ABSTRACT Objectives: To describe the regional distribution of hospital admission authorizations (HAA), hospitalization costs (HC), the average length of stay (LOS), and mortality rates (MR) related to primary total hip arthroplasties (THA) funded by the Brazilian Health Unic System (SUS) from 2012 to 2021. Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study using secondary data of public domain obtained from the Department of Informatics of SUS (DATASUS) database website. Results: A total of 125,463 HAA were released with HC of 552,218,181.04 BRL in the evaluated period. The average LOS was of 6.8 days. MR was 1.62%. Conclusion: The regional distribution of HAA was 65,756 (52%) in the Southeast; 33,837 (27%) in the South; 14,882 (12%) in the Northeast; 9,364 (8%) in Midwest; and 1,624 (1%) in North - in 2020 there was a sharp decrease of the released HAA, probably due to the COVID-19 pandemic. HC was 293,474,673.20 BRL in the Southeast; 144,794,843.11 BRL in the South; 61,751,644.36 BRL in the Northeast; 45,724,353.80 BRL in the Midwest; and 6,472,666.57 BRL in the North. The average LOS was 6.7 in the Southeast; 5.3 in the South; 9.2 in the Northeast; 7.6 in the Midwest; and, 13.6 in the North. RESUMO Objetivos: Descrever a distribuição regional das autorizações de internação hospitalar (AIH), custos de internação (CI), tempo médio de permanência (TMP) e taxa de mortalidade (TM) relacionados às artroplastias totais de quadril (ATQ) primárias financiadas pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) de 2012 a 2021. Métodos: Estudo transversal descritivo utilizando dados secundários de domínio público obtidos no site do banco de dados do Departamento de Informática do SUS (DATASUS). Resultados: Foram liberadas 125.463 AIH com CI de R$ 552.218.181,04 no período avaliado. O TMP foi de 6,8 dias. A TM foi de 1,62%. Conclusões: A distribuição regional de AIH foi de 65.756 (52%) no Sudeste; 33.837 (27%) no Sul; 14.882 (12%) no Nordeste; 9.364 (8%) no Centro-Oeste; e, 1.624 (1%) no Norte - em 2020 houve queda acentuada das AIH liberadas, provavelmente devido à pandemia COVID-19. Os CI foram de R$ 293.474.673,20 no Sudeste; R$ 144.794.843,11 no Sul; R$ 61.751.644,36 no Nordeste; R$ 45.724.353,80 no Centro-Oeste; e R$ 6.472.666,57 no Norte. Resumo: O estudo objetiva estabelecer uma compreensão holística sobre identidade formativa de professores que ensinarão matemática em contextos de educação rural, discutindo aspectos da constituição dessa identidade no âmbito das Licenciaturas em Educação do Campo, reconhecidas por formar educadores para os espaços rurais brasileiros. Como método, pautamo-nos nos procedimentos da Análise Textual Discursiva de Roque Moraes e Maria do Carmo Galiazzi, tendo como corpus de análise documentos e outros materiais produzidos sobre o tema que direcionam a graduação desses professores. Os resultados categorizam a constituição dessa identidade a partir de quatro fatores específicos: fator formativo (ou institucional), contextual, matemático e sociopolítico, sendo este último aquele com maior proeminência e impacto identitário. Trata-se, portanto, de uma identidade não apenas pedagógica e restrita ao ambiente escolar, mas fortemente integrada às questões políticas e sociais relativas ao campo, onde se buscam as interligações com o saber matemático acadêmico.

Abstract: This study aims to establish a holistic understanding about the formative identity of teachers who will teach mathematics in rural education contexts by addressing aspects of the constitution of this identity within the scope of the Degree in Education in the Countryside, recognized for preparing educators for Brazilian rural areas. As for the method, we have used the procedures of Discursive Textual Analysis, and the corpus of analysis consisted of documents and other materials produced on the subject that steer the education of these teachers. The results categorize the constitution of this identity based on four specific factors: formative (or institutional), contextual, mathematical and sociopolitical factors, the last one being the one with the greatest prominence and impact on identity. It is, therefore, an identity which is not only pedagogical and restricted to the school environment, but strongly integrated to the political and social issues related to the field, where the interconnections with academic mathematical knowledge are sought.

RESUMO OBJETIVO: Definir a melhor técnica para o tratamento cirúrgico da fratura supracondilar do úmero (FSU) nas crianças e avaliar a pinagem percutânea com fios laterais vs. cruzados. MÉTODOS: Revisão de ensaios clínicos randomizados nas bases de dados Medline, Capes, Bireme. Os critérios de inclusão dos artigos foram: (1) Ensaios clínicos randomizados que comparam técnicas de fixação percutânea com fios, (2) FSU Gartland II tipo B, III e IV e (3) Crianças com um a 14 anos. Usamos como principais variáveis: incidência de lesão iatrogênica do nervo ulnar e perda da redução. RESULTADOS: Foram selecionados oito estudos (521 pacientes) que comparam tratamento cirúrgico com pinagem em fratura supracondilar do úmero em crianças classificadas como Gartland II tipo B, III ou IV. A lesão iatrogênica do nervo ulnar foi maior com a técnica de pinagem cruzada, apresentou RR 0,28 e p = 0,03, enquanto que na técnica de mini-open encontraram-se RR 0,14 e p = 0,2. Em casos de FSU Gartland III e IV, evidenciou-se maior perda da redução na pinagem lateral, com significância estatística (p = 0,04). CONCLUSÃO: Embasado em nossa metanálise com ensaios clínicos randomizados prospectivos, recomendamos: (1) pinagem percutânea com fios laterais em fraturas supracondilar do úmero em crianças classificadas como Gartland II tipo B (2) Uso de fios cruzados para fraturas Gartland tipo III ou IV, com a técnica de mini-open para o fio medial.

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To define the best technique for the surgical treatment of supracondylar fracture of the humerus (SFH) in children, evaluating percutaneous pinning with side wires vs. cross-pinning. METHODS: Randomized controlled trials using the Medline, CAPES, and BIREME. The criteria for inclusion of articles criteria were: (1) randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing percutaneous wire fixation techniques, (2) SFH Gartland II B, III, and IV, and (3) children aged 1-14 years. The following were used as main variables: incidence of iatrogenic injury to the ulnar nerve and loss reduction. RESULTS: Eight studies were selected (521 patients) comparing surgical treatment with pinning in supracondylar fracture of the humerus in children Gartland II type B, III or IV. Iatrogenic injury to the ulnar nerve was greater with the cross-pinning technique, with RR 0.28 and p= 0.03, while the mini-open technique presented RR 0.14 and p= 0.2. A statistically significant greater loss of reduction in the lateral pinning was observed in FSU Gartland III and IV(p= 0.04). CONCLUSION: Based upon this meta-analysis of prospective randomized clinical trials, the following is recommended: (1) percutaneous pinning with lateral wires in supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children classified as Gartland II type B; (2) use of crossed wires for Gartland type III or IV, using the mini-open technique for the medial wire.

Objetivo: Descrever um novo método para identificar e quantificar os desvios rotacionais da fratura supracondiliana do úmero. Métodos: O estudo foi realizado usando modelos sintéticos de úmero, serrando-o perpendicular ao seu longo eixo, na região da fossa olecraniana, fixando-o com diferentes desvios rotacionais, e então uma radiografia das peças foi obtida. Foi realizada uma análise descritiva da sensibilidade e especificidade do método de visualização do "esporão metafisário" com o teste não paramétrico de Kruskal-Wallis. A análise de regressão linear foi utilizada para identificar uma relação entre tamanho do esporão e o grau de desvio rotacional da fratura. Resultados: A sensibilidade e a especificidade do método foram de 100% a partir de 15 graus de desvio rotacional e houve uma relação estatisticamente significante entre o tamanho do esporão e o grau do desvio rotacional. Conclusão: O método demonstrou ser de fácil aplicação, confiável e reprodutível neste trabalho.

Objective: To describe a new method to identify and quantify the rotational displacement on a supracondylar fracture of humerus. Methods: The study was conducted using synthetic models of the humerus, sawing it perpendicular to its long axis, in the olecranon fossa level, fixing with different rotational deviations,and then a radiograph of the construct was obtained. We performed a descriptive analysis of the sensitivity and specificity of the method of viewing the “metaphyseal spurs” with the nonparametric Kruskal- Wallis test. The linear regression analysis was used to identify a relationship between size of the spur and the degree of rotation deviation of the fracture. Results: The sensitivity and specificity was 100% from the 15 degrees of rotational deviation and there was a statistically relationship between the size of the spur and the degree of rotational deviation. Conclusion: The method proved to be easy to use, reliable and reproducible in this work.
