Abstract Background: The systematization of data records about the status and evolution of chronic leg ulcers improves their treatment. Objective: To describe the development of a software for monitoring care provided to patients with chronic leg ulcers. Methodology: This methodological study was based on Participatory Interaction Design process and developed in four interactive stages - 1) Requirements analysis; 2) (Re)design; 3) Prototype construction, and 4) Quality assessment. Results: The software includes a description of constitutional and behavioral factors, the disease, evaluation methods, data from the consultation and monitoring of recurrences, and alerts indicating the factors involved in the healing process. Moreover, all experts agreed on the criteria of usability, functionality, appearance, organization, sequence, and understandability. Conclusion: The developed software is adequate in terms of quality and may be useful for stoma nurses and generalist nurses.

Resumen Marco contextual: En el cuidado de pacientes con úlceras crónicas de pierna, sistematizar el registro de información sobre el estado y la evolución de las úlceras crónicas de pierna contribuye a mejorar el tratamiento. Objetivo: Describir el desarrollo de un software para el seguimiento de los cuidados de pacientes con úlceras crónicas de pierna. Metodología: El estudio metodológico se centró en el diseño de interacción participativa y se desarrolló en cuatro fases interactivas: 1) Análisis de requisitos; 2) (Re)diseño; 3) Construcción de prototipos; y 4) Evaluación de la calidad. Resultados: El software contiene una descripción de los factores constitucionales y de comportamiento, enfermedad, métodos de evaluación, datos de consulta y seguimiento de las recaídas, así como alertas que señalan los factores que intervienen en el proceso de cicatrización. Además, todos los expertos coincidieron en los criterios de usabilidad, funcionalidad, aspecto, organización, secuencia y comprensión. Conclusión: El software desarrollado es de calidad adecuada y puede ser útil para estomaterapeutas y enfermeros generales.

Resumo Enquadramento: No cuidado aos pacientes com úlceras crónicas de pernas, a sistematização do registo das informações sobre o estado e evolução das úlceras crónicas de pernas, contribui para a melhoria do tratamento. Objetivo: Descrever o desenvolvimento de um software para a monitorização do cuidado aos pacientes com úlceras crónicas de pernas. Metodologia: O estudo metodológico foi fulcrado no design de interação participativa e desenvolvido em quatro etapas interativas - 1) Análise de requisitos; 2) (Re)design; 3)Construção de protótipo e 4) Avaliação da qualidade. Resultados: O software contém descrição de fatores constitucionais, comportamentais, doença, métodos de avaliação, dados da consulta e monitorização de recidivas, além de alertas sinalizadores dos fatores intervenientes no processo cicatricial. Ademais, houve concordância de todos especialistas quanto aos critérios de usabilidade, funcionalidade, aparência, organização, sequência e compreensão. Conclusão: O software desenvolvido está adequado na sua qualidade, podendo ser útil para estomaterapeutas e enfermeiros generalistas.

RESUMO Objetivos: descrever a montagem de simulador de paracentese de baixo custo e avaliar eficácia, aceitação e impacto no aprendizado de acadêmicos do curso de medicina. Método: um simulador de paracentese foi construído a partir de manequim e de materiais como garrafas plásticas, velcro, folhas de policloreto de vinila e silicone. Foi feito estudo transversal com estudantes da graduação do curso de medicina sem experiência real prévia com paracentese, que buscou validar o modelo, por meio da análise de benefícios no aprendizado e na obtenção de habilidades técnicas. Resultados: após o uso do simulador, observou-se aumento de 82,4% no nível de segurança na realização da paracentese em paciente, 98% dos pesquisados consideraram que o uso do modelo cumpriu com satisfação a função de simulador e 100% definiram-no útil como ferramenta de ensino. Conclusão: a montagem do simulador mostrou-se factível e eficaz como recurso educacional. Serviu como alternativa aos modelos comerciais de alto custo e permitiu maior acessibilidade do uso dessa ferramenta na educação médica.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to describe the assembly of a low-cost paracentesis simulator and evaluate its effectiveness, acceptance and impact on the learning of medical students. Methodology: a paracentesis simulator was built using a mannequin and materials such as plastic bottles, Velcro, polyvinyl chloride sheets and silicone were used. A cross-sectional and experimental study was carried out with undergraduate medical students without previous practical experience with paracentesis, which sought to validate the model, evaluating its benefits in learning and obtaining technical skills. Results: after using the simulator there was an increase of 82.4% in the level of confidence in performing paracentesis in a patient, with 98% of respondents considering that the model fulfilled the simulator function with satisfaction, and 100% considering it useful as a teaching tool. Conclusion: the built simulator was effective as an educational resource, serving as an alternative to high-cost commercial models, allowing for greater accessibility in the use of this tool in medical education.

Resumo: Introdução: O ato de brincar perpassa os diferentes níveis de desenvolvimento da criança, sendo fundamental para o bem-estar social, emocional, cognitivo e físico. Crianças com Transtorno do Espectro Autista - TEA podem apresentar dificuldades em diversas áreas do desenvolvimento. É importante que profissionais da saúde, familiares, cuidadores e educadores reflitam sobre o papel do brincar na mediação das relações e das trocas, que favorecem o desenvolvimento dessas crianças. Objetivo: Identificar estudos que propiciem reflexões sobre a relevância do brincar para a promoção do desenvolvimento integral de crianças com TEA. Método: Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa, de fevereiro de 2019 a outubro de 2020, nas principais bases de dados da saúde. O material selecionado foi analisado qualitativamente, com base nos objetivos e resultados dos estudos, fazendo-se emergir duas temáticas. Resultados: As temáticas “reflexões teóricas sobre o brincar” e o “ato de brincar no contexto do desenvolvimento da criança com TEA” trouxeram reflexões sobre a importância do brincar, a partir de diferentes perspectivas teóricas, atestando que o ato de brincar é essencial para o desenvolvimento da criança com TEA. Isto contempla várias possibilidades de interação com pessoas e realidades. Conclusões: A partir das evidências apresentadas na literatura, o ato de brincar deve ser incentivado no contexto de vida pessoal e terapêutico de crianças com TEA, oferecendo aos profissionais da saúde e aos familiares alternativas de estimulação global dessa população, além de favorecer o desenvolvimento das habilidades de comunicação, interação social e motora.

Abstract: Introduction: The act of playing permeates the different levels of the child´s development, and is fundamental for social, emotional, cognitive and physical well- being. Children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder - ASD may experience difficulties in several areas of the development. It is important that health professionals, family members, caregivers and educators reflect on the role of playing in mediating relationships and exchanges, which favours the development of these children. Objective: Identify studies that provide reflections on the relevance of playing for the promotion of integral development of children with ASD. Method: An integrative review was carried out, from February 2019 to October 2020, in the main health databases. The selected material was qualitatively analysed, based on the objectives and results, making two themes emerge. Results: The themes "theoretical reflections on playing" and "the act of playing in the context of the ASD children´s development" brought reflections on the importance of playing, from different theoretical perspectives, attesting that the act of playing is essential for the development of children with ASD. This contemplates a large number of possibilities for interaction with people and realities. Conclusions: Based on the evidence presented in the literature, the act of playing should be encouraged in the context of the personal and therapeutic life of children with ASD, offering health professionals and family members alternatives for global stimulation of this population, in addition to favouring the development of children´s communication, social and motor interaction skills.

Abstract The evolution of computerized systems for the production of dental restorations associated to the development of novel microstructures for ceramic materials has caused an important change in the clinical workflow for dentists and technicians, as well as in the treatment options offered to patients. New microstructures have also been developed by the industry in order to offer ceramic and composite materials with optimized properties, i.e., good mechanical properties, appropriate wear behavior and acceptable aesthetic characteristics. The objective of this literature review is to discuss the main advantages and disadvantages of the new ceramic systems and processing methods. The manuscript is divided in five parts: I) monolithic zirconia restorations; II) multilayered dental prostheses; III) new glass-ceramics; IV) polymer infiltrated ceramics; and V) novel processing technologies. Dental ceramics and processing technologies have evolved significantly in the past ten years, with most of the evolution being related to new microstructures and CAD-CAM methods. In addition, a trend towards the use of monolithic restorations has changed the way clinicians produce all-ceramic dental prostheses, since the more aesthetic multilayered restorations unfortunately are more prone to chipping or delamination. Composite materials processed via CAD-CAM have become an interesting option, as they have intermediate properties between ceramics and polymers and are more easily milled and polished.

Resumo O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a estabilidade da cor de dois sistemas cerâmicos em função de dois cimentos resinosos, avaliando a diferença de cor (ΔE00) pela mensuração de L*, a*, b*, c* e h* de transmitância. Formou-se 4 grupos (n=5) de acordo com as duas cerâmicas (reforçada com dissilicato de lítio e feldspática) e dois cimentos resinosos - cor A3 (RelyX ARC e Variolink II). Dez discos foram confeccionados para cada sistema cerâmico (10 x 1,5 mm), tratados com ácido fluorídrico (10%) e silanizados antes da cimentação. A análise de cor foi feita 24 h após a cimentação das amostras e após 6 meses de armazenamento em umidade relativa por meio de espectrofotometria. ANOVA a dois fatores foi utilizada para análise dos dados de ΔE00 seguido pelo teste de Tukey (p<0,05). ANOVA a um fator foi realizada para avaliação das coordenadas individuais de cor (L*, a*, b*, c* e h*). Apenas o fator cerâmica foi significativo (p=0,003),mas não houve diferença para o fator imento (p=0,275) nem para a interação entre cerâmica e cimento (p=0,161). A cerâmica feldspática apresentou os maiores valores de ΔE00. Variações de L*, a*, b*, c* e h* foram mais significativas para cerâmica feldspática. Concluiu-se que o armazenamento alterou as propriedades ópticas dos cimentos resinosos de forma semelhante e a porcelana feldspática foi mais susceptível à mudança de cor do cimento após o envelhecimento.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to evaluate color stability of two dental ceramics cemented with two resin cements, assessing the color difference (ΔE00) by the measurement of L*, a*, b*, c* and h* of transmittance. The combination of two ceramic system (feldspathic and lithium disilicate) and two resin cements - color A3 (RelyX ARC and Variolink II) resulted in 4 groups (n=5). Ten disks-shaped specimens were fabricated for each ceramic system (10x1.5 mm), etched with hydrofluoric acid (10%) and silanized prior to cementation. The color analysis was performed 24 h after cementation of the samples and after 6 months of storage in relative humidity by means of spectrophotometry. The ΔE00 values were analyzed statistically by two-way ANOVA followed by the Tukey test (p<0.05). One-way ANOVA were calculated for the means of individual color coordinates (L*, a*, b*, c* and h*). Two-way ANOVA showed that only the ceramic factor was significant (p=0.003), but there was no difference for the cement factor (p=0.275) nor for the ceramic/cement interaction (p=0.161). The feldspathic ceramic showed the highest values of ΔE00. Variations in L*, a*, b*, c* and h* were more significant for feldspathic ceramic. In conclusion, storage alters similarly the optical properties of the resin cements and feldspathic porcelain was more susceptible to cement color change after aging.

RESUMO: Gostaria aqui de contribuir tanto à compreensão das concepções de Hegel acerca da linguagem quanto para uma apreciação da interlocução entre essas concepções e alguns desenvolvimentos na filosofia pós-hegeliana. O tema mais geral consiste em evidenciar os esforços de Hegel para estabelecer uma relação intrínseca entre experiência e linguagem. Primeiramente, tomando como ponto de partida questões diretivas da epistemologia moderna, gostaria de compreender traços da concepção hegeliana de linguagem no contexto de uma tematização intersubjetivista da validade objetiva (1). Em segundo lugar, gostaria de refletir sobre a relação entre metafísica inferencial e cognição (2). Finalmente, depois de tentar respaldar a tese de que Hegel antecipa a questão de uma tensão entre o gramatical e a historicidade do léxico (3), mostro como a conexão entre a guinada ontológica na hermenêutica e a doutrina hegeliana da sentença especulativa conduz à experiência do inacabamento linguístico do sentido poético (4).

ABSTRACT: This paper attempts to examine Hegel's comprehension of language and evaluate its relation to some themes in contemporary philosophy. The main purpose consists in pointing out Hegel's attempt to account for the linguistic structure of experience. To begin with, I consider Hegel's comprehension of language in an epistemological context as an effort to ground intersubjective justification of objective validity. Then I discuss the relation between cognition and inferential metaphysics. Finally, after arguing that Hegel anticipates the tension between grammar and lexical historicity, I attempt to show how the connection between the ontological turn in hermeneutics and Hegel's idea of the "speculative sentence" leads to the experience of the unfinishedness of poetic meaning.

ABSTRACT Objective This in vitro study evaluated the effect of two different shades of resin cement (RC- A1 and A3) layer on color change, translucency parameter (TP), and chroma of low (LT) and high (HT) translucent reinforced lithium disilicate ceramic laminates. Material and Methods One dual-cured RC (Variolink II, A1- and A3-shade, Ivoclar Vivadent) was applied to 1-mm thick ceramic discs to create thin RC films (100 µm thick) under the ceramics. The RC was exposed to light from a LED curing unit. Color change (ΔE) of ceramic discs was measured according to CIEL*a*b* system with a standard illuminant D65 in reflectance mode in a spectrophotometer, operating in the light range of 360-740 nm, equipped with an integrating sphere. The color difference between black (B) and white (W) background readings was used for TP analysis, while chroma was calculated by the formula C*ab=(a*2+b*2)½. ΔE of 3.3 was set as the threshold of clinically unacceptable. The results were evaluated by two-way ANOVA followed by Tukey's post hoc test. Results HT ceramics showed higher ΔE and higher TP than LT ceramics. A3-shade RC promoted higher ΔE than A1-shade cement, regardless of the ceramic translucency. No significant difference in TP was noted between ceramic discs with A1- and those with A3-shade cement. Ceramic with underlying RC showed lower TP than discs without RC. HT ceramics showed lower chroma than LT ceramics, regardless of the resin cement shade. The presence of A3-shade RC resulted in higher chroma than the presence of A1-shade RC. Conclusions Darker underlying RC layer promoted more pronounced changes in ceramic translucency, chroma, and shade of high translucent ceramic veneers. These differences may not be clinically differentiable.

O trabalho pretende expor, em suas linhas gerais, a ligação, presente na teoria da consciência desenvolvida por Hegel, na Filosofia do Espírito de Jena, entre a formação da consciência, compreendida no bojo dos processos de individualização e desenvolvimento das capacidades prático-cognitivas, e a pré-articulação linguística da cognição. Para isso, o ponto de partida é a exposição dos aspectos gerais da teoria hegeliana da consciência, nessa fase. Em seguida, interpreta-se essa teoria da consciência, relacionando-a a processos societários de desenvolvimento de capacidades prático-cognitivas. A partir disso, procura-se então delinear os aspectos fundamentais da relação entre razão teórica e linguagem. Finalmente, discute-se a recuperação da consideração sobre a linguagem, no processo de formação da consciência.

This paper aims at presenting the connection between formative processes and the linguistic structure of cognition in Hegel´s theory of consciousness, developed in the Philosophy of Spirit (1803/04). First I consider the general aspects of Hegel´s above-mentioned theory of consciousness. Then I attempt to interpret this theory as related to formative processes of practical-cognitive capacities. After this the paper focuses on the relation of language and theoretical reason, as it is presented by Hegel in his Philosophy of Spirit. Finally, I analyze the linguistic structuration of cognition within the context of social processes of consciousness development.
