ABSTRACT The aim of this article is to look at two carousel posts published in December 2020 on the account @greengodictionary through the lens of Bakhtinian-based theorizations (BAKHTIN/VOLOSHÍNOV, 2014; BAKHTIN, 2011, 2012; SOBRAL, 2009; PAULA; STAFUZZA, 2011). The @greengodictionary is housed in the social network, Instagram, configured here as a sphere of human activity. The study is based on documentary research and falls within the qualitative research perspective (BELL; WATERS, 2014; GRANT, 2019). The analysis of these documents points, within the account domain, to processes of responsible and active responsive authorship (responsiveness) of enunciative acts permeated with carnivalized discursive practices in the English and Brazilian Portuguese languages. It also seeks to assess the contributions to language teaching-learning of the authoritative, responsive and carnivalized enunciative projects identified.
