflected in the results). On the other hand, between qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The result reflects the non-existence of rigid limits that prevent an imbrication between the methods. However, in addition to the classic triangulation, it is considered that in qualitative research there is also data quantification, but also in quantitative research, different steps are carried out in the light of qualitative processes. In conclusion, it is necessary to think that the dialogicity of the research occurs in all stages of its development.

Resumo Introdução: Dada a multiplicidade de definições acerca do conceito de churning de recursos humanos, tomou-se como premissa, os custos associados às substituições de trabalhadores provenientes de saídas voluntárias das organizações. Tratando-se de uma temática ainda pouco explorada em Portugal, pretende-se através deste estudo expandir o quadro teórico, assim como os estudos empíricos; Objetivos; Métodos: Este estudo qualitativo visa identificar os principais precedentes do churning de recursos humanos e as medidas estratégicas aplicadas pelas organizações para o atenuar. De modo a tornar o objetivo exequível, surgiu como questão de investigação: qual a origem do churning nas organizações e quais as medidas de atenuação? Como método de recolha de dados, recorreu-se à realização de 20 entrevistas semiestruturadas a diretores de recursos humanos de vários setores de atividade, procedendo-se à sua análise através da análise de conteúdo, de forma a extrair as principais variáveis, dando enfase à elaboração de um modelo teórico e sua análise; Resultados: de forma a analisar o referido modelo, foram definidas 3 proposições às quais se procedeu à sua fundamentação, com recurso à literatura sobre a temática e à informação obtida através das entrevistas, foi possível analisar a veracidade das proposições definidas. Permitindo predizer que os precedentes de churning de recursos humanos exercem influência negativamente na ocorrência de churning de recursos humanos; as medidas de atenuação exercem influência positiva sobre o churning de recursos humanos e que as medidas de atenuação exercem influência positiva sobre os precedentes de churning de recursos humanos. Conclusões: Quanto maior for o investimento na aplicação e / ou desenvolvimento de políticas e práticas de retenção de recursos humanos, menor será a taxa de churning, logo o custo derivado das substituições de trabalhadores será reduzido.

Abstract Introduction: Given the multiplicity of definitions about the concept of human resource churning, we took as a premise, the costs associated with the replacement of workers from voluntary departures from organisations. As this is a subject that has not yet been widely explored in Portugal, this study aims to expand the theoretical framework, as well as the empirical studies; Goals; Methods: This qualitative study aims to identify the main precedents of human resource churning and the strategic measures applied by organisations to mitigate it. In order to make the objective feasible, the research question was: what is the origin of churning in organisations and what are the mitigation measures? As a data collection method, 20 semi-structured interviews were conducted with human resources directors from various sectors of activity, which were analysed through content analysis in order to extract the main variables, emphasising the development of a theoretical model and its analysis; Results: In order to analyse this model, 3 propositions were defined and proceeded to their substantiation, using the literature on the subject and the information obtained through the interviews, it was possible to analyse the veracity of the defined propositions. It was possible to predict that human resource churning precedents negatively influence the occurrence of human resource churning; that mitigation measures have a positive influence on human resource churning and that mitigation measures have a positive influence on human resource churning precedents; Conclusions: The greater the investment in the application and/or development of policies and practices of human resources retention, the lower the churning rate will be, and therefore the costs derived from the replacement of workers will be reduced.

Resumo El objetivo del estudio consiste en evaluar si los grupos hoteleros de Los Cabos, México efectúan estrategias de Creación de Valor compartido que inciden en la Agenda 2030 a través de la comunicación acciones en su página web corporativa. La metodología fue de enfoque cualitativo con alcance exploratorio y descriptivo; se diseñó un modelo de observación de las páginas web corporativas, con una muestra en cadena a seis grupos hoteleros que representan el 20% del sector en la región sudcaliforniana. Los principales resultados mostraron que los grupos hoteleros tienen acciones de creación de valor compartido (100%), que aportan a los ODS (100%), tiene fundaciones de apoyo para la comunidad (100%), solamente el 33% tiene una articulación directa en plan estratégico para la competitividad, y el 83% comunica acciones sociales y de sostenibilidad. Se determinaron estrategias definidas en los tres ejes de la creación de valor compartido: preconcebir los productos y mercados, redefinir la productividad en la cadena de valor, y permitir el desarrollo de clústeres locales. La Asociación de Hoteles tiene un papel clave como clúster en la coordinación de esfuerzos conjuntos para el bienestar de los visitantes y comunidad residente. Las acciones presentan una conexión de ventaja competitiva y aborda aportaciones para los siete problemas sociales en el contexto local, que son transversales a los 17 ODS, sin embargo, tienen el área de oportunidad de que no miden los avances. En conclusión, la guía de observación permitió llevar acabo un análisis sistemático de la comunicación de acciones por parte de los grupos hoteleros, facilitó la detección de buenas prácticas y áreas de oportunidad.

Abstract The objective of the study is to assess whether hotel groups in Los Cabos, Mexico carry out strategies for Creating Shared Value that impact the 2030 Agenda through communication actions on their corporate website. The methodology was qualitative in approach with an exploratory and descriptive scope; an observation model of corporate web pages was designed, with a chain sample of six hotel groups representing 20% of the sector in the Southern Californian region. The main results showed that the hotel groups have actions to create shared value (100%), that they contribute to the SDGs (100%), have community support foundations (100%), only 33% have a direct articulation in a strategic plan for competitiveness, and 83% communicate social and sustainability actions. Strategies defined in the three axes of shared value creation were determined: preconceive products and markets, redefine productivity in the value chain, and enable the development of local clusters. The Hotel Association has a key role as a cluster in coordinating joint efforts for the well-being of visitors and the resident community. The actions present a competitive advantage connection and address contributions to the seven social problems in the local context, which are transversal to the 17 SDGs, however, they have the area of opportunity that they do not measure progress. In conclusion, the observation guide allowed for a systematic analysis of the communication of actions by the hotel groups, facilitating the detection of good practices and areas of opportunity.
